Here we go again!
Number one ranked Alabama goes up against arch nemesis (#13 in BCS) LSU in tonight’s marquee game in Tuscaloosa, AL.
Now, a game pitting two highly ranked teams usually means a great game to tune into. When you add the history between these two teams, including Alabama coach, Nick Saban, who was also the former coach of LSU(2000-2004), it can take that up a few notches.
Tonight, LSU has a chance to hurt their division rival, as Alabama is trying to continue their road to a third straight National Championship. The importance of that has not left Saban unaware, “It’s probably hard for everybody to think that this is just another game,” Saban said.
Everyone has their picks for tonight’s big game as well as former Super Bowl winning coach, Tony Dungy:

And lets not forget the venerable Lee Corso, of ESPN’s College Gameday picking Alabama here:

The pressure will be on for LSU being both the underdog and going into hostile territory in Tuscaloosa. ”It’s definitely huge. I can’t even understate that,” Tigers running back Jeremy Hill said. ”It’s a big game. I’m not even going to sit here and lie to you guys. You just can’t let it overwhelm you.”
LSU coach, Les Miles and Saban have had a great rivalry since 2007. The series stands between the two at 4-3, Bama. Tonight’s game will either even it for Miles’ and LSU or give Saban’s Crimson Tide another step closer to their goal.
If tonight’s game is anything like last year’s, we are in for a treat tonight.
