  • Erin Andrews Believes Nashville Hotel Should Pay Up–the Entire $55 Million She Was Awarded

Erin Andrews believes the Nashville Marriott, which was found at fault for the peephole video scandal in which she was recorded nude, should be liable for the entire $55 million she was awarded in court just a couple of weeks ago.

The court, however, deemed the actual perpetrator, Michael David Barrett, responsible for 51 percent of the payout.

Not so fast, attorneys for Erin Andrews say. Documents have already been filed to put the hotel on the line for the entire amount instead.

It was back on March 7, following a nine day trial, that West End Hotel Partners, the hotel owner, and Windsor Capital Group, the management company, were at fault for allowing Michael David Barrett to book the room next to Erin Andrews. Barrett reversed the peephole in the connecting door, and filmed the Fox Sports reporter and Dancing With the Stars co-host.

According to a report from The Tennesseean, “The filing cites a complex legal issue involving joint and several liability. It argues that because the jury found the hotel companies at least partially responsible, that means the jury also found that the hotel companies should have foreseen Barrett’s actions.”

Erin Andrews’ attorneys have asked Nashville Circuit Judge Hamilton Gayden to agree that Michael David Barrett’s actions were as a result of the hotel failing to protect her–their guest.

The filing asks the judge to rule in favor of Erin Andrews or–at the very least–to allow for legal argument.

If Michael Barrett remains on the hook for 51 percent of the $55 million payout, Erin Andrews likely won’t get any of that portion of the money. She stands to receive much closer to the actual $55 million if the hotel is deemed to be responsible for making Barrett’s actions possible.

  • Erin Andrews “Comes Out of Hiding” Since Winning Peephole Lawsuit

Erin Andrews “Comes Out of Hiding” Since Winning Peephole Lawsuit

Erin Andrews was a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live in recent days, and she equated her visit with coming out of hiding.

As she chatted with the late night host, he told her how glad he was for her that she won the peephole lawsuit filed against both the hotel in which she stayed and the man who rigged a reversed peephole and filmed her nude, later sharing that nude footage on the internet.

“I’m so happy you won,” Kimmel told Erin Andrews, assuring her he realized she couldn’t talk about the case.

“Thank you, yeah, this is kind of my ‘come out of hiding‘ so why would I not want to be here,” she said.

Erin Andrews went on to share her gratitude.

“I want to thank everybody. People from all over the world, who were so supportive. There are no many nice people that reached out,” she said.

Andrews then turned to Jimmy Kimmel.

“Thank you, love you,” she said.

Erin Andrews was awarded $55 million in the civil lawsuit. It’s expected she might actually receive about half that amount. Michael David Barrett, the man who filmed her in her hotel room, doesn’t have the means to pay out such a large sum. The rest is owed her by the Nashville Marriott, for making it so easy for Barrett to commit his crime.

Michael David Barrett was sentenced to prison and has since been released.

Erin Andrews must now try to put the pieces of her life back together again. Sharing her thanks on Jimmy Kimmel Live may very well have been her starting point.

  • Erin Andrews: Why She is Unlikely to Receive the $55 Million Awarded in Lawsuit

Erin Andrews was awarded $55 million in a lawsuit against the hotel that made peephole convict Michael David Barrett’s crime an easy one.

Andrews sued the stalker, who filmed her nude and posted the video on the internet, too.

Barrett was arrested back in 2009 and has already served a prison sentence for his crimes. In the jury’s decision, Michael David Barrett is responsible for 51 percent of the payout–with the Nashville Marriott on the hook for the remaining 49 percent.

Erin Andrews likely won’t get $55 million, however.

Michael Barrett admitted on the stand he filmed Erin Andrews in hopes of making money from the video. He doesn’t have the means to pay her $28 million. She does, however, stand to receive most–if not all–of the amount due her from the hotel.

“The fact that the jury gave him only 51 percent and the hotel 49 percent is about as good as Erin Andrews could have asked for because now she’s got a big number coming from the hotel,” ABC News legal expert Dan Abrams says.

The hotel can go back to court and ask for their amount of the payout to be reduced, but because the jury found them at fault for the crime, it’s unlikely they’ll get far.

