Last month she shared an Instagram, photo of her 54-year-old mom, Janet Gretzky–wife of pro hockey player and coach Wayne Gretzky, who still looks beyond amazing in a bikini, too.

    Paulina Gretzky and fiance Dustin Johnson have shared the first picture of their new baby boy, who was born on Monday. Gretzky is known for her work as a fashion model and pop singer, as well as for having a famous dad.

    The grandson of NHL great Wayne Gretzky, no word has yet emerged as to what the couple will call their son.

    “Paulina and I are happy to announce the arrival of our baby boy, who was born in Los Angeles on Monday morning,” Johnson told E! News yesterday. “Both Paulina and the baby are healthy, resting comfortably and in great spirits.”

    “We sincerely appreciate the outpouring of love and support we have received and plan to release further details in the coming days!” he added.

    The couple shared the first photo of their firstborn via Instagram. It depicts new mom Paulina Gretzky looking positively beautiful as she holds her new baby boy in her arms. Dustin Johnson is seen near the two, as both Mom and Dad gaze at their little blessing.

    The photo is captioned, “Happiest day of our entire lives was welcoming our sweet baby boy into the world 1.19.15 @djohnsonpga.”

    You have to admit that’s a very touching shot. What a wonderful, loving welcome Paulina Gretzky and Dustin Johnson’s baby boy has received into the world. Family members, friends, and fans are likely looking forward to learning what the couple decides to name him.

  • Paulina Gretzky Is “In Great Spirits” After Baby

    Paulina Gretzky went from model to mom on Monday the 19th.

    And it’s the best thing that ever happened to her and her fiance, Dustin Johnson.

    In a statement released by Paulina Gretzky and Dustin Johnson on Tuesday, they said, “Paulina and I are happy to announce the arrival of our baby boy, who was born in Los Angeles on Monday morning. Both Paulina and the baby are healthy, resting comfortably and in great spirits!”

    It continued, “We sincerely appreciate the outpouring of love and support we have received and plan to release further details in the coming days!”

    It seems all is great for Paulina Gretzky and Dustin Johnson.

    However, Johnson has battled some personal demons in recent history and many wonder if having a son will motivate him to continue to build the healthy life he wants for his family.

    On Monday, the same day as his son’s birth, an interview was publish wherein Dustin Johnson hoped to clear up some of the confusion about his life.

    Last fall, Johnson took a leave of absence from golf to work on some personal issues.

    At that point he had failed three drug tests, two of them for cocaine.

    However, when he was asked specifically if cocaine was to blame for his hiatus, he said, “I did not have a problem. It’s just something I’m not going to get into. I have issues. But that’s not the issue.”

    Well, after some personal time and now becoming a father, it seems Dustin Johnson is on the road to a better, simpler life.

    While much of Paulina Gretzky’s and Dustin Johnson’s Instagram accounts are full of pictures of the two of them on exotic and wonderful escapades, things have slowed down for the two of them and life is good.

    “Really simple,” Johnson said, describing his life now. “That’s what I’ve been working on, really simplifying everything. And her being pregnant makes it that much more easy to simplify things.”

    Paulina Gretzky gave birth to her first child with her fiance, professional golfer Dustin Johnson, on Monday.

    The daughter of hockey legend Wayne Gretzky was ecstatic when she announced back in September that she was expecting.

    Paulina Gretzky posted a pic of herself and her growing bump (and an amazing pool) to Instagram with text that read, “@djohnsonpga & i are so excited to finally share with you all our amazing news..we’re having a baby!!”

    Monday’s new arrival of Paulina Gretzky’s son makes Mr. Wayne Gretzky a grandpa! Or papa, or pop-pop, or whatever he will be called.

    Perhaps fatherhood is just what Dustin Johnson needs to continue his quest to straighten out his life. He took a leave of absence from golf in July to “seek professional help for personal challenges.”

    Paulina Gretzky has posed for sexy–and sometimes controversial–magazine cover shots. In fact, she posed on an issue of Golf Digest earlier in 2014, which the L.A. Times reports, ‘ruffled some feathers because her only connection to the game is her fiance.’ She was Maxim’s cover girl in December 2013.

