Kim Zolciak, one of the stars of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta”, just gave birth to twins on November 25 but is already looking like her old slim self, and her Twitter followers want to know how she’s doing it. But the reality star has done it before, and said at the time that good genes and chasing around her other young children were at the root of it.
Zolciak stepped out with husband Kroy Biermann over Thanksgiving weekend without a hint that she’d just given birth, let alone to two babies. Her Twitter page promptly blew up with fans complimenting her and wanting to know what her secret was.

But bouncing back from a pregnancy is old hat for Zolciak, who did the same thing just last year after she gave birth to her son Kash. Zolciak looked great during her pregnancy, as well, and tweeted pictures of her bare belly a couple of times–including while in a bikini–during the last stages.

The twins–Kane and Kaia–are the newest addition to the family, which includes Brielle, 16, Ariana, 11, Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash, 15 months.
