  • Selena Gomez Tries To Get Rid Of Stalker Mansion, Listed For $4.5 Million

Looks like Selena Gomez isn’t done making drastic changes in her life.

The young pop star has officially listed her 7, 786-square-foot Calabasas estate for almost $4.5 million last week.

The luxurious property, which sits on more than three acres of land in the affluent Los Angeles suburb, was purchased by Gomez in 2014 for $3.7. It features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, a gym, pool, and spa among other amenities. Various photos of the mansion’s interior and exterior have been posted online, and it’s no surprise that Selena Gomez fell in love with it. However, unlike most LA-based celebrities, she chose a residence that is not located in a gated community.

This could be the reason why within the 1 ½ years that Selena Gomez has lived in this house, she has had several encounters with stalkers and home intruders. Just days after moving in to her new home, a strange man believed to be a stalker was found in her guesthouse. Selena Gomez sought the help of authorities and had the man arrested and sentenced to 45 days in jail. He was also slammed with a restraining order to stay away from Gomez.

Selena Gomez has had prior experience with obsessed fans; her former home in the Tarzana neighborhood was also targeted by stalkers. She has since sold the house to engaged couple Iggy Azalea and Nick Young for $3.4 million.

Apart from its opulent features and drama-infused history, interested buyers might also be in interested to know that Gomez’s former lover, Justin Bieber, used to live just five miles away.

The home’s listing reads, “Extremely rare & private compound in the illustrious Mureau Estates gated community of Calabasas. Sprawling over 3 acres, this exceptional custom home provides every amenity expected of a luxury estate.”

There has been no word yet on where Selena Gomez will choose to live next, but it might be safe to say that she will take better precautions with regard to the safety and security of her new home.

  • Gigi Hadid Stalker Had Escaped from Treatment Facility

Gigi Hadid has herself a stalker. She joins Rihanna and a host of other stars in that regard. But Gigi Hadid has decided she would rather not live in her luxury Manhattan apartment anymore after her harrowing experience.

A man named Marcell Porter was arrested at the end of June for trying to get into Hadid’s apartment. The man reportedly tried multiple times, and managed to get past building security once.

Porter has a police record in his home state of Hawaii. His work location is listed on Facebook as Hawaii Massage Academy and New York Jazz Academy, but his page lists his current residence as New York. Before he deleted some of his posts, Marcell had written some things that made Gigi Hadid pretty uncomfortable.

“I LOVE U. I KNOW EVERYTHING NOW. WAIT FOR ME SOULMATE.”

“WHY CAN’T YOU CALL ME? I WILL TALK TO U IN PERSON ASAP. I LOVE YOU ONCE AGAIN”

Gigi Noura Hadid Itrp what? Why u like secret marry me now to lunch? I'm the perfect gentleman and can pull anything…

Posted by Trumpet Marcell Porter on Monday, June 15, 2015

Meanwhile, back home in Hawaii, a news station had published an article in 2011 that listed Gigi’s alleged stalker as one of “Hawaii’s Most Wanted.”

Details of his breaking into another woman’s apartment were given. A police sergeant said of Hadid’s stalker’s past activities:

“On April 19, 2011, Porter entered the complainant’s residence on Captain Cook Avenue through a locked screen window. He got into the apartment, confronted her and a male guest and threatened them both. He was located in the apartment and was placed under arrest for unauthorized entry into a dwelling.”

Porter was placed in a treatment center, but escaped. That is why the news station was publishing details about him.

“He has four prior convictions and is known to frequent the Honolulu area,” said the report.

Gigi Hadid is looking to sell her apartment for $2.45 million.

  • Rihanna Picks Up Second Nutjob Stalker; This One Posts to Twitter

Rihanna can’t shake the nutjobs. After a homeless man stalked and threatened her last year, she has now picked up another hanger-on who is making threats against the singer.

A man who goes by the names Alex Mercer on Twitter and Ralph Alexander on Yahoo is being raked over by the LAPD. Cops are checking his phone, his computer and social media accounts after he posted a pic outside of Rihanna’s former home and threatened her life.

    The suspect posted to Twitter:

“Should of killed @rihanna a minute back I would be good right now. Sorcery is a weapon I use guns, bout to get a gun license, can’t use my hands”

This guy may not be the brightest bulb in the box, considering he posted his intent to Twitter. But he is not alone in his dimness.

Last year, Rihanna dealt with homeless man Kevin McGlynn. That guy stalked her and threatened to force his way into her home. Police caught him after he accidentally dropped his food stamp card with his name on it in her building.

