  • Melania Trump Says, Despite Donald’s Brash Habits, They Have Never Had A Fight

Melania Trump is undoubtedly preparing mentally to possibly be the nation’s next first lady.

While Melania Trump has remained private during the decades of her marriage to Donald Trump, she will soon be very much in the public eye should Trump get the GOP nomination.

Melania Trump may not be too thrilled about that part, as she has said in the past that she is a mother first and wants to keep her son’s life as normal as possible.

A few years ago, it didn’t seem like Melania Trump would even have time for FLOTUS duties.

Melania Trump said, “I am a full time mom; that is my first job. The most important job ever. I started my business when he started school. When he is in school I do my meetings, my sketches, and everything else. I cook him breakfast. Bring him to school.”

She continued….”Pick him up. Prepare his lunch. I spend the afternoon with him. Sometimes I have obligations, but I also think children need to see a parent do what her passion is. It is a good example for a child. So the child can find passion as well and follow that passion in the future.”

Melania Trump also revealed last month that she is interested in politics, but has zero desire to put her opinions out there.

She said, “I’m very political in private life, and between me and my husband I know everything that is going on. I follow from A to Z. But I chose not to be on the campaign. I made that choice. I have my own mind. I am my own person, and I think my husband likes that about me.”

He must like a lot more than that about Melania Trump, because she claims the two have never had a fight. Ever.

She told Greta Van Susteren this week, “We don’t have fights. We disagree but that’s OK. I have my own brains and he has his own brains.”

She continued, “When I don’t agree with him, I tell him. Sometimes he listens, sometimes he doesn’t. He makes his own choices. He’s big enough, he’s an adult. He knows the consequences. He is listening. I tell him my way and he accepts that. I tell him what I think and he is the same. He thinks what he thinks.”

She added, “We talk a lot. I’m not a yes person. I’m yes or no. If I don’t agree with something, I tell him.”

What do you think about Melania Trump as the first lady?

  • Melania Trump Shares Holiday Message With Donald On “SNL”

Melania Trump and husband Donald made an “appearance” on Saturday Night Live over the weekend–portrayed by cast members Taran Killam and Cecily Strong.

The wealthy duo showed up in a skit to share a message about the holidays, in which Trump released his “naughty and nice” list and revealed who’s topping it this year, including Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg and Santa himself.

“Mark Zuckerberg, you’re a billionaire who is giving away almost all of your money to charity. What are you doing you little nerd?” asked Trump, with Melania at his side. As for Santa, he was deemed “worse than Obama” for his penchant for handouts.

“This guy is a foreigner who works one day of the year and gives out handouts. He’s worse than Obama. Sorry Santa, I just don’t trust anyone who can fly over a wall,” Killam said, wearing a perfect Trump wig for the sketch.

While Donald Trump has been busy on the campaign trail, Melania has been absent for most of the tour and didn’t join him until the end of November. Although she supports him 100%, she says she was more concerned with taking care of their 9-year old son and trying to maintain a somewhat normal life for him.

“We have a 9-year-old son together, Barron, and I’m raising him, and he needs a parent at home,” Melania said in an interview with Barbara Walters. “I encouraged him because I know what he will do and what he can do for America. He loves the American people and he wants to help them.”

Meanwhile, Trump’s opponent in the presidential race, Hillary Clinton, said recently that she thinks Trump’s beliefs are bad for the U.S.

“Enough is enough. He’s been trafficking in prejudice and paranoia and it’s bad for our politics and it’s bad for our country,” Clinton said.

  • Chrissy Teigen Slams Donald Trump, Pities His ‘Poor’ Wife Melania

Chrissy Teigen is most decidedly not a fan of Donald Trump.

After Trump tweeted about a meeting with a group of African-American pastors over the weekend, the pregnant FABlife co-host, who turned 30 over the weekend, lost it.

According to Us Weekly, the bruhaha began when Trump got under Chrissy Teigen‘s skin for tweeting about the meeting with the pastors, which he claimed was “not a press event.”

“@realDonaldTrump so don’t tweet about it you tw-t,” Teigen replied to the GOP presidential hopeful.

Needless to say, Trump did not ignore Teigen’s response and retweeted a fan’s comment which read: “@chrissyteigen Wow! Trashy gutter mouth woman. You can’t hold a candle2 @MELANIATRUMP when it comes2 beauty and eloquence @realDonaldTrump.”

Chrissy Teigen, who has been feuding with Trump for some time, seemed to have the last word, responding with: “Lol poor melania doesn’t need to be dragged into this,” she tweeted. “She goes through enough already.”

  • Melania Trump Tells The Donald To Tone It Down On Campaign Trail

Melania Trump doesn’t travel the country with her candidate husband, Donald Trump.

But, Melania Trump has a great reason.

As Donald Trump’s third wife and mother of his youngest child, Barron, Melania Trump is choosing to be where she is needed most: At home.

