  • Lea Michele is Not Pregnant, Twitter Account Was Hacked

No, Lea Michele is not pregnant.

The 27-year-old was the second Glee star to have their Twitter account hacked in the past few days.

“Before this gets out to the media, I would like to announce to my fans that I am pregnant #BabyBoy,” read a message posted on her Twitter account Friday.

No one really believed the tweet was true after Glee star Chris Colfer’s account was also hacked the day before with a tweet that said he had been fired from the popular FOX show. The show’s producers said Colfer was the victim of a hacker.

“We’ve been alerted that Chris Colfer’s Twitter account has been hacked,” according to a statement from 20th Century Fox Television. “Rumors of his dismissal from Glee could not be further from the truth. We love Chris and look forward to working with him again this season.”

The Glee costars quipped about it with each other once they gained control of their accounts once again.

Michele, who plays Rachel Berry on the Fox TV series, has been spotted out and about with her new boyfriend, Matthew Paetz. The new couple, who met earlier this year while filming her music video for On My Way, from her 2014 debut album, Louder, were seen picnicking together recently in L.A.

Paetz is the first person Michele has dated since losing Cory Monteith in 2013 to a heroin overdose. “She waited a long time before getting serious again and she likes him a lot,” a source revealed to E! News.

“He treats her really well, he’s smart and fun. She’s really happy,” said the source.

So good to see a smile back on Michele’s face.

  • Lea Michele Says Cory Was Not His Addiction

Lea Michele continues to open up about the loss of her love — Cory Monteith — who lost a battle with addiction in July.

The 27-year-old Glee star shared more on her relationship with Monteith and stresses that her boyfriend was much more than his struggles.

“I only have happy memories of Cory. He was not his addiction – unfortunately, it won,” she said in the April 2014 cover story for Seventeen Magazine. “But that wasn’t who he was. Cory made me feel like a queen every day. From the minute he said, ‘I’m your boyfriend,’ I loved every day, and I thank him for being the best boyfriend and making me feel so beautiful.”

On a Good Morning America Wednesday, Michele told George Stephanopoulos she couldn’t have made it through her grief without the support of friends and family.

“I’m really very, very, very thankful for all the amazing people I have in my life,” Michele said. “I know that sounds like something everyone says, but honestly, my friends and my family, they got me through this and really, really have been there for me and I couldn’t have done it without them.”

The 27-year-old actress — who just released her first solo studio album Louder — took the opportunity to pour out her heart and her grief into the album.

“I set out to make a really pop-heavy album that was fun and empowering, but then I found myself picking and writing these songs that were very emotional and dramatic,” Michele said. “Louder has songs that express extreme love and some pain. I look at it and think, That was my year. I didn’t record any songs that I didn’t completely relate to.”

One of the songs on the album — If You Say So — tells the story of her final conversation with Monteith before his death that is just heartbreaking.

Lea Michele On Her New Solo Album ‘Louder’

Lea Michele, 27, has had a lot to overcome this year after losing her boyfriend Cory Monteith to a drug overdose last summer.

While things still aren’t easy for Lea, she is learning how to move forward, and has even been working on a new solo album Louder that was released today. During an interview with Good Morning America, Michele explains that she could not have made it this far without the love and support of her family and friends.

“I’m really very, very, very thankful for all the amazing people I have in my life,” the Glee star revealed to ABC’s George Stephanopoulos. “I know that sounds like something everyone says, but honestly, my friends and my family, they got me through this and really, really have been there for me and I couldn’t have done it without them.”

Michele’s new album has been compared to reading someone’s diary, and she says that is exactly what she was going for; an album that told the story of her life.

“That’s really what I sought out to do when making this record,” Lea explained. “Moving to Los Angeles from working on Broadway I was cast on ‘Glee’ within just a few weeks, so I really was introduced to the world as Rachel Berry. I wanted to take this opportunity in making this record to really let my fans know who I am, and I think the music should be personal,” she continued.

With Glee ending after this coming season, fans are curious as to what Lea will be using all of her spare time for. She admitted that she would someday like to go back to her Broadway roots. “I was so surprised with how much I fell in love with this recording process in making this album and I definitely want to make another one,” she explained. “So once I feel like I’ve scratched that itch completely, Broadway is definitely where my heart is.”

  • Lea Michelle Says Music Helped Her Heal

Since her boyfriend Cory Monteith passed away in July of 2013, actress and singer Lea Michele has been healing pretty much in front of our eyes, and she’s openly discussed exactly what Monteith meant to her and how difficult it’s been for her to move on.

One of the ways Michelle has been trying to push forward is through her music, as she’s been heavily promoting the release of her album Louder, which features the tribute song to Monteith “If You Say So.”

But the first step towards healing through music for Michelle is when she first heard the song “Cannonball,” the album’s first single. After hearing it for the first time she knew it was the perfect song to get her back on track, which is why she made it the first song on the album.

“I just literally keeled over,” said Michele. “Grief is a very scary thing, and there comes a point where it can really take you down…..When I heard “Cannonball” it lifted me up. It was what I needed to get through my difficult situation.”

In addition, the Bronx born Michelle said it was difficult for her to speak about Monteith publicly after he passed because it was so personal, but at the same time she knew their fans wanted to know how she was doing.

“A lot of people don’t know how to touch this situation,” said Michelle. “It’s like walking on eggshells. It puts it all out there. It’s really hard, we’re not denying that it’s hard, and we’re not gonna get through it….I really hope it helps people the way it helps me.”

And Michelle said she’s learned to take advantage of everything life has to offer, and although she’s heard this advice countless times before, she’s just now starting to follow suit.

“If I’ve learned anything from this past year it’s that you have one life,” said the Glee actress. ” I didn’t really understand what that meant until recently. You have to live your life to the fullest and you have to love as hard as you can love.”
