Kate Middleton & Prince William Still Waiting

Kate Middleton and Prince William, also known as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge since their wedding in April of 2011, are still anxiously awaiting the birth of their first born. The baby, whether it be a boy or a girl will be third in line to the throne.

With her due date of July 11 passing, the whole world is on stand-by waiting to see when the royal baby will make it’s grand entrance. The delivery is set to take place in the same hospital where Princess Diana gave birth to Prince William 31 years ago, in a private wing of St. Mary’s Hospital in London. Prince Harry was also born in the same hospital. The baby will be delivered by Marcus Setchell, formerly the Queen’s gynecologist.

Having no air conditioning at their home, in Nottingham Cottage, and temperatures reaching near 90 degrees and breaking records, Middleton spent this past weekend cooling off at her parents house in Bucklebury, Berkshire. Her parent’s house has a pool, BBQ patio, and other amenities that will be used to help keep Middleton as comfortable as possible, while she continues to wait.

An insider spoke to “Us” magazine saying, “It was just too warm in Nott Cott. She decided to spend the weekend with mum and dad. Much more comfortable.”

Another insider stated that “Kate wanted to spend what will probably be her last weekend before the baby is born having a normal time with her family. She wanted to get away from the stuffiness of Kensington Palace while William played polo. She and William are very much the modern royals – she wanted a break from London to spend a sunny weekend in the garden with her family.”
