  • Anjali Ramkissoon Feels Ashamed For Attacking Uber Driver, Miami Doctor Apologizes On ‘GMA’

Anjali Ramkissoon, the infamous doctor who was caught on video physically and verbally attacked an Uber driver in Miami last week has appeared on TV to apologize for her behavior.

The 30-year-old doctor showed up on Good Morning America and took responsibility for her actions and explained the reason behind the incident.

“I see a person that is not me,” Ramkissoon told GMA host George Stephanopoulos. “I’m ashamed. I still can’t watch the entire video.”

She revealed that prior to the altercation, she learned that her father had been taken to a hospital and her boyfriend of two years had broken up with her.

The young neurologist admitted that she had been drinking moments before the squabble. Ramkissoon took another person’s Uber and started to behave violently when the driver refused to drive her. She threw the driver’s belongings out of his car including his cellphone, mail, and receipts.

She yelled expletives and tried to kick the driver in the groin as he tried to calm her down.

“It was probably one of the worst days of my life. I was caught at my lowest moment,” Anjali Ramkissoon said admitting that her personal problems were not excuse to behave that way.

Ramkissoon, a fourth year neurology resident at the Jackson Health Systems, was put on paid administrative leave after the video went viral.

“There’s absolutely no excuse for my actions,” she told Stephanopoulos on Wednesday, “I’m ashamed. I’m so sorry. I’ve hurt so many people.”

The Uber driver did not seek any legal action against Ramkissoon. She said they have already settled the issue and that she has apologized to the driver and paid for the damages she caused to his car.

However, Anjali Ramkissoon was not happy with how people have been reacting over the incident. In a separate interview with Daily Mail Online on Sunday, she claimed people have been harassing her and her family since that night.

“I’m not sure I deserve what’s happening,” she said.

  • Raven-Symoné Continues To Comment On Spring Valley High School Arrest Amid Backlash

    Raven-Symoné will not be silenced.

Despite heavy backlash against her earlier comments about the recent student arrest in Spring Valley High School, the talk show host continued to put in her two cents on the incident during the October 29 episode of The View.

Symoné had previously weighed in on a viral video that featured a female African-American student from Spring Valley High School in Columbia, South Carolina being forcibly removed from her seat and dragged across the classroom floor by a police officer in full view of her teacher and classmates. The police officer had been summoned by the teacher because the student would not get off her cell phone during class.

The video became one of the topics of the show’s After the View segment, in which Symoné defended the actions of the police officer by implying that the student should have followed the rules in the first place.

“The girl was told multiple times to get off the phone,” said Symoné. “There’s no right or reason for him to be doing this type of harm — that’s ridiculous — but at the same time, you gotta follow the rules in school.”

Symoné received an outpouring of negative reactions on social media after the show aired, although she did not make any mention of it during the October 29 episode of the show. The hosts continued discussing the incident after discovering that the police officer in question had been fired.

Seemingly unfazed by the criticism, Symoné actively participated in the discussion. “There’s an issue with police officers in predominantly minority type of schools taking kids for disorderly conduct right to prison,” Symoné noted. “That is a problem. You’re not even asking and figuring it out. That is a problem.”

Raven-Symoné is not one to hold back on her opinions, especially regarding controversial topics. Earlier this month, the former That’s So Raven star earned criticism yet again for admitting to be “discriminatory” and unwilling to hire candidates with “ghetto” names if she were an employer looking to hire.

  • Shoshana Roberts Files $500,000 Lawsuit Against Producers Of Viral Cat-Calling Video

Shoshana Roberts, star of 10 Hours of Walking in NYC as a Woman, says she was paid $200 to be filmed walking through the streets of Manhattan for 10 hours.

The video caused her to be catcalled more than 100 times and she encountered multiple rape threats directed at her.

The surreptitiously filmed YouTube video was posted last October and has since been viewed over 40 million times.

Speaking about the filming process, Roberts told The Post, “I felt like crying and I have occurrences in my past of sexual assault, so I wasn’t even aware necessarily of all the times people were saying things to me.”

