Considering that Orange Is The New Black has been the number one show on Netflix since season one dropped, it’s no surprise that the company is already working on a season three. In fact, Netflix decided to go another round with the inmates at Litchfield even before season two premiered.

And while little is known about what’s going to happen next season, one of the series’ most notable actresses has confirmed that she will feature in every episode.

Laura Prepon, the show’s Alex Vause, told US Weekly that her schedule has made it possible for her to be in every season three episode.

“It sucked because [show creator] Jenji Kohan and I wanted me to be in it more, but with the schedule, it didn’t happen,” she explained. “I was so bummed out. But I handled it, so I’m in every [episode] in season three. It is so good.”

Prepon is, of course, referring to her lack of screen time in season two. Only appearing in a handful of the 13 episodes, Vause’s storyline was a bit muted throughout the new season. Apparently, that was due to scheduling conflicts.

As you may recall, there was a time when we all thought that Prepon had completely left the show following the success of season one.

But those rumors proved to be false, and showrunner Jenji Kohan confirmed Prepon’s limited role in season two.

Alex Vause’s storyline with lead character Piper was the bedrock of season one, and it took a bit of a backseat in season two. You can be sure that many fans will be thrilled to hear that Prepon, and thus Vause, will be playing a much bigger role in the third season.