McGlynn sent at least four letters to Rihanna at her former California address.

“The nature of these letters (is) confusing,” the Assistant District Attorney told a judge. “They all do indicate a personal relationship, as I indicated before, that simply does not exist.”

When he was arraigned, McGlynn claimed that Rihanna, Jay-Z, and Kanye West has ripped off “my material.” According to court documents McGlynn “repeatedly called her a bitch,” and threatened to “bum (rush) in her apartment.”

  • Sandra Bullock To Testify Against Man Who Claimed To Love Her

Sandra Bullock will be heading to court next month to testify against a man who told her that he loved her. That man is Joshua Corbett, and he is accused of stalking and breaking into Sandra Bullock’s home last year.

Jurors have already heard the taped 911 call that Sandra Bullock made from her home in June of last year. She had a scary conversation with a 911 dispatcher for 15 minutes while waiting for police to arrest the man who was stalking her.

A panicked Bullock can be heard telling the dispatcher that she was home alone and had heard a noise outside.

“I thought it was a wind blowing,” Bullock said. “Then I saw the person.”

Prosecutors intend to show that they have the goods on Joshua Corbett. Corbett is charged with stalking Sandra Bullock and breaking into her home that night in June. He also faces weapons charges for illegal firearms he possessed at his home.

The 911 tape reveals the fear the actress felt as she cowered in a safe-door protected closet in her bedroom.

“I’m in my closet. I have a safe door,” Sandra Bullock told the 911 dispatcher. “I’m locked in the closet right now.”

When police arrived, they found Corbett with a black notebook that contained a letter to Sandra Bullock as well as notes about the security measures of her home. Last year, at a preliminary hearing, a police officer read passages from that notebook.

“There is two large impervious gates that no one can open but you,” an officer read. “I hope one day you open them to me… You are very special to me and without you in my life there is only misery.”

Sandra Bullock can be heard on the tape expressing concern that her security measures had been bypassed. She tried to open her front gates remotely using her phone so officers could get inside. But they would not open.

“Now my phone is not working so maybe they know how to override my system,” Sandra Bullock worried to the dispatcher.

An officer testified at the preliminary hearing that, when Corbett was arrested, he addressed Sandra Bullock.

“He said, ‘I’m sorry. I love you Sandy.’”

Corbett’s lawyer characterizes as “mentally disturbed,” but insists that he has “gotten help in jail.” He says that Corbett “really thought he was married” to the Sandra Bullock “but doesn’t think that anymore.”

  • Miranda Cosgrove Starts New Show as Stalker Gets Sentenced

Miranda Cosgrove is about to turn 22. The actress celebrates her birthday on May 14, but she got an early birthday present in the form of two bits of news:

First, she’s headed back to television in a new show.

Second, a man who stalked her has been sentenced.

As for the new show, Miranda Cosgrove will star in Crowded on NBC with Patrick Warburton and Carrie Preston. Warburton is well-known for his size and voice. He was on Seinfeld, voices Joe on Family Guy, and was the live-action version of The Tick. Carrie Preston was on True Blood as Arlene Fowler, as well as recurring roles on The Good Wife and Person of Interest.

Miranda Cosgrove was Megan Parker on the Nickelodeon sitcom Drake & Josh, headed her own Nickelodeon show as Carly Shay on iCarly.

The premise of the show is that Warburton and Preston are two parents whose children have all moved out, and who think they are totally in the clear to have fun in their empty nest years. But Warburton’s parents move in with them, and the couple’s two adult daughter’s come back home too.

But then there’s the legal news. TMZ reports that Joshua Stockton, who violated a restraining order when he tailed Miranda Cosgrove to Disneyland in February, has been sentenced to 3 years probation and will be required to complete a one-year treatment program that features extensive psychiatric counseling.

The original restraining order had specified that Stockton must stay away from Miranda Cosgrove by at least 100 yards. Now that order has been lengthened to 10 years.

The order didn’t stop him last time. But if the stalker bothers her again, he very well could end up facing jail time.

  • Sandra Bullock Stalker Knew Her Security Measures

When Sandra Bullock called police from her home back in June, she was panicked. She was home alone. She had heard a noise outside.

“I thought it was a wind blowing,” Bullock said. “Then I saw the person.”

That bit of conversation is what a judge heard as prosecutors laid out their evidence in a preliminary hearing intended to show that they have the goods on Joshua Corbett. Corbett is charged with stalking Sandra Bullock and breaking into her home that night in June. He also faces weapons charges for illegal firearms he possessed at his home.

The 911 tape is about 15 minutes long and reveals the fear the actress felt as she cowered in a safe-door protected closet in her bedroom.