“I was just going over in my head and reliving, unfortunately, these memories while I was walking. I wanted to break down in tears.”

Roberts, 24, filed suit Tuesday requesting $500,000 for her exclusive performance in the viral video. The lawsuit also named Google, YouTube and T.G.I Fridays as co-defendants for making parodies of the video.

The majority of men featured in the two-minute clip are black and Latino.

Rob Bliss, a defendant included in the lawsuit, was the mastermind and director of the video. He admitted in a question-and-answer with Reddit that a lot of white men were taken out of the video.

Bliss statement was: “Honestly we did have a lot of white dudes in this video, but for whatever reason it worked out that they would be the ones to say something just in passing, or from a distance off camera. This made their screen time fairly short by comparison, but the numbers were relatively similar.”

He continues, “As the video says at the end, it was upwards of 100+ harassments, so obviously not everything was shown, otherwise we’d have a video that’s too long for internet attention spans.”

“But really it was across the board, just about everyone said/did something while we filmed,” Bliss ended.

Hollaback!, an anti-street harassment organization, collaborated with Bliss to promote the video. The organization’s executive director, Emily May, told The Washington Post: “We’ve had a number of rape threats and violent threats against Shoshana and we’re pulling those down as quickly as possible, but they exist.”

  • Amy Schumer Viral Success Rewarded with New HBO Special

Amy Schumer is on fire. The outspoken comedienne has been taking it to the sexist men who have dominated her industry since the dawn of open mic nights. And people have been listening.

Using her Comedy Central series Inside Amy Schumer as a platform, the saucy minx has tackled topics related to how females are treated with a fervor. Her most recent viral success an over-20-minute re-imagining of Sidney Lumet’s classic film 12 Angry Men.

In the original film (and play), 12 men sit on a jury, tasked with deciding whether they find a man guilty of murder. The verdict must be unanimous. The jurors take an initial vote amongst themselves, hoping they can be done with the business of justice and get home to their families and pursuits. They all vote the man guilty, except for one juror. Henry Fonda played the role of the single dissenter in the original film. The story explored and exposed the prejudices and secret hatreds of the men in the hot room.

Amy Schumer used that setting as her canvas. Joined by the likes of Jeff Goldblum, Paul Giamatti, Kumail Nanjiani, Nick Dipaolo, John Hawkes, and Vincent Kartheiser, Amy Schumer crafted a story wherein the verdict those 12 men were to return was about her.

Is Amy Schumer hot enough to have her own television show?

This incredibly funny bit joins several other wildly successful bits of late to catapult Amy Schumer into the realm of “household word.” And now she is about to get an HBO special directed by none other than Chris Rock.

HBO announced that hte special will tape May 29 at the Apollo Theater. It will air later this year.

Add to that the upcoming release of her summer film Trainwreck, directed by Judd Apatow, but written and starring Amy Schumer herself, and it certainly looks like her star is on the rise.

  • Sarah Cudd: Inspiring Viral Video Shows Soldier Finishing A Grueling 12-Mile Trek

Army Captain Sarah Cudd showed the world what “never quitting” looks like in a viral video of her crossing the finishing line after a grueling race.

The video showed Cudd struggling to finish the final 50 feet of a brutal 12-mile run while being cheered on by her fellow soldiers.

The 12-Mile Foot March is the last in a line of rigorous tests that soldiers who want to earn their Expert Field Medical Badge have to pass.

The trek had to be finished in three hours while carrying a 35 lb. rucksack and a 5 lb. weapon.

The EFMB is only awarded to those who have attained a high degree of professional skill and proficiency as a field medic.

And Cudd, who works as a veterinarian, has shown that she definitely deserves the badge.

In the video, Cudd could be seen physically struggling to reach the finish line and even looked like she wouldn’t be able to get up the second time she fell down.

But with her fellow soldiers surrounding her yelling encouragements, she then used the butt of her weapon to get up.