Erin Andrews will also have to pay her attorneys out of the $28 million when the hotel pays up.

“Whatever the number is, Erin Andrews is going to take home a lot less than $55 million,” Abrams adds.

That said, it’s plain to see Erin Andrews won’t receive much more than a fraction of the $55 million she was awarded. She has, however, brought to light the crimes that can so easily be committed against people in hotel rooms–something not many had considered before this trial.

Do you think Erin Andrews feels satisfied with the jury’s decision? Was this about the money or more about making those who commit such crimes–or allow them to be committed so easily–pay?

Erin Andrews has inadvertently made hotel stays safer as a result of this trial. Perhaps that is more important to the Fox Sports reporter than anything else, considering the emotional trauma she has endured.

  • Erin Andrews Wins Big In Court, Awarded A Whopping $55 Million In Peeping Tom Lawsuit

Erin Andrews Wins Big In Court, Awarded A Whopping $55 Million In Peeping Tom Lawsuit

Erin Andrews has been awarded by the Circuit Court jury a total of $55 million in damages after the court found Marriott owner West End Hotel Partners and Windsor Capital and Michael David Barrett, the man accused of stalking the broadcaster, responsible for the emotional distress she suffered after nude videos of her were uploaded on the Internet.

The jury reportedly found Barrett 51 percent responsible and the hotel owners to be 49 percent responsible. Barrett was ordered to pay $28 million in damages while the hotel must pay $26 million.

Erin Andrews originally sought $75 million in her civil lawsuit that accuses Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt of negligence in security after Barrett successfully rigged her hotel room’s peephole with a camera and recorded videos of her while changing her clothes. Barrett was said to have found the sportscaster’s hotel room through a directory within the house phone at the hotel, after which he reserved a room next to hers.

Barrett, who admitted his stalking practices in a video played during the trial, will have to spend 2 ½ years jail time after the court found him guilty of stalking Andrews.

However, it is still not clear whether or not Andrews will be paid $55 million. Aside from Barrett’s current financial status, another problem to consider is the case involves co-defendants. The law states that when co-defendants are found liable, the other co-defendants who can pay must shoulder the share of the other co-defendants who are financially incapable. This will only apply if the co-defendants have acted in concert.

Since Barrett did not seem to act in concert with the hotel owners, it is unlikely the hotel companies will shoulder Barrett’s $28 million.

Nevertheless, Erin Andrews proved that speaking out against sex crimes is not something victims should be ashamed of, regardless of the outcome of the case.

  • Erin Andrews Scores $55 Million Win in Peephole Lawsuit

Erin Andrews won big in her lawsuit against the Nashville Marriott. The hotel must pay the Fox Sports reporter $27 million, with just over $28 million due her from Michael Barrett, the man who allegedly filmed her through a reversed peephole at the hotel back in 2008.

While Erin Andrews might never see any money from Barrett, she will be able to cash in from the hotel.

Michael Barrett pled guilty to interstate stalking and served two years in prison.

Erin Andrews asked for $75 million from the Nashville Marriott, but the jury ultimately decided how much she was to be awarded. They deliberated for six hours before announcing their decision.

The lawsuit filed by Erin Andrews maintained the Nashville Marriott was at fault for letting Michael Barrett know her room number, and for booking him into the room next to hers.

What if Barrett had been a murderer instead of a pervert? Erin Andrews would likely be dead.

Following the jury’s decision, Erin Andrews issued a statement thanking the Nashville court personnel and jury for their service. She also said, “I’ve been honored by all the support from victims around the world. Their outreach has helped me be able to stand up and hold accountable those whose job it is to protect everyone’s safety, security and privacy.”

What’s your take on Erin Andrews being awarded $55 million in her lawsuit? Do you think she should have been awarded more money from the hotel in light of the fact that Michael Barrett might not pay her anything?

  • Erin Andrews’ $75 Million Lawsuit Trial Goes to Jury on Monday

Erin Andrews spent the past two weeks in court, as her lawyer argued against the hotel that not only gave Michael Barnett the number of her hotel room, but booked him into the room next to hers as well..

