Next summer Hugh Jackman will be growing out his muttonchops again as he reprises his iconic role of “Wolverine” for the aptly titled “The Wolverine”. The film, which is being directed by James Mangold (3:10 to Yuma), sees Wolvie in Japan who starts “a forbidden romance with a Japanese woman whose hand in marriage is, unfortunately, promised to another man. Since Logan won’t take “no” for an answer, it puts him into battle with her father and her samurai-sword-wielding brothers and Silver Samurai.”
Supposedly someone snapped a photo of The Wolverine teaser poster while visiting Mangold’s office, and shared the photo via Instagram (the photo has since been removed). Screenrant straightened out the poster so you could get a better view of it, and here it is:

It’s not confirmed yet if this is an official poster for “The Wolverine”, but it definitely has the look and feel of what you’d want out of a teaser poster for the film.
The Wolverine is slated to hit theaters July 26, 2013.
The first trailer and poster for the comedy/drama “Jesus Henry Christ” is now online. The film is the story of a child genius who is on a quest to find his biological father, who finds out that he was the product of a sperm donation.
“Jesus Henry Christ” stars Toni Collette, Michael Sheen, Jason Spevack and Samantha Weinsten among others. The film, which was directed by Dennis lee, looks and feels very much like a Wes Anderson film, which is a good thing. Below you’ll find the synopsis for the film along with the official trailer. Enjoy.
Precocious doesn’t even begin to describe Henry James Herman, a petri dish child who writes rabble-rousing manifestos on the nature of truth… at age 10. This boy-genius misfit’s world turns upside down when–to the dismay of the doting single mother who raised him–he embarks on a search for his biological father.

If you’re unfamiliar with Dark Shadows it was originally a gothic soap opera that aired weekdays on ABC from June 27, 1966 to April 2, 1971. We’re sure that Burton has a ton of updated ideas for his film, while playing homage to the television show. Below is the official synopsis for the film:
In the year 1752, Joshua and Naomi Collins, with young son Barnabas, set sail from Liverpool, England to start a new life in America. But even an ocean was not enough to escape the mysterious curse that has plagued their family. Two decades pass and Barnabas (Johnny Depp) has the world at his feet–or at least the town of Collinsport, Maine. The master of Collinwood Manor, Barnabas is rich, powerful and an inveterate playboy…until he makes the grave mistake of breaking the heart of Angelique Bouchard (Eva Green). A witch, in every sense of the word, Angelique dooms him to a fate worse than death: turning him into a vampire, and then burying him alive. Two centuries later, Barnabas is inadvertently freed from his tomb and emerges into the very changed world of 1972. He returns to Collinwood Manor to find that his once-grand estate has fallen into ruin. The dysfunctional remnants of the Collins family have fared little better, each harboring their own dark secrets. Matriarch Elizabeth Collins Stoddard (Michelle Pfeiffer) has called upon live-in psychiatrist, Dr. Julia Hoffman (Helena Bonham Carter), to help with her family troubles. Also residing in the manor is Elizabeth’s ne’er-do-well brother, Roger Collins, (Jonny Lee Miller); her rebellious teenage daughter Carolyn Stoddard (Chloe Moretz); and Roger’s precocious 10-year-old son, David Collins (Gulliver McGrath). The mystery extends beyond the family, to caretaker Willie Loomis, played by Jackie Earle Haley, and David’s new nanny, Victoria Winters, played by Bella Heathcote.
In case you missed it last week, here is the official trailer for the film:

Warner Brothers has released the full trailer for their new upcoming horror movie Chernobyl Diaries. The film was written and produced by Oren Peli, who was the mind behind the Paranormal Activity franchise. If you’re unfamiliar with the film, below is the official synopsis:
“Chernobyl Diaries” is an original story from Oren Peli, who first terrified audiences with his groundbreaking thriller, “Paranormal Activity.” The film follows a group of six young tourists who, looking to go off the beaten path, hire an “extreme tour” guide. Ignoring warnings, he takes them into the city of Pripyat, the former home to the workers of the Chernobyl nuclear reactor, but a deserted town since the disaster more than 25 years ago. After a brief exploration of the abandoned city, however, the group soon finds themselves stranded, only to discover that they are not alone…

Universal has released the teaser poster and trailer for Despicable Me 2. Neither of the two divulge any plot details, or even has footage of the film for that matter. This is to be expected, as the film doesn’t even open until July 3, 2013. Here’s the lowdown on what the movie will be about:
“In Summer 2013, get ready for more minion madness in Despicable Me 2. Chris Meledandri and his acclaimed filmmaking team create an all-new comedy animated adventure featuring the return of Gru (Steve Carell), the girls, the unpredictably hilarious minions…and a host of new and outrageously funny characters.”
The poster and trailer puts the minions center stage, and sees them singing Barbara Ann by the Beach Boys. It’s unclear if the song will be in the movie, or it’s just a cutesy thing for the teaser trailer. You can check out the teaser and poster for yourself below:

Don Draper is back. Well, almost… as Mad Men returns with a two-hour premiere on March 25th.
To make sure that you’ve got plenty to obsess and ponder over until then, AMC released the official season 5 poster today. The poster features Don Draper (Jon Hamm) staring at a reflection of himself and two mannequins in a store window, one of which is naked. The poster itself doesn’t really mean anything at the moment, but Mad Men creator, Matthew Weiner, told The New York Times, “by the end of the season, I guarantee you’ll know what it is about.”
Check out the poster for yourself below.
As a bonus we’ve included a couple of teaser posters for season 5, enjoy.

We’re looking at about nine weeks until the highly anticipated release of The Hunger Games hits your local cinema. With that in mind, Lionsgate has released the final poster for the film, thus ending this portion of the films marketing campaign.
If you’re unfamiliar with The Hunger Games, it’s the first book in a trilogy of novels by Suzanne Collins. Below is a synopsis of storyline, wrote by the author herself:
In a not-too-distant future, North America has collapsed, weakened by drought, fire, famine, and war to be replaced by Panem, a country divided into the Capitol and 12 districts. Each year two young representatives from each district are selected by lottery to participate in The Hunger Games. Part entertainment, part brutal intimidation of the subjugated districts, the televised games are broadcast throughout Panem. The 24 participants are forced to eliminate their competitors, literally, with all citizens required to watch. When 16-year-old Katniss’ young sister, Prim, is selected as the mining district’s female representative, Katniss volunteers to take her place. She and her male counterpart Peeta, will be pitted against bigger, stronger representatives who have trained for this their whole lives.
