Erin Storm Of ‘The Bachelor’ Dies In Fiery Plane Crash

Former The Bachelor contestant Erin Storm has died in a private airplane crash in Los Angeles County on Monday, reports confirmed.

Storm, who appeared on Season 12 of the ABC show The Bachelor, was reportedly the only passenger in the private aircraft, which crashed right after taking off. Storm, 41, who got her pilot’s license from Pacific Blue Air, had been flying on her own since her solo flight in November last year, according to the Pacific Blue Air’s Facebook page.

Police reports said they were alerted that an airplane had crashed into the Hawthorne streets near 120th and Crenshaw, near the Hawthorne Municipal Airport at noon on Monday, March 21. The aircraft was reportedly on fire when police arrived on the crash site. A construction crew witnessed the incident and pulled Storm out of the damaged aircraft.

Erin Storm was immediately treated by the Los Angeles Fire Department and the medical team at the UCLA Medical Center in Carson but the reality star died.

Byron Mayes, an employee at nearby Best Drilling Pump Inc. also saw the Airborne XT-912 as it crashed a few feet from them.

“All of a sudden, my partner started yelling, ‘Watch out, there’s a plane coming! And it looked like the plane veered up, lost control and hit a couple feet away from the truck, a couple feet away from us,” he recalled.

FAA and the National Transportation Safety Board authorities are currently investigating the incident.

Friends of Storm’s have expressed their grief on her Facebook page.

The Bachelor star Matt Grant was “massively shocked” by her tragic death. Grant remembers Storm as a “genuine, self-assured, beautiful and hilarious” person.

Erin Storm joined ABC’s reality dating show The Bachelor in 2008 but was eliminated in week three, and Grant chose Shayne Lamas in the final episode.

  • Lauren Bushnell And Ben Higgins Plan For New Life Together, Work Through Issues From “The Bachelor”

Lauren Bushnell And Ben Higgins Plan For New Life Together, Work Through Issues From “The Bachelor”

Lauren Bushnell and Ben Higgins are getting ready to start a new life together.

Lauren Bushnell is pulling up her roots and moving to Denver to live with Ben and plan a wedding.

In addition to a wedding, Lauren Bushnell and her fiance are looking forward to the normal stuff.

Lauren Bushnell said, “I’m just excited to go grocery shopping together.”

Higgins added, “I want to hold her hand in public. And I’m excited to work on our house together.”

    Awwwww.

Lauren Bushnell could have married Ben Higgins almost immediately after The Bachelor finale, but he declined the offer.

    His reason? The party.

He said, “I want a huge reception. How often in life do all your friends and family gather in one room to celebrate something? Why get married tomorrow if we can plan a big-ass party?”

However, as much fun as Lauren Bushnell and Ben Higgins are having while planning their future, they are also working through some issues in their past.

We are so tired!! Such a fun day. Thanks for all the LOVE!!!

For one big thing, Lauren Bushnell is dealing with the fact that Ben also professed twue wuv for JoJo Fletcher during the production of The Bachelor.

Lauren Bushnell described that moment as simply “hurtful.”

She added, “This whole thing has been an emotional roller coaster. As these episodes are airing, and you’re reliving it, you’re reliving those emotions.”

Lauren Bushnell revealed that there have been several long talks that aren’t always comfortable.

She said, “There’s been times where I’ve felt angry or sad or confused but I’ve never been in his shoes before. So a lot of discussions…haven’t necessarily been fun but they’ve been really good for our relationship.”

What do you think of the couple that is Lauren Bushnell and Ben Higgins? Will they make it?

Jojo Fletcher Gets Dumped By Ben Higgins, Named New ‘Bachelorette’

Jojo Fletcher may have been dumped by Ben Higgins, she just nabbed one of the biggest triumph in her television career after being named the “bachelorette.”

The big announcement was made during The Bachelor: after the Final Rose.

“It’s overwhelming,” Fletcher said to despite having her heart broken. “It’s so weird! It’s crazy. … I am so excited.”

Fletcher is the first-runner up in the competition though Higgins told her that he loved her and that he considers her his best friend.

Higgins shocked audience with his revelation that he loved both Lauren Bushnell and Fletcher. “I came into this not knowing if I was gonna find love. I didn’t know if this would be real… but with you it was real, always,” Higgins told Fletcher when he chose Bushnell. “I found it with you but I found it with somebody else more.”

