Bobbi Kristina Brown Story Not Over As Murder Investigation Now Begins

Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death has set in motion something that could not be done while she was lying in that hospice center in Georgia. The death of Bobbi Kristina Brown will now start to be investigated to see if she was murdered.

After weeks of media vigils and rumors, the family of Bobbi Kristina Brown announced Sunday that she had died. Bobby Brown’s lawyers issued a statement on his behalf.

“Yesterday Bobbi Kristina Brown took her place in heaven. Krissy fought to get well for months, however she has [succumbed] to her injuries.”

Another statement from the family in general read:

“Bobbi Kristina Brown passed away July 26, 2015, surrounded by her family. She is finally at peace in the arms of God. We want to again thank everyone for their tremendous amount of love and support during these last few months.”

But it is the statement from the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office that all but guarantees that the name Bobbi Kristina Brown will not leave tabloid pages for week or even months to come.

“The death of Bobbi Kristina Brown has been reported to the Fulton County Medical Examiner’s Office in accordance with state death investigation laws requiring investigation of known or suspected non-natural deaths. Because the events at her home leading to her death occurred in Fulton County (Roswell), her death has been reported to the Fulton County Medical Examiner for determination of the cause, manner, and circumstances of death. Despite the long interval between her being found unresponsive and her death, an autopsy will still be necessary to further evaluate possible causes of death or contributing factors.”

The time between Bobbi Kristina being discovered unresponsive in her bathtub in January and her eventual death “complicate reconstruction of the events surrounding her initial unresponsiveness. Interpretation of autopsy findings and other information will also be challenging. However, an autopsy could be helpful to address questions which may arise about the cause of her unresponsiveness and eventual death.”
