  • Jada Pinkett Smith Talks Will Smith Divorce Rumors

    Jada Pinkett Smith spoke recently about the latest round of divorce rumors plaguing her and hubby Will Smith. During an interview with American Way magazine, the Magic Mike XXL actress and mom of Willow and Jaden Smith shared that these divorce rumors are nothing new. In fact the latest insists their divorce is final.

    “Every year there’s a new one,” she said. “And I’m like, ‘Here we go. Get ready. Are ya holdin’ on tight?’”

    Jada Pinkett Smith dished about her growing up years, which included poverty and having two guns pointed in her face. It’s not likely that divorce rumors bother her much at all.

    “If you really want to know,” she told the magazine. “I’m thankful for the Hollywood scrutiny, that that’s my problem.”

    She added that her problems compared to those of others right now are pretty manageable.

    “There are mothers out there losing their sons, their husbands, their daughters,” Jada Pinkett Smith said. “I’m blessed. So scrutinize me. I’ll take that any day over what the majority of my people are dealing with on a daily basis. I dare not complain. Hollywood scrutiny has nothing on what I’ve survived just to be here.”

    What a remarkable attitude Jada Pinkett Smith has on something that would drive other Hollywood celebrities crazy. She clearly is a strong woman with a lot of faith in her husband. In fact, she dished about Will Smith during a recent interview with Howard Stern.

    “Here’s what I trust: The man that Will is… is a man of integrity. He’s got all the freedom in the world,” she told Stern on his SiriusXM radio show in June. “As long as Will can look himself the mirror and be okay? I’m good.”

    Kudos to Jada Pinkett Smith for realizing what is and isn’t worth getting all bent out of shape over. She clearly realizes her good fortune and doesn’t tempt the fates by whining over unnecessary things.

    Hopefully Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith continue to enjoy a long and happy marriage.Perhaps they can one day talk of these crazy divorce rumors with their grandkids.

  • Jada Pinkett Smith More ‘Playful’ With Will Smith Since Role in ‘Magic Mike XXL’

    Jada Pinkett Smith stars in Magic Mike XXL–opening in theaters Wednesday–and since playing the role, it seems her husband Will Smith is reaping some rather special benefits.

    “It really taught me how to be more playful with my husband,” she says of her husband of 18 years.

    That wasn’t all the actress learned while on the set of Magic Mike XXL either. She learned how to stay in the background rather than dominating space among the all-male cast.

    “I really felt like this was a space for bro-time,” Jada Pinkett Smith said. “I tried to be respectful of that and I really enjoyed watching the men. It was so much fun to see and to realize men really need boy time.”

    Channing Tatum agreed.

    “Guys don’t do that at all. We do the opposite. We do everything but talk about that,” he said. “We create another little world. It’s like a pressure release. … Men are just like monkeys beating on the walls of the cage.”

    Jada Pinkett Smith thinks there can be a balance, however. And starring in Magic Mike XXL helped her achieve it. She was used to simply sitting back and watching Will Smith play.

    “He’s a silly man all day long. He’s the guy who hides behind the door and jumps out. He’s that guy. All day,” she said. “He’s just a big freaking kid. I always play the role of like, ‘OK, you be the kid. OK, that’s cute.’”

    Oh, so that’s the kind of playfulness she’s referring to? It’s not playfulness in the bedroom?

    Jada Pinkett Smith definitely enjoys her playful time with Will Smith much more than ever these days. You can’t convince many people that after starring in Magic Mike XXL that she didn’t become more playful behind closed doors as well.

  • Jada Pinkett Smith And Family Leave Town, Maid Finds Stranger In Kitchen

    Jada Pinkett Smith and her family were, thankfully, out of town when an overzealous fan decided to break into their home and have a look around, but the woman has been issued a restraining order and is on probation after the incident.

    The Smiths are the latest celebrities to endure a home invasion after 26-year old Ariel Archer entered their home back in March and took a little tour. The family’s maid came upon her in the kitchen and notified authorities, who arrested her on charges of trespassing. Archer pleaded no contest to the charge on Monday.

    The restraining order will keep Archer from coming within 150 feet of the entire Smith family. Meanwhile, Jada Pinkett Smith has not commented on the intruder but spoke recently about how important her family is to her, saying she won’t take on a project unless she knows they are taken care of first.