    Paulina Gretzky’s baby daddy might be a pro golfer, but he’s known for being a bit of a party boy, too. In fact, he took a ‘leave of absence’ in August that Golf magazine claims was a suspension due to testing positive for cocaine.

    Fox411 reports that Wayne Gretzky has offered Paulina Gretzky’s future husband help a number of times. A source told them that his message was essentially, ‘Clean up your act or the wedding is off.’

    Paulina Gretzky is, as most people know, also known for having 300,000 Twitter followers. Wayne Gretzky isn’t pleased about the way she acquired those followers, however. She posted a lot of very questionable selfies back in 2011 that made lots of (some of whom are likely questionable themselves) people to follow her on the social media site.

  • Paulina Gretzky Pregnant – See Her Baby Bump

    Paulina Gretzky is going to be a mommy!

    Paulina, who is engaged to Dustin Johnson, recently revealed that she is pregnant with the couple’s first child.

    “[We] are so excited to finally share with you all our amazing news..we’re having a baby!!” Gretzky, the 25-year-old daughter of hockey legend Wayne Gretzky, captioned a photo of her holding her caressing her growing baby bump on her personal Instagram account.

    While this is exciting news, this hasn’t been the best year so far for Johnson. In July, Dustin announced that he would be taking some time away from the PGA golf tour.

    “By committing the time and resources necessary to improve my mental health, physical well-being and emotional foundation, I am confident that I will be better equipped to fulfill my potential and become a consistent champion,” Johnson told E! News in July. “I respectfully ask my fans, well-wishers and the media for privacy as I embark upon this mission of self-improvement.”

    In August, it was reported by Golf.com that Johnson had failed three drug tests: two for cocaine use (in 2012 and 2014) and one for marijuana use ( in 2009). While reports suggested Johnson was suspended, PGA Tour executive vice president Ty Votaw explained that it was Johnson’s decision to leave the tour.

    “With regard to media reports that Dustin Johnson has been suspended by the PGA Tour, this is to clarify that Mr. Johnson has taken a voluntary leave of absence and is not under a suspension from the PGA Tour,” Votaw said in a statement at the time.

    Despite his current problems, Johnson’s family and his future father-in-law have vowed to stand by him. “He’s our future son-in-law and we love him dearly,” Wayne Gretzky said. “It’s been a tough time … When you go through tough times as a family, that’s when you have to stick together the most.”

    One year ago, Dustin Johnson became perhaps the luckiest man in golf as he became engaged to Paulina Gretzky, the daughter of “The Great One,” Wayne Gretzky. Throughout the course of their relationship, however, Johnson’s personal and professional lives have been filled with drama. According to reports, Johnson has failed three drug tests since 2009 – one for marijuana and two for cocaine. In 2012, Johnson allegedly served a suspension from the PGA due to testing positive for cocaine, although the suspension was unannounced.

    Last week, things only got worse at drug speculation once again surrounded Johnson as he announced a decision to go on an indefinite leave of absence from the PGA:

    I am taking a leave of absence from professional golf, effective immediately. I will use this time to seek professional help for personal challenges I have faced. By committing the time and resources necessary to improve my mental health, physical well-being and emotional foundation, I am confident that I will be better equipped to fulfill my potential and become a consistent champion. I respectfully ask my fans, well-wishers and the media for privacy as I embark upon this mission of self-improvement.

    The PGA did its best to stop the drug rumors from getting out of hand by releasing a statement absolving Johnson of any wrongs: “With regard to media reports that Dustin Johnson has been suspended by the PGA Tour, this is to clarify that Mr. Johnson has taken a voluntary leave of absence and is not under a suspension from the PGA Tour.”

    While Johnson may not be in any trouble with the PGA, he has apparently found himself on thin ice with “The Great One”, Wayne Gretzky, however.

