Justin Bieber was the recipient of some unsolicited advice from Glee star Naya Rivera when she hosted The View on Thursday.
“I care less about the Photoshop than I do with like shirtless selfies, like, it’s annoying and you look like a douchebag. It’s like girls don’t want to date guys that are constantly in a mirror, like, looking. Stop. Go fix something in the house. That’s hotter,” Naya Rivera said of Justin Bieber’s penchant for taking selfies of himself in the mirror.
Naya Rivera was commenting on a photo Justin Bieber posted on Instagram after he felt the need to refute rumors that he was photoshopped in a recent ad for Calvin Klein. In the photo, he is shown wearing only a towel, with the caption, “Photoshop lol.”
Naya Rivera‘s stint on The View was also marked by some time in a bit of hot water after comments she made about showering.
“I think that white people shower a lot more than ethnic,” she said after Nicolle Wallace said she showers up to three times per day. “I feel like showering more than once a day or every day is such a white people thing.”

Naya Rivera apologized the next day for her remarks.
“Yesterday we were talking about a study that says that you’re supposed to shower, I guess, once or twice every three days. I had an opinion on it that was supposed to be a joke. Apparently it didn’t go over so well,” she said. “I apologize if anyone was offended, however, I am very excited that it sparked a big conversation about how many times you should shower.”