“When I fell the second time and could look up and see the finish line, that was really good motivation to get up,” the 29-year-old captain told ABC News.

Cudd crossed the finish line with 14 minutes to spare.

EFMB Program Manager Lloyd A. Manson of the US Army posted the video and Capt.Cudd’s achievement on his Facebook page.

He wrote “this EFMB candidate wanted it, and she got it. It took heart, guts, determination, falling down and getting up, and a little motivation from the crowd to get across the finish line.”

But Cudd, who said she “was about five feet from failure” at the end of the march, is just grateful to earn the badge and serve her country.

The captain is one of the 46 out of 239 candidates who earned the badge last April 27, 2015.

  • Amy Schumer Skit Blows Up Online, Keeping Streak Going

Amy Schumer is getting attention, and she is using that attention to speak out about some things that she seems to think we all should pay attention to. Sure, lots of people get 15 minutes of fame and have the presence of mind to say something that they hope sticks with us after they’ve faded back into obscurity.

The difference with Amy Schumer seems to be that she is getting the attention precisely because of what she is saying, but also how she says it.

While satire and parody have been tools of argument and political expression for centuries, entire political careers are now being arguably altered thanks to the spotlight that a well-timed joke puts on an otherwise uncomfortable topic. Saturday Night Live is seen by many as bringing about the demise of Sarah Palin’s brief political aspirations.

Amy Schumer isn’t so much taking aim at a particular person or persons as at conventions that have either gone unchallenged or unsuccessfully challenged. This week on her program Inside Amy Schumer, she went face-first into the topic of good looks being used as a determination of a woman’s worth. This is not the first time Amy Schumer has gone there. In fact, she seems to be owning this topic.

This week she gathered a Who’s Who of Hollywood men in a parody of Sidney Lumet’s classic 12 Angry Men. The “trial” in this case was not about murder, but about whether or not Amy Schumer herself was hot enough to be on television.

Notables such as Jeff Goldblum, Paul Giamatti, Kumail Nanjiani, Nick Dipaolo, John Hawkes, and Vincent Kartheiser tossed out lines like:

“It’s an undisputed fact that a woman’s value is mostly determined by her looks.”
    “As it should be!”
“It’s true. Look at Susan Boyle right? Voice of an angel, but because she looks like an 18th century paper boy, we treat her like toilet shoes.”

“This isn’t complicated. Just another example of an average-lookin’ chick who watched too much Top Model. Now she thinks she belongs on the cover of Fuckable Magazine.”

“No women are funny. But if you have to hear them blab, they at least better be hot.”

Amy Schumer took on a similar topic recently with a skit that observed Tina Fey and Patricia Arquette toasting Julia Louis-Dreyfus having officially aged to the point of no longer being considered sexy.

  • Shih Tzu In Teddy Bear Costume Runs Its Way Right Into Your Heart

  • Beyonce Lied To Me: Teenage Boy’s Post-Surgery Rant Goes Viral

Someone get Beyoncé on the phone! According to a very disappointed (and not too sober) teenage boy, the singer “lied to him”.

Don’t worry, there’s is no terrible new scandal on the way for the “Flawless” singer.

Seventeen-year-old Cody Lanphere of Benson, N.C. had dental surgery, which involved the removal of his wisdom teeth.

With that type of surgery usually comes the kind of anesthesia that not only prevents pain, but also makes you very likely to babble hilarious nonsense.

The kind of hilarious nonsense that quickly goes viral.

Mom Christine Weber Livingston uploaded the video “Beyoncé never showed”, on September 29th.

It has since amassed over 270,000 views and is quickly gaining popularity. It’s safe to assume it’ll be awhile before the emotional young man being filmed lives his doped-up declarations down.

In the video we learn that Cody was very disappointed that Beyoncé wasn’t waiting in his car, but he was ready to go and meet the singer….in Africa.

Not too long after this the teen begins to panic about his heart, thinking that the vital organ has somehow gone missing.

