British actress Carey Mulligan, who made headlines with her outstanding turn in the Oscar-nominated 2009 film “An Education“, is notoriously private about her off-screen life and has managed to keep her relationship with Marcus Mumford out of the spotlight…until now.
The 26-year old has been engaged to Mumford since last summer, and the two are reportedly going to tie the knot this weekend despite the warnings from friends that they are rushing it.
“They are madly in love and know they are perfect for each other,” RadarOnline reported from a source.
Mumford and Sons, an English quartet who exploded on the music scene in 2010 with their album “Sigh No More”, will be playing a series of shows this summer which they call the “Gentlemen Of The Road Stopover” tour, so it’s likely that Mumford wants to take advantage of the band’s brief downtime now for the wedding. The handsome musician being taken off the market will no doubt have Twitter users buzzing:
@etouloup: first Romo’s baby and now this.. what’re you going to do @kara_kotecki?? http://t.co/nCgUs2mD
