    Anna Faris dated a lot of narcissists before marrying Chris Pratt. During the first airing of her podcast, Anna Faris is Unqualified, the Mom star talked about the road she traveled.

    The actress said she had to date a lot of “incredibly handsome men that treated me like s–t” before she finally learned the essential thing that led her to marrying Chris Pratt.

    Proffering some words of dating wisdom to a young woman who called into her podcast, Anna Faris said, “Relationships in your 20s are kind of the worst. My whole 20s were about relationship learning, and I had so many bad relationships, but I feel like I at least learned what made me feel good and what didn’t make me feel good…”

    Despite those handsome narcissists, Anna Faris learned a thing or two about kindness. She realized she wanted kindness in a man, because those narcissists were void of the important quality.

    “But I did learn, at least, from some of those relationships what kindness was,” she said, “and how I wanted a guy who was actually—who was nice and kind. It sounds simple, but that’s what I hope for you.”

    These days Anna Faris is married, as everyone knows, to Chris Pratt. The two are parents to one very sweet little boy. Without all those narcissists in her past, she never would have realized what she was missing. She’s found it now in her husband.

  • Allison Janney Brings Much Younger Boyfriend To Emmys, And Everybody Is Talking About It

    Allison Janney may have made history at the 2015 Emmys, but people are talking about an entirely different trophy.

    The 55-year-old actress took her boyfriend Philip Joncas, 35, to the esteemed television awards ceremony last Sunday, and immediately turned heads with their open displays of affection throughout the evening.

    Janney received the honor for Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series for her role on the CBS hit show, Mom. Her 7th Emmy, she is currently the third most honored star in the history of the organization. In last year’s ceremonies, Joncas was also by her side when she received the same award. One of the most memorable moments of the evening was when Joncas unabashedly put his arm around Janney and planted a loving kiss on her lips when the presenter announced her name.

    Janney looked amazing in her body tight, backless, embroidered Labourjoisie gown, which perfectly showed off her toned figure. She credited Joncas for keeping her in shape. “I’ve been doing the Pilates, and I have three dogs that I hike with and a boyfriend who loves to work out so that helps,” Janney said backstage. Janney and Joncas, who have been going out for a year now, have been captured several times holding hands, kissing, and snuggling. The cameras caught Joncas sweetly kissing her on the cheek at the Critics’ Choice Television Awards last June. After the awards, Janney also tweeted a picture of them standing outside the Staples Center, which is next to the Microsoft Theater, where the Emmys were held. The barefoot Janney had her stilettos in her hands while Joncas carried a McDonald’s paper bag.

    “Such a great night! So grateful for #Emmy #7!!!!!!! Now if we could just find a ride home!” Janney wrote.

    In her speech, Allison Janney expressed how she felt humbled by all the professional accolades. On the other hand, she doesn’t seem to mind showing her adoration for her hunky boyfriend as well as being the receiving end of his affection.

    Anna Faris and Chris Pratt are the proud parents of son Jack, who is 2. They enjoy an almost idyllic life in the country. Their home sports a big front porch, replete with a swing. It’s the perfect place to raise a family.

    Will the Mom actress and the Jurassic Park star add more children to their family?

    It’s definitely on their radar, but Anna Faris was a high-risk pregnancy when expecting Jack. He was born nine weeks early.

    “We want to, very much so, but it will definitely be a whole new complication because now I’m, like, a high-risk pregnancy, so it requires some different monitoring,” she said in the April issue of Health magazine.

    “I wish we didn’t have this biological clock. I’m thinking we have to start talking about [having more kids], looking at all kinds of options,” she said recently.

    Chris Pratt said shortly after Jack’s birth that parenthood made him really reconnect with God. He cites a Bible passage in the caption of an Instagram post that features both Anna Faris and son Jack, enjoying the swing on their big front porch.

    Anna Farris was determined to get in on the photo fun, so she shared a photo of Chris Pratt and Jack via Twitter.

    Hopefully they are able to beat her biological clock and add at least one brother or sister for Jack to it.

    The couple has admitted they’re willing to explore all kinds of options to add to their family.

  • Mom Turns in Son After Spotting Him on Police Facebook Page

    This is going to be an awkward Thanksgiving.

