Teresa Giudice Won’t Appear On Husband’s Reality Show

Teresa Guidice will reportedly not make an appearance on her husband Joe’s reality show, which will likely only be a few episodes.

Teresa, who is currently serving a 15-month jail sentence for fraud, will be heard on the phone when she calls her family, according to E! News. However, the series has already begun filming during her period of incarceration. Joe Giudice will reportedly be taken into custody himself after Teresa serves her time.

According to sources, the special will feature several stars from The Real Housewives Of New Jersey, including several members of Teresa’s family. Joe Gorga, Teresa’s brother, has been spotted filming with his wife Melissa already.

Teresa and Joe Giudice made headlines this week when it was reported that their Jersey Shore vacation home was going up for auction, with bids starting at just $100. The couple reportedly owe $550,266 on the home after filing for bankruptcy and put their own home up for sale last year, but later took it off the market.

Teresa Giudice has reportedly kept a journal throughout her time in prison and will use it to write a memoir upon her release, which will not only cover her time behind bars but about her younger years.

“It’s going to be about growing up from humble beginnings. She will also tell the story everyone is dying to know: what life is like behind bars,” her attorney told Us Weekly.

Giudice wrote in one entry about how she is allowed email privileges and became emotional when she heard from her daughter about an award she won.

“I got an email from Gia. She got an award for perseverance. I started crying at the computer. I was so happy for her, and saying to myself, ‘That is my daughter.’”

Teresa also reportedly has a cooking show in the works, so she’ll be busy when she gets home. She is scheduled for release in February, just before Joe will have to begin his sentence.