“I’m in my closet. I have a safe door,” Sandra Bullock told the 911 dispatcher. “I’m locked in the closet right now.”

When police arrived, they found Corbett with a black notebook that contained a letter to Sandra bullock as well as notes about the security measures of her home.

“Now my phone is not working so maybe they know how to override my system,” Sandra Bullock worried aloud.

An officer testified that, when Corbett was arrested, he addressed Sandra Bullock.

“He said, ‘I’m sorry. I love you Sandy,’” the officer told the judge.

  • Maggie Q And Dylan McDermott: Will They Be Walking Down The Aisle Soon?

An insider told Us Weekly that Stalker co-stars Maggie Q and Dylan McDermott are going to be walking down the aisle real soon. The source claims that McDermott proposed to Maggie Q months ago, but only gave her an engagement ring during a recent trip to Hawaii. According to the insider, there’s no wedding date planned as of yet. Us confirmed that the two were dating after they were spotted having a romantic dinner at Santa Barbara’s Olio e Limone. An onlooker told Us, “They were very flirty, smiling at each other, canoodling. At one point she was feeding him at the table.”

Q and McDermott have managed to keep quiet about their relationship, rarely saying anything to the press about their status as a couple. However, the two recently attended the recently-concluded Golden Globe Awards together and the 35-year-old Q was seen sporting what looked like an engagement ring.

Earlier this week, McDermott was interviewed by Extra’s Mario Lopez. McDermott played it cool, never really revealing anything about his relationship with his co-star. He did, however, gush about Q at one point. According to McDermott, “I thought actually there were so many beautiful women [at the Golden Globes], but I think the most beautiful was Maggie Q.”

Prior to their rumored engagement, McDermott was married to Shiva Rose for 14 years until their split in 2009. They have two daughters, 18-year-old Colette and 9-year-old Charlotte. Maggie Q, on the other hand, previously dated Hong Kong actor Daniel Wu. Q and Wu met on the set of the 2002 Hong Kong action film, Naked Weapon.

Maggie Q and Dylan McDermott currently star in the CBS police procedural, Stalker. In the show, Q plays the leader of a Los Angeles-based threat assessment unit, while McDermott plays one of the members of her team.

  • Maggie Q and Dylan McDermott: ‘Stalker’ Stars Engaged

Maggie Q and Dylan McDermott are officially engaged. The Stalker costars haven’t set a wedding date yet, but fans are no doubt wondering if the rest of the cast will be present to see Beth Davis and Jack Larsen tie the knot.

Us Weekly reports that Dylan McDermott proposed to Maggie Q a few months ago, but didn’t give her an engagement ring until very recently–while the two were vacationing in Hawaii.

The publication also reports that the two were spotted back in the fall enjoying a romantic dinner at Santa Barbara’s Olio e Limone.

“They were very flirty, smiling at each other, canoodling,” a source said. “At one point she was feeding him at the table.”

McDermott and the Insurgent actress haven’t made any sort of public statement regarding their relationship yet. Dylan McDermott was married to actress Shiva Rose for 14 years. The two divorced in 2009. He and his ex-wife share daughters Colette, who is 18, and Charlotte, who is nine. This will be the first marriage for the Nikita alum.

It will be interesting to learn–after Maggie Q and Dylan McDermott are officially husband and wife–if real life follows their TV story line in any way. On Stalker, Q plays the leader of a Los Angeles-based Threat Assessment Unit, while McDermott plays a member of her team.

Will Dylan McDermott assume a subjective role under Maggie Q?

Fans will likely have fun keeping tabs on these two.

  • “Pregnant Man” Tracks Ex-Wife With GPS Devise, Charged With Felony Stalking

Thomas Beatie made the news back in 2007 when he became the “world’s first pregnant man”. Beatie is now on the news yet again but for another reason. Beatie has been charged with stalking his ex-wife. Beatie allegedly tracked his former partner, Nancy, by installing a GPS device on her car. He was arrested last Thursday, November 20, after a public safety officer found the device while fixing Nancy’s flat tire. Thomas is charged with a felony count of stalking, while Nancy has yet to be formally named by the police as the victim.

In a police interview, Beatie admitted to putting the device in the car. According to him, he placed the device when he still owned the automobile. It was activated six months after he served Nancy with an order of protection. Thomas claimed that Nancy attacked him, hence the protective order. Nancy alleges that Thomas would show up at places where she was and would ask her how she had been, and according to her, his knowledge of her movements made her afraid.