Even though Fletcher was devastated as Higgins did not choose her, former Bachelor and Bachelorette stars all think the reality show made a wise decision of choosing her as the bachelorette.

“I think JoJo would make an amazing Bachelorette. She’s so sexy and cool and outgoing,” Jade Roper who recently tied the knot, said of Fletcher.

Fletcher is the epitome of beauty and brains, so Roper is right when she said the new bachelorette is “cool.” She graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from Baylor University back in 2011. She was a sales executive for Legacy Medical but left the company to put up her own business. Fletcher owns JHF Reality Development LLC in Dallas, Texas.

She is also proud of her roots. “I’m proud of my mother’s background despite what social opinions are. It’s important for me to stand up to people stereotyping Iranians,” Fletcher revealed.

ABC has not yet determined a premiere date for Bachelorette.

  • Jade Roper, “Bachelor” Alum, Shared Details of Sexual Assault Following Lady Gaga’s Oscars Performance

Jade Roper realized during Lady Gaga’s powerful Oscars performance last weekend that she had an inner strength she never realized existed. When Lady Gaga went public about her sexual assault–something her own family didn’t even know about–Jade Roper decided she could do the same.

In her blog, the Bachelor alum penned the details of a night from back in high school–a night that has haunted her for years.

“I was raped just shy of my 17th birthday,” she writes. “One night I was at a party with some friends and they ended up leaving without me. They shouldn’t have seemed worried, they left me with a group of guys we were all friends with. I remember going with them to one of the guys’ parents’ house, we had hung out in his basement with friends several times before, so it seemed perfectly normal. I’m not going to go into detail, but I remember it getting late and I needed to be home for my curfew. I remember one guy holding me down while another got on top of me. I remember them driving me home and my parents were gone, driving around town looking for me. When my parents got home, my dad said he found me in my room on the floor in my underwear, mumbling to him I wasn’t innocent anymore. I was a virgin.”

The next morning when Jade Roper woke up, she felt a mix of confusion and shame.

“I found my jeans with blood spots all the way down a pant leg, and I was bruised black and sore. I called one of the guys, he denied anything happened. The other guy I couldn’t even face, I was very close to him and was afraid to confront him with the truth,” she shared. “I never opened up to my parents about what happened, I was afraid of what they would think of me— or worse, that they wouldn’t care at all.”

For many years Jade Roper experienced shame, self-hatred, and a weariness that deeply affected her–all while those around were clueless about her pain.

Following Lady Gaga’s Oscars performance of “Til It Happens to You” last Sunday night, Jade felt empowered.

“The Lady Gaga performance gave me the courage to speak about my story, a story that’s been trapped inside me for over 12 years. I hope that sharing my experience will help girls and women know that they are not alone. And that you have to voice things in order for things to change,” she writes. “And always always always: You matter.”

Kudos to both Lady Gaga and Jade Roper for going public about their sexual assaults in their respective ways. May they both continue to inspire others to come out of the darkness, too, and put the pieces of their lives back together again.

  • Emily Maynard: Former “Bachelorette” Talks Death of Boyfriend, Suicide Attempt, Life as Family of Four

Emily Maynard appeared on both The Bachelor and The Bachelorette, and seemed as though she had life by the horns. That couldn’t have been farther from the truth during that time in her life, however.

During an interview with People magazine, while promoting her new book, I Said Yes, Emily Maynard talks about things her fans never knew about her–way back when she first became a celebrity.

“Things haven’t been super easy for me,” she explains. “As great as things are now, it’s been a struggle for me. My life definitely isn’t perfect. Is anybody’s?”

Emily Maynard goes on to explain that after a “happy childhood,” she was sent to boarding school in Florida.

“I didn’t feel like I fit in,” she says, going on to explain that she often felt worthless, and that she was hospitalized twice within a six-month period of time–once when she threatened suicide, and once for overdosing on prescription pain meds.

“It really was a cry for help,” she says. “I never really wanted to end things. I just wanted attention. It makes me sad to think about. I was so focused on the part of my heart that was empty that I couldn’t see beyond where I was.”

Life got better when Emily Maynard started dating NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick. The two met when she was only 16 and he was 21. After she graduated from high school, the two moved in together, living in Charlotte, North Carolina. Within months, however, Hendrick died in a plane crash. Just days later, Maynard learned she was pregnant.

