Lily-Rose Depp, the 15-year-old daughter of Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis, attended a Chanel event in New York this week with her mom. The teenager definitely turned heads at the Chanel and Paris-Salzburg 2014/15 Metiers d’Art Collection fashion show, in a crop top and matching pencil skirt from the Chanel spring/summer 2015 collection.
With her hair cut into a sleek bob, Lily-Rose Depp looked more like one of the event’s models than an attendee. Even her famous mom dressed the part. Vanessa Paradis wore a black Chanel bouclé dress that featured a silver crisscross design. Vanessa was once a model for the fashion line. She appeared in her first Chanel perfume ad back in 1991. In 2010, she became the face of Chanel’s Rouge Coco lipstick. Karl Lagerfeld has long considered Vanessa Paradis among his muses.
“It feels good to be his doll,” Vanessa told Vogue back in 2010. “He always has the best ideas and has an amazing sense of improvisation.”
Do you think Lily-Rose Depp will follow her mom into the world of fashion modeling or might she be more interested in pursuing her dad’s line of work as an actor? So far, acting is winning out. Lily-Rose Depp is set to star in Yoga Hosers–Kevin Smith’s latest horror flick. This is a reprisal for Lily-Rose, who played the same role in Tusk. Johnny Depp plays a police detective in the film.

And just like Johnny Depp and director Kevin Smith, Lily-Rose Depp and Kevin’s daughter Harley Quinn Smith are close friends. Harley Quinn Smith stars in Yoga Hosers alongside her BFF.
Kevin Smith says the girls have a future in acting.
“It was thrilling to watch them both take their first steps in what’s bound to be a lifelong passion for performance,” he said.
It’s hard to believe that Johnny Depp’s daughter, Lily-Rose Depp is already 15. She looks even older than that. What do you suppose the Pirates of the Caribbean star thinks of his little girl being so grown up?