It was back in 2008 when Barnett videotaped Erin Andrews via a reversed peephole he rigged. He posted the film of Erin Andrews undressing online, where it quickly went viral.

In a $75 million lawsuit, Andrews alleges the hotel is responsible for the crime taking place. Michael Barrett is named in the suit as well. It goes to a jury on Monday.

Prior to closing arguments, the judge directed a verdict against Barrett. The jury must still decide how responsible the Nashville Marriott is for the years of humiliation Erin Andrews has experienced.

Erin Andrews’ attorney, Brue Broillet, asked the jury in closing arguments to imagine themselves as hotel guests.

“We turn ourselves over to hotels and their protection,” he said. “Hotels need to meet reasonable expectations of security.”

Do you expect Erin Andrews will win this lawsuit? How might you vote if you sat on this jury?

  • Erin Andrews Reveals She Had To Watch Her Own Nude Video With FBI Agents

Erin Andrews Reveals She Had To Watch Her Own Nude Video With FBI Agents

Erin Andrews revealed several difficult personal stories today during testimony in a multi-million dollar lawsuit against the owner of the hotel she was staying in when a man captured video of her in her room, nude.

The sports reporter was required to testify that she did not release the video herself as a publicity stunt and says she was forced to watch it with her father and FBI agents watching. Though viewing the video was required for agents to try and figure out where it was being filmed from, Andrews says it was traumatic and made her sick.

“I said ‘Dad, I’m going to puke’. We put my hand over my body because it was so embarrassing that the FBI had to watch it in front of me,” Andrews said.

Erin had to deal with multiple reports speculating that she had hired someone to take the video herself and said in the courtroom that at the time, no one realized she had a stalker.

“This is me naked. Nobody knew that it was a stalker. Nobody knew that the Marriott had put him next to me. It was being said that I did this for a publicity stunt. All we kept thinking as a family ‘This is me! Who did this to me and who let this happen?’”

Michael David Barrett, the man who filmed Erin Andrews in the hotel, was sentenced to 2 1/2 years in 2009 and detailed how he managed to capture footage of her, saying that when he found out she was staying there, he called the front desk from the hotel restaurant and asked to be connected to her room, knowing that her room number would show up on the phone’s display. After that, it was a matter of requesting the room next to hers–which happened to be unoccupied–and using a saw to take out the peephole on her room’s door so that he could place his phone up to it and record as soon as he heard her get out of the shower.

Erin Andrews became emotional in court this week and relayed how the events surrounding the video have led to anxiety, panic attacks, and depression.

Despite the difficult testimony and everything that comes with a lawsuit, Andrews has kept her usual busy schedule lately, co-hosting Dancing With The Stars and balancing that with her reporting duties.

  • Erin Andrews Weeps, Leaves Courtroom, As Jurors Watch Nude Video

Erin Andrews is certainly having a rough time as she endures testimony and the showing of a nude video that elicited a $75 million lawsuit against a Nashville hotel.

According to CNN, Andrews is suing the Nashville Marriott hotel and the serial stalker, Michael David Barrett, who allegedly recorded her through a peephole during her 2008 stay there.

During testimony on Thursday, a computer expert testified that nearly 17 million people have viewed the nude peephole video of the 37-year-old TV sports reporter.

“Every minute, 1.5 people are watching that video,” Penn State Professor Bernard Jansen told jurors before showing seven clips of the 4½-minute video that stalker Michael David Barrett took and leaked online.

“Right now, someone is watching that video,’’ Jansen said.

According to Page Six, as Jansen described the adult websites the video has made its way onto, Andrews began weeping and left the courtroom minutes before the jurors watched the footage.

Andrews is suing the owner and manager of the Nashville Marriott where she was staying when Barrett doctored a peephole on her door, allowing him to surreptitiously film the nude video.

Page Six reports that Andrews was particularly “concerned” about how she would discuss the incident with the man she is dating in California.

“She has this huge baggage that comes along with her that will have to become part of a dialogue in some way with a partner,” said Loren Comstock, a therapist that treated Erin between 2012 and 2013.

