  • Courtney Stodden: Proceeds from Solo Sex Tape to Benefit Charity

Courtney Stodden, once referred to as the ‘teen bride’ for marrying Lost actor Dough Hutchison when she was just 16, is selling her solo sex tape. The proceeds from the porn flick will be donated to various charities.

Page Six reports that Courtney Stodden was reluctant to sell the sex tape at first. She had her attorney write to Steven Hirsch, the president of Vivid Entertainment, and demand that he return the tape. She also issued her demands via a statement to Fox411 on Thursday.

“I want my tape back and Mr. Hirsch needs to respond to my attorney’s demand letter to return it to me immediately,” Stodden said. “My private video’s not for sale. I don’t need the million dollars.”

It seems over the weekend, Courtney Stodden realized all the good a tape of her masturbating could be for society. That’s when she decided she would go through with selling the sex tape to Vivid Entertainment, and would donate the $1 million proceeds to charity.

So exactly which charity or charities will benefit from Courtney Stodden’s sex tape?

TMZ reports she is leaning toward benefitting animal rights groups and “children with cancer.”

There has never been much about Courtney Stodden that is normal. Why would the sale of her sex tape be any different? At least someone–other than just those who view the porn film–will benefit from her generosity.

Are you scratching your head over this one, too?

  • Courtney Stodden: Teen Bride Ready to Sell Solo Sex Tape

Courtney Stodden, the teen bride famous for pretty much nothing other than marrying an actor in his 50s–when she was just 16–is now reportedly shopping a solo sex tape to prospective porn companies.

It was back in 2013 that Courtney Stodden first admitted she did in fact have a sex tape. She shared the news with Fox411, but wouldn’t commit to whether or not she had plans to sell the tape.

“Never say never,” she said at the time. “But as for today, my sex tape is private.”

It seems these days Courtney Stodden has had a change of heart.

Steven Hirsch, who is the president of Vivid Entertainment, says there is most definitely a Courtney Stodden sex tape, and that it’s a ‘solo effort.’

It likely comes as no surprise to most people–especially those who remember when Courtney Stodden married Lost actor Dough Hutchinson–to learn she is likely shopping her sex tape. When she turned 18 (Courtney Stodden is now 20) she made it very clear she had a sex tape. She has reportedly already turned down a $5 million offer from Panporn, as well as offers from Brazzers and Babes.com.

Courtney Stodden hasn’t yet confirmed that she is actually shopping her sex tape around. It probably won’t surprise a soul if she sells it for decent money, however. Isn’t that why she married Doug Hutchinson? Didn’t she expect that marrying an actor–especially one starring in a hit show like Lost- could somehow help launch her career?

  • Courtney Stodden: Former Teen Bride Shopping Solo Sex Tape

Courtney Stodden, the teen bride famous for marrying an actor in his 50s–when she was just 16–is now reportedly shopping a solo sex tape to prospective porn companies.

It’s long been known that Stodden–now divorced–had a sex tape, but it was uncertain if it would ever be released.

It was back in 2013 that Courtney Stodden told Fox411 she did in fact have a sex tape. At that time she wouldn’t commit to whether or not it would ever find itself in the hands of the porn industry.

“Never say never,” she said at the time. “But as for today, my sex tape is private.”

It sounds like that day may have come.

Steven Hirsch, the president of Vivid Entertainment, says there is most definitely a Courtney Stodden sex tape, and that it’s a ‘solo effort.’

It likely comes as no surprise to those who remember when Courtney Stodden married Lost actor Dough Hutchinson, to learn she is likely shopping her sex tape. When she turned 18 (Courtney Stodden is now 20) she made it very clear she had a sex tape. She turned down a $5 million offer from Panporn, as well as offers from Brazzers and Babes.com.

Courtney Stodden has yet to confirm that she is shopping her solo sex tape. But would it really surprise anyone if she soon makes big bucks for its release? Isn’t that why she married Doug Hutchinson in the first place? Many believe she did so to fuel her path to stardom.

Just look at how far that plan has taken her.

  • Iggy Azalea Lashes Out at Sex Tape Rumors in Twitter Rant

Iggy Azalea is now having to deal with rumors of an alleged sex tape ready to be leaked, and the Aussie is lashing out at the rumors.

The rapper took to Twitter on Thursday to debunk claims made by porn mogul Steven Hirsch that he and his team at Vivid Entertainment were reviewing a sex tape of the 24-year-old star and an ex-boyfriend.

Hirsch told TMZ earlier this week that he’d seen some of the footage and said he believes the tapes could make more than the seven-figure sum amassed in sales from Kim Kardashian’s legendary sex tape with Ray J.

Hirsch told TMZ he reached out to the Booty singer to begin negotiations on a multi-million dollar deal.

Iggy‘s camp, on the other hand, is saying there are no sex tapes of the singer and are allegedly ready to file suit if any footage is released.

In her own words posted on Twitter, Iggy says there are no sex tapes of her in existence.

  • Porn Company Vivid Threatens Legal Action Over HTC’s New Smartphone

The brand new HTC Vivid smartphone boasts a dual-core processor, a 4.5 inch super LCD display and 4G LTE. And according to a high-profile porn producer, it’s a trademark violation.

Vivid Entertainment Group, the U.S. porn studio that brought you the Kim Kardashian sex tape, has sent a cease a desist letter to HTC. It claims that their new phone infringes upon their trademark. According to TMZ, Vivid thinks that customers could get confused and “think Vivid is behind the phone.”

Apparently, the letter threatens a lawsuit if HTC doesn’t change the name of their device by Monday, November 21st.

This isn’t the first time that HTC has come under fire for trademark infringement. Earlier this year, their Facebook-enabled phone the HTC ChaCha drew the ire of ChaCha Inc, the company that provides real-time answers to queries via text and internet search.

TheVerge has received a response from HTC regarding the issue:

We are reviewing the complaint and don’t expect to have any further comment until it is resolved.

So there. The complaint is real, and is something that HTC is probably going to have to take seriously. I mean, who wants a giant porn producer riding their ass?