    ”My family is my priority. If my family is stable and everyone has what they need, then I look at a way to fit in a creative endeavour. There is no one way to do it! A woman needs to be deeply connected to herself and her family, and she has got to trust herself. It’s about staying present and adjusting the formula which comes in a million forms. Trust takes courage–happiness takes courage; it’s not easy!” Smith said.

    Jada seems like a woman you wouldn’t want to mess with, especially when it comes to her children. She recently told Haute Living that her strength sometimes hinders her when it comes to roles, because she doesn’t know how to play a woman who isn’t strong.

    “People tell me that I always play strong women. In all honestly that is probably where I am restricted in my creative pursuits. I have no idea how not to be strong, and I don’t know if I have the desire to. I tend to gravitate towards strength energy lines,” Jada Pinkett Smith said.

    Jada Pinkett Smith told Howard Stern recently that she advises her kids to not get married as young as she did. When Stern countered that her marriage had worked out just fine, she admitted that it had, but it may be exceptional.

    “It did work out, but let me tell you that it worked out in a way that I have a husband that is a gangsta partner. You gotta be strong. It takes work Howard.”

    Much has been said about the nature of Jada and Will Smith’s marriage. Some say it is an open marriage, based on comments that Jada made on Oprah. She said that Will could go out with other women if he chose to. But her statement contained a caveat that most people missed.

    “Here’s the deal with that, Howard,” she began. “You’ve got to trust who you’re with. And at the end of the day, I’m not here to be anybody’s watcher. I’m not his watcher. He’s a grown man. Here’s what I trust — I trust that the man that Will is, is a man of integrity. So, he’s got all the freedom in the world. As long as Will can look himself in the mirror and be okay, I’m good.”

    Jada Smith says that she and Will allow each other the freedom to do whatever they want, with the knowledge that neither of them actually ever will stray. That understanding is what holds their marriage together in mutual respect.

    Still, Jada says that she knows that any human will notice other people.

    Jada says Will tells her if he has a crush on anyone else. “You have to!” she exclaimed. “Because I’m going to know anyway.”

    Jada takes a realistic but enlightened approach to the idea of fidelity and attraction.

    “I’m not the kind of woman that believes a man is not going to be attracted to other women,” Jada exlpained. “I’m just not that girl. It’s just not realistic. And just because your man is attracted to another woman, does not mean he doesn’t love you. That’s not what it means. And it doesn’t mean he’s going to act on it. If your man can’t really see another woman’s beauty, how the hell is he going to see yours?”

    She sums up her belief this way:

    “You have to be mature, but you have got to be human and you have got to be who you are.”

  • Jaden Smith Shows Off Creativity With New Track “Offering”

    While other teenagers in Hollywood are busy fist pumping at music festivals and just basically living life on the fast-lane, Jaden Smith begs to stand out.

    Recently, the Karate Kid has been on the headlines for his witty Twitter feeds and adventurous style. Although some critics tried to take a jab at the young star, many were fascinated by his impressive display of creativity. Surely, more will be impressed after they get to hear Smith’s new track entitled “Offering.”

    On April 14, Smith released his new single via his younger sister Willow’s Soundcloud account. He also shared the song on his Twitter feed. In his tweet, Smith included a link to the song with the caption, “This Is My Offering To The World… One Day… We Will All Understand.”

    The lyrics of Smith’s new song were so profound for a 16-year-old. There was a part in the song where he rapped about his dad and about beating “the system.” Smith sang, “My dad said to beat the system, understand it first. My dad’s an inspiration, I respect the man and work. And everything you say is something that you can’t reverse. Something that you can’t rehearse.”

    The young star even went deeper as he continued with the song. Some of his lyrics went, “Dancing with the devil won’t repeat the last century. Evolution probably mentioned me. Penitentiaries, they fillin’ up, that’s why they killing us. Probably see the flaws in the matrix if you real enough.”

    In their household, the Smith siblings were raised to think artistically and creatively. Their mother, Jada Pinkett-Smith revealed this in previous interviews. Apparently, the young actor’s creative skills are not limited only to formulating mind-boggling tweets and lyrics but also in making his own furniture.

    Just this week, Smith uploaded a couple of snaps on his Instagram account that show him assembling his own bed frame. He captioned one of the photos, “Just Finished My New Bed… Sweeve.”