Andrews’ lawyers allege the Marriott hotel was negligent when it allowed Barrett to request a room next door to Andrews without asking for her permission.

Marriott International executive Renne Buonicontri testified that Barrett’s request to be placed next to Andrews room, which allegedly came via the 1-800 Marriott International system, was never communicated to the local hotel.

  • Erin Andrews Heads to Court, Taking On Hotel in Peeping Tom Lawsuit

Erin Andrews is back in court–this time taking on the hotel where former Illinois insurance salesman Michael David Barrett rigged a peephole and recorded nude footage of the Fox sportscaster and Dancing With the Stars host in 2008. Barrett, who was convicted and sentenced to 30 months in jail back in 2010, tried to sell the footage to TMZ, but they refused to bite. An FBI investigation was launched when the footage showed up on the internet.

Erin Andrews feels Barrett got off easy.

“He pled guilty because the FBI had a box full of evidence, not because he is remorseful,” she said.

“Every time I check into a hotel room, I fear he is in the closet, and every time I go home, I fear he is waiting for me. I fear for my life,” she added.

In 2011, Erin Andrews sued the Nashville Marriott as well as Marriott International. A judge recently tossed out the Marriott International portion of the lawsuit.

Michael David Barrett learned from staff within the Nashville Marriott exactly which room Erin Andrews occupied, allowing him to book the room next door. The lawsuit cites infliction of emotional distress and invasion of privacy.

In light of the Erin Andrews lawsuit, a representative for for the hotel recently said, “Since the incident in question, the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt has changed management. The new management company requires and enforces a strict adherence to policies regarding guest privacy, and, as such, has implemented additional safety and privacy measures.”

The trial is expected to last about two weeks.

Do you expect Erin Andrews will win her lawsuit, and receive at least some compensation for her pain and suffering from this frightening ordeal?

  • Erin Andrews Lawsuit Over Leaked Nude Photos Gets Underway

Jury selection for a stalking lawsuit filed by Fox Sports reporter Erin Andrews against a Nashville Marriott hotel began on Monday, and the court proceedings will resume on Tuesday with opening statements from her legal representatives, The Tennessean reported.

Andrews is reportedly seeking $75 million in damages in a lawsuit that accuses the Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University for their negligence in security. According to the lawsuit filed in Davidson County Circuit Court, a man named Michael David Barrett reserved a room next to hers and rigged her room’s peepholes with a camera and recorded videos of Andrews as she changed her clothes.

The reporter, who was working for ESPN in 2008, was in Nashville to cover a Vanderbilt football match, according to court documents. Barrett allegedly uploaded the videos on the Internet. He pleaded guilty in 2009 to stalking and shooting the nude videos and reportedly faced 30 months imprisonment the following year.

Erin Andrews originally named Marriott International as a defendant, but a judge dismissed the hotel company as a defendant just last month. Her lawsuit lists Barrett, Windsor Capital Group, the hotel’s parent company, and Nashville Marriott at Vanderbilt University. She accuses the hotel of “negligence, infliction of emotional distress, and invasion of privacy” according to The Tennessean.

During jury selection on the first day of the civil trial for the stalking lawsuit, members of the press were allegedly kept out of the courtroom due to Judge Hamilton Gayden’s interpretation of Rule 30, which is related to media access. They were later permitted to enter the courtroom for the last part of jury selection after an attorney for The Tennessean and Channel 4 intervened.

The trial for Erin Andrews’ negligence lawsuit against the hotel is expected to last about 10 days

  • Erin Andrews: Jury Selection Begins In Stalking Case

Erin Andrews will have her day(s) in court and they are coming soon.

On Monday, a jury was being selected in Erin Andrews’ trial against a Nashville hotel which she says is responsible for making her location known to 50-year-old Michael David Barrett and allowing him to book rooms next to her in 2008.

He then recorded video of Erin Andrews undressing through various peepholes and posted them online.

Erin Andrews was working for ESPN at the time and in Nashville for a Vanderbilt football game when the recordings took place.

While Erin Andrews’ looks have garnered her a lot of attention and unfortunately made her a target in the eyes of her stalker, she doesn’t like them being discussed.