It’s been reported by TMZ that since Beatie is a first-time offender, he won’t be doing time even if he was convicted and that he will most likely get probation.

Thomas, who was born female, changed his gender back in 1998. While he had his breasts removed and underwent hormone treatment, he opted to keep his reproductive organs intact. He and Nancy bought sperm on the Internet. They used the sperm to artificially inseminate Thomas. In 2008, Beatie gave birth to Susan and followed her up with two more children in order to limit the length of time he’s off his hormone treatment.

The couple split up and Thomas filed for divorce. He was granted sole custody of the children in May 2012 after a court battle centered on the validity of their marriage and subsequent divorce.

  • Taryn Manning, Orange Is The New Black Star, Arrested In New York- Denies Allegations

Taryn Manning was arrested in New York after violating a restraining order.

According to gossip site TMZ, the Orange is the New Black star was arrested for making criminal threats to her former friend Jeanine Heller on Tuesday, November 18th.

Manning and Heller have had issues before, and a judge issued a mutual restraining order in September. However, Manning allegedly violated the order when she sent this text message to Heller: “I will kill you, bitch” … “Go f**k yourself and die” … “What’s taking so long? Shouldn’t you be dead by now?”

The violation against Manning has since been voided, and her lawyer Stacey Richman issued a statement regarding the allegations.

“In response to a reported arrest of Ms. Manning, please note that the District Attorney’s Office investigated an allegation of a violation of an order of protection,” Richman said. “The District Attorney declined to prosecute Ms. Manning and the arrest was voided. The allegation was false. It is unfortunate that additional false allegations by an individual convicted of violating orders of protection intended to protect Ms. Manning are facilitated by purported news organizations to perpetuate the harassment of Ms. Manning exponentially.”

“Ms. Manning is a law abiding person who has respect for the law and the privilege of her profession,” she continued. “The fact that there are no criminal charges against Ms. Manning with regard to the purported allegations against her is a clear demonstration of her innocence. Ms. Manning will as always maintain the high road. She wishes no contact from Ms. Heller and has had to spend great sums to hire security for her protection.”

Manning denied the allegations all along and took to her personal Twitter account to try and set the record straight.

“Oh! That’s what happened huh? I’d say get the ALL the facts correct before any posting @TMZ or tell the whole story. Let’s get it right!” she tweeted, and then added, “For a phone call and a lot of time on your hands, you too can get a news media outlet to post totally incorrect information! #sarcastictweet.”

Do you think Taryn Manning actually violated the order? Leave your comments below.

Taryn Manning: Lawyer Explains ‘Orange is the New Black’ Star’s Arrest

Taryn Manning of Orange is the New Black fame was arrested earlier this week for being in violation of a restraining order. Taryn allegedly made explosive threats against former friend Jeanine Heller. That violation, however, was later voided by prosecutors.

Manning’s lawyer, Stacey Richman, made the following statement regarding the arrest and the alleged violation.

“In response to a reported arrest of Ms. Manning, please note that the District Attorney’s Office investigated an allegation of a violation of an order of protection. The District Attorney declined to prosecute Ms. Manning and the arrest was voided. The allegation was false. Ms. Manning will as always maintain the high road. She wishes no contact from Ms. Heller and has had to spend great sums to hire security for her protection.”

Taryn Manning, who is 36, allegedly violated this restraining order on Tuesday, November 18th. She reportedly threatened to kill Heller via text messages and social media. Citing court documents, the site reports that the messages read, “I will kill you, bitch,” “Go f—k yourself and die,” and “What’s taking so long? Shouldn’t you be dead by now?”

Do you think the statement issued by Taryn Manning’s lawyer clears anything up? Is she guilty of violating her restraining order or is this a typical case of ‘He said, she said?’

  • Sophia Bush Calls Out Online Stalker

Sophia Bush Calls Out Online Stalker

Sophia Bush has been dealing with an online stalker for several months and has finally had it.

The online stalker has been harassing and aggravating Sophia and many of her friends and fans on her social network pages and Sophia decided that she would show everyone just how bad things really are.

Sophia made a photo collage that included screenshots of several of the posts made by the stalker over the last few months.

She then shared the photo on Instagram.

Sophia has notified the police of the stalker and the horrible things that he or she is posting. While the police told her they would handle the problem, Bush was not satisfied with their progress and felt the need to explain the situation and call out the stalker.

“For the past few months I have been harassed to the point of sheer horror by an online stalker. This person has taken to harassing and bullying many of my followers as well. And tonight I finally said f**k this sh*t,” she said on Instagram.