    Recently, Smith has gotten flack for breaking fashion norms by wearing a dress. However, the young star was able to handle the issue calmly. His cool reaction was something unexpected from a teenager his age. While others might be a little surprised by how well Smith navigated through the issue, his father, the multi-talented actor Will Smith, sure isn’t.

    In an interview with Esquire magazine, the youngster’s father said that his son is different from other Hollywood kids. The elder Smith explained, “He has refused to be a slave to money. I so respect that.”

    Tatyana Ali was reunited over the weekend with her Fresh Prince of Bel Air co-star Will Smith.

    Tatyana Ali and Will Smith were attending the 2015 Black Girls Rock event Saturday when the sweet reunion took place.

    Will Smith, 46, was at the show in Newark, New Jersey, to present an award to his wife, actress Jada Pinkett Smith, when he bumped into his Tatyana Ali backstage.

    The two starred on the popular sitcom from 1990 to 1996, on which Tatyana Ali, 36, played Smith’s cousin Ashley Banks.

    The actress, wearing a GEMY MAALOUF jumpsuit, shared a selfie of the quick reunion on Instagram, writing “Backstage @blackgirlsrock @mbib #imagineafuture #nofilter #fam #tatyanaali #willsmith #FRESHPRINCE.”

    This isn’t the first time the duo have reunited. Tatyana joined fellow Fresh Prince star and Dancing With the Stars champion Alfonso Ribeiro at the premiere of Will Smith’s 2008 film Seven Pounds.

    As for the award presentation, Will Smith offered an adorable tribute to his wife of 18 years at the BET event, and presented her with the Star Power award.

    Much media attention was subsequently given to the PDA Will Smith offered his wife along with the award with a kiss and pat on her behind.

    Black Girls Rock is a non-profit organization with a mission of empowering young black women and exploring the media’s impact on them.

    Also at the event were the couple’s 14-year-old daughter, Willow, and Jada’s mother, Adrienne Canfield-Jones.

  • Vivica A. Fox Confirmed for ‘Independence Day 2,’ What About Will Smith?

    Vivica A. Fox has gone from Donald Trump’s boardroom on Celebrity Apprentice back to the big screen. The actress has signed on to star in Independence Day 2. What about Will Smith? Will he appear in the fit film’s sequel, too?

    The film, called ID Forever, will star Liam Hemsworth in addition to Vivica A. Fox. It won’t star Will Smith, however.

    Roland Emmerich, the director of both films, took to Twitter to confirm Vivica’s return. Posting a photo of he and the gorgeous actress, Roland wrote, “Exciting news… just officially closed @MsVivicaFox for #IndependenceDay!”

    Vivia A. Fox shared her gratitude as well.

    In addition to Vivica A. Fox reprising her role as Jasmine Dubrow, Jeff Goldblum will reprise his role as David Levinson. Jessie Usher has been confirmed to headline the film, playing the role originated by Will Smith.

  • Jada Pinkett Smith On Return To “Gotham”: “I Don’t Think So”

    Jada Pinkett Smith has had quite a success on her hands with Gotham, a dark Fox drama based on characters from the world of Batman. The show has garnered a loyal following of fans, as has Smith’s character, but she said this week that she doesn’t think she’ll be returning for season two.

    When asked during an interview on Live With Kelly And Michael, Jada said she only signed on for one season, which is just about finished.

    “I don’t think so, no. I signed for a year and the year is up. But there are some great things coming ahead on Gotham, believe you me. There’s a lot of good stuff coming,” Smith said.

    Jada teased that fans have a lot to look forward to with the season finale, saying, “The show is going to have an awesome finale! You never know what Fish might have up her sleeve.”

    While it’s not clear what will happen to Fish in the season finale, it’s not a stretch to imagine the character becoming a casualty somewhere in the storyline. However, Smith said she doesn’t necessarily have to get killed off.

    “She could show up anywhere, you never know!” she said.

    Smith made headlines this week when she talked to Seth Meyers about watching her husband, Will Smith, participate in steamy scenes in his films. There’s no jealousy, she says, because she’s able to step back and see what he looks like from another side.

