  • Kim Fields: ‘Facts of Life’ Star Makes ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ Debut

    Kim Fields was best known for her role as Tootie Ramsey on the 1980s NBC hit show The Facts of Life. In the wake of NeNe Leakes’ departure, Kim Fields has signed on to The Real Housewives of Atlanta for its eighth season.

    In a new trailer promoting the upcoming season, Fields appears alongside the rest of the RHOA cast members–Cynthia Bailey, Kandi Burress, Kenya Moore, Phaedra Parks, Sheree Whitfield, and Porsha Williams. Sheree Whitfield is making her return to the show. Shamea Morton is another newbie, like Fields.

    The new season is filled with the highly anticipated drama fans have come to expect–and to love. Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker are expecting their first baby. Kenya Moore is on the prowl for love while working on building her “Moore Manor.” These are only a couple of the story lines that fans will watch religiously.

    “This is Hollywood royalty right here girl,” Kenya Moore says to Kim Fields in the promo clip. “Everybody knows Tootie.”

    How do you expect Kim Fields will fit in with the cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta? It’s certainly a far cry from Mrs. Garrett and the group of boarding school girls she starred alongside on The Facts of Life. Even Blair Warner–payed by actress Lisa Welchel–is harmless compared to some of these wild women.

    The new season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta premieres on Sunday, November 8th at 8:00 p.m.

  • Millionaire Matchmaker: Kenya Moore Devastated Over Boyfriend’s Marriage But His New Wife Dismisses Her Claims

    Millionaire Matchmaker might have to give Kenya Moore a refund, or at the very least a discount, for her very public, failed romance with boyfriend James Freeman.

    The Real Housewives of Atlanta star met Freeman on the Millionaire Matchmaker series and the two were said to have hit it off.

    At least, that’s the impression that Moore gave on social media.

    The former Miss USA shared a photo of her and Freeman after her Millionaire Matchmaker episode aired on March 22 with the caption “sometimes you can spend your whole life looking for Prince Charming when a King arrives.”

    Moore even sparked engagement rumors when she posted a photo of an intricate diamond ring on her finger while she was in Las Vegas for the Mayweather – Pacquiao fight.

    But it turned out that Freeman is no longer a free man, having gotten hitched on April 3 to pro beach volleyball player Jaimi Gregory.

    And as expected, the 44-year-old reality star took to social media to express her feelings.

    “Unfortunately, I just learned today that the man I met and fell in love with from Millionaire Matchmaker was married a week after the show aired. I am astounded and devastated to have learned this news VIA social media as opposed to from him directly,” Moore ranted on Instagram but added that “I still believe in love and my heart remains open to the man God has for me.”

    But Freeman’s new wife is dismissing the reality star’s heartbroken claims, saying that Moore knew all along that Freeman had fallen in love with someone else and was getting married.

    Kandi Burruss of The Real Housewives of Atlanta fame spoke out recently about the feud between costars Phaedra Parks and Kenya Moore–and how she became part of it.

    “Honestly, I was just over it,” Kandi Burruss wrote in a recent Bravo blog. “Every time we all get together, there has to be some lame ass ‘tea’ spilled, and I’m just tired of it.”

    Kandi Burruss is, of course, referring to the ridiculous incident that took place on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, during which Phaedra Parks jumped across the table toward Kenya Moore, after accusations flew about Phaedra’s husband and about Phaedra cheating.

    “What tripped me out was hearing Porsha and Phaedra make me out to be the enemy because I left the table two seconds later than they did,” Burruss continued. “That just felt like they said, ‘Hey, we’re going to put Kandi in the middle of this drama in some way.’”

    It sounds like Kandi Burruss truly has had enough with the drama.

    “Well if Phaedra is really going to play into this whole ‘Kandi’s not my friend because she didn’t jump into my argument and run out the room faster than me,’ then OK… So be it,” she added.