“The first couple of years were so hard,” Emily Maynard says of life as a young, single mom to daughter Ricki, who is now 10. “I didn’t know if I was coming or going. I was lost. I went to therapists but I knew nothing they would tell me was going to make me feel better. Mine was an issue of the heart that I needed to work out myself. And I knew that time would do that.”

Maynard jumped at the chance to appear on The Bachelor. She fell in love with Brad Womack, and became engaged to him in 2011. The engagement ended just months later. The next year she appeared on The Bachelorette, and when the season ended she was engaged to Jef Holm. That engagement only lasted two months.

“I wanted that love so bad,” she says. “I felt like there was something wrong with me if I couldn’t make it work. But I look back now and see that the times I felt the lowest, God was still there for me, planning something better than I ever could have imagined.”

Emily Maynard is a strong, practicing Christian.

She soon reconnected with old friend Tyler Johnson, and the two became engaged.

“Tyler is my very best friend,” she says. “When he proposed, I was sobbing!”

Emily Maynard and Tyler Johnson married in June 2014, and in July 2015 their son Jennings was born. She now lives happily as part of a family of four.

Fans can pick up a copy of Emily Maynard’s new book, I Said Yes, when it hits book stores on March 1.

  • Alexa McAllister, Former Contestant on ‘The Bachelor,’ Dies of an Overdose That Appears to Be Suicide

Alexa McAllister, a former contestant on The Bachelor, died Tuesday of an overdose that appears to be a suicide, according to reports.

TMZ reports that a 911 was received by law enforcement Saturday in Columbus, Ohio from a panicked friend who had found McAllister, 31, unconscious with an empty bottle of prescription medication by her side.

McAllister was hospitalized in stable condition on life support. Her condition reportedly deteriorated and her family decided to take her off life support, according to E! Online.

McAllister competed on season 14 of The Bachelor in 2010 — Jake Pavelka’s season — and was eliminated in the first episode.

Some might claim it is a cursed season as another contestant from season 14, Gia Allemand, who made it into the finals, died in 2013 at the age of 29 after hanging herself. She, too, was taken off life support by her family.

Alexa’s fellow cast mates remembered her fondly on Tuesday.

“I am honestly in shock that another beautiful soul would take their life,” the season’s runner-up Tenley Molzahn told E! News. “She was only on our first episode but she seemed like such a vibrant soul. This is just shocking news no matter how well you know someone.”

“I would like to express my sincere condolences,” the season’s winner Vienna Girardi also told E! News. “My heart goes out to Lex’s family during this difficult time. I remember her being such a positive young lady who could light up any room.”

  • Lena Headey Shares “Bachelor” Insults As “Game of Thrones” Character Cersei Lannister

Lena Headey had a blast as a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday night–and his audience had a blast as she thoroughly entertained them.

Kimmel set a challenge before Headey, and she didn’t for a moment disappoint.

“One of the great things that you do on Game of Thrones, your character Cersei, you say the meanest things in a very cool way. You insult the others, you actually threaten them,” he explained to Lena Headey. “This happens on The Bachelor, as well, with the women. I thought it would be fun if we put some of the real lines from the show this year in our teleprompter for you to read them in character.”

Before starting, Lena Headey grabbed a goblet of wine and assumed a domineering pose.

“I don’t think there’s one girl here who’s competition,” she read, quoting one Bachelor hopeful fighting for Ben Higgins’ heart on season 20 of the ABC show. “I think I’m way prettier than everyone else.”

“I think her boobs are fake, but it’s OK. Like, you can tell that they’re fake. And her breath is horrible. I wonder if they’ve kissed because I’m sure he smells what I smell,” Lena Headey said, taking on a second insulting line from The Bachelor.

At this point Game of Thrones fans were no doubt laughing hysterically, as were good natured fans of The Bachelor. Those who take The Bachelor way too seriously were likely a bit miffed by Lena Headey’s fun.

Did you see Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Monday night? What did you think of Lena Headey’s reading of insults from The Bachelor in her Games of Thrones character as Cersei Lannister?

  • Lena Headey Reads ‘Bachelor’ Shade as Cersei [VIDEO]

Love her or hate her, when it comes to slinging insults there’s nobody better than Cersei Lannister on Game of Thrones.