In an interview with Barbara Walters that aired on Friday night, Melania Trump explained why you don’t see her on the campaign trail as much as the other candidates’ wives.

She said, “It’s my choice not to be there. I support my husband 100 percent, but … we have a 9-year-old son together, Barron, and I’m raising him.”

She added, “This is the age he needs a parent at home.”

However, that doesn’t mean Melania Trump thinks Donald should be at home.

She said, “I encouraged him because I know what he will do and what he can do for America. He loves the American people and he wants to help them.”

However, when it comes down to the really heavy talks that Melania Trump has with her husband, it seems she isn’t afraid to put her two cents in.

While it seems many of Donald Trump’s fans were attracted to him because of his unapologetic comments and ideas, Melania Trump thinks maybe he should tone down the bluster a little.

When Melania Trump was asked if she gives him campaign advice, she shied away from the question. But, Donald was quick to speak in her place.

He said, “She’s told me a couple of times during the debate, she was very happy with my performances, if you would want to call them a performance. But she said, ‘You could tone it down a little bit on occasion,’ which I understand.”

He could totally tone it down. But, that just wouldn’t be as much fun, now, would it?

Barbara Walters didn’t stop with Melania Trump. She also interviewed Donald Trump’s four older kids, all of whom revealed a surprisingly accessible and caring side to Trump that we just don’t see.

  • Melania Trump “Can’t Talk,” But Donald Trump Tears Up “SNL”

Melania Trump “can’t talk” and she “can’t give speeches,” according to Ivana Trump. Melania’s husband, while taking his first foray into funny on SNL Saturday night, proved he might have a career in comedy if he doesn’t win the Republican nomination.

The New York Daily News reports that Ivana Trump is very supportive of her ex’s political ambitions. She was told she would have made a wonderful First Lady.

“Yes, but the problem is, what is he going to do with his third wife?” Ivana asked.

She was referring to Melania Trump, 45, who married Donald Trump ten years ago. “She can’t talk, she can’t give a speech, she doesn’t go to events, she doesn’t (seem to) want to be involved.”

If Donald Trump moves forward in his campaign, he’ll definitely have Ivana Trump’s support.

“He’ll be a great President,” she said. “He’ll surround himself with the right people. He was always meant to be a politician.”

Perhaps he was meant to be a part-time comedian, too. It’s hard to tell, however, if Donald Trump is really funny or if he’s simply one of those people who–when becoming self-deprecating–is a lot of fun to poke fun at. Daughter Ivanka Trump made a cameo appearance, so she obviously can roll with the punches, too.

Donald Trump actually has a long relationship with SNL. Saturday Night Live cast members have portrayed him in past and recent years–Taran Killam and Darrell Hammond, for example–were on hand in full Trump regalia and persona.

Donald and Melania Trump walked the red carpet at SNL’s 40th Anniversary event earlier this year.

Cecily Strong portrayed Melania Trump on Saturday night, playing her off as a rather clueless woman.

“The White House is the smallest house Donald and I have ever lived in,” she said.

Hopefully Melania Trump can take a joke. Donald Trump made it abundantly clear that he can take what he dishes out.

Maybe Ivana Trump has inadvertently provided fodder for the SNL writers with her comments about Melania Trump.

Can’t you see a future skit where Donald Trump enlists Ivana to teach Melania proper First Lady skills?

  • Chelsea Clinton, Ivanka Trump: Will Their Friendship Go the Way of Their Rival Parents, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump?

Chelsea Clinton and Ivanka Trump are very close friends. The two grew close after their husbands became friends a while back. Will their rival parents, Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump, throw a wrench into that friendship?

    Chelsea Clinton says no.

“Friendship is always more important than politics,” the former First Daughter said in a recent interview with People magazine. “I learned that growing up, watching my parents be friends with people across the political spectrum in Arkansas.”

Keep in mind, however, that Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump were once friends, too. She attended his wedding to wife Melania, and he donated big bucks–tens of thousands, actually–to the Clinton Foundation. These days, the two are arch rivals.

Donald Trump has publicly called Chelsea Clinton’s mother a criminal, as well as the “worst secretary of state in the history of the U.S.”

During a recent interview with Andrea Mitchell, Hillary Clinton said Donald Trump likes to defame people.

“He is the candidate of being against [people],” she said.

Despite this and more, Chelsea Clinton firmly believes her friendship with Ivanka Trump will outlast the 2016 election–and beyond.

“I’m really grateful that Ivanka’s my friend,” she says.

Do you think Chelsea Clinton is kidding herself? Can her friendship with Ivanka Trump last as parents on opposite ends of the political spectrum say cruel things about each other–as has become the norm in politics these days?

It will be interesting to hear what Chelsea Clinton and Ivanka Trump have to say about each other a year from now.