She said recently of the double standard she faces, “I think it’s hilarious when people have a problem with, ‘Oh she’s wearing this, she’s got hair extensions. It’s so funny to me that people are so worried about what I’m doing or care about how I look, and I’m working out.”

  • Erin Andrews Still Dating Jarret Stoll Despite Drug Arrest, Taking Relationship to Next Level

Erin Andrews of Fox Sports and Dancing With the Stars fame is still dating NHL player Jarret Stoll despite last April’s drug arrest. In fact, it sounds like they’re taking their relationship to the next level.

“We signed a lease on a new apartment and we went to go celebrate at Shake Shack. Very romantic. We loved it. Vanilla milk shake!” Andrews shared while chatting with Fox News backstage at Dancing With the Stars.

Romantic dinners are apparently something Erin Andrews and Jarret Stoll enjoy frequently, too.

“We love going out to eat and that’s our word, ‘comfy cozy.’ We like to find a good comfy cozy spot with candles, just to see each other,” she explains. “Because we don’t get to really see each other ’cause he’s in the middle of his season and, as I remind him all the time, ‘Babe, I have two jobs. You just have one.’”

It was just a week ago that Erin Andrews shared a photo of herself with Jarret Stoll in New York City.

“Love this city ❤️?” she captioned it.

A photo posted by Erin Andrews (@erinandrews) on

Jarret Stoll was in Las Vegas when he was arrested for alleged drug possession in April. By pleading a felony cocaine possession charge down to two misdemeanors he avoided jail time. He is doing community service by creating a hockey program for at-risk children.

Despite his dalliances with drugs, Erin Andrews seems to love Jarret Stoll. When asked if the two would eventually get married, however, she had this to say.

“I don’t know,” she joked. “Do you know something I don’t? Breaking news. I have no idea.”

Did you expect that Jarret Stoll’s arrest last April might have spelled the end for him and Erin Andrews? Are you surprised she has stuck with him through his legal issues?

  • Erin Andrews Talks Dating Life with Jarret Stoll

“We love going out to eat and that’s our word, ‘comfy cozy.’ We like to find a good comfy cozy spot with candles, just to see each other. Andrews has been in the news recently due to some unhappier circumstances.

Erin Andrews is asking for a giant sum in a negligence lawsuit centered around the leaked nude video of her that went viral in 2009.

Andrews first filed the lawsuit against Marriott International (and several other defendants) in 2011, but the trial will begin in February of next year. Court documents recently revealed that she is seeking $75 million in damages.

Andrews claims that Marriott is liable in her privacy violation. Mainly, Andrews says that Marriott not only informed her stalker that she would be staying at the hotel, but also granted his request to book a room next to hers.

  • Erin Andrews: From the Ball Park to the Ballroom

Erin Andrews traveled from the ball park to the ballroom in record time on Monday. The Dancing With the Stars anchor and Fox News reporter covered Game 5 of the World Series in New York on Sunday. The game went into extra innings, with the Kansas City Royals emerging victorious.

Because of those extra innings–and sticking around to hand out the trophy–Erin Andrews didn’t get back to L.A. until 6:00 a.m. on Monday. That meant in addition to learning her lines for the Dancing With the Stars broadcast, her makeup and wardrobe people had to deal with red eyes with dark circles underneath them–and a very tired star.

“This was a crazy 48 hours for me,” Andrews said in an interview with PeopleStyle. “On Sunday night, I was sitting at Citi Field in N.Y.C. covering Game 5 of the World Series. The clinching game went into extra innings, and since the Royals ended the series I had to stay late, do post game interviews and hand out the trophy. I jumped on a plane right after the game and landed in L.A. at 6:00 a.m. Monday morning. Clearly, I wasn’t working on much sleep.”

“Thank goodness for my team. I looked at them and said, this is your day. Dress me up, paint my face, and do my hair… it’s all on you,” Erin Andrews said early on Monday. “I’m just trying to get my lines right for today’s show.”

Stylist Alyssa Greene dressed Erin Andrews in a short dress on Monday, following several weeks of long dresses.

