Jessa Duggar And Ben Seewald Want More Kids In The Future

The 19 Kids and Counting member, Jessa Duggar and husband Ben Seewald want a bigger family, and they really mean it.

The couple shared their excitement for the arrival of their baby and their future plan for their family in an interview at the Southern Women’s Show in Charlotte, N. C. on Aug. 29.

How many children do they want to have? Seewald jokingly said they would want 20 kids.

“Well, I’m not giving birth to that many, but we want to adopt,” 22-year-old Jessa, who grew up in a large family, opened up to Us Weekly.

Since announcing their pregnancy over social media, Jessa has been constantly updating her followers with ultrasound photos and blogging about her journey to motherhood with baby Seewald. According to her, she has been craving for ice cream and smoothies.

“Baby Seewald is growing steadily and Mommy has been feeling some little, yet strong, kicks,” the soon-to-be mom wrote on June 17.

Jessa and Seewald are expecting their baby on November 1, the exact same date of their wedding anniversary.

Meanwhile, Jessa is appearing on Breaking the Silence, a TLC documentary that aims to raise awareness on the devastating effects of child sexual abuse. She and sister, Jill Duggar will share their own story. The Duggar sisters are allegedly two of the five minors molested by Josh Duggar in the past.

Jessa believes it is important to discuss this openly as this should not be a “taboo subject.”

Now that she is becoming a parent, she said she learned a lot of “things I can do to be more aware, things I can do to set up boundaries safeguards for my child and children, hopefully, in the future.”

Despite the scandals Josh is facing, Jessa is trying to move forward with faith especially now that she is pregnant.