    “Here’s the interesting part. When I’m looking at Will in those scenes, whoever’s there is out of the way. I’m in the picture. I’m fantasizing. When I’m with Will, I get to experience him physically, but very rarely do I get to see what he looks like when he’s in the game. So I’m looking, and I’m like, ‘Is that what he looks like?’ And then I’m puttin’ 20 on 10, ’cause I’m like, ‘Well, if he’s with me, it’s gonna be extra!’ But you know…it’s sexy.”

    Jeff Goldblum and Liam Hemsworth will reportedly star in the upcoming Independence Day sequel. Will Smith–star of the original film–won’t be joining the cast.

    Jeff Goldblum has long been a fan favorite, and starred in the original film as David Levinson, a satellite tech with an MIT degree and a passion for chess. He and the Hunger Games star will no doubt make an excellent combination on the big screen. Will it be an awesome enough combination to bring film buffs out to the theaters?

    The original Independence Day “pitted aliens with gigantic, looming spaceships against the punier, but ultimately wilier human race.”

    Jeff Goldblum, as David Levinson, is often quoted for a line in the film.

    “It’s like in chess: First, you strategically position your pieces and when the timing is right, you strike … Checkmate.”

    Director Roland Emmerich was all too excited to share the news about both actors via Twitter on Tuesday.

    The sequel to Independence Day has been talked about for many years. Roland Emmerich said Will Smith was “too expensive” to have back.

    Jared Leto has cut off his long, sexy signature locks for a short style. Leto will play the role of The Joker in the upcoming Suicide Squad. David Ayer is the director for the film. He posted both before after shots of Jared Leto on hair cutting day.

    In addition to Jared Leto, Suicide Squad will star Margot Robbie and Will Smith. The two presently appear together in Focus on the big screen. Jesse Eisenberg is rumored to be playing the role of Lex Luther.

    Suicide Squad is about a secret government agency. Run by Amanda Waller, the agency is named A.R.G.U.S. Waller creates a task force comprised of super villains. They call the task force the Suicide Squad because sometimes members never return from their assignments. The villains–all from comic book stories–are assigned to execute dangerous tasks in exchange for shorter prison sentences.

  • Jada Pinkett Smith Likes Watching Will Smith With Other Women?

    Jada Pinkett Smith and her hubby, Will Smith, have been married for over 20 years, which in Hollywood is just unheard of.

    Jada Pinkett Smith said last year that the secret to a lasting marriage was being really close.

    She said, “Your partner has to be your best, best, friend. And he’s my best friend.”

    She added, “You have to have kind of a warrior mentality. You have to be a solider for love. You have to be able to withstand tough times and just because the tough times come doesn’t mean it’s time to stop… it means it’s time to dig in.”

    It would take a lot of work to keep “things” fresh after all those years, but apparently, Jada Pinkett Smith has a weird way of doing just that.

    The Gotham actress told Extra that she actually kind of liked watching Will Smith’s steamy scenes with Margot Robbie in his new movie, Focus.

    Jada Pinkett Smith, when asked about what it was like for her, stuttered, “After 20 years… I actually, you know…”

    Then Will jumped in, saying, “She a little freaky like that.”

    Jada Pinkett Smith continued, “Unfortunately, he’s right. It’s kind of a nice voyeuristic way to see your man, but I am kind of weird in that way. That’s a whole other conversation.”

    A whole other conversation, indeed! As weird as it may sound, perhaps Jada Pinkett Smith is on to something. The two have been married for an extraordinarily long time in Hollywood.

    Will Smith doesn’t seem as excited to see Jada Pinkett Smith in the same light.

    He joked about all the men Jada Pinkett Smith was around, in their underwear for the most part, for Magic Mike 2, saying, “There’s so many famous people in Magic Mike 2, everywhere I go there’s some man there who’s been in his drawers with my wife.”

    Margot Robbie debuted a very sexy gown with a plunging neckline, as well as a new ‘do on the red carpet at the Oscars on Sunday. The stunning black Saint Laurent gown was enough to turn heads. The stylish new haircut was simply icing on the cake.

    In addition to her gorgeous smile, ample cleavage, and slender waist, Margot Robbie rocked her blunt cut bob. Known for her lengthy tresses, this new ‘do is especially flattering on the Focus actress.

    Margot Robbie isn’t up for an Academy Award at the Oscars, but she and Miles Teller announced the winners of the Academy Awards for Technical Achievement in a ceremony that was held earlier in February.