“Erin hasn’t really done a look like this before so it was great to get her into something new and fresh,” Greene says. “Since she missed two shows to be bundled up on the baseball field I felt she should come back with a bang and show off her super-toned legs! I paired the sexy number with strappy Giuseppe Zanotti gold heels that mimicked the lines of the dress to really keep the look fluid. The gold and diamond jewels from Shay were icing on the cake!”

Greene said Erin Andrews texted her ahead of time, asking her to bring eye drops for her tired, red eyes.

Can you imagine how exhausted Erin Andrews must have been by the time Dancing With the Stars aired on Monday evening? Wouldn’t you like to know how many cups of coffee she drank or if she drinks energy drinks like Redbull to stay alert?

What do you bet Erin Andrews went to bed a lot earlier on Monday night than she did on Sunday?

  • Erin Andrews: Lawsuit Over Peephole Video Heating Up, “Dancing With the Stars” Host Shares How Much

Erin Andrews filed suit against Marriott International quite a while back, after she was videotaped through a peephole while staying there. Just recently, however, the Dancing With the Stars host divulged how much she is seeking in damages from the hotel corporation.

It was back in 2008, in a Tennessee hotel rom, that Erin Andrews was videotaped in the nude. A stalker named Michael David Barrett committed the heinous act and is being sued as well. He went so far as to post the nude clips of Erin Andrews online.

Erin Andrews feels Marriott is responsible, too, because staff at the hotel’s front desk confirmed to Barrett that she was a guest there, and have him her room number.

So how much is Andrews asking for from Marriott International? Her amended claim, filed over a week ago, seeks damages in the amount of $75,000.

A trial date is set for February of 2016. Lawyers for Erin Andrews anticipate the trial will last approximately 10 days.

Do you agree with Erin Andrews that Marriott should bear some of the responsibility for Michael David Barrett filming her in the nude while she was a guest at one of their hotels?

Will the Fox reporter get what she’s asking for?

  • Erin Andrews Sues Marriott International and Other Defendants for $75 Million in Peephole Video Case

Erin Andrews was filmed through a peephole by a stalker named Michael David Barrett while staying at a Marriott hotel in Tennessee in 2008.

Barrett was sentenced to 30 months in jail for filming the Dancing With the Stars co-host and Fox reporter nude. She believes Marriott International should be held accountable, too. Employees of the hotel both told Barrett she was staying there and provided him with her room number.

Michael David Barrett posted his nude footage of Erin Andrews online, which prompted an investigation by the FBI.

Erin Andrews filed this lawsuit back in 2011. It has been scheduled to go to trial in February of 2016. In light of the upcoming trial, defense lawyers sought a court order that directed Erin Andrews to divulge the amount of damages she is seeking.

Filing an amended complaint on Tuesday of this week, Erin Andrews stated she was seeking $75 million.

Lawyers for Andrews, as well as for the defendants, expect the February trial to last approximately 10 days.

The past year or so has no doubt been exhausting for Erin Andrews. In addition to preparing to sue Marriott International, she also learned that her boyfriend, New York Rangers hockey player Jarrett Stoll was arrested in Las Vegas and charged with possession of both cocaine and ecstasy. In September she admitted she wasn’t sure what–if anything–the future holds for the two.

“I have no idea what tomorrow will bring,” she said. “We’re brought up thinking our lives are going to be a Taylor Swift song. Then you get older and wiser. You don’t know what is going to bring you happiness.”

It certainly sounds like Erin Andrews has a strong case against Marriott International. Almost anyone knows hotel employees can’t divulge such information about their guests–especially when those guests are celebrities.

If things don’t work out for Erin Andrews and Jarrett Stoll, $75 million might help to ease her pain.

  • Erin Andrews Nude Video Lawsuit Seeks $75M from Hotel Chain

Erin Andrews is asking for a hefty sum in a negligence lawsuit centered around the leaked nude video of her that went viral in 2009.

Andrews first filed the lawsuit against Marriott International (and several other defendants) in 2011, but the trial will begin in February. Court documents obtained by The Smoking Gun reveal just how much she is seeking in the case – $75 million.