Cody’s mom, who continuously laughed at her son’s medically-induced bewilderment, assured him that it was still in his chest.

There’s also uncontrollable sobbing, questions about what a chin is, declarations that he was about to die, and many more schadenfreude-tastic gems.

This is but the latest in a slew of post-dental videos to go viral.

The most famous is of course “David After Dentist”:

Many are now wondering two things about this increasingly viral video:

    – Has Beyoncé seen it yet?

    – Will she “keep her promise” to this young man by reaching out at some point?

It is possible the singer may respond in the near future.

  • Knight Rider Now Played By Dale Earnhardt Jr.

Funny or Die strikes comedy gold again. This time by putting NASCAR racecar driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. in the place of David Hasselhoff. And by turning KITT into a whiny, critical, female, who doesn’t like to drive fast or take chances.

Knight Rider was a television hit for NBC from 1982 to 1986. KITT (Knight Industries Three Thousand) was an artificially intelligent car that could drive itself, shoot weapons, and do anything to help Michael Knight (Hasselhoff) fight crime.

Fast forward almost 30 years, and now it’s Earnhardt Jr. spoofing the 80s sci-fi drama. The two obvious changes are that KITT went from Trans Am to Camaro (which is what Earnhardt Jr. drives), and the voice of the car, performed by Funny or Die mainstay Angela Trimbur, went from male to female.

As the video unfolds, we see that KITT is like an over-attentive mother to Earnhardt Jr. She makes disparaging remarks about his junk food diet, she impedes on his dating life, and she doesn’t want him to drive over the speed limit.

Here’s a look at the video:

In real life, 39-year-old Earnhardt Jr. is one of the most winning NASCAR drivers competing today. He’s won the Daytona 500 twice in 2004 and 2014 and has 19 career victories. He’s also been selected by race fans as the winner of NASCAR’s Most Popular Driver award 11 times in a row.

What did you think of the video? Funny or Die?

  • Channing Tatum Posts Parody Tutorial Video, Learn ‘The Dick Graze’

On Sunday,  Channing Tatum posted a parody video about a new way for men to greet each other. Called “The Dick Graze,” Tatum’s tutorial video features him rapping about the move with the same name, where men are supposed to say hi to each other by lightly touching each other’s private parts in lieu of a handshake or high five.

The viral video was reportedly made to hype up the iTunes release of Tatum’s recent hit movie, 22 Jump Street, which also stars Jonah Hill. E! Online spoke about the video with Tatum at the premiere of his latest movie Foxcatcher at the 2014 Toronto Film Festival on Monday.

“It was just something fun for us to do. We were messing around on the [22 Jump Street] set in Puerto Rico. It was just crazy. I don’t really have anything to tell about it other than it’s very stupid,” said Tatum.

    ‘The Dick Graze’

The video also features his co-star on 22 Jump Street, Jillian Bell. She in turn raps about the female version of “The Dick Graze,” which involves lightly touching other women’s breasts as a greeting. “Let me tell you how we say what’s up with our lady bits / I start feenin’ when I see my girl sleepin’ / ‘Cause my hand’s about to have a booby meeting!” she raps. The hilarious parody video ends with Tatum getting hurt by Bell after all the fun and games.

Tatum’s wife, Jenna Dewan-Tatum, has also been opening up to the press, this time about her family’s private life at home. She recently revealed in an interview on Live With Kelly And Michael that she and her husband liked walking around the house in the nude. “We don’t like clothes a lot, period. Especially when you have a baby and you’re breastfeeding,” she said.

However, she clarified that she and Tatum weren’t “that exciting.” She added, “We don’t have dance-offs and we’re not naked all the time.”

  • PETA Offering Reward for Squirrel Kicker Identity

PETA Offering Reward for Squirrel Kicker Identity

In a video that went viral online, an unnamed Frenchman was shown kicking a squirrel into the Grand Canyon in Arizona. Now the UK branch of People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) is offering a $17,000 reward for any information leading to the arrest and conviction of the squirrel-kicker.

