  • Kourtney Kardashian: Daughter Penelope Disick Has Unfortunate Collision With Car Door, Should Mom Have Been Paying More Attention?

Kourtney Kardashian has been out of sorts lately. Since her split from Scott Disick, she seems a bit out of it at times. That was likely the case on Friday when Kourtney Kardashian headed out to do an errand with daughter Penelope Disick in tow–one that didn’t end well for the adorable three-year-old.

As Kourtney got herself situated in her car, she sort of left Penelope to her own devices. Sadly, the little girl was right in front of a car door as it opened up, slamming her in the face and knocking her to the ground.

Fortunately for Penelope Disick, her nanny was on hand to scoop her up off the ground and make sure she was okay. Kourtney Kardashian seemed far too preoccupied with her phone–possibly checking her social media pages.

Kourtney Kardashian isn’t the only one suffering from her split with Scott Disick. Their children are feeling some pain, too. Scott was reportedly in France again recently, and was drunk-messaging son Mason Disick.

Why does Mason Disick have a cell phone? Isn’t he like five?

At least Kourtney Kardashian has the help of a nanny, who can hopefully keep life running as smoothly as possible for Mason, Penelope, and Reign Disick. Since their mom and dad don’t seem to be handling life these days, the kids need someone on hand who puts them first.

Fortunately Kourtney Kardashian’s daughter didn’t sustain any serious injuries during her run-in with that car door. Maybe if Kourtney paid a bit more attention to her, it wouldn’t have happened in the first place.

Do you think Scott Disick and Kourtney Kardashian’s kids are feeling lost and a bit neglected because of their parents’ split?

  • Scott Disick Favors Family Over Money?

Scott Disick reportedly favors time spent with his family over money. Right. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star spends so much time away from home, it’s a wonder that Penelope and Mason Disick even know who their father is. Fortunately little Reign Disick is only two months old, so he really has no idea whether his dad is home much or not. And it certainly can’t be easy on the mother of Scott Disick’s children–Kourtney Kardashian.

“I like making money, but I like being at home, too,” he said in an interview with People magazine on Saturday at Las Vegas’s 1 OAK nightclub. “I’ve realized that money is not everything I used think it was. Being at home is more important.”

Might Disick have said this because baby mama Kourtney Kardashian was there at the time?

“I try not to look into what people are saying about me anymore. A decent amount of the time it’s probably not true, so I don’t want to drive myself too crazy,” Scott Disick said.

“People always have something to say about me,” he added. “Listen, if it causes somebody some kind of happiness in their lives, so be it. I watch TV and movies for entertainment. Some people wanna read things, so more power to them.”

Scott Disick drank water instead of booze on Saturday evening, but don’t forget that Kourtney Kardashian was there. She reportedly went along to make sure he behaved himself.

“We’ve been fortunate enough to have three amazing kids,” Disick said. “They don’t really make our lives any harder, they make it easier, because you kind of realize what life’s about. We’re pretty fortunate for that and I thank God for that.”

Do you believe that Scott Disick truly favors time with his family over money? If so, have you never caught an episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians?

  • Kourtney Kardashian Reads Mason Disick and Siblings Their Favorite Books

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are the parents of three children. Mason Disick, who is five, now has two siblings. Penelope is two, and Reign is a month old. Kourtney makes a habit of reading bedtime stories to the children, which is a wonderful habit to start as young as possible. So what are their favorite books?

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians and Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons star recently shared some of Mason Disick’s (and his siblings’) favorite books on Instagram. See if any are books you’re familiar with.

She captioned this photo, which clearly depicts some of Mason’s favorites, ‘Bed time.’

Working Mummies, written by Joan Horton and Drazen Kozjan, is a book about working mommies who just happen to be ‘mummies.’ This book was written for children whose parents “disappear” to work every day and return many hours later. This is likely one of Mason Disick’s favorites. It sounds perfect for a five-year-old boy.

Even though Mason might enjoy the following books, too, these look like they’re far more in tune with little sister Penelope instead.

Kourtney Kardashian is no doubt one extremely busy lady. She gets little help from Scott Disick, so most of the childcare is left up to her alone. Kudos to Kourtney Kardashian for making sure she reads to her children. Mason Disick, along with Penelope and Reign, will one day reap the benefits of having a mom who read to them at bedtime.

Are any of the books Kourtney Kardashian reads to her kids the same as ones you read to yours?

  • Scott Disick: Will He Marry Kourtney Kardashian?

Scott Disick spoke recently with People magazine about the birth of new son Reign and his children Mason, who is five and Penelope, who is two. He also dished about the fact that he and Kourtney Kardashian still haven’t taken that proverbial walk down the aisle. The Keeping Up With the Kardashians star’s take on the subject might surprise some.

“If it’s not broke don’t fix it –we’re happy the way it is,” he said. “I don’t even think we’ll have time to get married at the rate that we’re popping out kids.”

Scott Disick was ‘taking a break’ from his daddy duties in Las Vegas when he spoke with People. He was hosting a party at Las Vegas’s 1 OAK, where he reportedly abstained from drinking.

Strangely enough, Disick admitted to being more into fatherhood than into becoming a husband–at the moment anyway. He talked about the recent milestones in his new son’s life. Reign is just five weeks old.

“There’s always so much in the beginning when they’re that little. Every day is such a big milestone, but this is my third time so it’s just kind of a charm,” he said.

“You know it by now; the first one was scary, the second one was less scary, and the third one you’re like, I get it, I got a whole team over here,” he added.

Scott Disick also shared how welcoming both Mason and Penelope were when he and Kourtney brought Reign home from the hospital.

“I really thought the other two would have been a drop jealous and truthfully they’re so accommodating and welcoming. I don’t think I could have been that way if I had a sibling,” he said.

“I cannot get over how much the other two have showed affection to the baby.”

Do you find it a bit odd that Scott Disick would admit he’s more into fatherhood than into getting married? Doesn’t that come across as a bit of a diss to Kourtney Kardashian–the woman who has borne him three children?

And how about the fact that he was getting a break from fatherhood? Is he the one who gave birth just five weeks ago?

Fans have long been surprised that Kourtney Kardashian has put up with Scott Disick for as long as she has. Hollywood Life reports she kicked him out of their home just a couple of days after Reign was born because he was drinking and partying with lingerie models. They add that he is working with his therapist to get a grip on his drinking addiction.

Can you figure out what it is about Scott Disick that keeps Kourtney Kardashian hanging on?