She continued, “The photograph is a tiny sampling of over 500 screenshots I’ve taken in the last three months. And I’m sharing it here to make something very clear. This kind of behavior does. Not. Fly. You do not have permission to hide. Not anymore: This has gotten beyond out of hand. Obsessive. Violent. And legally punishable.

“To any of you who’ve been targeted by @SophhiaBush, I’m so sorry. I’m sure he/she will be blocked again soon, only to create another account. We’re close to 20 now. And law enforcement says “we’re on it,” and “don’t acknowledge this person,” but when this person, this vitriolic perverse monster is targeting all of you? Threatening rape, gang rape, & throat slitting to name a few? Impersonating me and breaking some of your hearts? Telling people they should kill themselves, and detailing how? Nope. No silence.”

She continued, “As the evidence of staking and harassment mounts, so does my anger. Because this is grotesque. And on the other side, my sadness mounts as well. What happened to you, you poor lost soul, that this is how you find pleasure? That you need to attempt to destroy little bits of other people to build yourself up, bit by bit? Who in your life hurt you? Who made you need to act out like this? Because my god I feel so sorry for you. But my sorrow in the face of your pain is no match for my anger at the pain you are causing others. You do not have the right to spread poison because you have felt poisoned. It’s a small minded and ugly path to take.”

Bush concluded, “Choosing to inflict pain doesn’t make you strong or powerful. It only proves your weakness and self-loathing. All the time you’re taking to verbally harass us, threaten physical assault, and terrorize strangers? Please start spending it in therapy and learn to love yourself. You deserve it. And because none of us deserve one more moment of your bullying bullsh*t. #gethelp #bullyingisugly #violenceisntfunny #thereisabetterway”

Hopefully the bully gets the message and will decide to leave Bush and her fans alone. If not, hopefully the police will find out who is behind the fake profiles and put a stop to their violent and mean posts.

  • Sophia Bush Confronts Stalker On Instagram

Sophia Bush has been harassed by a virtual stalker for months, and now she is ready for it to stop!

According to E! News, the Chicago P.D. star decided to take matters into her own hands and confronted her stalker in a very lengthy Instagram post that included a photo collage of the user’s comments.

“For the past few months I have been harassed to the point of sheer horror by an online stalker. This person has taken to harassing and bullying many of my followers as well. And tonight I finally said f–k this s–t,” she captioned the photo. “This is what I posted to twitter. The photograph is a tiny sampling of over 500 screenshots I’ve taken in the last three months. And I’m sharing it here to make something very clear. This kind of behavior does. Not. Fly. You do not have permission to hide. Not anymore: This has gotten beyond out of hand. Obsessive. Violent. And legally punishable.”

Apparently law enforcement has not been extremely helpful in this case, which is why Bush decided it was time for her to do something. Although they told her not to contact her stalker, she could no longer handle the threats and crude comments. Bush also took the time to apologize to those social media users that were harassed by the stalker.

“To any of you who’ve been targeted by @SophhiaBush, I’m so sorry. I’m sure he/she will be blocked again soon, only to create another account. We’re close to 20 now. And law enforcement says, ‘We’re on it,’ and ‘don’t acknowledge this person,’ but when this person, this vitriolic perverse monster is targeting all of you? As the evidence of staking and harassment mounts, so does my anger. Because this is grotesque,” the post continued.

“What happened to you, you poor lost soul, that this is how you find pleasure? That you need to attempt to destroy little bits of other people to build yourself up, bit by bit? Who in your life hurt you? Who made you need to act out like this? Because my god I feel so sorry for you. But my sorrow in the face of your pain is no match for my anger at the pain you are causing others,” Bush continued.

“You do not have the right to spread poison because you have felt poisoned. It’s a small minded and ugly path to take,” she added. “Choosing to inflict pain doesn’t make you strong or powerful. It only proves your weakness and self-loathing,” the former Partners star argued. “All the time you’re taking to verbally harass us, threaten physical assault, and terrorize strangers? • Prince George Reportedly Being Stalked By Photographer

According to a statement issued by Kensington Palace, Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge have pursued legal action against a photographer for allegedly bothering their son, Prince George. The photographer had reportedly been trying to take pictures of Prince George at a central London park while he was out walking with his nanny, which was the last straw for the royal couple.

According to BBC royal editor Nicholas Witchell, palace officials believe that the behavior of the photographer concerning Prince George was tantamount to “stalking.”

“There is reason to suspect that the individual may have been placing Prince George under surveillance and monitoring his daily routines for a period of time. The Duke and Duchess understand the particular public role that Prince George will one day inherit but while he is young, he must be permitted to lead as ordinary a life as possible,” said Kensington Palace officials.