    Police in Casselberry, Florida, like many police departments around the country, have taken to Facebook and Twitter over the past few years to get help in solving crimes, locating fugitives, and getting general information out to the public. Over the years, I’ve seen story after story about criminals commenting on their own Facebook wanted posters, taunting the police on Facebook, and more general stupidity.

    But this is a first.

    According to WFTV, an 18-year-old has been arrested and charged with retail theft and shoplifting after his mom saw his photo on the local police department’s Facebook page and turned him in.

    This was the post she saw, which claims that the man on the surveillance video stole approximately $670 worth of PlayStation and Xbox controllers from a local Target.

    According to police, a woman contacted them to say she had seen the Facebook post and the young man they were looking for was her son.

    Police said they went to the home of Joel Brown, 18, where they found him wearing the same sweatshirt seen in the surveillance photos. Brown was arrested.

    Even your mom thinks stealing Xbox controllers from Target is a douchey thing to do. I guess it’s just tough love. Really, really tough love.

  • Anna Faris: Why Hubby Chris Pratt Won’t Join Her on Red Carpet

    Anna Faris will cohost the People’s Choice Awards later this evening (Wednesday, January 7th), however her husband Chris Pratt likely won’t be on hand for the red carpet stroll. Their two-year-old son Jack is scheduled for eye surgery on Thursday morning, so Chris may stay home with him instead. Jack was born nine weeks premature back in August of 2012, and some health problems have followed.

    Allison Janney, with whom Anna Faris costars in Mom is the People’s Choice Awards cohost for the evening, and also Faris’s date for the night in her husband’s absence.

    “I don’t think I could do it with anybody else right now,” Faris explains.

    “She’s gonna be rippin’ the skin off my arms. I’m actually really glad that we’re doing it together because I don’t think I could do it alone. I feel very comfortable with her up there,” Allison Janney told People magazine.

    Anna Faris explained the situation behind her husband’s purported absence Wednesday night during an interview with ET Canada.

    “My son is having eye surgery the next morning, so we’ll see what happens–[Chris] may come, but he may not,” she told them.

    She did admit to being obsessed with Allison Janney.

    “You may think that it’s a joke, but I truly do have an obsession with my costar,” Faris said. “I think we’re both feeling really lucky right about now that we get along so well and that we love each other.”

    “Neither one of us is a diva,” Janney added. “We both get it and we both appreciate our jobs and we love that we get to do what we do, and we enjoy being silly and funny and playing.”

    “I have a wonderful husband and a beautiful child and a great job, an amazing costar,” she shared.

    There’s no question that Anna Faris is grateful. She will be grateful for her evening as People’s Choice Awards cohost–whether or not hubby Chris Pratt is able to come–and no doubt even more grateful when son Jack has emerged successfully from his eye surgery on Thursday.

  • Anna Faris Thinks She’s Funnier Than Husband Chris Pratt, But Confesses She Just Can’t Tell a Joke

    Anna Faris confessed recently that, although known for her comedic skills, she just cannot tell a joke.

    The actress, who is known for her role as dumb blond Cindy Campbell in the Scary Movie film franchise, told British magazine Grazia via Cover Media that telling a joke doesn’t come easily to her. But, she concedes that portraying funny ladies brings much joy to her life.

    “I don’t even know how to tell a joke well,” Faris told the magazine. “[But doing comedy] made me a happier person.”

    Faris’ husband — Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt — can be pretty darn hilarious, too, according to the Mom actress.

    “Oh golly. Chris is a really funny guy. We both started out playing very stupid people and there’s something interesting in that. I hope people’s impressions are that we’re jovial. They probably have low expectations anyway.

    “I’m funnier,” she added.

    Like many new moms of a certain age in Hollywood, Faris worried that having children would end her career. She and Pratt are parents to two-year-old Jack, and instead of ending her career, she found that becoming a mother gave her the experience and funny fodder that comes in handy for her current television show, Mom.

    “After I had my baby when I was 36, I was like, ‘Is my run over?’ My husband’s career was going crazy and I was, like, ‘Maybe I’ll try and do some writing… then I can be at home with my son.’ That’s when Mom came along,” she said.

    Faris believes Mom, which co-stars 54-year-old Allison Janney and Jaime Pressly, is unique. It follows the exploits of Faris’ character Christy — a newly sober, single mom trying to navigate life with the help of friends and family.