Part of that is the writing, of course. But part of it is Lena Headey’s masterful portrayal of the Queen.

Headey is so good at throwing shade as Cersei that you can basically make her say anything and it sounds good.

    Even insults from The Bachelor?

Turns out, yes. Headey was on Jimmy Kimmel Live recently and agreed to read some real Bachelor quotes as her Game of Thrones character.

Check out the hilarious video below:

Speaking of Game of Thrones, the sixth season is set to premiere on April 24th.

  • Nikki Ferrell of ‘The Bachelor’ Engaged, Chris Harrison Comments

Nikki Ferrell of The Bachelor is engaged to boyfriend Tyler Vanloo.

The 29-year-old nurse announced the happy news Monday by posting photos of Vanloo’s proposal to social media.

The engagement comes less than 15 months after her split from Season 18 Bachelor Juan Pablo Galavis, which was a questionable match from the get-go.

“And on the last day of vacation this happened! I can’t wait to marry my best friend. Over the moon happy right now!” Ferrell captioned her post.

According to a report by UPI, the couple are longtime friends who reconnected in 2015.

Host Christ Harrison confirmed the engagement Monday on the Season 20 premiere after show, Bachelor Live, which features Ben Higgins, who placed third on The Bachelorette Season 11 with Kaitlyn Bristowe.

“Nikki Ferrell is engaged,” said Harrison. “She finally got the engagement she always dreamed of.”

Nikki’s season was somewhat controversial. She won Season 18 in March 2014, but failed to receive a proposal from 34-year-old Galavis on the finale. The two continued to date into October 2014, when she finally split from the soccer player.

“It didn’t end because we didn’t love each other or [over] a lack of communication,” Nikki Ferrell told Harrison on The Bachelor Season 19 premiere in January 2015. “It just ended because of a difference of lifestyle … We gave it a good try, but we’re two different people.”

The Bachelor airs 8 p.m. ET Mondays.

  • Whitney Bischoff Moves On After ‘Bachelor’ Chris Soules

After breakup with Chris Soules, the 29-year-old TV personality Whitney Bischoff was spotted with Andi Dorfman’s ex Nick Viall. The two were seen viewing the Blackhawks game together last May 30 in Chicago.

After just two days of Bischoff’s announcement of split with Soules, reports have claimed that the Bischoff and Viall were really into each other during their game date.  However, an insider close to the ex-couple shared that Bischoff and Soules are just friends.

“Whitney and Nick met through the show and are friends, but that’s it. Whitney knows better than to jump into a rebound relationship. Plus, it’s not like that between her and Nick,” the insider told Hollywood Life.

Going back to the real reason of their split, there have been frequent rumors that jealousy was the prime cause of their split.

It was believed that Soules’ urgent decision to join Dancing with the Stars right after The Bachelor contributed to the breakup. “DWTS hurt the relationship. She shared him with other women on The Bachelor, then had to share him again. It bothered her,” one source concluded after the two called it quits.

The Bachelor co-stars stayed optimistic despite the broken engagement of Bischoff and Soules.

“Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules have mutually and amicably decided to end their engagement. “They part with nothing but respect and admiration for one another and will continue to be supportive friends. They wish to thank everyone who has supported them through this journey,” the co-stars stated after the split last May.

Meanwhile, Bischoff recently partied and reunited with her co-contestants, Kaitlyn Bristowe and Becca Tilley, in The Bachelor season 19. The three met to celebrate Bischoff and Bristowe’s coming birthdays.

Whitney Bischoff shared a photo of them on Instagram captioning, “Reunited and it feels so good! @kaitlynbristowe @beccatilley5 #happybirthdaytome.”

  • Whitney Bischoff Enjoys Get Together With Becca Tilley and Kaitlyn Bristowe

Whitney Bischoff enjoyed a reunion of sorts with her runner up on season 19 of The Bachelor–Becca Tilley–as well as current Bachelorette Kaitlyn Bristowe. The three got together in Whitney Bischoff’s hometown of Chicago to celebrate Bischoff and Bristowe’s birthdays.

The relationship between Becca Tilley and Whitney Bischoff is an especially intriguing one, as they both competed for that elusive red rose from The Bachelor, Chris Soules. When Whitney won, however, it didn’t destroy their friendship.