PETA urged anyone with details to relay information to the Grand Canyon’s chief ranger, and calls the man seen in the video a “heartless thug.”

In the clip, (the original has been deleted from YouTube), a shirtless man is seen setting down crumbs to lure a squirrel to the edge of the cliff, before kicking it into the canyon, while his friend in biker shorts watches.

Grand Canyon National Park spokeswoman Kirby-Lynn Shedlowski said that rangers have been investigating the video, and have concluded that it appears to have been shot at the Grand Canyon, but when and exactly where is still vague.

Here is a copy of the clip of the incident:

If the kicker is caught, he could face a charge of wildlife harassment, which carries a penalty of up to six months imprisonment and a $5,000 fine, Shedlowski said.

The Frenchmen from the video did not make any new fans on Twitter:

PETA, founded in 1980, is the largest animal rights group in the world, with over 3 million members and supporters. Its slogan reads, “animals are not ours to eat, wear, experiment on, use for entertainment or abuse in any way.”

  • Bear Saves Crow From A Watery Demise

Bear Saves Crow From A Watery Demise

Under the right circumstances, when an animal finds itself in trouble, the hero who steps in and saves it might not be human at all.

Instead, another animal may save the day.

In the case of a drowning crow, the hero was rather unexpected: a grizzly bear.

A viral video recorded at Budapest Zoo shows a grizzly pushing something that was literally stuck between a rock in a hard place out into the open water of the pond.

It is revealed that Vali, the grizzly bear, had freed a crow.

The bear obviously expected the crow to just fly away after being trapped because the animal initially starts to wander away.

However the crow can’t take off because (of course) crows are not water birds. Instead the bird cried out frantically and flapped its wings in a useless gesture.

The crow managed to move to the corner of the small pond, but it was clearly unable to climb up to freedom.

Things looked grim for the bird.

Suddenly Vali, realizing the situation the bird was in, reached down into the water using its teeth and claws to gently scoop the terrified bird out of the pond.

Instead of eating the bird, as many would expect, the grizzly bear laid the crow down with a gentle plop, safe outside of the pond.

Vali then turned and ambled away to eat something else, meanwhile the crow worked to get itself flipped upright.

The crow didn’t immediately take off, and appeared to be shaken by the bizarre situation.

The little bird seemed to stare at the grizzly in wonder, meanwhile Vali had already gone on about its business, as if the rescue were no big deal.

The video, which was posted on YouTube about a month ago, has already garnered over four million views. Take a look for yourself!

  • Little Sadie Doesn’t Want Her Brother To Grow Up

This is one video of a crying kid that is absolutely adorable through and through.

It’s one of those clips that you just know the family is going to embarrass this poor little girl with when she gets older.

Sadie, the star of this viral video, was recorded by her parents crying over her baby brother.

She was apparently was just told by her parents about living to the age of one hundred and that eventually her infant brother is going to grow up as well.

Little Sadie doesn’t take the news very well to say the least.

In the video the five-year-old hugged the drooling little guy and wailed, “I don’t want him to grow up!”

Her baby brother “is so cute” as he is, and she clearly wants him to stay that way forever.

The “growing old” question must have come up, because Sadie adds that she doesn’t “want to die” when she reaches 100 years old.

While Sadie is broken up about life and aging, the baby seems to think the entire emotional display is rather funny.

He can be seen smiling and laughing at his tearful sister.

The smile earns him more hugs and kisses, as Sadie declares that she loves his “cute little smiles”!

    Awww!

Well, enjoy those “cute little smiles” while they last, Sadie. In a few years he will be annoying the ever-loving crap out of you!

But at least when that day comes, there will be this cute little footage to look back on and laugh at.

The internet is loving Sadie’s dilemma. Despite being posted only a couple of days ago, this video has amassed a staggering 2.6 million views.

As the story and video gets spread across the web, no doubt the views will only continue to grow.