    “Our show has two women who aren’t young. That’s remarkable in itself. We were doing this scene where Allison and I are in the car with Octavia Spencer and Mimi Kennedy, and it was like, we’re not talking about boys. We’re talking about driving Octavia to jail. When was the last time this happened? Four women, over 30, in a car, not talking about boys,” she said.

    Allison Janney and Anna Faris are set to host the 2015’s People’s Choice Awards, announced the awards show’s executive producer Mark Burnett on Wednesday.

    The Mom co-stars will succeed the 2014 host, Kaley Cuoco, in hosting the awards show, which recognizes talent in the arenas of television, film, and music.

    “We are thrilled to have Anna and Allison as hosts of our show,” said Burnett. “Our job is to entertain our audience, and these actresses have such chemistry and comedic timing that no matter who wins, everyone will be having fun.”

    Mom, a CBS comedy co-created by Chuck Lorre, debuted in 2013 and showcased Janney and Faris’ comedic talents and their on-screen chemistry.

    Janney got her big break came with her portrayal of White House Press Secretary CJ Cregg in the critically acclaimed series The West Wing, for which she won four Emmy Awards and four SAG Awards.

    The statuesque actress recently broke records for receiving the most award nods in a single year, receiving both an Emmy and a Critic’s Choice Award for her work on Mom and another Emmy and Critic’s Choice Award for her multi-episode arc on the series, Masters of Sex.

    Her film credits include The Way, Way Back, Tammy and Bad Words, among many, many more.

    Over 70 million fans voted to determine this year’s nominees. Shailene Woodley leads the list of movie nominations with four acting nods.     Anna Faris on Comedy and CBS Series “Mom”

    Anna Faris is no stranger to comedic roles. She has appeared in such films as The House Bunny, The Dictator, and the Scary Movie series. Lately, however, she can be seen on the CBS sitcom Mom where she plays Christy Plunkett, a recovering alcoholic mother alongside Allison Janney. It’s a role that Faris feels is “perfect” for her at this stage in her life.

    “After I had my baby, I reprioritized my life in general,” she said. “I really wanted to play characters that gave me a different kind of fulfillment. That is a difficult thing to find, especially as an actress.”

    One day the script for Mom showed up on her doorstep and, after reading a bit of it, her husband, actor Chris Pratt, told her that she should take a look at it.

    Faris’ agent told her, “You know, we knew that Chuck [Lorre] was interested in you. We don’t really know much about the project, Chuck is a pretty, private man and I think he wants to meet you.”

    After meeting Lorre, with the creator of the series, the 37-year old actress knew she wanted the role.

    “I felt like she was familiar, complicated and messy and starting over in her life,” Faris told Deadline in an interview. “I loved that it was a show about a woman reconnecting with her mother and how complicated that relationship is, as opposed to trying to get a guy to sort of fall for me.”

    But for Faris, it was also important that the show was going to be shot in L.A., where she and Pratt live with their 2-year old son, Jack.

    Despite being a comedy, Mom covers many weighty topics such as teen pregnancy, alcoholism, and a long lost father.

    “Pretty much every week when I get the script I feel like, ‘Really, we are going to do this? We’re going to tackle this? I thought this was a comedy.’” But Chuck told me that he loves the idea of a well-earned laugh and he will kill a joke in a second if it interferes with the emotional story line,” Faris said.

    Faris, who has tackled some raunchy female roles in her past, hopes that a shift is coming where females can be “very sexual and still very lovable.”

    “I’m hoping that we see a shift in [women’s roles], because it’s honoring women as very full dimensional people with lust and desires and for themselves.”

    One of Faris’ next projects will be Tom and Tim Mullen’s Vacation Friends, in which she and husband Pratt will play a wild and crazy couple that bonds with a straight-laced couple on vacation in Mexico.

    Utah Mom: 6 Babies Killed, Answers Sought

    The idea that a mother would murder her own newborn child is both heart-breaking and disturbing. That a woman could do it six different times is unfathomable.

    Megan Huntsman confessed to Pleasant Grove, Utah police over the weekend that she had killed six newborn children. She had given birth to at least seven children over a period of ten years.

    As law enforcement officials work to understand why this happened, perhaps the most chilling aspect of this case is that no one suspected the truth.

    The startling discovery was made entirely by chance.

