Marvel and Netflix have announced that Carrie-Anne Moss will be joining the cast of Marvel’s AKA Jessica Jones. The show is part of Netflix’s partnership with Marvel that aims to expand on the Marvel Cinematic Universe. In order to set themselves apart from other Marvel TV Shows like Agents of S.H.E.I.L.D. and Agent Carter, Netflix will be focusing on street-level heroes. Part of this initiative is Netflix’s upcoming Daredevil series which will also be released this year.

News about Carrie-Anne Moss’ character is still scarce, but according to reports, she will be playing a “no-nonsense woman who could prove a powerful ally to Jessica… if Jessica doesn’t completely alienate her first”.