    A source has reported to Fox 411 that Gretzky has informed Johnson that if he doesn’t clean-up his act, the wedding to his daughter is officially off.

    The pair was originally scheduled to get married in the fall of this year but decided to postpone the wedding due to Johnson’s busy schedule. Perhaps this leave of absence is a chance for Johnson to fix his relationship with Paulina and Wayne?

    If so, it’s off to a great start. Reports on Wednesday located Johnson in Northern Idaho at a golf resort with Paulina and her family: “Most thought [the announcement] was a hint that he was going to a treatment center. Instead, he’s been up in Northern Idaho at Gozzer Ranch [Golf and Lake Club], hanging out with the Gretzky family, caddying for Paulina in the club’s ladies’ member-guest, and playing a lot of golf, playing almost every day,” reported Golf Channel Insider Tim Rosaforte.

    It’s nice to see that Johnson has his priorities in order.

  • Paulina Gretzky’s Fiance Reportedly Suspended From PGA Tour

    According to a report from Golf.com, Paulina Gretzky’s fiance, golfer Dustin Johnson, has been suspended from the PGA tour for six months. He has reportedly tested positive for cocaine.

    The golfer, who has been engaged to Paulina Gretzky since last summer, has had quite the troubled history with drugs. He tested positive for marijuana five years ago and cocaine once before in 2012.

    He will be on the mend now, however, hopefully with the help of Paulina Gretzky. He announced, a day before the cocaine news was released, that he was taking time off from the tour in order to “seek professional help for personal challenges”.

    “I will use this time to seek professional help for personal challenges I have faced,” he said in a statement. “By committing the time and resources necessary to improve my mental health, physical well-being and emotional foundation, I am confident that I will be better equipped to fulfill my potential and become a consistent champion.”

    UPDATE: The PGA Tour has issued a statement,

    “With regard to media reports that Dustin Johnson has been suspended by the PGA Tour, this is to clarify that Mr Johnson has taken a voluntary leave of absence and is not under a suspension from the PGA Tour.”

    Paulina Gretzky’s fiance continued, “I respectfully ask my fans, well-wishers and the media for privacy as I embark upon this mission of self-improvement.”

    I’m sure Paulina Gretzky is standing by her man and will help him through this rough time, but she did ruffle a few feathers when she removed a photo of Dustin Johnson helping her make a putt that was captioned “Best Caddy Ever”. However, there are still many, many photos of the couple lurking about Paulina Gretzky’s social media pages.

    Dustin Johnson’s hiatus from the PGA tour comes as no big surprise to the people who are around him the most. No word yet if Paulina Gretzky is shocked by the news, but his buddies and those he works with aren’t.

    “It’s one of the least-kept secrets on Tour how much [Johnson] likes to party,’’ one PGA Tour source said.

    “He’s always lived fast,’’ another source blabbed. “Maybe he realizes now it’s time to slow down.’’

  • Paulina Gretzky Makes Cover Of Golf Digest

    Paulina Gretzky has made the cover of Golf Digest, dressed in a sports bra and form-fitting white pants, much to the dismay of LPGA tour players who believe they don’t get the respect as golfers that they deserve.

    The issue has come under fire for featuring Paulina Gretzky, who has yet to earn her LPGA playing card and whose claim to golf fame comes as the fiancé of Dustin Johnson of the PGA tour, who has eight wins on his record.

    According to the USA Today, the last three women to have appeared on the cover of Golf Digest are Golf Channel anchor and personality Holly Sonders (May 2013), Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue cover girl Kate Upton, and Gretzky. The last LPGA player to make the cover was Lorena Ochoa in 2008.

    According to the New York Times, when asked about Gretzky, Inbee Park, the world No. 1 in women’s golf, asked, “Who is that?”

    Julie Inkster told Karen Crouse of the New York Times, “It’s frustrating because it’s Golf Digest; it’s not Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue. I think they should maybe recognize some of the great women golfers that we have. It’s like, What do you have to do to get a little respect? I’m guaranteeing you right now, it was not a woman editor who chose that cover.”