    Darren West, estranged husband to the 39-year-old suspect, decided to clean out the garage of their Pleasant Grove home. A few family members were helping him through the tedious task.

    While cleaning, West happened upon a dead infant.

    Horrified, he summoned Huntsman. According to court documents, she confessed to West that the deceased newborn was hers.

    West soon after called the police. A search of the garage turned up six murdered infants in all. A seventh child’s remains were found, but that infant appears to have been stillborn.

    Huntsman was arrested on Sunday and charged with six counts of murder. Her bail is set at $6 million—$1 million for each murdered infant.

    During her confession to law enforcement officials, Pleasant Grove police Lt. Britt Smith noted that Huntsman was unemotional about what she had done and that she made cold matter of fact statements as to how she treated the murdered infants.

    The suspect told police that all but one of the children had been born alive. She said that she’d given birth to at least seven children between 1996 and 2006 at her former home at Pleasant Grove.

    Each living child had been suffocated or strangled by Huntsman immediately after they were born. She told police that she then wrapped the infant’s body in a shirt or towel, and then placed it into a plastic bag. The bag was then packed into box in the garage.

    Investigators have requested DNA testing on the bodies to confirm Huntsman as the mother to the murdered newborns. The testing is expected to answer some questions regarding paternity as it is unknown if the infants had the same father.

  • PacSun T-Shirts Bought Out By Mom For Being Obscene

    For the conservative and polite mother, it can be really disturbing to observe the direction that companies take in order to sell items. Often the manner of advertising involves sex and if you are a pearl-clutching mom, it can be too much.

    It was certainly too much for mother Judy Cox. Cox was out shopping with her 18-year-old son at the University Mall in Orem, Utah when she spotted “indecent” T-shirts on display at a PacSun store.

    Cox complained to a store manager about the display, but was told that it could not be taken down unless word came from the corporate office.

    Anyone else would have stomped out of the establishment in frustration and defeat, but not Cox. Instead, the indignant mother took out her wallet. Cox bought every single shirt that PacSun had in stock, all 19 shirts. Each shirt was worth $28, bringing her purchase total to $567 when taxes were factored in.

    And the irate woman didn’t stop there, going on to file a criminal police report.

    Cox expressed her feelings to the Associated Press via email.

    “These shirts clearly cross a boundary that is continually being pushed on our children in images on the Internet, television and when our families shop in the mall.”

    According to mall manager Rob Kallas, Cox isn’t the first person to come barging in with a “won’t someone think of the children?!” message.

    However, he does worry that the display was inappropriate given the young age of many of the mall’s patrons.

    “This is a store that caters to junior high and high school age kids. Some of the poses were provocative and were inappropriate for a store catering to young people.”

    Kallas says that the PacSun display has not been replaced because Cox has all the controversial shirts in her possession.

  • PacSun Shirts Spark Debate: Are They Inappropriate?

    The mother who bought the entire stock of “indecent” shirts from a PacSun in a Utah mall has caused quite a stir. The media frenzy that she wanted in order to bring attention to her cause hasn’t disappointed.

    Judy Cox complained to the manager, but was told the shirts couldn’t be removed without corporate approval.

    However, the manager told Mrs. Cox that she had refused to put up the banner that came in the shipment of shirts because it was even worse.

    She told Mrs. Cox that she didn’t really want to put the shirts out either, but was following corporate orders.

    “These shirts clearly cross a boundary that is continually being pushed on our children in images on the Internet, television and when our families shop in the mall,” Cox said in an email to The Associated Press.

    PacSun CEO Gary Schoenfeld doesn’t see what the big deal is. He said that the company takes great pride in the designs that they feature on the shirts and other products displayed in their stores.

    “While customer feedback is important to us, we remain committed to the selection of brands and apparel available in our stores,” Schoenfeld said in an emailed statement.

    Judy Cox has been through the store manager, the mall manager, and the city attorney. The city attorney referred her to local police, who will decide if it is a matter for the the city attorney to look at. She has even contacted activist groups One Million Moms and Moms for Decency.

    City code prohibits store owners from putting “explicit sexual material” on display where they can be seen by the general public. The city defines that as “any material that appeals to a prurient interest in sex and depicts nudity, actual or simulated sexual conduct, sexual excitement, or sadomasochistic abuse.”

    Time will tell if the shirts will be deemed unworthy for public display. In the meantime, Judy Cox and her supporters will keep fighting.