The criminal case against Michael David Barrett, the stalker who surreptitiously recorded Andrews as she changed inside her Marriott hotel room, has been resolved for some time. Barrett was arrested in October of 2009, just months after the video he recorded hit the web. He pleaded guilty to interstate stalking in December of the same year.

In 2010, Barrett was sentenced to 30 months in prison, three years probation, and ordered to pay fines and restitution. He was released in July of 2012.

But Andrews claims that Marriott is liable in her privacy violation. Mainly, Andrews says that Marriott not only informed Barrett that she would be staying at the hotel, but also granted his request to book a room next to hers.

“Prior to September 2, 2008, Plaintiff is informed and believes that Barrett made calls from Illinois to Defendants Marriott, West End, and/or Windsor to determine if Plaintiff would be staying at the Nashville Marriott,” reads the lawsuit.

“On or about September 2, 2008, Barrett reserved a room at the Nashville Marriott and specifically requested that his room be placed next to Plaintiff. Defendants Marriott, West End, and/or Windsor granted the request and placed Barrett in the room next to Plaintiff without Plaintiff’s consent or knowledge. Defendant Barrett removed and altered the peephole of Plaintiff’s hotel room door and recorded video of Plaintiff changing and/or getting dressed without her consent of knowledge.

“The unknowing and unwelcome filming of Plaintiff while she was changing and/or getting dressed and the further dissemination of unauthorized, private videos of Plaintiff in the hotel rooms has caused and continues to cause Plaintiff great emotional distress and embarrassment.”

  • Allison Holker: “Dancing With the Stars” Pro Pregnant, Admits to One Worry

Allison Holker, dance pro on Dancing With the Stars, shared with co-host Erin Andrews on Monday night’s show that she is pregnant. This will be the first child for Hollker and hubby Stephen “tWitch” Boss. Allison Holker has a seven-year-old daughter, Weslie, from a previous relationship.

    Holker is ecstatic.

“It’s something that we have wanted for so long, and now it’s actually happening, and it feels like the biggest blessing,” she says.

“My daughter is so ecstatic about being a big sister,” Allison Holker adds. “Every single day since we told her that we were having a baby, she helps take care of me. It’s the most adorable thing.”

“WE ARE HAVING A BABY @sir_twitch_alot !!!!!!!!” Allison Holker captioned this photo of her big announcement on Dancing With the Stars Monday evening.

Allison Holker is paired with Andy Grammer on DWTS, and the two make a stellar team on the ballroom floor. Are there any worries about Holker continuing on the show in light of her pregnancy?

There is just one–and it involves her Dancing With the Stars attire.

“You have no idea,” she says. “Last week they put me in this little bitt leotard with all these cutouts! But I actually think I’ve filled out. I have bigger breasts and hips now, and once it was on, I was like ‘Oh, I’m digging this,’” she says.

Allison Holker did, of course, run her DWTS role by her doctor.

“We had a really serious conversation about it and I explained to her everything that I have to do and asked if she thought I’d be okay,” she says. “She said, ‘Absolutely, your body is already used to you being this active.’ She was really confident about it and that made me feel so comfortable.”

Congratulations are certainly in order for Allison Holker and hubby tWitch–as well as to little Weslie. May she complete the rest of the season on Dancing With the Stars with no complications, and look forward to a healthy baby in the near future.

  • Erin Andrews Says She’s Uncertain About Future With Boyfriend Jarret Stoll

Erin Andrews opened up about her relationship with hockey player Jarret Stoll and future plans in a recent interview with Redbook.

Andrews admitted she does not know if she and Stoll will end up together. Stoll was arrested for drug possession in April and since then their relationship has been rocky. After the incident, Stoll had a plea deal and helped create a hockey program to reach out to at-risk kids as his community service.

The Dancing WithThe Stars host  said she was clueless as to what the future holds for them. “We’re brought up thinking our lives are going to be a Taylor Swift song. Then you get older and wiser. You don’t know what is going to bring you happiness,” Andrews told Redbook October 2015 issue.

Andrews was determined to have a family of her own whether or not she ends up with Stoll.