    Stacy Lewis, the top-ranked American in the world at No. 3, added, “”It’s frustrating for female golfers. It’s the state of where we’ve always been. We don’t get the respect for being the golfers we are. Obviously, Golf Digest is trying to sell magazines, but at the same time you like to see a little respect for the women’s game.”

    Sam Weinman of Golf Digest wrote an article addressing the concern titled “What’s Paulina Gretzky Doing On The Cover Of Golf Digest?” He writes that Gretzky is a “certified celebrity within the golf world” and that when it’s factored in “that she’s an attractive, fit woman who — like many of our prospective readers — is fairly new to golf, and she seemed a natural cover subject for our second annual issue devoted to fitness.”

    “Sports figures, celebrities and models have appeared on Golf Digest covers since the magazine’s beginning,” Golf Digest Editor-in-Chief Jerry Tarde said. “Paulina ranks at the high end of the golf celebrity scene today, and she has a compelling story to tell. She also might get some new people interested in the game.”

    For those who might have been thinking about taking up golf, here’s a little incentive for you: Paulina Gretzky. For the past few weeks the 25-year old model and singer has been making her away around the Hawaiian islands with her pro-golf husband Dustin Johnson. But what’s been just a vacation for them, has turned into a bikini fashion show for the rest of us, as Gretzky has been the star of many paparazzi photos that have gone completely viral in the past few weeks.

    One photo shows her sitting on top of a rock and staring out into the ocean blue, and while doing that, she’s sporting an in a itty-bitty yellow bikini that probably couldn’t be any smaller. Obviously, the photo received thousands of “likes” in just a couple of weeks and tons of comments from adoring fans.

    “Wow. Stunning,” one fan wrote. “Little slice of heaven,” wrote another one, as most people chose to be tasteful in their comments and not vulgar, which shows the photos are sexy but tasteful.

    Another photo shows Gretzky sprawled out on that same rock, giving fans a full view of her swimsuit, designer sunglasses and pretty facial features. Now whether she was simply catching some rays, or whether she was in the middle of a makeshift photo shoot is unknown, but either way, the stunning photo received tons of attention and comments on her Instagram page.

    The third photo, slash video, doesn’t show any skin, but it’s gone extremely viral nonetheless. In it, Gretzky takes a pretty decent golf swing and looks like someone who’s been playing the sport for several years, so there’s no doubt that Johnson has been giving his girlfriend some decent tips, which Gretzky alludes to. “Gettin a little better thanks to my coach,” she wrote when posting the image.

    With the advent of Instagram came the ever-increasing popularity of the “selfie” – a niche art-form in which one is able to contort their body in the most awkward way possible in order to capture the perfect “glamour” shot, without the aid of an external photographer (This process became a WHOLE lot easier whenever smart phones started integrating forward-facing cameras – perhaps they are to blame?). And now, thanks to a sexually-repressed culture and internet addiction, one person has been able to use her talents as the “Selfie Queen” to establish a career posing for the camera – Paulina Gretzky.

    Yes, she is the daughter of the G(HP)OAT (Greatest Hockey Player of All Time – we all know Muhammad Ali is the true GOAT) Wayne Gretzky. And yes, Mr. Gretzky is not a fan of his daughters risque selfies. Despite her father’s disappointment, Paulina has no intentions of ceasing her selfie addiction: “Some people gave me such a hard time for posting all these swimsuit pics on Twitter. I’m sorry, I’m not posting pictures when I’m reading a book. I feel like social media is supposed to be for fun, to share what you’re doing when you’re enjoying life.”

    According to the December edition of Maxim magazine, Paulina has been enjoying life by wearing an itsy-bitsy-teeny-weeny white bikini while driving/washing/admiring a yellow Lamborghin:

    If you think that her Maxim magazine spread is as hot as it gets, think again. According to TMZ, Paulina recently set her top on fire during a visit to a local bar. While relaxing next to an outside fire-pit at the restaurant, Paulina apparently turned to throw away a cigarette (Any less attractive now?) and in the process, dipped her sweater into the fire and was set ablaze. Fortunately for Paulina, the bar was full of male patrons who rushed to her aid, pulling the sweater off and saving Paulina (while also achieving instant gratification).