    “I hope my efforts will inspire others to speak up within their communities,” Cox said in an email. “You don’t have to purchase $600 worth of T-shirts, but you can express your concerns to businesses and corporations who promote the display of pornography to children.”

  • Identical Quadruplets To Stay in NICU for a While

    Identical quadruplets were born on February 8 to Kimberly and Craig Fugate, who were surprised to learn that the 42-year-old was pregnant to begin with.

    The couple was really shocked to learn that the doctor expected triplets.

    Then the diaper hit the fan when they were in the delivery room, delivering what they thought were triplets at 13 weeks premature.

    “They had gotten the three out and they said, ‘More feet,’” the mother told CNN affiliate WAPT. “I said, ‘No!’ It was an instant shock.”

    Kenleigh Rosa was born at 7:55, weighing 2 pounds, 1 ounce. Her sister, Kristen Sue, was born at 7:57 weighing 2 pounds, 4 ounces. Then came Kayleigh Pearl at 7:58 weighing 2 pounds, 8 ounces, followed by little surprise Kelsey Roxanne. She was born just a minute later weighing 2 pounds, 6 ounces.

    The odds of having identical quadruplets without fertilization help are “incalcuable” according to Kimberly’s physician and professor of Maternal Fetal Medicine at the University of Mississippi, Dr. James Bofill.

    The Dr.’s reaction to the news was first shock, then he was “…embarrassed, obviously,” Bofill said. “The news was sent to me by one of my fellows. I thought she was kidding.”

    It is unknown when the babies will be able to go home and join their parents and older sister Katelyn, 10. The Fugates have set up a Facebook page to keep friends and family updated on the progress of their little angels.

    “Typically, when babies are born prematurely, doctors tell the families to expect them to stay in the (neonatal intensive care unit) until their original due date, which in this case would be May 2,” said hospital spokeswoman Jennifer Hospodor. “It is possible that some or all of the girls would be stronger enough to go home before that, or have to stay longer. It depends on how they develop over the next 12 weeks.”

    The Fugates obviously have a lot of prep work ahead of them. Hopefully all will go well with the babies in the hospital so that they may begin their lives at home as soon as possible.

    “I haven’t been able to hold them yet,” Kimberly Fugate said. “It will be very exciting to get to take them home and love them.”

    A healthy baby girl waltzed her way into the hearts of Anna Trebunskaya and her boyfriend this past Saturday. The former Dancing with the Stars cast member braved out an at home birth over the weekend when she welcomed her first daughter, Amalya Millan into the world.

    The 33 year old Russian born performer announced her pregnancy in September, after it was noticed that she wasn’t rejoining the 17th season of the dance reality show. She had told People, “Even though this was not planned, I believe things happen for a reason and it was meant to be.” At the time she also expounded on her pregnancy in another interview:

    “I thought, ‘This is perfect — I’m ready to be a mom. This is something really good for me and fulfilling, and it’ll give me a whole new meaning in life. I’m really looking forward to it.”

    Although she wished to retain privacy regarding the father’s identity last fall, she now has shared that Amalya’s father is Nevin Millan. Millan, also an entertainer, is a musician, actor, and filmmaker. Some of his work has included appearances in True Blood, CSI: NY, and Nip/Tuck. Anna has described him as “very supportive”.

    “We’re thrilled to welcome our beautiful, healthy baby into the world. We couldn’t be happier,” the couple said in a statement.

    Drew Barrymore, 38, admits that she wasn’t the most well behaved child growing up. She spent many nights parting and experimented with drugs and alcohol. She checked into rehab at the age of 13, attempted suicide, and posed for Playboy. However, despite all of these things, she told ABC’s Amy Robach that she had no regrets about her past.

    “No. I celebrate that I had any sense of freedoms at a certain point, because I don’t feel like that now,” Barrymore said when asked if she had any regrets. “I love the very exposed, humorous, imperfect, never trying to pretend to be perfect journey that I have been on in my life.”

    Although she had a wild start in life, Barrymore has finally settled down with her third husband Will Kopelman, and together they have a daughter – 15-month-old Olive.

    “What if Olive comes to you at 18 or 19 and says, ‘Mom, I want to pose for Playboy?’” Robach asked. “I would not let her,” Barrymore replied. “I don’t think I would. I would influence her not to, because my life choices are supposed to be the gateway to somebody else’s. That’s my journey.”

