2014 Oscar Nominations Announced

The 2014 Oscar nominations were announced this morning by Chris Hemsworth and Academy president Cheryl Boone Isaacs at the Academy’s Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills.

No surprise here…Gravity and American Hustle tied with 12 nominations each, with 12 Years a Slave tailing right behind them with 9 nominations. Some familiar names popped up this year including Jennifer Lawrence, Leonardo DiCaprio, Bradley Cooper, Amy Adams, and Jonah Hill.