“I happen to be one of those women who thinks it is possible to have it all. All of my friends from college and high school have three kids now. I’m not even engaged! I hope to have that, but look at what I’ve done: I’ve hopefully had a hand in opening the door for other women. I believe family is the next step.”

When asked about the most difficult thing she has encountered in her entire career, she told Redbook that she experienced being stalked. According to her, many people did not take the situation seriously. She took legal actions but people just perceived it as a means to become famous.

Andrews said she has learned to shrug off all the criticisms thrown at her especially after her boyfriend’s drug-related arrest.

The journalist will appear on the cover of Redbook along with Gabrielle Union and Maria Menounos for the October 2015 issue.

  • Erin Andrews : ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Co-Host, Fox Sports Reporter Boyfriend Jarret Stoll Charged With Felony Cocaine Possession

Erin Andrews was no doubt humiliated in April when her boyfriend, NHL player Jarret Stoll, was arrested at the MGM Grand’s Wet Republic pool complex in Las Vegas, after security guards found what they believed was cocaine and ecstasy during what People magazine calls a ‘routine search.’

Now that humiliation Erin Andrews felt has likely been renewed and possibly even compounded as Jarret Stoll was charged with one count of possession of a controlled substance–cocaine–by the Clark County district attorney’s office on Monday.

At the time of Jarret Stoll’s arrest back in April, a rep for the L.A. Kings–the NHL team on which he plays–issued a statement.

“We are aware of police reports out of Clark County, Nevada regarding Jarett Stoll. Our organization is concerned and has begun conducting a thorough investigation. While we continue to actively gather facts, we are withholding further comment at this time,” the statement reads.

The team management is likely experiencing their own sense of humiliation, but it’s probably nothing compared to what the Dancing With the Stars co-host and Fox Sports reporter is feeling.

Jarret Stoll faces up to four years in a state prison if convicted for felony cocaine possession. It’s uncertain why he wasn’t charged for possession of ecastasy as well.

Erin Andrews and Jarret Stoll have been a couple since 2012. It’s uncertain if his arrest and subsequent cocaine possession charge has impeded their relationship in any way.

Might Jarret Stoll’s arrest and drug charges shed an unfavorable light upon Erin Andrews? She was with him just a day ahead of his arrest in Vegas in April.

Did she know about his cocaine and ecstasy use?

People magazine reached out to reps for Erin Andrews, but they have yet to issue a statement.

  • Erin Andrews: NHL Boyfriend Jarret Stoll Charged With Felony Cocaine Possession

Los Angeles Kings hockey player, Jarret Stoll, was arrested on April 17 for possessing cocaine at the MGM Wet Republic pool in Las Vegas. Stoll, who is the boyfriend of FOX sportscaster and Dancing With the Stars host Erin Andrews, has now been charged with felony possession of a controlled substance.

Staff members at the Wet Republic arrested Stoll after subjecting him to a voluntary search upon which they found MDMA and powdered cocaine in his pocket.

Based on police reports, the hockey player admitted to possessing 3.3 grams of cocaine powder. Stoll was likely at the MGM Grand Hotel to attend the second year anniversary of the hotel’s popular club Hakkasan, the same event that featured DJ Tiësto and brought out singer Christina Aguilera.

Stoll was taken into custody at the CCDC a few months ago but was later released on $5,000 bond.

Reports from Los Angeles Times and TMZ stated that the charge was filed as part of a criminal complaint and was listed as one felony count of cocaine possession with the Clark County District Attorney’s office.

According to the criminal complaint, Stoll would only be charged for possessing cocaine and not for having MDMA.

District Attorney Steven Wolfson refused to comment on why the charge only included cocaine possession.

Stoll, who turns 33 this Wednesday, could face up to four years in state prison if convicted on the cocaine charge. However, he could possibly receive a suspended sentence and probation at the discretion of the judge, per the Orange County Register.

The LA Kings center is expected to return to court on July 1, the same day he becomes an unrestricted NHL free agent.

A day before being arrested, Stoll was spotted on a date with his girlfriend Andrews at La Sosta Enoteca in Manhattan Beach California.

Erin Andrews, 37, and Stoll began dating in 2012.