    In addition to her roles in The Wolf of Wall Street and the upcoming Focus–in which she stars opposite Will Smith–Margot Robbie is known for her role on an Australian soap opera. She played the part of Donna Freedman on The Neighbours. The role earned her two Logie Award nominations. She also starred in the short lived ABC drama Pan Am. Robbie hails from Australia’s Gold Coast, and is just 24 years old.

  • Jaden Smith Not A ‘Slave to Money’

    Jaden Smith only owns one pair of shoes, three pairs of pants, and five shirts. Dad Will Smith says his son refuses to be a “slave to money.”

    “He has refused to be a slave to money,” Will Smith says in March’s Esquire magazine of his son’s thriftiness. “I so respect that. The younger generation is less of an ownership generation, anyway.”

    Will grew up significantly less fortunate than Jaden Smith. He eventually, of course, starred in The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, which launched a career that has lasted more than two decades.

    Jaden Smith is now following in his father’s footsteps as an actor.

    “It’s such an interesting thing to watch, because I came from a middle-class background, but, you know, our lights and gas would be cut off from not paying the bill,” Will Smith says. “I grew up in a house where you would need the kerosene heaters in the winter in case the bills didn’t get paid.”

    “And he’s from the complete other end of the spectrum. And it’s so interesting to me that from growing up in that space, he could see the need for things in a way that he’s rejecting,” he says of Jaden. “He’s like, ‘I’m not gonna let myself need things in that way.’”

    The Focus star is hoping his son will go shopping for one thing soon, however, even though he refuses to be a slave to money.

    “I would like him to get another pair of shoes,” he says.

    Jaden Smith must be an anomaly in the world of Hollywood teens. When you consider his attitude about money as compared to that of some of his friends, including Kylie Jenner and her sister Kendall, it is extremely refreshing.

    Clearly Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have instilled some impressive values in their son.

  • Jada Pinkett Smith Talks Hot Bikini Body and Sanity, Shows Off Killer Curves

    Jada Pinkett Smith may be 43 years old, but she doesn’t look it for a minute–especially when the view is of her bikini-clad body rocking killer curves on a beach in Hawaii. Jada was vacationing with hubby Will Smith, along with son Jaden and daughter Willow, just after the holidays.

    Appearing on the cover February’s issue of Shape magazine, Pinkett Smith shares within its pages just how hard it is keeping that incredible shape at her age–and she admits it’s not nearly as easy as it used to be.

    “My energy levels just aren’t the same,” she said. “My joints, my knees, the amount of weight that I can push versus what I did in my twenties, how long I’m willing to work out. For example, I’m not staying at the gym for two hours anymore. I hit it and quit it…I’m not going to stress my body that way any more. I can’t.”

    “The No. 1 reason I go to the gym is because it keeps me sane. It gives me a place to exert energy, frustration, sadness, happiness, and joy. I don’t go to the gym just to look good. I go because it also keeps my head straight,” she added.

    Jada Pinkett Smith needs her sanity these days–especially as the mom to two teenagers. Daughter Willow Smith recently made news for posting a ‘topless’ photo on Instagram. Willow, of course, wasn’t topless, but instead was wearing a top that featured a sketch of a woman’s breasts and upper torso.

    Might Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith suddenly find their hands full with Willow? She doesn’t seem to have done more than most teenagers do in that age of seeking to find their true selves. If that’s the worst they encounter (and chances are, it won’t be) then they’ve probably got it made. The fact that their lives are played out in the limelight doesn’t help, of course.

    While in the throes of raising teens, Jada seems to have a pretty good idea on what she needs to do to keep herself both healthy and gorgeous. She credits hubby Will for keeping her motivated.

    “Well, I love when Will looks at me and says, ‘You look so freaking good!’ When my husband of almost 20 years can’t take his eyes off of me? That’s amazing,” she said.

    Do you think Will Smith realizes what he has? As the husband of Jada Pinkett Smith, he certainly appears from those on the outside looking in, like a very lucky man.

    Will Smith’s progeny benefit from a raising that most kids don’t get to see. Sure, there is the money. But there is also an approach to parenting that is borne from the freedom to explore.

    “We don’t do punishment,” Will Smith told Metro last year. “The way that we deal with our kids is, they are responsible for their lives. Our concept is, as young as possible, give them as much control over their lives as possible and the concept of punishment, our experience has been — it has a little too much of a negative quality. So when they do things — and you know, Jaden, he’s done things — you can do anything you want as long as you can explain to me why that was the right thing to do for your life.”

