Update: 04:37 EST: It’s back up for us.
I have to say this is the first time I’ve seen this happen, and I’ve spent a lot of time on YouTube since I’ve been writing for WebProNews. I’ve had random videos not work, but right now, nothing is working.
The home page is coming up, but when I try to go to a video page, I get the message pictured above or just “Http/1.1 Service Unavailable”.
And it’s not just for us. Here are some complaints from Twitter:

Too bad YouTube info isn’t available on Google’s Apps Status Dashboard.
I hope this isn’t a sign of things to come as YouTube becomes a more important player in home entertainment. I wonder how many movie rentals and live streams are being interrupted right now.