The freelance photographer had supposedly been told off by royal protection officers for his behavior on previous occasions over the last five years, said a source close to the royals to the Evening Standard. “Just like any parent, the Duke and Duchess want Prince George to have the freedom to safely experience normal childhood activities, like going to the park and playing with other children, without the threat of harassment or being placed under surveillance,” said the source.

In the United Kingdom, only sanctioned photos of Prince George have been printed in newspapers, but unauthorized pictures of the royal toddler have appeared abroad, reported the Evening Standard.

Prince William could be taking steps to protect Prince George from being hounded by paparazzi in the same way his mother, Princess Diana, was pursued. Prince George’s grandmother died in a car crash in 1997 after she sped away from paparazzi who were pursuing her.

  • Bristol Palin Facebook Stalker Arrested at Her Home with Pot and Papers

Bristol Palin has been getting as much Facebook attention lately as her mom. Trouble is, Bristol’s Facebook traffic has been unwanted. And now a guy is behind bars.

According to an affidavit filed by Wasilla police officer Brandon Gray, Bristol Palin rolled up in her driveway to find a man sitting there. Palin said she told the man to back off but he wasn’t getting the message.

Bristol Palin “told Ferrero to back off several times and he continued to approach her,” Gray wrote. “Palin said she was scared that Ferrero might hurt her so she dropped her stuff, grabbed her son, and ran across the street to call 911.”

When Officer Gray arrived, he found one Peter P.W. Ferrero there. The man told Officer Gray that his name was “Peter Paul”. That name set off alarm bells for Bristol. She told the police that a man by that name had sent her about 1,000 Facebook messages since March.

“Palin later said that when Ferrero was sending her the Facebook messages, she told him to stop and blocked him, but he kept using new identities to send her messages,” Gray wrote.

In the police affidavit, it was reported that a sweatshirt was found on the third story balcony on the back of Bristol Palin’s home. There was also a small amount of what appeared to be marijuana and rolling papers. Ferrero said the items were his and that he accidentally threw the sweatshirt on the balcony because he was hot. He said he was trying to find a nearby bed and breakfast where he was intending to stay the night.

    Ferrero is from Florida.

“Ferrero said he wanted to have 10 minutes of Palin’s time to explain his issues to her. Ferrero said he has also been following a blog created by Palin in June 2014 and has also sent her messages,” the officer wrote. “Ferrero said he has also called Willow Palin several times and may have left Willow messages at her place of employment.”

Bristol Palin and her sister, Willow, filed civil protective orders against Ferrero on Monday.

  • Taryn Manning’s Stalker Arrested In New York

A lot of celebrities have stalkers and while most are just annoying, some get out of hand and downright scary. Taryn Manning has been having a lot of problems with a stalker, but that stalker was recently arrested in New York.

Police arrested Janine Heller Tuesday morning after Heller allegedly violated an order of protection stemming from her initial stalking and harassment case against Manning.

Police said that Heller violated the protection order by emailing and calling Manning several times.

“The persistent and relentless violations of Ms. Manning’s privacy by Ms. Heller have caused Ms. Manning and her family tremendous concern for their safety and well-being,” Manning’s lawyer, Andrew C. Quinn, told E! News in a statement. “Ms. Manning will continue to work with investigators and attorneys in the New York County District Attorney’s Office in furtherance of this matter.”

Heller began tormenting Manning in July by telling her that another friend was saying negative things about her and sharing her secrets with the media. Heller would allegedly call and email Manning several times a day and would not stop.

Heller was arrested on stalking charges on July 2 and Manning requested an order of protection that prohibited any further attempt by Ms. Heller to contact Taryn Manning through any medium possible, electronic or otherwise. The protection order also applied to Manning’s family.

Taryn once considered Heller a friend, but after Heller’s relentless stalking, Taryn felt that pressing charges was the only option. She said that Heller was causing her to become paranoid and causing a lot of stress for her and her family.

The police did not say what Heller was attempting to say to or about Taryn when she tried to contact her and violated the protection order.

Taryn is hoping that Heller will now leave her alone and let her move on with her life.

  • Taryn Manning’s Alleged Stalker Arrested In NYC

Taryn Manning’s Alleged Stalker Arrested In NYC

A woman, previously accused of stalking Taryn Manning, has been arrested in New York City.

In July, Manning filed a complaint against her former friend Janine Heller for allegedly cyber stalking her. Manning claimed that Heller attempted to make her paranoid by saying that one of her friends was selling stories about Manning to the press.