    Kandi Burruss has also made news recently for another episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, during which she and her husband attend marriage counseling. It certainly sounds like Kandi’s marriage might already be over. The fact that a prenup was discussed prior to her marrying Todd Tucker definitely didn’t help matters any.

    Is Kandi Burruss just a mess of confusion these days? Between being dragged in to the feud with Kenya Moore and Phaedra Parks and trying to work out her marriage–does the Real Housewives of Atlanta star need a break from the ‘reality’ she’s experiencing on this reality show?

    Porsha Williams was interviewed by OK! Magazine about her opinions of Kenya Moore and the near-reconciliation they almost had during a recent episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. Williams had some choice words for her cast-mate, who she deems insincere. “I just think it’s pathetic for Kenya to try so hard to convince us that she meant her apology to me at dinner with NeNe. She then gave me the most awkward, insincere hug in history to stab me in the face as soon as she had the chance,” Porsha Williams said about Moore’s apology.

    Aside from Porsha Williams’ feud with Moore, a new storm is brewing in the form of Claudia Jordan. It seems like Williams and Jordan are headed for a collision course after Jordan was seen flirting with Williams’ ex-husband, Kordell Stewart, in the latest episode of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. This came after Jordan accused Williams of sleeping with a married African prince for money and gifts.

    In the OK! Magazine piece, Williams also addressed Jordan’s accusations. “Claudia’s attack was out of nowhere and I’ll always pray for my enemies and hope they find peace in their lives. She and I were not necessarily considered friends, but I had never spoken ill towards her, of her or tried to call her out,” Porsha Williams wrote.

    As to why she thinks Jordan has it out for her, Porsha Williams says, “Claudia believes if she can slander my name it will make her look better and distract people from Googling her and her shady past. I would love for Claudia to live in her truth and find out what went wrong and why she’s so mad.”

    Williams added, “Don’t attack me and instead be a sister and support.” It seems like Porsha Williams is fighting a battle on two fronts. And with Claudia Jordan expressing interest in Porsha’s ex, things are bound to get messy.

    Kate Gosselin heard those infamous words spoken by Donald Trump–the ones no contestant on Celebrity Apprentice ever want to hear.

    “Kate, your fired,” the Donald told her on Monday night.

    Did she deserve to go?

    Kate hasn’t been what anyone would call a powerhouse throughout the season, but she’s been a ‘slow and steady wins the race’ kind of team player. She hasn’t succumbed to the ridiculous drama that has been all-encompassing between Brandi Glanville and Kenya Moore. On Monday night, Brandi steered clear of all drama, but it ensued–this time between Kenya Moore and Vivica A. Fox. In fact, Vivica delivered one zinger to Kenya that will no doubt go down in the books as the funniest–but true–line of the season.

    “Stop it, baby. You sittin’ over there with a badonkadonk that’s fake as hell, so don’t go there. Don’t go there. She doesn’t have them boobs done? Come on, stop that, Kenya. Sittin’ over there with a seven-pack of lashes on. Stop that,” she said.

    Kate Gosselin, meanwhile, became lost in the drama. Instead of using that time to line up her soldiers for battle with Donald Trump, she grew weary of the fight, and appeared like she hadn’t a clue about what to say to defend herself and her team–the losing team.

    The old Kate Gosselin would have raised her voice, turned red in the face, and fired back at the silliness that took place between Kenya Moore and Vivica A. Fox. Even if it had little to nothing to do with why their team lost the challenge, she could have at least tried.

    Kate appeared on the Today show on Tuesday morning–a morning-after tradition this season for those fired from the show.

    Does Kate Gosselin need to grow a pair?

    Celebrity Apprentice was filmed last fall, so in reality, Kate has long since healed since getting the boot from Donald Trump. She is also rumored to be dating a millionaire.

    Hopefully she’s dusted herself off and unearthed some of that former assertiveness that made people either really love her or really hate her. Without it, however, she just isn’t Kate Gosselin. And Kate is a force to be reckoned with.