    “I have no regrets in my life whatsoever,” Barrymore explained. “I’m psyched about it all. I’m just in such a different mind frame. I’m in mom mode now.”

    Barrymore, who is currently expecting baby number two, says that she hopes to lead her children by example. “The best kind of parent you can be is to lead by example,” Barrymore said. “Whatever I’ve experienced in my life is a part of my story, and I’m proud of that. But it’s someone who wakes up early, works all day, believes in charitable work, business-minded, diligent, accountable, problem-solving …I’m so much about school, consistency and tradition.”

    Ke$ha’s Mother Blames Advisors for Rehab

    On January 3, pop’s badgal Ke$sha entered rehab for an apparent eating disorder. The singer made the decision to admit herself. After releasing her self-directed video, “Dirty Love” on New Years day, she booked herself into a center located in Chicago.

    But according to the star’s mother, Ke$sha’s eating disorder is a direct result of her advisors. She claimed even her producer is to blame for the rehab visit.

    “Dr. Luke had been telling her how she had to get in shape and lose weight and all this stuff. She was exercising and dieting and ultimately doing everything she could, but not getting thin fast enough,” said Pebe Sebert, Ke$sha’s mother. “And that’s when she first became bulimic.”

    Sebert went on to explain her daughter’s breaking point.

    “Right before Christmas she had a breakdown, and called me from the gas station after she’d thrown up everything, and admitted how much she’d been doing it.”

    Dr. Luke didn’t directly respond to the extreme allegations but his rep did in a statement to PEOPLE.

    “These statements and allegations concerning Dr. Luke are completely false,” the statement reads.

    “It is unfortunate that at a time Ke$ha is suffering immensely and trying to heal at a treatment center, her mother is taking this approach with the media. I give Ke$ha my utmost support and well wishes for a quick return to health.”

    Ke$sha’s next tour stop is in Dubai on Feb. 1.

  • Cafeteria Lady Hires Hit On 4th Grader

    You’re working as a janitor at an elementary school. One day, a 4th grade student walks up to you and says something rude and inappropriate. So what do you do with that fresh rage inflicted upon you by one politely mannered snowflake? After being provoked to such a degree of spitefulness, you seek out two other 4th grade students, offer them a crisp dollar bill, and hire them to beat him up.

    On Monday, over at Campus Elementary school in Grand Rapids, Michigan, a contracted Grand Rapids Public Schools (GRPS) janitor did just that, hiring two 4th grade students to beat up one of their school mates because he said something he shouldn’t have to her. The revenge seeking cafeteria worker was sent to the principal’s office, where she admitted to her dirty deeds, and subsequently, lost her job.

    The mother of the intended target “couldn’t believe it”, and told 24 Hour News 8 how shocked she was: “To think that there’s an adult that can be just so, like, twisted, to sit there and watch a little boy, a little 9-year old boy get beat up and get enjoyment out of it.”

    The mother wished to remain unidentified, citing that if someone is twisted enough to hire a school yard hit on her son, who knows what they’re capable of.

    “I don’t know what kind of woman I’m dealing with. It’s a little sick and twisted to me, to get enjoyment out of making a group of kids beat up a little kid you don’t like,” she said.

    The unknown mom said that her son was not only being bullied, but that he had been beaten up.

    “Not only is other kids picking on him, but the worse thing I’m telling him that could happen to him is being done by an adult,” she said.

    The school is still investigating whether or not the 9-year old 4th grader was roughed up or not.
    “We’re still investigating that. That’s not something I’ve received a report on. That doesn’t mean it did or didn’t happen,” GRPS spokesman John Helmholdt said.

    “You hear something like this and it certainly makes you shake your head.”

    The fired employee had a clean criminal record and passed the two background checks issued by the West Michigan Janitorial Service, a company that provides contract workers to the GRPS district.

    Drew Barrymore is ready for another baby. The well-known Hollywood actress revealed that she wants a second baby already during an interview with Jay Leno. Her first child was just born a year ago, a daughter named Olive. She had Oliver with her husband Will Kopelman, whom she has been married to since June of 2012.

    E Online says that the couple had an intimate ceremony in Montecito, California. It was attended by family and friends and did not attract the attention that some celebrity weddings do. Guests also danced to a 80’s cover band, as they played the favorite hit songs of theirs.