Now that Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules have called it quits, she’s likely even happier that she held her friendship with Becca Tilley in such high regard.

It was Sunday when both of these ladies–who will soon celebrate their 30th birthdays–met up with Kaitlyn Bristowe.

The fun was chronicled on social media.

Whitney Bischoff has been spending lots of time with these, as well as other girlfriends since she and Chris Soules announced at the end of May that they were no longer engaged.

The two issued a statement to Us Weekly at the time, saying they’d decided to “mutually and amicably” end their engagement.

“They part ways with nothing but respect and admiration for one another and will continue to be supportive friends,” the statement read.

Breaking up is tough, whether it’s amicable or not. Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules played out their relationship in the media, and that has to make the break up even more awkward. Hopefully the time Whitney Bischoff spends with her girlfriends helps her put her life back in order, while allowing some time for having fun.

It’s plain to see that her get together with Kaitlyn Bristowe and Becca Tilley was filled with lots of it.

  • Kaitlyn Bristowe: Andi Dorfman Warns ‘Bachelorette’ About Nick Viall

Kaitlyn Bristowe–this season’s Bachelorette–received a warning form past Bachelorette Andi Dorfman, following the arrival of her ex, Nick Viall, on Monday night’s show.

Dorfman, a former district attorney, Tweeted off a message to Kaitlyn Bristowe after Nick Viall showed up on her group date in New York City.

Good at getting what he wants–Nick did just that. He got Kaitlyn Bristowe to invite him to join the show. The other Bachelorette suitors were none too pleased with her offer.

So what did Andi Dorfman say to Kaitlyn Bristowe in her Twitter warning?

She told her to run. Dorfman was completely turned off by Nick Viall when he discussed their sexual escapades during her After the Final Rose special.

Nick Viall was the runner-up on Andi Dorfman’s season 10 of The Bachelorette. Kaitlyn Bristowe appeared on Chris Soules’ Season 19 of The Bachelor. Viall and Bristowe flirted via text message several times follower her recent stint on The Bachelor.

The Tweet Andi Dorfman sent Kaitlyn Bristowe was favorited more than 6,000 times.

Kaitlyn Bristowe replied to Andi Dorfman’s Tweet.

Andi Dorfman shared a few more words with The Bachelorette.

Will Kaitlyn Bristowe at the very least proceed with caution now that Andi Dorfman has warned her about Nick Viall?

Or will she proceed at her own pace instead and possibly winding up falling head over heels for the former contestant?

  • Whitney Bischoff Split Sends ‘Bachelor’ Chris Soules Back to Iowa

Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules confirmed their split last week, and shortly thereafter The Bachelor headed back to spend some time with his family in Iowa.

Following months of filming The Bachelor and then his time on Dancing With the Stars, Soules’s split from Whitney Bischoff appeared to be the catalyst sending him in the direction of home, sweet home.

Since returning to Arlington, Iowa, Chris Soules has shared several pictures of his time on the farm, including some of visits with family members.

On Sunday he attended a niece’s graduation. He shared a photo of himself with his niece via Instagram.

“My niece Hannah Wallace who graduated on Sunday! I am so proud of her! Can’t wait to be a part of her amazing future!” he captioned the shot.

A photo posted by Chris Soules (@souleschris) on

Had plans likely been in place for Whitney Bischoff to come along to Hannah’s graduation with Chris Soules?

Soules posted a photo of breakfast made for him by another niece.

“Breakfast made by my lovely niece Sienna,” he wrote.

A photo posted by Chris Soules (@souleschris) on

Had Chris Soules expected that once he married Whitney Bischoff that she’d be preparing hearty farmer’s breakfasts for him every morning?

Hopefully Chris Soules is able to put the pieces of his life back together–and Whitney Bischoff, too, in light of their split.

Do you think shows like The Bachelor are really the best way for people to find their life partners?

It certainly didn’t work out in this case. It seems the city girl and the country boy simply had too many differences from them to share a life together.

  • Whitney Bischoff and ‘Bachelor’ Chris Soules: Modern Day ‘Green Acres?’

Whitney Bischoff won’t be marrying The Bachelor, Chris Soules. The couple issued a statement late last week, confirming their split, just two months after he presented her with that illustrious rose on The Bachelor finale.

“Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules have mutually and amicably decided to end their engagement,” they told Us Weekly in a joint statement. “They part with nothing but respect and admiration for one another and will continue to be supportive friends. They wish to thank everyone who has supported them through this journey.”

Prior to Chris and Whitney’s statement, fans learned of their split from the creator of The Bachelor, Mike Fleiss.

He shared the news via Twitter.

Everyone is dying to know what went wrong between Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules. And while those outside the realm of reality TV can speculate about the way they met, the stress they were under in keeping up appearances for the show’s sake, and the bizarre notion of meeting that perfect someone that takes place on shows like The Bachelor, unless someone personally knows either Whitney Bischoff or Chris Soules, fans may never truly know what contributed to them breaking their engagement.

A couple of things that may have contributed to the demise of their relationship, however, involve that ever-popular cliche–location, location, location.

Chris Soules was in L.A. for a while, appearing as a contestant on Dancing With the Stars. It became quite clear then that he wasn’t a fan of the city. Whitney Bischoff is from Chicago, where she has a career as a fertility nurse. Rumors swirled while Chris was in L.A. that things weren’t going well for the couple, but ultimately she visited him on his farm for a week when he was eliminated from DWTS and sent home.

Might Whitney Bischoff have discovered at the same time Chris discovered his disdain for city life that farm life simply wasn’t for her? Does this remind you of the theme song from Green Acres?

“All this,” Chris noted of Hollywood fame and celebrity during an interview several weeks ago, “is not real life. L.A. isn’t real life for me. Arlington is and Chicago–that’s real life and we want to take that step and then we’ll make [wedding] plans.”

Whitney Bischoff recently thanked her fans, friends, and family members for their love and support. She returned to a warm welcome in Chicago following her split from Chris Soules.

“Now this little gal knows how to make me smile!” she captioned an Instagram post. “From the bottom of my heart, thank you for your outpouring love, kindness and support! It means so much to me!”

What do you think went wrong for these two? Do you suspect location, location, location played a big role in Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules splitting up? Or do you think things just aren’t destined to work out for a couple who pursues romance the way these two did on The Bachelor?

  • Whitney Bischoff, Chris Soules: Engaged for Six Months

Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules of The Bachelor fame have been engaged for six months now. The couple celebrated their first half-year of engaged life on Thursday–even though they were apart.

It was six months ago that The Bachelor got down onto one knee and presented Whitney Bischoff with an exclusive Neil Lane diamond engagement ring.

Whitney shared a memory of his proposal in commemoration of their six months of engaged life via Instagram.

“#tbt can’t believe this was almost 6 months ago…,” she captioned the following photo.

A photo posted by Whitney Bischoff (@whitb624) on

Chris Soules–who, along with pro partner Witney Carson, was eliminated last week from Dancing With the Stars–is looking forward to spending some time with his fiancee, and building a strong relationship for their future together.

“I’m excited [to be] away from cameras… That’ll be nice, and scheduling things around work and not around a show and being able to build our relationship,” he said during an interview with Us Weekly.

Chris Soules’s last couple of weeks on DWTS were somewhat overshadowed by rumors of a split for him and Whitney Bischoff. Since she was absent for his last couple of performances, some assumed there was trouble in Paradise for the pair. Chris explained after one performance, however, that she was with family, as it was the 10-year anniversary of her mother’s death.

Soules is farming right now, but plans to return to Chicago went the season if through. Whitney Bischoff and his sister have become great friends in his absence.

“Right now, we’re in the middle of planting season, we should wrap up late May, and once I’m done with that… I’ll spend plenty of time in Chicago,” he explains. “It’s one of my favorite cities anyway. My sister lives out there so plenty of excuses to go to Chicago.”

“Laurie, my sister, and Whitney became really close friends. Actually she was just, I was talking to her on the way over here and they were hanging out,” he adds. “That’ll be fun to really just spend the summer together and hopefully do some traveling.”

It sounds like six months of engaged life agrees with both Whitney Bischoff and Chris Soules. How long do you suppose it might be before the two set a wedding date?

  • Witney Carson Shares Love for Chris Soules Following ‘DWTS’ Elimination

Witney Carson shared her love for her Dancing With the Stars partner Chris Soules following his elimination from the competition this week.

