Cara Delevingne has been bitten by the acting bug. Who knew that a Taylor Swift video could change a girl’s life?

Cara Delevingne turned heads when she appeared recently in the video to Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood,” where she was joined by Karlie Kloss and a cast of supermodels and superstars that must have emptied Swift’s Rolodex. Cara Delevingne herself starred as Mother Chucker, a nunchuku expert.

Other big names who filled out the cast of the much-ballyhooed video include:

Hailee Steinfeld as The Trinity
Jessica Alba as Domino
Hayley Williams as The Crimson Curse
Karlie Kloss as Knockout
Selena Gomez as Arsyn
Ellen Pompeo as Luna
Mariska Hargitay as Justice
Lena Dunham as Lucky Fiori
Cindy Crawford as Headmistress
Martha Hunt as Homeslice
Lily Aldridge as Frostbyte
Ellie Goulding as Destructa X
Gigi Hadid as Slay-Z
Zendaya as Cut-Throat
Serayah as Dilemma
Kendrick Lamar as Welvin Da Great

Actually Cara Delevingne got in front of the camera — the video camera — before the Swift vid. She is starring in Paper Towns, based on the novel by John Green, who also wrote The Fault in Our Stars.

“I think John Green’s writing is so special,” says Delevingne. “It’s a teen film, but it’s not bubblegum-sugarcoated. It’s real and it’s delicious. With kids, sh– doesn’t always work out. People die of cancer. People get heartbroken.”

Cara Delevingne told Entertainment Weekly that she may be a supermodel, but what she really wants to do is act.

“I wanna f—ing Meryl Streep it,” Delevingne said. “I don’t know if that’s possible. We’ll see.”

If not that?

“Angelina Jolie. You know? Ex–party girl. [Now] hardworking.”