  • Brandi Glanville Slammed by Kenya Moore With LeAnn Rimes Jab

    Brandi Glanville endured a major slam at the hands (mouth, actually) of Kenya Moore on Celebrity Apprentice on Monday night. Kenya’s slam was so low that Donald Trump even made mention of it at the time.

    The lowest of all insults in the world to Brandi Glanville is to compare her in any way with her ex’s wife, LeAnn Rimes. Moore went a step further, saying that LeAnn Rimes is ‘younger and prettier’ that Brandi Glanville.

    “I found it difficult with Brandi because she always has this way of taking personal shots with me that are unnecessary,” Kenya said during a chat with Donald Trump at the end of the team’s challenge. “I didn’t bring up LeAnn Rimes with her when I had my scene. I didn’t bring up the fact that her husband left her for a younger and prettier woman.”

    If you’re not familiar with the entire Brandi Glanville-LeAnn Rimes debacle, Kenya Moore was referring to Brandi’s ex-husband Eddie Cibrian and his new wife LeAnn Rimes, whom he reportedly got together with while he was still married to Brandi. It’s more than plain to see why this was a horrible slam, and that yes, Kenya Moore really did cross the line this time.

    Brandi Glanville and Kenya Moore have fought like children while on Celebrity Apprentice, but as each week’s contestants are sent home, these two manage to hang on for yet another week.

    Did you catch the comment that actually made Donald Trump do a double-take? This kind of mean cat fighting belongs on The Real Housewives franchise–not on Celebrity Apprentice.

    If it’s any consolation whatsoever to Brandi Glanville, however, she did learn this week that LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian’s VH1 reality show was cancelled. Season two of LeAnn & Eddie won’t be aired on TV. While that won’t take back the hurtful words Kenya Moore hurled at her, perhaps it will at the very least help lessen the sting.

  • Kandi Burruss Apologizes To Kenya Moore Over Sexting Scandal

    On the latest episode of Bravo’s hit reality program, The Real Housewives of Atlanta, Kenya Moore broke down and got emotional over the sexting allegations between her and Apollo Nida, the husband of her co-star Phaedra Parks.

    After Nida’s televised apology managed to sway fellow Housewife Kandi Burruss to Moore’s side, the two found themselves bonding over kickboxing practice and talking about the scandal. “I am going to do what I feel is right. It is wrong to have dissed this woman for two years, so I am going to apologize,” Burruss said to the cameras during her confessional moment.

    The Kandi Factory star told Moore about what the other Housewives thought about her which then catapulted Moore to an emotional outburst. Moore rushed to the gym toilet, broke down, and shoved away the cameras. The microphones continued recording the encounter and Moore was heard saying, “I am not the f***ing liar, that man is a criminal, clearly there is something wrong with him. I have not done anything to them to deserve the things that they do to me.”

    “They go too far, they are evil Kandi,” she added.

    Before the emotional moment, Burruss had a spa day with Nene Leakes, Porsha Williams, and Phaedra Parks where they continued to dish out their hate for Moore. Leakes believe that Nida lied about lying just to make his soon-to-be ex-wife Williams angry.

    Moore continues to struggle with the cold treatment that her fellow Housewives has given her. “I cannot win with these women. They want me to fail and to be painted as this crazy, horrible person. Why?”

    For two years, the Housewives had maintained a safe distance away from Moore after Nida’s affair allegations. Nida has been slapped with an eight-year prison sentence after pleading guilty for bank fraud and identity theft last May and is due to enter jail soon.

  • NeNe Leakes Set To Debut On Broadway: Is Kenya Moore Jealous?

    NeNe Leakes may have truly arrived after all!

    The Real Housewives of Atlanta star made her Broadway debut on Tuesday in Rodgers & Hammerstein’s “Cinderella”.

    Leakes played Madame, Cinderella’s wicked step-mother. The role placed her opposite Keke Palmer, who portrays young Cinderella.

    NeNe Leakes is continuing to add to her acting resume, having previously starred in Glee and The New Normal.