    When Willow Smith caught flak in gossip pages for a photo posted on social media that some interpreted as risqué, her parents told everyone to step off.

    “Just don’t pollute something that’s not dirty,” mom Jada Pinkett Smith said.

    “I’m not a conventional parent, which I take a lot of pride in,” Jada told Us Magazine.

    Now Willow and brother Jaden are speaking for themselves in a joint interview with the New York Times blog. Some of their views and thoughts are certainly unique.

    “I can make [time] go slow or fast, however I please,” said Willow, “and that’s how I know it doesn’t exist.”

    “It’s proven that how time moves for you depends on where you are in the universe,” adds Jaden. “It’s relative to beings and other places. But on the level of being here on earth, if you are aware in a moment, one second can last a year. And if you are unaware, your whole childhood, your whole life can pass by in six seconds. But it’s also such a thing that you can get lost in.”

    Jaden’s existentialist ideas pop up in his creative endeavors, too.

    “[Y]our mind has a duality to it. So when one thought goes into your mind, it’s not just one thought, it has to bounce off both hemispheres of the brain. When you’re thinking about something happy, you’re thinking about something sad. When you think about an apple, you also think about the opposite of an apple.”

    Willow is unimpressed with writing that is not her own.

    “There’re no novels that I like to read,” she said, “so I write my own novels, and then I read them again, and it’s the best thing.”

    Jaden Smith deeply admires his father, Will Smith.

    The 16-year-old actor recently sat down for an interview where he opened up about his relationship with the Pursuit of Happiness star, reports Cover Media.

    Although most fans are familiar with the comical side of the famed Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star, Jaden decided to share details about the man behind closed doors. He even revealed his father has a philosophical side.

    “My dad is pretty much a philosopher. Nobody really knows the extent of how smart my dad is, and all the things he knows, except the people that have met him,” Jaden said.

    “He knows so many things; he’s into mathematics, so when he sees me getting into maths and sees me building, working power tools and learning how to cut angles he’s like, ‘Wow,’ and that makes me feel really good.”

    The After Earth actor, who starred in the film with his father, also credits his success to both his parents. He insists their parenting, work ethic and talents have made him into the “amazing person” he is today.

    However, his parents aren’t the only people he’s fond of. He’s also thinks highly of his younger sister Willow. He went on to dish about the “Whip My Hair” singer and admitted that he’s usually blown away by his sister’s talent.

    “I love the topic of love. I think teenage love is so crazy, so blind and so awesome that I’m glad Willow is here to express to us what it’s like to fall in love at whatever age Willow is,” he gushed.

    “I don’t know what age she is, because she’s too smart to even have an age. I can’t express love, teenage love, or what it’s like to fall in love with somebody in one day. I’m glad there are people in the world that can express that.”

  • ‘Dancing With the Stars:’ Who Are These Stars?

    Dancing With the Stars hosts Tom Bergeron and Erin Andrews announced the new season’s cast a few days ago, leaving some fans to ask, “Where are the stars?” Of course it was pretty likely from the inception of the show that they would eventually run out of real stars–but Tommy Chong? He and Cheech Marin made up the duo famously known as ‘Cheech and Chong.’ The two smoked enough pot back in the 1970s to leave them with a life long case of the munchies.

    In addition to Tommy Chong, who will be paired with dance pro Peta Murgatroyd, is a lineup of cast members who might become stars by appearing on Dancing With the Stars, but really aren’t stars as of yet. A few were stars, but haven’t had that claim to fame for a very long time.

    Sadie Robertson is Phil Robertson’s granddaughter and she sometimes appears on Duck Dynasty, so that makes her a ‘sort-of’ star–maybe even a ‘star in training.’ Sadie will compete on Dancing With the Stars with Mark Ballas.

    Michael Waltrip is a star if you’re a pro racing fan. He will temporarily trade in his race car for dancing shoes and is paired with DWTS pro Emma Slater.

    Lolo Jones is an Olympic star, unless you count her efforts on the bobsled during the 2014 Winter Olympics. She will dance with Keo Motsepe, and can at least outrun everyone on the show if she feels she’s too embarrassed to continue on with the competition.