Watch the hilariously adorable video for yourself:

No doubt mom and dad are happy they took the initiative to record and share this newest viral sensation.

  • Kim Jong-Un Furious Over Viral Dance Video

North Korea’s Great Successor Kim Jong-un is said to be very displeased over a parody video, which features the Supreme Leader dancing his way through absurd situations to a Chinese pop song.

According to South Korean newspaper The Chosunilbo, North Korea asked China to stop the spread of the YouTube clip, as it “seriously compromises Kim’s dignity and authority.” China was somehow unable to stifle the virulence of the video.

The clip was edited by a Chinese man surnamed Zhang, from Suzhou, who reportedly studied at Kyonggi University in South Korea. The video features despot Kim dancing with Russian President Vladimir Putin, skipping hand in hand with Osama bin Laden, being kicked to the ground by President Obama after pirouetting through a ballet studio, being kicked into a pool with a garbage can over his head, dancing on a baseball field and finally riding off on the back of a pig.

The video, which has so far garnered over two million views, is set to a song named Little Apple by a Chinese pop group called Chopstick Brothers.

Here is a loose translation of some of the lyrics from Little Apple:

    Never think you hate
    Everything you love
There you are fresh every day
    There you, more brilliant sunshine

While Kim has yet to explicitly threaten to rain hellfire upon China, his North Korean regime is unhappy. After all, Jong-un has been picked on quite a bit lately. Video game developer Moneyhorse is set to release Glorious Leader!, an old-school shoot-’em-up which features scenarios that describe Kim’s life-facts generated by the propaganda machine of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea.

Here is the trailer for Glorious Leader!:

Kim Jong-un has held the titles of the First Secretary of the Workers’ Party of Korea, the Chairman of the Central Military Commission, First Chairman of the National Defense Commission of North Korea, the Supreme Commander of the Korean People’s Army and presidium member of the Politburo of the Workers’ Party of Korea. He was officially declared the Supreme Leader following the state funeral for his father Kim Jong-il on December 28, 2011.

“I feel this song is a gift from God,” McEntire wrote on her Facebook page. “I have never worked on a song as long as this one. It went from a bass drum, fiddle and singers to guest artist singing with me, adding more instruments and even a choir and a bagpipe!”

  • Two-Faced-Cats: Yes, They Are Real [VIDEO]

Two-Faced-Cats: Yes, They Are Real [VIDEO]

Venus, a two-faced cat, has taken the internet by storm with her unique, two-faced look. Venus is a chimera, which makes her one of the rarest cats in the world. Her face is divided into two colors – on one side, she has black fur and a green eye, and on the other side, she has tan fur and a blue eye.

Venus the Amazing Chimera, as she is called, has more than 200,000 Facebook fans and over 3,000 subscribers on YouTube. Fans certainly can’t get enough of this two-faced beauty. Venus was a stray on a dairy farm in North Carolina before her owner Christina took her in.

Chimeras are organisms with distinct cells. In the case of Venus, the characteristics of being a chimera came out in her looks. Venus has acquired her own fan base and stuffed animal manufacturer GUND even made a stuffed cat in Venus’ honor.

    Venus

Venus is not the only two-faced cat many have come to love. In 2012, Frank and Louie the cat also rose to fame for having two faces. And unlike Venus, Frank and Louie does not have two distinct colors, but instead he has two faces — literally .

Frank and Louie has a face that is fused with two mouths, two noses, and three eyes. Marty Stevens, a veterinary nurse, rescued the cat, or cats, from being euthanized because of his state. Frank and Louie is a Janus cat, named after the Roman god of beginnings and transitions named Janus, who had two faces.

Frank and Louie made it into the 2012 Guinness World Records as being the longest-surviving Janus cat. Janus cats typically don’t age well because of their condition, but Frank and Louie is different. According to Stevens, the cat is also “very, very laid back” and not afraid of people. She also said that the cat loves car rides.

