  • Megyn Kelly Interviews Anti-Gay Marriage Clerk Kim Davis

Controversial Kentucky Clerk Kim Davis, talked to Megyn Kelly about her experience in jail and her stand in same sex marriage.

Davis appeared on The Kelly File after being released from her jail sentence, which was caused by her refusal to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, David Ermold and David Moore.

Kelly previously talked to the same-sex couples who said they never wanted Davis to end up in jail. “I didn’t feel good and David was upset, and I was upset. That’s not what we wanted,” Moore said to Kelly. “We don’t want her back in jail, we just want her to do her job.” But it looks like Davis has not wavered her stance even after her time in jail. “Whatever the costs,” Davis said in an interview with Kelly last Wednesday. “If I resign, I lose my voice.”

Davis also told Kelly that after what happened she still stands by her decision and still opposes same sex marriage.

“It’s a fight worth fighting for,” Davis said.

Kelly asked Davis if she’s receiving any support on her decision in which Davis replied, “I guess it just depends what side of the argument you’re on as to whether you treat me good or you treat me bad, or if you think I’m a villain or if you think I’m just someone that God is using.”

Davis was also grilled by Kelly when her marital issues were brought out. Kelly challenged Davis by asking her about the right to judge others when she also is a sinner as pointed out by her critics. Apparently, Davis was married four times (twice to the same man), enjoyed an extramarital affair, and gave birth out of wedlock.

Davis simply replied, “I hadn’t judged anybody.”

“It has been about upholding the word of God and how God defined marriage from the very beginning of time,” David told Kelly.

According to Davis, even if her children would fall in love with same sex, she would never issue a marriage license to them.

  • Gabrielle Union on Sex, ‘Being Mary Jane,’ and Hubby (?) Dwayne Wade

Gabrielle Union is hot in BET’s hit show Being Mary Jane. She spoke recently about the various sex scenes she plays as part of her role, as well as about her handsome hubby, Dwayne Wade. Of course that title (hubby) is a bit questionable in light of recent reports stating the couple has no marriage license on file.

Mary Jane Paul is the role Gabrielle Union plays in Being Mary Jane, and this season finds her with three possible love interests. The TV reporter she portrays gets lots of action on the small screen.

“There’s three love interests for Mary Jane this season, so there’s a lot of action, a lot of sex,” Union said during her interview with Extra’s AJ Calloway.

How does Dwayne Wade feel about all this sex? Does he watch Gabrielle Union in these scenes?

“Not often… luckily, he too looks amazing without his shirt. He’s not a bad-looking person, so he’s not short on self-esteem, nor is he jealous,” Union says of the NBA superstar.

Gabrielle Union and Dwayne Wade meet in front of the TV for their regular date with Scandal.

“Well, I watch the whole Thursday night lineup, but he joins me at 9PM. I start with Grey’s Anatomy, and he comes in for Scandal and How to Get Away with Murder,” she says.

Aside from TV talk, Gabrielle Union and AJ Calloway spent a few minutes dishing about Dwayne Wade–and not just his TV interests.

His wife (if that’s really what she is) shared a little secret–about his love of shoes.

“He’s Imelda Marcos. He has so many shoes, he built a room just for his tennis shoes. It’s a show vault with special shelving, lighting, like if you came to visit you’re going to have to stay in a hotel because that extra guest room is a shoe show vault,” she said.

Now that’s probably a little-known fact about Dwayne Wade that the NBA is all to happy to learn.

Do you watch Gabrielle Union in her role as a successful TV reporter on Being Mary Jane? Would your significant other be able to overlook such TV sex scenes the way Dwayne Wade does, if you played this sort of role?

And what do you make of this rumor about Gabrielle Union and Dwayne Wade not being officially married? Are they hiding something or was there simply a glitch in the paperwork somewhere?

  • George Clooney Moves Forward With Marriage Process, License Obtained

Fans of George Clooney still hoping against hope that the actor’s engagement to Amal Alamuddin would someday end are surely devastated to find out that the couple has obtained their marriage license. The 53-year-old Oscar winner and his barrister fiancée, 36, secured the license in London, which is where Alamuddin is based.

As with regular citizens planning to tie the knot, Clooney and Alamuddin visited the Chelsea Register Office two weeks ago to formally announce their wedding by posting their wedding banns, which must be displayed in public for 16 days before they can marry. Their banns number among those posted by ordinary city folk and contain details such as the full name of Clooney (George Timothy Clooney) and the couple’s professions, listing his as “actor and director” and hers as “barrister”. The document also reveals when and where they will be holding their wedding. Members of the entertainment media hoping to cover the event should mark their calendars for September 20 and note that the couple plans to hold the ceremony in Italy.

Although information about Alamuddin’s dress for the ceremony has not been leaked, rumors are circulating that she is considering designer Oscar de la Renta to make it. Meanwhile, Clooney’s choice seems to have been made as a team of designers from Giorgio Armani were recently flown to the actor’s home on LakeComo in Italy to fit him and his groomsmen for suits for the wedding. Clooney recently requested the mayor of LakeComo establish some laws that would safeguard his privacy leading up to the event, setting limits on how close people could swim up to or stand outside his property.

Clooney and Alamuddin first met at a charity auction in September 2013 and became engaged in April this year. He said to Variety of his fiancée, “I’m marrying up.”