    This was apparently Paulina’s second run-in with this particular fire-pit, as the bar had once before escorted her from the premises for dancing atop said pit.

  • Paulina Gretzky Joins Cast of Grown Ups 2, Tweets Bikini Pic

    Paulina Gretzky is the latest individual to jump aboard the production of Adam Sandler’s “Grown Ups 2”, which could provide the beleaguered actor/comedian with the financial success he needs to stay relevant. This may explain why Sandler is going back to this particular well for a second outing, as it was really the last movie he made a dent at the box office. In order to make sure this endeavor works, he’s bringing a ton of celebrities with him along for the ride.

    Of course, this wouldn’t be a typical Paulina Gretzky article without the girl tweeting some sort of racy, scantily-clad image of herself. Not to disappoint, Gretzky recently sent the embedded photo out to her fans on Instagram, who, by this point, have become quite well-versed in the ways of her curves. Better enjoy it now before gravity sets in, boys.

    Although she’s primarily known throughout the world as hockey star Wayne Gretzky’s daughter, a lot of people online know her as the attractive 22 year-old who can’t seem to stop posting racy photos of herself via Twitter. Although Wayne had previously asked his daughter to stop sharing these items with everyone with a computer and a working set of eyeballs, it would seem his pleading was all for nothing. Paulina Gretzky is back in full swing, providing bags of intelligent brain candy for the world to share.

    Okay, maybe I exaggerated a bit with that last part, but she’s back in full swing nonetheless. Truthfully, she never really went away. Despite the fact that her Twitter account has been relatively family friendly for a while now, she has been posting some questionable content to Instagram, including a particularly memorable shot of her behind in a pair of lacy black underwear. I guess Wayne doesn’t understand just how many options there are out there for young ladies who want to share their assets with the public.

    Recently, Paulina has uploaded pics of herself engaging in an assortment of racy shenanigans to the popular mobile app. I’m sure Wayne is about to have a massive heart attack, as most dads would upon seeing their daughters romping around with random guys while wearing next to absolutely nothing.

    Considering she’s rapidly approaching the age of 23, I doubt her father will be able to wrangle her wily ways for very much longer.     First, we have a Dallas Cowboys cheerleader getting kicked off of Twitter for unknown reasons, and now, the daughter of the best hockey player to ever lace up skates has abandoned Twitter as well. What’s going on? Are attractive females who have attachments to sports become an endangered species on social media platforms like Twitter?

    Much like Melissa Kellerman’s disappearance, the reason for Paulina Gretzky’s departure from Twitter are uncertain. The Associated Press weighed in, and speculated the elder Gretzky didn’t appreciate his daughter’s “friendly” approach with her Twitter followers. You see, unlike the Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, who didn’t really say anything warranting a removal — apparently, Jerry Jones wants his cheerleaders seen and not heard, or, at least, un-tweeted — the younger Gretzky used her now-defunct Twitter account to post images like the one leading this article.

    There may be more to the story than just a dad not wanting his daughter to post such images, however. According to a story quoted by WithLeather.com, a potential business deal may be what motivated her Twitter removal:

    Paulina’s Twitter feed has been discontinued, and the Toronto Star is speculating that her father’s involvement in a potential purchase of the Toronto Maple Leafs might have something to do with it.

    According to the Star, before shutting down her feed, Paulina tweeted, “Having a nice sit down dinner with my dad about social media..haha #SIKEEE.” She then signed off on Saturday, writing, “Taking a break from Twitter for a bit. Happy Holidays!!! xoxo.”

    So, is this a case of a mad dad not wanting his daughter revealing her partying ways on Twitter or is this case of the elder Gretzky trying to protect a business deal by hiding the fun-loving behavior of his daughter? To be honest, both postions make sense, but considering Paulina’s Twitter account survived her previous image postings, one begins to lean towards protecting a business deal.