Chris Soules and Witney Carson were guests on Good Morning America the morning after the elimination. They and fellow dancers Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec all bid the show adieu on Tuesday night.

While chatting on GMA, Witney Carson shared how she expressed her love and appreciation for her dance partner the night before, via Instagram.

“To my farmer Joe/Christopher Walkens/Kevin Bacon ???? thank you for your dedication, hard work, and your genuine heart. Watching you grow and succeed every week was better than any mirror ball trophy. Thank you for trusting me, being brave, & most of all the laughs! You are one of a kind, a true friend… Love you always x,” she captioned the following post.

Soules shared his thanks via Twitter.

Were you shocked at Witney Carson and Chris Soules’s elimination from Dancing With the Stars? Did you expect to see The Bachelor make it all the way to the mirror ball trophy?

Chris Soules is engaged to another Witney–his has an ‘h’ in her name. Whitney Bischoff was away during Chris and Witney Carson’s final performance on Dancing With the Stars, amidst rumors of a split between the two. Soules told the media that the rumors are false, and that she was away with family on the anniversary of her mom’s death.

Given Witney Carson and Chris Soules’s–as well as Kym Johnson and Robert Herjavec’s eliminations, who do you think will win this season of Dancing With the Stars? Only four couples remain: Nastia Liukin and Derek Hough, Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy, Noah Galloway and Sharna Burgess, and Riker Lynch and Allison Holker.

  • Whitney Bischoff: Are She and Chris Soules Done?

Whitney Bischoff has been noticeably absent from Dancing With the Stars for the past couple of weeks, causing many to speculate that she and Chris Soules have called it quits. If things are okay between the two, then why hasn’t she been there to support Chris’s DWTS endeavors?

Fox News reports that things are supposedly fine between the two–even though Chris Soules’s mom–and not his fiancee–led his cheering section during this week’s taping of Dancing With the Stars.

The sexy farmer informed Fox of the real reason Whitney Bischoff has been away.

“She’s actually with family today. It’s actually the anniversary of her mom’s death,” he said.

Fans of The Bachelor might remember when Whitney Bischoff told Chris Soules that her mom had died ten years ago after suffering a blood clot during a routine medical procedure.

“It was tough. I thought about her all week [because] she was going to be feeling those emotions again,” Chris Soules said.

Following his performance this week, Soules talked more about Whitney Bischoff and their relationship.

“She’s able to kind of live. I’m kind of focused on trying to get the mirror ball,” he said. “I have her in the evenings, we talk about the day and she’s my number one fan. I know she’s there for me and when all this is over, it will be nice to just be together.”

He also added that he hasn’t paid much attention to social media rumors saying the two have split up.

“We’ve never been big social media people,” Soules said. “A lot of people are like, why aren’t they posting pictures? It’s not really who we are as a couple. We’re together and we’re in love and we’re handling this like two adults. She’s got a life, too. She’s got a job and she’s got a career and she’s doing that. She’s gotta do what makes her happy and I’m focused on [DWTS] and having a great time and she’s happy for me.”

“We’re making the best of a really cool situation that we’re both a part of that’s not going to last much longer. I think that people pay way too much attention to other people’s lives. We’re just normal people and living a kind of abnormal life for a couple more weeks,” he added.

Do you believe Chris Soules? Or is he trying to save face while still appearing on Dancing With the Stars? Do you think Whitney Bischoff was away solely to be with family on the anniversary of her mom’s death–or is there a bit more to their story?

  • Charlotte McKinney Booted from ‘Dancing With the Stars,’ Talks Bruno Tonioli’s Rude Remark

Charlotte McKinney was voted off Dancing With the Stars on Monday night, but what seemed to hurt the sexy Carl’s Jr. model more than being sent home was a very rude remark judge Bruno Tonioli made.

“You’re never going to win the Nobel prize for quantum physics, but you are easy on the eyes and you produce wonderful shapes,” Tonioli said to Charlotte McKinney.

“To be honest, I just really thought it was uncalled for,” McKinney said on Good Morning America of Bruno’s comment. “Especially the week before, I’ve really been trying to be used as a platform for social media bullying and really just stop any negativity and just talk about being positive, and it just came out of nowhere.”

Despite being a victim of a type of bullying–in the form of this most unkind remark–Charlotte McKinney put on a brave face for the remainder of her interview with Robin Roberts.

