  • ‘Dancing With the Stars’ Signs ‘Bachelor’ Chris Soules

Dancing With the Stars has announced the mystery contestant who wasn’t divulged last week when the remainder of the upcoming season’s cast was listed. It seems that shortly after The Bachelor’s Chris Soules hands out that final red rose, he’ll be putting on his dancing shoes.

That’s right. Chris Soules is joining the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars. He will be paired up with Witney Carson as his dance pro partner. And there won’t be any making out with her on the Dancing With the Stars set. It’s not that kind of show. Witney Carson danced with Alfonso Ribeiro–all the way to that coveted mirror ball trophy–during season 19.

A source explained to Us Weekly that Chris Soules has been meeting with DWTS producers for a few weeks now so he will understand exactly what is expected of him on the show. It seems he even called another Bachelor who has appeared on Dancing With the Stars–Sean Lowe–to ask him some questions about the competition.

“He seems like he’s not totally sure what he’s getting himself into! It will be fascinating to see how well he does,” the source said.

In addition to Sean Lowe and Chris Soules, other Dancing With the Stars contestants from the Bachelor or Bachelorette franchise include Bachelor Jake Pavelka, Bachelorette Trista Sutter, and Bachelor 13 castoff Melissa Rycroft.

Dancing With the Stars premieres its 20th season on March 16th at 8:00 PM ET. Will you be tuning in to see Bachelor Chris Soules take his first spin around the ballroom?

  • Trista Sutter On Jay Leno’s ‘Bachelorette’ Tale

Trista Sutter reacted this weekend to a story Jay Leno shared with Craig Ferguson during the final episode of the Late Late Show last Friday.

Craig Ferguson mentioned to Jay Leno how exhausting it was to entertain the many celebrity guests he met throughout the years. Leno remarked that sometimes the people he had to interview were boring.

“The classic example is I had one of these reality stars on… Trista!” Leno recalled of the first-ever Bachelorette, who first rose to fame back in 2003. “From one of these Bachelorettes… So, I’m sitting and I’m looking at the side of her head. I couldn’t be less interested. I’ve never seen this stupid reality show–you know what it was.”

Jay Leno continued, saying that once the interview was over, he ran into Trista Sutter in the parking lot.

“She goes, ‘Hey, can I have a picture?’” the former Tonight Show host said. “And I go, ‘Sure, what’s your name?’”

Trista Sutter reacted to Jay Leno’s story via Twitter.

Trista Sutter is the author of Happily Ever After: The Life-Changing Power of a Grateful Heart.

What do you suppose Jay Leno would have to say had he interviewed the former Bachelorette about her book? That might not have been nearly as humorous an anecdote–or it would have fallen at the very top of that ‘boring’ list–probably even higher than some of those guests he interviewed throughout the years.

  • Trista Sutter From The Bachelorette Writes Book

The original Bachelorette Trista Sutter has been promoting her new book Happily Ever After: The Life Changing Power of a Grateful Heart. Sutter was the star of the first season of The Bachelorette, and married Ryan Sutter in 2003.

Sutter says she hopes that her book will encourage positive thinking and inspire others to live their lives in a positive manner.

“Every day on social media I post my favorite part of the day (#favpartofday) as a way to focus on the positive and think about the good things, especially if it was a not so great part of the day,” she said. “I just want to be able to put something out into the universe that inspires people.”

“Do something that consciously you are choosing to be grateful for like doing your favorite part of the day,” she said. “I got my kids gratitude journals and have them each write in them or draw a picture.”

In her book, Sutter talks about her ten-year romance to her hubby, and the two children that they now have together. Although most of the book revolves around her family, Sutter says the bigger picture of the book is focusing on gratitude and how it has helped her find happiness in her life.