  • California Highway Patrol Officer Brutalizes Woman In Viral Video

California Highway Patrol Officer Brutalizes Woman In Viral Video

It’s a disturbing viral video that is destined to cause a firestorm of race-related controversy.

On Tuesday evening at about 6:00 pm, David Diaz began filming as a woman was determined to evade a police officer.

The officer eventually wrestled the woman to the ground.

Instead of handcuffing her, the officer begins to punch her in the face repeatedly. The woman is clearly trying to block the blows, and is not fighting back.

Later in the video a second man runs over. The unidentified man helps subdue the frazzled woman, who is then taken into custody.

Diaz then uploaded the video to YouTube and it quickly went viral.

Outraged citizens took to the California Highway Patrol’s Facebook page to express their anger at what many are calling “police brutality”.

One commenter wrote, “Disgusting use of clearly excessive force. Regardless of the circumstances it is obvious he had control (of her clearly not himself). It shouldn’t take more than a minute to review the case. I hope the CHP cares more about their public trust so a little faith can be restored in an institution that is supposed to protect them!”

With a growing negative public perception thanks to the controversial video, the California Highway Patrol made the following statement:

As a matter of policy, every time there is a use of force by our officers, there is a review conducted to determine whether the use of force was appropriate,” read a CHP statement, according to NBC Los Angeles. “That will be done in this case, however, since there is an ongoing investigation, it would be premature to comment on this specific video segment without reviewing the entire incident.

The agency was not forthcoming as to the name of the officer, the woman who was arrested, nor any actual explanation as to why the woman was arrested. A spokesman did claim that the woman in the video suffered no permanent injuries.

  • Friskies Dear Kitten: Everybody Loves This Commercial [VIDEO]

A viral video from cat food company, Friskies went viral and generated more than 5 million views on YouTube in just four days. This goes to show that cats still rule the World Wide Web.

In the video, an older cat gives advice to a kitten who is new to the household. The video is narrated by Ze Frank, the Executive Vice President of BuzzFeed, also known as, “the internet’s Morgan Freeman.” It is basically a basic guide on how to live in a new home.

The video was praised for being so well done that viewers may not notice that it is a commercial – until the Friskies pitch at the end. The video starts with “Dear Kitten, since I have hissed at you the customary 437 times, it is now my duty as the head of the household to – begrudgingly – welcome you.”

Some of the older cat’s advice touch on topics, such as the “human larva,” the underwear drawer, and the “vac-ooms.”

The dramatic music accompanying the video also makes it easier for viewers to watch. “Dear Kitten” also has its own hashtag: #dearkitten. Cat lovers and fans of the video also used Twitter to express their love for the commercial. One Twitter user wrote, “If all ads were this good, maybe we wouldn’t fast-forward them.”

On YouTube, the video is also flooded with comments. One user wrote, “I laughed, I cried, I wanted to run to the shelter and adopt… the single best commercial I can remember.” Another user said, “Sure it’s a cat food commercial, but to anyone that has ever had a cat it’s both true and entertaining and it’s got Ze Frank narrating so it must be good.”

As of writing, the video has more than 6 million views.

  • Psy “Hangover” Video Featuring Snoop Dogg Goes Viral

Okay, raise your hand if you thought that Psy was going to be nothing more than a one-hit wonder after his massive, worldwide hit Gangnam Style? I mean, we saw the dance at every wedding and every club in 2012. Wasn’t that enough Psy for a lifetime?

Apparently not. Psy is back and in typical Psy fashion, the South Korean hitmaker has returned in a big way. This time Psy has hooked up with Snoop Dogg to create an odd party time hip-hop inspired music video that flaunts a shot-taking boozy night, followed up by a hangover-filled morning.

    Drink til you drunk
    Smoke like a broke’ stove
    Don’t quit take flight
    I can’t remember last night
It’s aight this the life of a superstar

Check out the unlikely dapper duo partying all night and puking the next morning, to only party again the next day:

Since being uploaded Sunday night, the Hangover video has been viewed more than 10 million times. That’s 10 million times in less than 20 hours.

