Kendall Jenner Graces Cover Of Harper’s Bazaar, Works With Karl Lagerfeld

Kendall Jenner has been steadily making a name for herself in the fashion scene. Now, with a 10-page spread in Harper’s Bazaar, the reality show star has established herself as a key player in the business.

The 19-year-old graces the cover of Harper’s Bazaar’s May issue and is also featured in the magazine’s annual beauty edition.

Kendall is all glammed up in the photos, wearing elaborate pieces straight from Chanel’s fall-winter 2015 collection. More impressively, the eye-catching photos were taken by no less than Chanel’s head honcho himself, Karl Lagerfeld.

The two have unexpectedly developed a unique and strong friendship, something that surprised even the young Kendall, especially after how she initially felt around the design icon.

“I’m really shy when I first meet someone- and to meet him was even worse. He would say something to me and I would just nod. It was like meeting a crush or something – I was mute,” Kendall confessed. “And then every time we’d see each other, it would just get better and better. Now we’re totally BFFs.”

It’s a good thing too, as Lagerfeld seems to be helping Kendall become a better model.

“I’ve actually learned to be a better model,” she admitted. “Whenever I shoot with him, he gives me some tips, little things, pointers.”

Aside from fashion, Kendall also talks about her famous family and her model-friends in the accompanying article. She admits that despite walking the runways of some pretty high-profile brands, Kendall still looks up to big sister Kim’s fashion style.

“I really admire Kim’s style. It’s insane. She really knows how to work her style with her body,” Kendall gushes. “It’s so fun to be in Paris with her, but I’ll walk out and be like ‘Oh, my God, I love my outfit,’ and then I’ll see Kim and I’ll be like, ‘My outfit sucks compared to yours!’”

Kendall also dishes about hanging out with looker Cara Delevingne and other models, as well as her plans to stay in the fashion industry.