    Jonathan Bennett joins Dancing With the Stars following (no one said ‘following soon thereafter’) his appearance in the 2004 film Mean Girls. He won’t be dancing with Lindsay Lohan, but rather with dance pro Allison Holker.

    If you loved Back to the Future, you’ll remember Lea Thompson, who played Marty McFly’s (Michael J. Fox) love interest Lorraine Baines. She has come back to the present to dance with Artem Chigvintsev.

    Antonio Sabato, Jr. earned his stardom on General Hospital and Melrose Place, meaning when the drama gets ridiculous on Dancing With the Stars, he just might be involved. Cheryl Burke–his dance partner-in-crime–will likely hold him accountable for his actions, however.

    Randy Couture is a champion mixed martial artist who is trying to become a star as part of The Expendables franchise. In the meantime he is dancing with Karina Smirnoff on Dancing With the Stars.

    Janel Parrish plays the role of Mona Vanderwaal on Pretty Little Liars. Hopefully she leaves Mona’s cunning personality on that set as she comes to the DWTS set to compete alongside the very handsome Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

    Designer Betsey Johnson is a star in the fashion world. Might she be there to help out with the costumes she and partner Tony Dovolani will wear during this season’s competition?

    Bethany Mota comes to your TV straight from YouTube. She is a beauty expert with more than seven million followers. How does that even happen? She is dancing with just one Dancing With the Stars pro, however–Derek Hough–whose sister Julianne Hough will be sitting at the judge’s table this season.

    Alfonso Ribeiro comes from 1996–the last year The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air aired. He played the role of Carlton Banks opposite Will Smith. Will couldn’t be his dance partner on Dancing With the Stars (oh–he wasn’t asked?) so Alfonso is dancing with pro Witney Carson instead.

    Rounding out this season’s contestants is Tavis Smiley. The talk show host (most of us don’t know where he did that talking) will dance with Sharna Burgess.

  • Jada Pinkett Smith Shows Support For Teenage Rape Victim Via Facebook

    A 16-year-old girl named Jada was the victim of rape and kids have been spreading the incident on their phones and social media. “Everybody knows. And everybody’s texting me are you OK? You’re going to be OK, and I was like alright.”

    Now, actress Jada Pinkett-Smith wants justice for 16-year-old Jada. The 42-year-old actress posted a note on Facebook with the hashtag #justiceforjada. “This could be you, me, or any woman or girl that we know. What do we plan to do about this ugly epidemic? #justiceforjada.”

    According to Jada, she passed out during a party after consuming a drink that she believed was spiked. She was then undressed and raped. Her attackers also videotaped the incident. Furthermore, they took pictures of her in different poses. Jada said that she did not know that anything happened to her until pictures and videos started showing up online.

    “I had no control, I didn’t tell anyone to take off my clothes and do what they did to me,” she said.

    Right after her photos were spread online, students at her school and people online started bullying her and using the hashtag #jadapose.

    Jada’s mother said, “No one’s daughter deserved this. No human being deserved this.” Though rape victims are not required to identify themselves in news reports, Jada said that there’s no point in hiding her identity. “Everybody has already seen my face and my body, but that’s not what I am and who I am.”

    Houston Police are still investigating Jada’s case.

    Pinkett-Smith is not the only celebrity showing her support for Jada. Mia Farrow also showed her support by urging parents to teach their children about how serious sexual assault is. “Parents & Teachers it’s time to step up! Teach boys to respect each other and all girls and women #JusticeforJada,” she wrote.

    Amidst all the controversy she is facing, Jada says that she hopes her story will bring her justice.

  • Jaden Smith and Kylie Jenner Engaged?

    Legit proposal or a publicity stunt?

    Jaden Smith, 17, and Kylie Jenner are rumored to be engaged, and although the evidence suggests the rumors may be true, it seems unlikely.

    Reports have been circulating all week that Jaden may have proposed to 16-year-old Kylie after she posted an Instagram photo on July 8 of herself posing in a mirror. One can’t help but notice a big ‘ole rock on her left ring finger.

    However, one has to remember that Kylie’s family tends to seek media attention.

    I4U speculates that the twosome are allowing the rumors to continue because Kylie’s sister, Kendall Jenner, has been hogging all the limelight. Perhaps Kylie may have felt a twinge of jealousy and started the rumor of engagement to Jaden Smith to one-up Kendall, as I4U contends.

