Jennifer Lawrence may be America’s newest sweetheart, but according to a recent interview with Lindsay Lohan, not everyone in Hollywood thinks so.
The interview, which was with Kode Magazine, has Lohan speaking her mind about the “Hunger Games” star and calling her awards-show clumsiness “fake”.
“She’s so fake and I’m sorry I’m not going to [expletive] for roles,” Lohan allegedly said.
Rumors have been flying since the interview went public that a feud was started between the actresses after Lawrence’s Oscar speech, when she made a joke in reference to the movie “The First Wives Club” and said, “Oh, what does it say, it says “I Beat Meryl”. Not everyone was in on it, however, and Lohan tweeted a post about how no one should mess with a legend like Meryl Streep. Later, Lawrence talked about the incident to David Letterman and explained what the joke meant.
“It was a quote from First Wives Club. Bette Midler was talking about a Globe, I can’t believe nobody’s ever done it before, where she says ‘Look what it says, it says I beat Meryl.’”
Since then, some say, the ladies have taken a huge dislike to one another. But Lohan’s reps say she never even spoke to a Kode reporter in person and did her entire interview via email.
“Lindsay never spoke to any journalist at Kode. The interview was completed via email,” Lohan’s rep said. “We have no comprehension on why a journalist would fabricate this content and distribute it in such an irresponsible way.”

Editor Jacob Simon says that Lohan was present for an interview, however, and he can prove it.
“Yes, the interview took place and everything stated in the article is fact and came directly from Lohan herself. And we have photos chronicling the writer and Lindsay’s numerous times together.”
Lawrence hasn’t commented on the article, and Lohan hasn’t commented on it publicly.