    The 46-year-old reality starlet even had a role in the Cirque Du Soleil show Zumanity as the Mistress of Sensuality.

    Leakes is also said to be making the move to daytime television. She is set to replace Sherri Sheppard on ABC’s The View.

    As NeNe Leakes work to make her acting career a mainstay, there are those who wonder if it means she’ll be leaving The Real Housewives of Atlanta behind.

    The seventh season of the series follows her Broadway debut, as well as her ongoing feud with Cynthia Bailey and Kenya Moore.

    Speaking of Moore, the Housewives cast-mate has reportedly been less than supportive of Leakes’ Broadway endeavor.

    According to Reality TV Magazine, Kenya Moore took to her blog to diss NeNe Leakes and her acting debut.

    Moore even went so far as to go off about Leakes’ checkered past.

    Said Kenya, “I have been respectfully employed since the age of 14, managing to stay off a pole and out of jail. Therefore, for 20 plus years I have been around the block working. NeNe cannot say the same.”

    Moore seems to be upset that doors continue to open for Leakes, especially since she makes it clear that she feels superior to her RHOA co-star.

    In addition to going off about NeNe Leakes’ past, Kenya Moore made it clear that she thought the woman ugly and irrelevant.

    Well, even if Moore is less than pleased with Leakes’ current situation, the latter doesn’t seem to bothered.

    NeNe Leakes will portray Cinderella’s step mother for the final leg of the play before it closes on January 3rd.

    Kenya Moore and Porsha Williams aren’t exactly the best of friends. That’s no secret!

    Now, a new rumor that’s circulating could definitely cause more tension between them if it turns out to be true.

    Several media outlets have reported the Real Housewives of Atlanta reality star is dating Williams’ estranged ex-husband Kordell Stewart!

    The rumors began circulating when Moore made an appearance at Peter Thomas’ new Bar One location in Charlotte, NC.

    For those who missed it, Thomas, Cynthia Bailey’s husband, partnered with the former Pittsburg Steeler for the new venture.

    When the two were reportedly seen enjoying each other’s company at the grand opening event for the new bar, the rumor mill kicked into high gear! Media Take Out initially reported the alleged love connection while revealing a few details about the upcoming season of the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

    “OK here goes. MediaTakeOut.com learned that in the upcoming season, Peter Thomas opens up a new “BAR ONE” sports bar in Charlotte, North Carolina. He goes in with a business partner, Porsha’s EX-HUSBAND Kordell Stewart,” the gossip site wrote.

    “Well word on the curb is that Kordell and Kenya Moore hit it off during the launch party… and the two are DATING. Oh s–t… we wonder what Porsha’s gonna say about that one… LOL!!”

    Once the news began making headlines, speculative reports immediately began circulating. So, are the rumors true? Is Kenya Moore really dating Kordell Stewart?

    On Thursday, August 28, she took to Twitter to personally set the record straight. The answer is no! She made it clear that she and Stewart are not dating. Moore finds the claim so outlandish that she even accused media outlets of using her name to drive attention to their sites!

    Although Moore expressed she’s not remotely interested in Stewart, she isn’t the only one addressing the claims. He’s also offered clarity in regards to the rumors about his love life.

    During a recent interview with HipHollywood, he revealed he is involved with someone, but her name is not Kenya. “There is a beautiful lady who I am very interested in,” he said, “however, it is not Kenya Moore.”

  • Phaedra Parks’ Husband Gets 8 Years in Prison

    Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks’ husband Apollo Nida was handed an eight-year prison sentence by a federal judge for defrauding over 50 people of roughly $2 million over a four-year period.

    Nida, who had spent time behind bars from 2003 to 2009 for auto theft, was initially looking at 30 years, but his cooperation with authorities helped with the reduced sentence.

    Soon after being released in 2009, Nida opened a fake debt collection agency to gain access to databases full of debtors’ personal information. He would then steal identities to locate unclaimed funds, refunds from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, stolen U.S. treasury checks and refunds from fraudulent U.S. income tax returns.

