  • Tichina Arnold Shares Cheating Husband’s Sex Tape in Text Announcing Divorce

Tichina Arnold, best known for her role as Pam on the 1992-1997 sitcom Martin, sent a text message to her loved ones and close friends announcing her split from husband Rico Hines, informing them the reason behind the split was her husband’s unfaithfulness. She attached video footage of her husband having sex with another woman as proof.

TMZ reports Tichina Arnold wrote, “It’s over between Rico and I. This is where I part ways and all bets are off,” in her text message.

She continued, adding the names of 20 “Kim Kardashian wanna be’s” that Hines cheated on her with, saying he didn’t always use protection when engaging in extramarital sex.

“I can’t for the life of me understand why Rico would video himself f—–g ‘raw dog’ ONE of his MANY extraneous whores that ‘trick’ on him for his money,” Tichina Arnold also wrote.

It was Thursday when news of Tachina Arnold and Rico Hines’s split first made news, with a source close to Tichina Arnold telling People magazine the reason for their split involved a “sordid” tale.

Women who understand what it feels like to be cheated on are likely slapping high fives to an imaginary Tichina Arnold. Can you imagine gaining and using such valuable footage in the quest to prove your husband is a serial cheater?

  • Trayvon Martin Repeat? Black Veteran Shot And Killed in NM

There may not be a huge similarity in this shooting death of a back Iraq War Veteran, to Trayvon Martin, but an investigation is underway after a complaint was made by a civil rights group claiming it was all too familiar.

It happened in New Mexico in March 2013, involving the death of Jonathan Mitchell, 24, who was shot and killed by his neighbor, Donnie Pearson, who described the killing as an exchange of gunfire.

In a statement, state police said it has agreed to conduct a thorough review into the alleged shootout, due to controversy surrounding the details.

The Albuquerque chapters of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP) and the Southern Christian Leadership Conference have disputed Pearson’s version and said he instigated the confrontation. They also suggested race may have been a factor and have compared it to the shooting death of Florida teenager, Trayvon Martin.

A petition to open an investigation regarding the death of Mitchell has been created and is circulating, requesting that Bernalillo County District Attorney Kari Brandenburg file charges against the shooter.

The NAACP and the Mitchell Family met with DA Brandenburg and her staff for a report overview. The outcome was so alarming that the New Mexico State Police and the FBI made a formal request for independent investigations.

Last week, DA Brandenburg said that she was unaware that State Police had declined to review the case all the way back in November after State Police met with Mitchell’s family. Apparently the DA had been waiting for four months for the review, which stalled progress in making a ruling on whether charges would be filed.

The comparison shows that when Trayvon Martin was shot, Zimmerman told police he was attacked, prompting the shooting. However, supporters and family of Zimmerman believe that he shot Martin as a potential criminal because he was black. Mitchell’s family, as well as civil rights group NAACP, believes this was the reason Mitchell was shot a well.

New Mexico State Police announced Thursday that their investigators will take a new look at the March 2013 shooting death of Jonathan Mitchell, killed by his neighbor in Albuquerque, following an outcry from local groups and a miscommunication between the family and the District Attorney discovered last week.

“There are a lot of similarities with the Trayvon Martin,” Albuquerque NAACP president Harold Bailey said. “Pearson shouldn’t have been there in the first place, like Zimmerman.”

Video taken from an Albuquerque police helicopter showed Mitchell firing first in an exchange of gunfire with Pearson but also revealed that Pearson’s SUV drove up to Mitchell’s garage.

Albuquerque police later said investigators didn’t have probable cause to charge Pearson. But the agencies have agreed to a review, which will be conducted by the Investigations Bureau of the New Mexico State Police.

Bailey said he was pleased about the review.

“We just want a fair and objective review of all the facts,” said Jonathan’s father Isaac Mitchell.

  • Trayvon Martin Case Won’t Be Heard By Grand Jury

Florida state appointed special prosecutor Angela Corey said Monday she will not take the Trayvon Martin shooting death before a grand jury. Under Florida law, only first-degree murder cases require the use of grand juries.

Corey said her decision to skip the grand jury shouldn’t be considered a factor in determining whether charges will be filed against George Zimmerman, the neighborhood watch volunteer who has admitted to fatally shooting the unarmed Martin. The circumstances are whats in question here.

“From the moment she was assigned, Ms. Corey noted she may not need a grand jury,” said a statement from Corey’s office.

Zimmerman has claimed self-defense, and Florida’s self-defense law gives wide leeway to use deadly force and eliminates a person’s duty to retreat in the face of danger.

“Corey’s decision means she doesn’t have to rely on potentially unpredictable jurors,” said David Hill, an Orlando criminal defense attorney. “Let’s give her the benefit of the doubt. Maybe she knows there isn’t enough for first-degree murder but she wants to maintain control and charge him with something else,” Hill said. “What does she need a grand jury for? She cuts out the unpredictability of the grand jury. She goes where she feels she has more evidence.”

This is of course all speculation from Corey. In reality there is a very good chance that no charges will surface from this investigation, no matter how much Jesse Jackson and Rev. Al Sharpton try to inflame the situation with racial hate.

Some journalism disgusts me. The only thing I know about Treyvon Martin is that he was black, liked Skittles and AZ iced tea. #DOYOURJOB(image) 2 minutes ago via web ·  Reply ·  Retweet ·  Favorite · powered by @socialditto
