Jennifer Aniston “Loves Lasers”, Not Plastic Surgery

Jennifer Aniston has flaunted her flawlessness on various screens for decades now.

The Friends alum is always polished, and for years fans have been wanting to know her secrets.

In the latest issue of InStyle, she humors us all and spills some.

Surprisingly, Jennifer Aniston is not a fan of Botox or invasive surgeries.

That’s not to say that Aniston doesn’t have a little help keeping that youthful glow about her.

“I just take care of my skin, eat well, exercise,” she explained to InStyle.

Jennifer Aniston continued, “And I love lasers and [other noninvasive treatments like] Thermage [radio frequency] and Ultherapy [ultrasound]. I also like a good microcurrent facial.”

Many of Aniston’s colleagues have turned to surgery over the years, sometimes with disastrous consequences.

But, Jennifer Aniston has her own way of staying young-looking without the risk.

“People lose perspective. I look around and see how bad plastic surgery and injections can really kick you in the ass,” she says of some Hollywood stars who look worse for wear after surgeries go wrong.

Jennifer Aniston relies more on water and rest, which she calls “your best bets for really great skin.”

She really does have gorgeous skin, but for her latest movie, Cake, Jennifer Aniston gives us a glimpse at what she would look like if she just let everything go.

For the role of a chronic pain sufferer, she ditched makeup and working out altogether. She also wore prosthetic scars to roughen up her appearance even more.

Jennifer Aniston said she didn’t mind giving up makeup, but not working out was a lot harder on her.

She explained, “For two months there were no mirrors to look at, no manicurists. Nothing. The hardest part for me was when they said, ‘Don’t work out.’ I said, ‘But I have to.’ And then I realized, Oh. When you’re not working out, your levels of joy just go down, down, down.”

She continued, “And it’s not that easy to get the weight off once you stop working out. You say to your body, ‘Hey, what’s going on?’ But that’s just the 40s.”