    Nida had an accomplice named Gayla St. Julien, who opened UPS mailboxes and bank checking accounts using those fake identities, deposited the checks, then pocketed the money. Nida went on to create a fake car dealership, and took out auto loans for cars that didn’t exist. The Secret Service eventually tracked St. Julien down, and she led them to Nida.

    Fellow Atlantan housewife Kenya Moore took to Twitter to express her opinion on the sentencing:

    Reginald G. Moore, Special Agent in Charge of the United States Secret Service, Atlanta Field Office, commented, “Today’s sentencing exemplifies impartial justice regardless of economic class or perceived celebrity status. Nida’s sentence should be an eye opener for other like-minded criminals who scheme to steal victims’ identities, defraud them and ignore the consequences of their actions.”

    After sentencing, Nida commented, “The government did what they had to do,” adding, “I want to apologize to the victims. I want to apologize to my family for letting them down.” Nida remains free on bond, and will likely have to turn himself in to begin his sentence within three to six weeks.

    Nida explained that his reasoning behind his criminal actions revolved around feeling pressure to make money to keep up with his wife’s high-profile attorney income and “Real Housewives” salary. He added that because of his status as a convicted felon, finding a legitimate job was a challenge.

  • Porsha Williams Says Kenya Moore Bullied Her For Two Years

    Porsha Williams, one of the women in the reality series Real Housewives of Atlanta, opened up about her recent fight with one of her co-stars, Kenya Moore.

    The on-screen catfight happened during the show’s reunion special that was aired a few weeks ago. The two women attacked each other verbally on the show and Moore brought a scepter and a megaphone with her to use as props, but Williams saw them as “weapons.” Williams then fought back by grabbing Moore by the hair and dragging her on the floor.

    Williams said that the brawl had been a long time coming. Last season, Williams was going through a divorce with her then husband Kordell Stewart and Moore was quick to say that Williams was cheating on him. She also called Kordell Stewart a homosexual, which only further infuriated Williams.

    Williams says her other co-stars knew about Moore’s bullying. “They knew the bullying she had put me through for two years straight.” Because of that, the other women of RHOA were not entirely surprised by the brawl.

    Williams was arrested a few days after the catfight, as Moore pressed charges against her. In a statement, Moore said that violence is “never an option” and that’s why she called the cops on Williams.

    The Atlanta police conducted an investigation on the incident which included a review of unedited footage from the reunion show. As a result, Williams was charged with battery, but was later released on a $2,000 bail. Williams was cooperative throughout the investigation in the hopes of clearing her name. When asked by The View about her charges, she only answered, “Just like everybody else who gets charged with something like that, I have to go to court.”

    Williams is now deliberating whether to press charges against Moore for bringing a scepter to the reunion and using it as a “weapon.”

  • Kenya Moore Talks Porsha Williams Brawl

    Kenya Moore opened up about the physical altercation between her and The Real Housewives of Atlanta’s Porsha Williams that took place during a reunion taping that aired on Bravo Sunday evening. She shared her thoughts during an interview with PEOPLE magazine.

    “There are many inflammatory statements made by cast members to and about each other particularly during the reunion tapings,” Moore said in a statement. “Many have made untrue, denigrating, disparaging, and inflammatory statements against me in an attempt to provoke me, but I have never reacted in a violent way.”

    Moore was talking to Williams with a bullhorn during the show’s taping when she accused her of cheating on her ex. Porsha then pulled Kenya’s hair and the two women fell to the floor and tussled for a few seconds.

    “If people get so angry that they lose control and admittedly ‘black out’ and resort to violence, those persons must be held responsible for their actions,” Moore added.

    She also brought up her past–having been physically abused by a former boyfriend.

    “After being repeatedly attacked by an abusive boyfriend at the age of 17, if someone puts their hands on me, I will not just let it go,” she says. “With that said, I sought self-defense training developed for the Israeli military. I’ve also been trained in weapons. I can take someone down in three moves. It took discipline for me to not respond in kind.”

