Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Hospice Nurse Impersonator Faces Criminal Charges

The woman in charge of the late Bobbi Kristina Brown’s care is facing criminal charges.

According to the Associated Press, Taiwo Sobamowo, has been charged with practicing nursing without a license and is being held at the Gwinnett County jail in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

Bobbi Kristina Brown, who passed away six months ago after she was found unconscious and facedown in her bathtub on Jan. 31, 2015, was in the care of Sobamowo at Peachtree Christian Hospice in Duluth. When it was discovered that she did not have a nursing licensee, the woman was arrested for impersonating a nurse and was fired from the hospice.

The daughter of Bobby Brown, 46, and the late Whitney Houston was under Sobamowo’s care was placed in a medically induced coma and eventually died on July 26, 2015, at the age of 22. The circumstances surrounding her death were eerily similar to that of her mother, who died at the age of 48 after being found in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton hotel in February 2012.

Since Bobbi Kristina’s death, more details about what may have happened to her the day she was found have surfaced.

According to Us Weekly, boyfriend Nick Gordon, 20, was accused in October of injecting her with a “toxic mixture” before her hospitalization. The allegations came in a wrongful death lawsuit filed by Bobbi Kristina’s conservator, Bedelia Hargrove, who alleges that Gordon “battered and bruised” Bobbi Kristina and knocked her tooth out.

Gordon, who checked into rehab following an emotional TV intervention with Dr. Phil and his mother, Michelle Gordon, in March 2015, made headlines when he tweeted a Photoshopped Christmas card with his late girlfriend.

Can you say creepy?