    Barrymore is certainly enjoying her new status of motherhood, and wants to give her daughter a baby brother or sister as soon as possible. They plan to enjoy their time with Olive as they get ready to increase the size of their family, enjoying every moment with the little one. She raved on about her smarts and said “She says a lot of words.”

    Barrymore has appeared in many films, beginning her career as a child star in E.T., Steven Spielberg’s 80’s classic. Since then, she has appeared in many dramas and romantic comedies. Her last film Big Miracle, was released in 2012, and she is currently work on a film called The Familymoon, which is set for a 2014 release date. She also has a photography book coming out in January called Find It Everything, which has photos of heart-shaped images that Barrymore has been taking on her own for over a decade, according to NBC News.

    She says that her daughter Olive will be walking in next week, and is very excited about the news. Barrymore grew up as an only child, and perhaps because of that, she wants to grow a big family of her own. It sounds as if having a big family has always been a plan of hers, and she wants to be like the Griswold’s from the National Lampoon’s films. She said during the interview with Leno, “I want the kids in the back rolling their eyes at mom and dad. I want Rusty and Audrey, theme parks and the whole nine.”

  • Anna Faris On Her Sitcom Character, Getting In Shape

    Anna Faris first garnered attention in “Scary Movie”, and back then she had a very different look; over the years, she’s gone bombshell-blonde, but her sense of humor hasn’t changed a bit. The funnygirl recently spoke about her latest starring role and about getting in shape after giving birth, and says that lifting her heavy baby boy has definitely helped her tone up.

    “My arms have never been toned before and now they are because he’s huge. He’s got a huge head, a huge body. He’s like 60 pounds,” she said with a laugh.

    Her husband, “Parks And Recreation” actor Chris Pratt, is getting in shape as well, toning up and slimming down for his role in Marvel’s “Guardians Of The Galaxy”. But Faris says that their life habits don’t support being buff.

    “We both love to eat and drink, so I’m sure [the weight won’t stay off]. You have to live life sometimes, you know?” she said.

    Faris had been on hiatus in the last year after having baby Jack, but said when she got the script for her new CBS show “Mom”, she knew it felt like the right project to return to work with.

    “I had left the script on the kitchen counter, and my husband picked it up,” said Faris. “And he read the first page, and he said, ‘Whatever you’re doing, put it down right now.’ He’s like, ‘This is you.’ And it felt like that. Every once in a while you get fortunate enough to play a role that kind of feels like Cinderella’s shoe.”

    Faris says the role is a lot deeper and multi-faceted than characters she’s played in the past.

    “She’s a mess, very much like me. And it’s a story about relationships and character,” Faris said. “I’ve played a lot of one-dimensional characters in my career that haven’t been so bright.”

    “Mom” airs at 9:30 on Monday night and also stars Allison Janney.

    Most of the stories you read about parents reconnecting with their long lost children are heartwarming tales filled with teary reunions, warm hugs, and a fair amount of happiness. However, every once in a while you get exposed to the dark side of such scenarios, leaving the reader to ponder the eternal question, “What in the hell is wrong with people these days?” Prepare yourself accordingly, as this is one such story that is sure to put your gag reflex to the test.

    Mistie Atkinson, 32, had been separated from her teenage son for most of his life. So when the two were reunited courtesy of the technological marvel that is Facebook, a long string of sugary mirth should have ensued. Unfortunately, this tale of motherly love doesn’t have a fairytale ending. Well, I guess that depends on your definition of happy endings.

    Atkinson has been accused of engaging in lurid sexual activities with her estranged teenage offspring. She currently faces charges of incest, oral copulation with a minor, and contacting a minor for sex using electronic communication. The inappropriate behavior, which included Atkinson sharing naked pictures with her son, started soon after the two reconnected through the social networking site.

    Police discovered the couple when they were serving a search warrant when they discovered the lovers at a nearby hotel. The boy’s phone is said to contain graphic videos depicting the encounters the teenager had with his 30-something mother. His father has filed a restraining order against the mom for her outrageous behavior.

    This isn’t the first time Atkinson has had run-ins with the law. She was charged with domestic battery in November of last year. Atkinson, of course, is pleading not guilty to all of the aforementioned charges.