“It was silly but sometimes on live TV you just forget. I mean, I’ve heard it all. At the end of the day, just shake it off,” she said.

She added that she wasn’t shocked by her elimination because she wasn’t able to devote as much time to practicing as she would have liked.

“After shooting all day or any press all day and then going to practice you’re just emotionally, physically drained,” she explained. “I just think I had too much stress during all this and I didn’t get to focus.”

Both Charlotte McKinney and The Bacherlor Chris Soules were in jeopardy of elimination on Monday night based on last week’s performances. Ultimately it came down to Charlotte having the lowest overall number of points–a combination of viewer votes and judges’ numbers for her cha-cha.

“I learned so much from this experience and I’m so grateful and it’s been such an amazing ride and it is what it is,” Charlotte McKinney said, adding that her pro dance partner, Keo Motsepe, is now a “great friend that I’ll have for a lifetime.”

Were you surprise to see Charlotte McKinney eliminated on Monday night from Dancing With the Stars? Did you expect Chris Soules would have been the one to go home instead?

And what’s your take on the unkind comment Bruno made to Charlotte? Was that not totally uncalled for?

  • Becca Tilley Isn’t Interested In Another “Bachelor” Show

Becca Tilley, the runner-up on this season’s The Bachelor, says she isn’t interested in moving on to another show in the series, saying if she couldn’t find love on the first show, she doubts it will happen on a second one.

The 26-year old told Us Weekly that the process of Bachelor In Paradise is “rushed”, and while she has nothing against the show itself, she doesn’t think she would be a good fit.

“You know, I don’t think I would be a good fit on Bachelor in Paradise. It’s an even more rushed process. There have been … great people that have found love on there, but I don’t know if it would be something that I would be good in. If I couldn’t find it on my show, then a shorter amount of time probably wouldn’t work for me either,” Tilley said.

Tilley made it nearly to the end of the dating competition, but ultimately Chris Soules decided to go with 29-year old Whitney Bischoff. He proposed and now the couple are reportedly planning their future together; while they’re taking their time with wedding plans, Soules says he is ready to start a family. As for Tilley, Soules said they got close on the show, but ultimately she wasn’t in the same place in her life that he was.

“That doesn’t make it a bad thing, and it didn’t change how I felt about her, but it’s about trying to find the person that you can see in your life and that you have the best chance of making it work forever with. My sister said, ‘You’re not looking for a girlfriend, you’re looking for a wife.’ That’s the truth,” Soules said. “Becca has never been in love. Whitney has told me she loves me, and she’s close to 30 years old, she’s 29, she’s ready to be in love, ready to be married, and ready to have kids. Becca is kind of uncertain with all of those – those are big things when it comes to a relationship and when you’re wanting to be married. Those are kind of the main things.”

  • Whitney Bischoff: You Gotta See Her Engagement Ring!

In the March 10 finale of The Bachelor, Chris Soules picked Whitney Bischoff and proposed to her. Not only did Soules and Bischoff find each other, they’ve also found fame as the latest couple to fall in love on national TV. Speaking with the Associated Press, the couple said that the experience of finding your soul mate in a reality show may not be normal, but they said that they’re making it as normal as possible for themselves. They’re looking forward to a lot of stuff, mainly their upcoming wedding as well as all the commitments that come with being The Bachelor contestants.

Watching the finale, it’s pretty clear why Bischoff said yes to Soules. The farmer proposed to Bischoff in a barn at the home where he grew up in. And if you’re thinking that a barn proposal isn’t romantic, think again. With the romantic lighting as well as the stunning engagement ring, it was a proposal to remember. However, Soules did admit that he was torn between Bischoff and 26-year-old chiropractic assistant, Becca Tilley. At least until the final moments. Tilley revealed in several interviews that she didn’t really fall in love with Soules because they were never able to spend a lot of time together during the show.

So it looks like Soules made the right decision by picking Bischoff. He also made the right choice with the ring that he gave her. The ring, a massive emerald-cut Neil Lane engagement ring, looked absolutely beautiful. The platinum and diamond ring reportedly weighs four carats and features an emerald-cut center stone. The stone is surrounded by a halo made up of round diamonds.

The extremely detailed ring reportedly costs just under $100,000, so if you’re planning on proposing to your loved one with a ring like that, it’s best you start saving your money.