It still has a ways to go to catch up with Gangnam Style, which surpassed the two billion hit mark. However, the immediate success of Hangover could mean that the song could easily contend for party anthem of the summer. So, it seems possible that Psy could have another ubiquitous hit that has staying power. Teaming up with Snoop Dogg certainly doesn’t hurt.

So far, the Twitter reaction has been mixed:

If you’re wondering if Psy and Snoop Dogg actually partied when the cameras stopped rolling, Psy reported to TMZ last month that, “We were hangover.”

What do you think of the video?

  • PSY Hit “Gangnam Style” Has 2 Billion YouTube Views

When “Gangnam Style” was released in 2012, its popularity was simply astonishing.

The hit by YG artist PSY shattered the belief that Asian stars couldn’t amass global appeal. It also sent record executives from major Korean labels, who’ve been desperate to break into the American market, scurrying back to the drawing board.

The song got popular—Fast. Its music video amassed hundreds of millions of views in a matter of weeks. Months after it debuted on YouTube, “Gangnam Style” trampled Justin Bieber’s “Baby” underfoot to become the first music video in history to hit 1 billion views on YouTube.

PSY’s follow-up effort actually seems like it didn’t catch on in the same manner (even though it currently stands at close to 700 million views…), leading some to feel that the YG rapper would be buried and forgotten.

    Apparently this wasn’t the case.

Over the past year and a half, the view count continued to tick upward. Then late Friday evening…it happened. Again!

PSY’s “Gangnam Style” has officially been viewed over 2 billion times. It also has more than 5 million comments and 8 million likes!

Some blame this continued rise in views on desperate trolls determined to spam views for the sake of making the video’s view count as massive as possible.

The people who think like this tend to be basement dwellers who feel everyone has that kind of time and lack of a social life.

The truth is, as unfathomable as it may be for some, is that this is just one heck of a popular song.

“Gangnam Style” features a rather goofy fun dance and a catchy hook and appeals to people of all ages and backgrounds.

The Kpop video also contains one of the funniest and most bizarre moments of any music video that has been released to date.

I mean, does ANYONE understand what was going on in that elevator?

In any case, congratulations to PSY and all of his fans in South Korea and around the world.

No doubt they’re thrilled at the enduring popularity of this music video and song.

  • Man Catches Baby That Fell From Window

Man Catches Baby That Fell From Window

It was one of those hair-raising moments that could have ended in tragedy, but thankfully didn’t.

An infant climbed out of a second-story window during a storm and lost his balance. Luckily, a heroic stranger was there to prevent the very young child from being harmed.

The incident was captured on a nearby CCTV camera and was later uploaded to the internet.

The YouTube video of the baby being rescued was posted on May 22nd and is already at over 900,000 views.

In the video, a man identified as Mr. Li is seen walking down the street in the middle of an intense thunderstorm. Li looks up and spots a 1-year-old infant that has climbed onto a window ledge.

It’s quite possible the little guy was terrified by the storm and was looking for his mother, who apparently had stepped away momentarily.

In the video you can see Li and concerned neighbors panicking, trying to signal to the infant to go back into his home.

They also grab what items they can, such as cardboard boxes and an ottomans, to try their best to cushion the fall of the youngster should he lose his balance.

Finally, Li reaches up, preparing to catch the child should he fall. With the ledge growing slippery from the falling rain, inevitably the baby came tumbling down.

You can tell when the slip occurred based on the horrified expressions of the adults below.

Li moved quickly to position himself (as did another neighbor named Mr. Hu) and the infant was captured by the startled man.

The adults gather around to ensure that the baby was okay. At the end of the video, the relieved young mother can be seen carrying in the infant away.

Said Li, “I didn’t think too much at the time. I was just afraid of failing to catch him.” He added, “It was nothing but human instinct to do so.”

Human instinct or not, Li is a hero to at least two people today: A young mother and a baby who may not have lived to see birthday number two had it not been for the man’s quick thinking and reflexes.