On July 2, Heller was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of stalking in the fourth degree, and was later released. The District Attorney then requested that Manning receive an Order of Protection against Heller that would “prohibit any further attempt by Ms. Heller to contact Taryn Manning through any medium possible, electronic or otherwise.”

Apparently, Heller did not understand the terms of the order, or simply chose not to follow them, because she continued to call and e-mail the Orange is the New Black star, which is specifically against the order.

“The persistent and relentless violations of Ms. Manning’s privacy by Ms. Heller have caused Ms. Manning and her family tremendous concern for their safety and well-being,” Andrew C. Quinn, Manning’s lawyer, said in a statement to E! News. “Ms. Manning will continue to work with investigators and attorneys in the New York County District Attorney’s Office in furtherance of this matter.”

On Tuesday, September 2, Heller was, once again, arrested for violating the Order of Protection. According to sources, Heller was picked up outside of 250 Bowery at approximately 7:40 a.m.

“I have not seen the criminal court complaint,” Heller’s lawyer Jeremy Saland said. “I have not been advised as to the nature of these allegations.”

Heller is currently in custody, waiting to be arraigned.

  • Sandra Bullock’s Stalker Faces New Charges

The man who broke into Sandra Bullock’s $16 million home on June 8 is now facing new charges.

Joshua Corbett, the perpetrator, was originally charged with burglary and stalking, but after further investigation the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office has added 19 felony counts for having “an arsenal of weapons, including a half dozen machine guns.”

Corbett’s counts include, seven counts of possession of a machine gun, two counts of possession of an assault weapon, and ten counts of possession of a destructive device. Police said that it is not known if Corbett brought the weapons to Bullock’s house, and believe that the case is more about stalking than burglary.

D.A. office spokesperson Greg Risling told Us Weekly that Sandra was home at the time of the 5:00 a.m. break-in, when Corbett jumped the chain-link fence and proceeded to enter her home. Bullock’s five-year-old son Louis was with his nanny at the time, and it is not known whether or not he was home at the time of the burglary. The police were not called until 6:30 a.m., so Corbett was allegedly in the house for over an hour while Sandra slept.

Last week, Corbett, who kept a diary of Bullock’s every move, pleaded not guilty to the stalking and burglarizing charges. The new charges were brought about on Wednesday, June 18. If Corbett is found guilty of the new charges, he is facing more than 12 years in prison. Prosecutors asked that Corbett’s bail be set at $2 million.

  • CBS’ New Shows For Fall Include Plenty Of Drama And A Comedy

CBS’ new shows were revealed earlier this week and there’s a little something for everyone. The fall schedule does appear to be heavily geared towards drama fans, but comedy fans have stuff to look forward to as well.

First up is most likely the most anticipated new fall show from CBS – Madam Secretary. The new drama casts Tea Leoni into the role of a college professor that’s suddenly thrust into the role of the secretary of state after her predecessor dies. The series promises plenty of drama with a few bits of lightheartedness as Leoni brings her persona of a strict professor to Washington.

The series is being written and produced by Barbara Hall who most fans know as the creator of Joan of Arcadia. It’s being directed by David Semel, the man behind episodes of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, 7th Heaven and more. It’s described as The Good Wife meets 60 Minutes and Hall can most likely pull off such a combination.

Here’s a first look that lays out the entire plot of what may be the first few episodes:

Up next is Scorpion, a drama about a hacker and his band of misfits working for the government. Here’s the synopsis:

Inspired by a true story, Scorpion is a quirky, humor-filled adrenaline rush that follows an eccentric genius and his network of nerdy prodigies. They operate as a think tank formed by Homeland Security, and their task: to deal with the complex threats of the modern age. Solving the most mind-boggling national issues comes naturally to them, but these socially awkward misfits can’t seem to get out of their own way when it comes to life outside the laboratory.

The third new series this fall is a psychological thriller named Stalker. Here’s the synopsis:

Who better to track a stalker than someone who shares similar behavioral traits? That’s the premise behind this smart psychological thriller about detectives in the Los Angeles Police Department’s Threat Management Unit. They take on all forms of stalking cases, from voyeurism to cyber harassment, all while trying to keep their own obsessions at bay.

If all this is too much for you, you might find solace in CBS’ sole new comedy for the fall – The McCarthys.

Based on writer Brian Gallivan’s real life, this family comedy is about a loud, sports-crazed Boston clan. At the center is the youngest son, Ronny, who is gay and somewhat sports-challenged. Hoping to gain some independence from his overly involved family, Ronny decides to take a job in Rhode Island. But plans change when his father stuns everyone and asks Ronny, instead of his more qualified siblings, to be his assistant high school basketball coach.

