Terry Crews said his addiction began at the age of 12.

Terry Crews also explained how much going to rehab and getting the help he needed has changed his life for the better.

He said, “Once I got into therapy and started learning about guilt and shame, and the fact that shame tells you you are bad as opposed to something you did was wrong, I found that there was no way out of that.”

He added, “Once you believe that you’re bad, then all of a sudden every decision you make in your life kinda goes by that.”

  • Anna Duggar Compares Josh Duggar Infidelity and Porn Addiction to Ongoing Contractions

Anna Duggar was prominently featured in TLC’s three-part special Jill & Jessa: Counting On. In the final episode, which aired on Sunday, Anna compared the pain she is suffering over hubby Josh Duggar’s infidelity and pornography addiction to the ongoing contractions she felt when preparing to give birth to each of her four children.

“At one point,” Anna Duggar says, “I was like, ‘I feel like I’ve been in labor for like days.’ It’s like when you’re in labor, you just make it through the next contraction and go on and I think there’s been a lot of that lately, of just taking the next step and going on.”

Jessa Duggar Seewald and her husband Ben, along with their baby boy Spurgeon, live in the house Anna Duggar lived in with hubby Josh Duggar and their four children, before Josh’s sex scandals made news.

“It’s special being here because the house is so different, and it’s definitely Jessa and Ben’s house, but there are a lot of fond memories of starting out here,” Anna said during Sunday night’s episode of Jill & Jessa: Counting On.

“It’s kind of a tender spot to go back and be in what was our starter home. There are a lot of sweet memories running through my mind. It was good to be back and remember and I guess have some time to look back,” she adds.

“We’ll see what God has in store for the future,” Anna Duggar says, always relying on her strong Christian faith to see her through.

According to Jessa Duggar, sister-in-law Anna is doing okay, but still finds life “challenging.”

Fans have no doubt enjoyed seeing Anna Duggar on Jill & Jessa: Counting On, and are hoping against hope that TLC decides to expand the show beyond it’s three-part special. Many are hoping it becomes the 19 Kids and Counting spinoff.

Do you want to stay apprised of Anna Duggar’s struggles, as well as her life when Josh Duggar returns from rehab?

Anyone who has experienced labor contractions knows Anna Duggar’s pain is real.

  • Amanda Berry and Fellow Captives Receive Awards

Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus, and Michelle Knight received Ohio Governor John Kasich’s annual courage awards during a ceremony on Monday night. The three women survived at least a decade of captivity at the hands of Ariel Castro, who kidnapped the three at separate times.

Governor Kasich called the story of these three women one of “hurt beyond imagination.” He also said it wasn’t a story that ended with their kidnapping and abuse.

“It is also a story of three women who found an inner strength and a courage that brought them through and sustained them,” Kasich said near the end of his annual State of the State speech. “No one rescued them, they rescued themselves_first by staying strong and by sticking together, and then by literally breaking out into freedom.”

The three women were finally rescued when Amanda Berry pushed her way through a door and screamed for help. She and her 6-year-old daughter were helped to freedom by a neighbor who heard her screams.

Amanda Berry was just 16 years old when she was kidnapped. Her 6-year-old is the biological daughter of Ariel Castro. He kept all three women chained in separate rooms, often without access to food or a toilet. He pleaded guilty in August 2013 to hundreds of charges. He told a judge at his sentencing that he suffered from addictions to both sex and pornography.

“I’m not a monster. I’m sick,” he said.

In September of 2103, Ariel Castro hanged himself in his prison cell after he was sentenced to life in prison, plus 1,000 years.

Governor Kasich hugged all three women Monday night before entering the hall to give his speech. As he announced the awards he called Amanda Berry, Gina DeJesus, and Michelle Knight “three extraordinary women, who despite having the worst in this world thrown at them, rose above it and emerged not as victims, but as victors.”