“I feel incredibly blessed for so many reasons. Some may think that I have lived a fairy tale, and I’d agree with them in regard to a couple magical moments of my life. My book, though, isn’t just about finding my “Happily Ever After.” Yes, I write about meeting and marrying the wonderful man I call my husband, but that story is part of a bigger picture … part of the picture of gratitude that has been such a powerful force in finding my life’s happiness,” she wrote

  • Trista Sutter Promotes Her Book on Gratitude

Trista Sutter, once known for her fairytale romance on The Bachelorette, is an author now. Her new book, Happily Ever After: The Life Changing Power of a Grateful Heart was published in time for Christmas shoppers to add it to their lists, and she is still busy promoting it now. In her book, she shares an up close and personal look at the past ten years of her life and her marriage to hubby Ryan Sutter. The husband and wife actually met on The Bachelorette and he became her happily ever after. They have since had two children as well.

Shortly before Christmas, Trista wrote about her purpose for writing this book, in an exclusive for Access Hollywood. Here is an excerpt from her writings.

“I feel incredibly blessed for so many reasons. Some may think that I have lived a fairy tale, and I’d agree with them in regard to a couple magical moments of my life. My book, though, isn’t just about finding my “Happily Ever After.” Yes, I write about meeting and marrying the wonderful man I call my husband, but that story is part of a bigger picture … part of the picture of gratitude that has been such a powerful force in finding my life’s happiness,” she wrote.

On the day her book was released, November 26th, Sutter shared her excitement via Twitter.

Do you find it surprising that someone who met her husband on a reality TV show is still happily married ten years later? Trista Sutter is no doubt among those rare exceptions to the rule. Hopefully she, Ryan and their children will enjoy a lifetime of happiness, and that Trista continues on in her career as a published author.

  • Trista Sutter Writes Book About Living Positively

Bachelorette star Trista Sutter lives her life in a positive way, and she wants you to, too. She also wants you buy her book, Happily Ever After: The Life Changing Power of a Grateful Heart.

Television audiences laughed, cried, and probably cringed a little at some point, when they watched Sutter fall in love with her Vail firefighter husband Ryan on the first installment of the Bachelorette in 2003.

The couple went on to get married and have two children together, a son named Maxwell and a daughter named Blakesley.

In her book, Sutter discusses how she strives for a positive and grateful attitude towards life everyday.

“I feel incredibly blessed for so many reasons,” she stated in a report. “Some may think that I have lived a fairy tale, and I’d agree with them in regard to a couple magical moments of my life. My book, though, isn’t just about finding my “happily ever after.” Yes, I write about meeting and marrying the wonderful man I call my husband, but that story is part of a bigger picture … part of the picture of gratitude that has been such a powerful force in finding my life’s happiness.”

See Sutter talk about her book, here:

Sutter seems to be all about self-empowerment and improvement. She recently underwent breast augmentation and an eye-lift before she turned 40 in an effort to revitalize her appearance. She later went on to reveal that her antibiotics and other medication from the surgery caused her physical and emotional pain.

Sutter even takes her grateful idealism to social media. Her Twitter followers are treated to her #favepartofday, in which she posts what she considers to be the best part of her day, everyday. See a few of her posts below:

She also believes in the power of “grateful journals,” and gifted her children with them. She asks that the little ones draw or write something they are grateful about.

Sutter hopes that her words and ideas can help others transform their lives and develop grateful hearts.

  • Trista Sutter Has New Boobs, And She’s Proud Of Them

Trista Sutter, best known for finding love on “The Bachelorette” in 2003, decided to have plastic surgery recently to lift her breasts and fix a droopy eyelid, and she’s showing off her new body in a recent issue of Life & Style Magazine.

“After nursing both my kids for a year each, my boobs were deflated. And I had a droopy eye. It was something that I noticed in every picture I’ve ever taken,” she said.

Sutter, who is still with husband Ryan–whom she met on the show–says she needed to have the surgery in order to feel better about herself, and that Ryan was very supportive of her decision. So she underwent a blepharoplasty–a procedure to lift both eyelids–and a breast lift and augmentation which added a cup size.

“I realized that the surgery was something I had to do for myself, just for my own self-confidence and to feel good again about being in bathing suits and being intimate with my husband…I wanted to feel pretty again — and I do!” the reality star said.