    Adding fuel to the proposal rumor is another Instagram photo of Jaden and Kylie, in which Kylie wishes Jaden happy birthday.

    On Saturday, Kylie posted another pic on Instagram with the same ring on the same finger.

    This isn’t the first time that Kylie has posed wearing what looks like an engagement ring.

    Jaden and Kylie do seem to be close. Jaden apparently flew to Europe in May for the wedding of Kylie’s sister, Kim Kardashian, to Kanye West. A witness told E! News that the young couple were seen making out during the reception. However, the teens have never declared themselves a couple.

    If a wedding is coming, it certainly won’t be without some strife between the Jenner and Smith households. Recent reports said that Will and Jada Pinkett Smith have barred Kylie’s older sister, Kendall, from coming to the house.

    “Jada took an instant dislike to Kendall; she’s got a rude mouth on her,” said a source close to the Kardashian family. “The way she spoke to Jada’s housekeeper was atrocious and arrogant.”

    Neither teen has spoken up to either confirm or deny the proposal reports. However, Jaden posted this on July 4.

  • Will Smith Cleared By Child Protective Services

    After a lengthy investigation, Will Smith and his wife Jada Pinkett Smith have officially been cleared by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services.

    The investigation started after thirteen-year-old Willow Smith, Will and Jada’s daughter, posted a black and white picture of her lying in bed with the former Hannah Montana star Moises Arias, 20, on her personal Instagram account. The photo has since been removed.

    The Department of Children and Family Services received an anonymous tip concerning “the welfare and safety of Willow, based on the contents of the photo.”

    Will and Jada both defended their daughter, and explained that there was nothing sexual about the photo, and that it was completely innocent. “Here’s the deal,” Jada told TMZ on May 8. “There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it. You’re acting like covert pedophiles and that’s not cool.”

    Will and Jada have been completely cleared, and were only warned to keep a better eye on their children’s social media sites. “No evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused,” a Department of Children and Family Services told Radar Online, after the completion of the investigation. The spokesperson added that they found Willow to be a “very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady.”

    Any rumors of marital difficulties between Jada Pinkett Smith and Will Smith may be dispelled — for the moment.

    The couple — who have been married for 17 years — were spotted on a beach in Hawaii getting all lovey-dovey while on vacation.

    Jada, 42, was snapped holding hands and sneaking smooches with her 45-year-old husband, giggling and twirling about. They seem very happy and in love.

    Of course, one has to wonder if it’s for real or if the knowledge of lurking paparazzi may have caused a little creative staging for the very purpose of dispelling a slew of recent rumors and allegations against the family.

    Those rumors of marital difficulties and another scandal surrounding daughter Willow may be a very good reason for the family to get away for a bit and enjoy time together.

    The Willow scandal broke last month when photos of the 13-year-old lying on a bed with her shirtless friend, Moises Arias, 20, emerged on social media. Many questioned the appropriateness of their relationship considering he is an adult and she is a minor.

    “Here’s the deal,” said Jada after the incident blew up. “There was nothing sexual about that picture or that situation. You guys are projecting your trash onto it. You’re acting like covert pedophiles and that’s not cool.”

    Apparently child protective services are putting the incident behind them as well.

    “There has been no evidence presented that Willow has ever been in any danger around Moises, or that she has ever been physically or emotionally abused,” a source told Radar. “It’s likely the investigation will remain open for the next two weeks out of an abundance of caution, with no findings of reprimand against Will and Jada. Willow is a very well adjusted, smart, and articulate young lady.”

    Jada’s unconventional upbringing has had tongues wagging for years.

    In 2012, Jada addressed another scandal when her parenting was called into question after Willow shaved her head.

    “The question why I would let Willow cut her hair, first the let must be challenged,” Jada wrote on Facebook. “This is a world where women [and] girls are constantly reminded that they don’t belong to themselves — that their bodies are not their own, nor their power or self-determination. I made a promise to endow my little girl with the power to always know that her body, spirit and her mind are her domain.”

    The young teen has also had an unconventional education.

    “I never really get to go to school because I am always on tour or with my father,” she said in 2010. “There is a tutor most of the time, but usually I am working so I never get to do the lessons. The worst thing about math is all the kids are ahead of me because they go to school.”
