Thandie Newton Tweets Newborn Baby “Booker” Photo

Thandie Newton’s newest bundle of joy was shared today on Twitter, her six-week-old son Booker Jombe Parker was lovingly cradled in her arms, and he is adorable.

This is the first full snapshot of the happy addition for her and husband Ol Parker since he was welcomed into the world back in March.

When Booker was born, an elated Thandie tweeted, “Our baby boy is finally here! Booker Jombe Parker. Born joyously at home yesterday.”

Thandie also tweeted that she had given birth at home, writing: ‘My 3rd home birth with brilliant independent midwife Caroline Flint – and Carole Goddard @PhoenixMidwives. Keep independent midwifery alive!’

The first glimpse of the newborn baby Booker, was a tweet of just his precious hand resting on her chest when he was just four days old.

Newton’s newest film, Half of a Yellow Sun, according to CNN, “is one of the most eagerly awaited films to come out of Africa in recent years.” The film is coming out May 16, 2014.

Thandie wore a formfitting black dress at a London Premier – showing her stunning post-baby figure already back, just five weeks after Booker was born.

Her husband Ol Parker, who she married in 1998, also posted this joyous event on Twitter, saying: ‘We had a baby, that’s a beautiful thing. He’s called Booker, and while he doesn’t do much yet, I suspect him to be awesome.”

Booker is Newton and Parker’s third child. Their growing family includes their daughter Ripley, 13, and son Nico, 9.