    Kenya Moore called 911 following the incident, which really didn’t require intervention by the authorities. Porsha Williams turned herself in to authorities on Thursday and was charged with battery.

    “Although the claim is unfounded, Ms. Williams is fully cooperating with investigators and looks forward to clearing her name,” an attorney for Porsha Williams said in a statement.

    “The authorities will decide her fate, not me,” Moore said.

    Bravo host Andy Cohen asked Porsha to leave the set following the altercation. The second part of The Real Housewives of Atlanta reunion will air on April 27th sans Porsha Williams.

    Who watches this stuff? Obviously a huge number of people tune in to these shows regularly or they wouldn’t stay on the air. Clearly there is very little that is “real” about these Real Housewives.

    Will Kenya Moore forgive Porsha? Will Porsha ever return to The Real Housewives of Atlanta set? Will Andy Cohen set up a peacemaking session between the two ladies for airing at a later date?

    If you truly care about any of the aforementioned situations, seek help immediately. There has to be a support group somewhere for people who watch this stuff.

    For those headed to therapy today, do note that it is now rumored that Kenya Moore is now considering not returning for the next season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta. That news is sure to set many who teeter on the edge of reality into a full-fledged tailspin.

  • Kenya Moore May Not Return To ‘RHOA’ After Brawl With Porsha Williams

    Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore is reportedly considering her permanent departure from the hit reality show after her much-talked about brawl with co-star Porsha Williams.

    It was during the March 27 taping of the Bravo reality series that the confrontation between Moore and Williams took place. The episode, which was aired on Sunday, also featured the show’s long-awaited reunion among the main cast members. The friction between Moore and Williams had been apparent all season, and it was no surprise that the two began exchanging tirades that stemmed from past feuds.

    The altercation was provoked by host Andy Cohen’s reminder of what Moore had said about Williams regarding her alleged infidelity to her husband, Kordell Stewart. Williams responded by calling Moore “a slut from the 90s” who was trying “to have class”. Moore retaliated by calling Williams a “dumb ho” through a megaphone.

    When matters became physical, the two women stood up and Williams pulled at Moore’s hair and dragged her across the floor of the mansion. Williams claimed that she “blacked out” as a result of the fight but also expressed regret that it had to happen on the show.

    In an interview with the Associated Press, Moore stated that she and her cast mates do not condone violence, and that their disagreements had gotten out of hand.

    Moore made a 911 call to report the incident on set, to which the Atlanta police quickly responded. The authorities’ independent investigation resulted in the arrest of Williams on battery charges. After Williams was issued an arrest warrant, she turned herself in to the Fulton County Sheriff on Wednesday.

  • Porsha Stewart Charged With Battery For Attacking Kenya Moore On ‘RHOA’ Reunion

    Reunions are supposed to be fun, but that is not always the case with the Real Housewives of Atlanta.

    The reality TV show started airing in 2008 and has just wrapped up its sixth season. On March 26, the housewives all got together for the taping of their reunion special. Tension was so intense between Porsha Stewart and Kenya Moore, that after the reunion, Stewart was charged with battery and a warrant for her arrest was issued.

    On Wednesday, Stewart turned herself in, but she was released later on a $2,000 bond.

    Stewart was introduced to the show at the start of the fifth season.  By the end of her first season as a housewife, she was trying to fix her broken marriage through therapy. She is now the ex-wife of retired pro football player Kordell Stewart.

    After turning herself in, Stewart received plenty of praises for her perfect mug shot. She was sporting a black high-neck top with full makeup and perfect hair. The photo quickly went viral on Twitter and with many likening it to that of a fashion photo. “Porsha Williams’ mug shot is a thing of beauty,” one of the tweets read.

    According to reports, police started their investigations when Moore filed an official complaint about a physical altercation she had with Stewart. Now that Stewart has paid has been released, she is planning to attack Moore, but this time, with felony aggravated assault charges.