Oh, you thought CBS wouldn’t have a new NCIS ready for the Fall season? Think again:

All the action, drama and humor of NCIS in a colorful new city that harbors a dark side. NCIS: NEW ORLEANS, a planted spin-off, features Scott Bakula as the head of a dedicated team of Navy investigators in the Big Easy. With its rich setting of music, drinking and debauchery, New Orleans is a magnet for military personnel on leave. And with fun comes trouble, which is when this team is at its best.

Unfortunately, all these new shows mean that others were cancelled to make space for them:

  • Taylor Swift Takes Out Restraining Order On Stalker

Taylor Swift has millions of fans around the world and many of them claim that they love her. Her stalker, Timothy Sweet however, is so obsessed with Swift that he has threatened to kill anyone who gets between them. Sweet began stalking Swift in 2011 and has made numerous threats about her.

He also claims that Swift in his wife and that the couple live together. He sends his threats and ramblings in notes and letters to Swift.

“My wife, Taylor Swift (Sweet) and I live in Beverly Hills,” he allegedly wrote in one message. “I am in love with her. In conclusion, we treat each other with dignity and respect. I will carry a gun to protect her the rest of my life.”

Another message said, “Dearest Taylor, I’ll kill any man who gets in the way of our marriage. Message to John Kerry, Secretary of State. Message from YOUR Presidential Candidate,”

After reading several of these strange and alarming letters and notes, Swift decided she needed to take out a restraining order against Sweet in order to protect herself and her family.

She recently filed the temporary restraining order at Los Angeles Superior Court. It will expire on March 25, but states that Mr. Sweet should stay at least 100 yards away from Taylor, her mother Andrea, father Scott, and younger brother, Austin.

Swift told the courts, “(His conduct) is seriously alarming and harassing and (is) extremely distressing to me and my family.” She went on to say that she did not have any desire to see or communicate with Sweet.

Swift has had other fans who have crossed the line before, including a Wisconsin man who claimed that he was Swift’s boyfriend and tried to scale the fence to her home. When he was arrested, he said that he had planned to surprise her.

What do you think of Swift’s crazy stalker?

  • Teleka Patrick’s Disappearance Brings New Intrigue

The mystery of Teleka Patrick’s disappearance is beginning to sound like fodder for a Rick Castle novel.

More and more information about Patrick, 30, the Michigan doctor who has been missing since Dec. 5, has come to light and makes the mystery of her disappearance even more intriguing.

Patrick was issued a protection order in September to stay away from Grammy-nominated gospel singer Marvin Sapp after being accused of stalking the pastor of Lighthouse Full Life Church in Grand Rapids, according to court documents.

The documents allege that Patrick claimed to be his wife, contacted his teenage children and had been to his home. He said she had joined his church after moving from California.

“I have at least 400 page(s) of correspondence from her which I have never responded to,” Sapp said.

While Patrick’s mother told CNN that she had no knowledge of any romantic relationships, two home videos uploaded to YouTube in November show the Kalamazoo medical resident talking and singing to an apparent love interest.

“Hi, baby,” Patrick says in one. “I am just coming to you to say ‘hi’ and tell you about my day.”

In another video, Patrick shows a table set for two with omelets and pancakes.

“If you were here, this is what would be your plate,” she coos.

A third video to surface came from a local hotel in Kalamazoo. That’s where Patrick went the night of December 5, just hours before police found her car in the ditch in Indiana.

Patrick was last seen on Dec. 5 after trying to check into a hotel in Kalamazoo. Her Lexus was found later that night in northern Indiana in a ditch on Interstate 94. In the car was her wallet, cash and identification.

Ismael “Smiley” Calderon, Patrick’s ex-husband says he believes his ex-wife’s own mental health issues, which he says led to their 2009 separation and 2012 divorce, may also be behind her disappearance in Kalamazoo and he fears the worst for Patrick.

“I believe some predator took advantage of her,” Calderon said. “… Or she’s being held against her will, or the worst.”

Calderon recounts incidences of paranoia, delusional perception and accusations of cheating, physical abuse and even physical altercations with Patrick. He tells of an incident where she tried to run him over with her car.

“Finally … the delusions, the paranoia got out of control,” he said.

Raised in New York, Patrick graduated earlier this year with a medical degree and a doctorate in biochemistry from Loma Linda University in California. Calderon says he believes she moved there to be near Sapp.

“To me, that’s the only reason why she would ever go to Michigan,” Calderon said.
