  • Adrienne Maloof Zings with New, Younger, Beau

A May-December (24-year-old, 52-year-old) romance? Why yes, and December is in heels this time, at least in the case of former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member Adrienne Maloof. Maloof’s new beau is Jacob Busch (of the Anheuser-Busch family). She departed the Housewives reality series after closing the third season in March.

Extra grabbed a few quotes from Maloof about Busch. “He’s a lovely person. Both of our families have been in the spirits business for a long time, so he seems very familiar to me and comfortable. He’s a cool guy,” Maloof (pictured at home, prepping for the trip) said while in New York City late this week for publicity around her vodka line, Zing.

Maloof and Busch were first spotted on 1 October at the Star Magazine, Scene Stealers event at Hollywood’s Roosevelt Hotel, and the PDAs may indeed have stolen the scene. By all accounts, the couple is very happy and enamored of each other. Call it coincidence or impeccable planning, Maloof posted this quote of the day on her Facebook the very same day:

In earlier ventures into younger waters, Maloof dated Sean Stewart, the 32-year-old son of famed rocker Rod Stewart (68-years-young)—I’ll let the fans do the comparison about which Stewart is closer in age to Maloof. The couple split last March, after two months together. Following that, she knocked down a couple years to briefly date 30-year-old Andy Hnilo, owner of a skincare line, actor, model, athlete, cougar fan.

It was just this August that Maloof and former husband of 10 years, Dr. Paul Nassif, finalized agreements on how they would move forward parenting the three sons they have in common, 10-year-old Gavin and 7-year-old twins Colin and Christian. The divorce, filed in November 2012, was the climax of three months of litigious histrionics, including abuse accusations and restraining orders.

Lisa Vanderpump Named In Gay Bar Lawsuit

Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, have been named in a lawsuit filed by two would-be bar owners who say the “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” stars jumped in and took the venue they were going to use to open a gay bar.

Ryan Allen Carrillo and Andrew Gruver say that they partnered with producer Elie Samaha to open a new club called Bar Varsity on Santa Monica Blvd. The location is the former site of Java Detour, which was owned by Samaha and his brother and was torn down. The suit claims that Samaha agreed to put up $500,000 to invest in the new club, but the money never changed hands and the lack of funding caused other investors to back out.

Carrillo and Gruver also state in the suit that Samaha and co-defendants Freddy Braidy and Edward Frumkes leased the property to the Vanderpumps so that they could open P.U.M.P. Lounge but never conferred with them about it, causing a breach of contract. The allegations against the couple include breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, breach of contract, and deceit/misrepresentation, and Carrillo and Gruver say the Vanderpumps knew about the plans for Bar Varsity but moved ahead with their construction anyway. They are asking for a restraining order against the couple as well as a halt on construction until the juried trial is complete.

The Plaintiffs are seeking millions in damages and say in the lawsuit that the “Defendants’ misconduct was so blatant, deliberate, intentional, malicious, and with reckless disregard for the rights of the Plaintiffs.”

  • Adrienne Maloof Used A Surrogate, Glanville Claims

Two of the stars of Bravo hit “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” are feuding after one accused the other of being dishonest about her family.

Brandi Glanville–ex-wife of actor Eddie Cibrian, who is now married to LeAnn Rimes–said during a recent cast party that Adrienne Maloof and her husband Paul used a surrogate mother to have their children but still insist she had them naturally. Her comments were overheard and, of course, drama ensued.

Adrienne insists that Brandi has spoken badly of the couple before, calling it “character assassination”, and immediately begins talking about a lawsuit. Paul, however, simply gets angry and insists they leave…but not before he calls Brandi a bitch.

Glanville has a history of stirring up trouble, and recently went public with a story about LeAnn Rimes keeping laxatives in her purse, which Glanville’s son found and ingested thinking it was candy. Eddie Cibrian responded with a scathing email, telling her to grow up and stop creating trouble.

But what would a reality show be without trouble?

  • LeAnn Rimes’ Pills Confused For Candy By Stepson

LeAnn Rimes is once again battling the ex of her husband, Eddie Cibrian, and this time serious allegations have been made.

Brandi Glanville, who is also one of the stars of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills”, says her son Mason, 9, found what he thought were Skittles in LeAnn’s purse and ate some…only to discover they were laxatives.

“I, unfortunately, don’t find her to be stable and I don’t want her around my kids when Eddie’s not there — or at least the nanny, his parents, someone,” Glanville said. “Mason, my eldest, ate some of Le’s candies and got extremely ill. And Le’s candies are laxatives. It was a big f–king deal for me, and I lost my mind. They don’t keep sugar in the house. He thought he finally found candy.”

Glanville and Cibrian have been battling one another, as well, over whether their sons should appear on her reality show. Cibrian made a statement about his ex-wife’s actions, pointing out that she has chosen to go to the media with her complaints about LeAnn rather than take her frustrations out face-to-face.

“It is absolutely ridiculous that my ex-wife continues to put the personal lives of myself, LeAnn, our sons and my family on public display for the sake of her notoriety. She is fully capable and has the means of contacting myself and LeAnn privately to discuss any matter concerning the children. The fact she chooses not to, should be pretty transparent. And while I do not wish to fuel her ever-igniting fire, there is a breaking point where enough is enough.”

LeAnn has had a rough year; she entered a 30-day treatment program in August to learn “coping mechanisms” after she claimed Glanville’s friends were bullying her online and over the phone. The 30-year old country star met Cibrian on the set of a film while he was still married (she was married, as well), causing tension between her and Glanville.

  • Real Housewife Separating From Doc Husband

“Real Housewife Separating” may be the beginning of a very familiar headline, because marital discord seems to be running rampant in the “housewife” world. Camille Grammer, Taylor Armstrong, and Brandy Glanville have all gone through recent splits, and now it looks like Adrienne Maloof will be joining them.

Maloof is filing for legal separation this week from her husband, Dr. Paul Nassif, and will be seeking sole custody of their three boys with Nassif receiving weekend visits, according to a source.

The “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” star comes from a very wealthy family, so she has an ironclad prenup in place to protect her assets.

“I’m so sorry that this is happening but my children are my life and sometimes we need to do what’s best for them,” Adrienne said.

Rumor has it that the two have been on the verge of a divorce for a long time and have even tried out an open marriage to help salvage their marriage, but to no avail. The two have already gone their separate ways, as Nassif has moved out of their mansion.