    The brawl between the two may have started when Moore provoked Williams by talking about her failed marriage. According to a witness, Moore brought sex toys to the taping and used them to taunt Stewart on her ex-husband’s sexuality.

    The source also said that Moore was beaten up pretty badly. “She is a little thing and she jumped on her and pulled her down to the ground by her hair, and Kenya doesn’t have a weave, it is all her own hair,” said one source.

    The first part of the reunion will be airing on Sunday.

  • Kate Gosselin: ‘Celebrity Apprentice’ Filming Begins

    Kate Gosselin, along with Brandi Glanville and Kenya Moore have begun filming segments from their upcoming appearance on Celebrity Apprentice, and in the midst of the competition it seems the two Real Housewives (Brandi is from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and Kenya is one of the Real Housewives of Atlanta) aren’t getting along. Will Kate get caught up in a cat fight at some point during the show’?

    Former U.S. Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson and talk show host Leeza Gibbons reportedly round out at least part of the team that Kate Gosselin is part of when season 14 of Celebrity Apprentice airs some time this coming summer.

    The ladies were spotted filming at New York City’s Union Square just over a week ago. They took over a bakery called Pie Face for a few hours and used their business skills and no doubt their sexual prowess–along with their celebrity status–to sell as many pies as possible. Kate shared word of the event via Twitter.

    An observer told Us Magazine that Kate Gosselin and Kendra Moore “weren’t really working at all” during the challenge, and they spent more time chatting with customers, posing for photos and feigning ignorance when asked about the reason behind the event.

    “I know my kids’ names, if you ask me that,” the former Jon and Kate Plus 8 star replied to a curious customer. Her remark drew a seemingly annoyed look from Brandi.

  • Kandi Burruss Shows Off Body After Fat Comments

    The Real Housewives of Atlanta stars have been known for their continuous drama. However, when Kenya Moore made her latest comment on Kandi Burruss’ weight, Kandi decided to take it upon herself to prove that she has a sexy body, with a series of photos on Instagram.

    During the December 22 episode, the wives took a mini vacation to a bed and breakfast. Upon arriving, Kandi rushed upstairs to find, and claim, the best room. That is when Kenya decided to take a jab at her. “I don’t know what got into Kandi,” she said. “Maybe she smelled some Chick-fil-A or a burger upstairs.”

    After receiving backlash from the fans for her comments, Moore decided to issue an apology to Kandi. “I made a wise crack. Kandi knows I think she has a great figure, so I’m sure she laughed as we have together about the 5-10 pounds she wants to lose,” she said. “I’m not a tiny girl myself, and I appreciate a woman with curves. I won Miss USA at 128lbs and I’m now a healthy 145-150lb at 5’10,” Kenya continued. “As women, we know 5lbs is everything to us, but I simply encourage all women to be healthy.     Rather than commenting on the apology, Kandi and her children took a trip to the beach over Christmas vacation, and while she was there, she decided to snap some pictures to show Kenya that she isn’t the least bit overweight.

    Kandi Burruss shared some photos of her time at the beach recently, showing off her curves in a bathing suit that left little to the imagination.

    The 37-year old star of “The Real Housewives Of Atlanta” has taken some criticism about her body recently, both from fans and from her costars; Kenya Moore took a jab during a recent episode of the show, when the ladies took a trip to a bed and breakfast and Burruss ran upstairs to claim a room.

    “I don’t know what got into Kandi,” she said. “Maybe she smelled some Chick-fil-A or a burger upstairs.”

    That didn’t go over well with Burruss’ fans, who took to social media to call Moore out for her body-bashing. Moore promptly took to her blog on BravoTV.com to smooth things over.

    “I made a wise crack,” she wrote. “Kandi knows I think she has a great figure, so I’m sure she laughed as we have together about the 5-10 pounds she wants to lose.”

    Burruss posted several photos to Instagram which seem to be a bit of retaliation after Moore’s comments.
