  • Katt Williams Arrested for Third Time in Less Than Two Weeks

Katt Williams, actor and comedian, has been arrested three times in less than two weeks. He was arrested and charged Tuesday with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and false imprisonment against his bodyguard, Corey Dixon.

This assault allegedly took place a day before Katt Williams was arrested for punching an employee at a pool supply store. It took a week to arrest Williams on the assault and criminal threatening charges because of the investigation.

According to a new report from Fox News, Katt Williams was arrested for a third time on Friday, and was transferred from Hall County to Fulton County in Georgia where he was charged with “entering an automobile, theft by taking and simply battery in Atlanta.”

It was back on February 28 that a group of women say Katt William assaulted one of them. They had asked him to pose for a picture with them.

Here is a rundown of the 911 call made by one of the women.

Caller: “I’m at 3rd Street and Cypress and Katt Williams and his bouncers are running up on my car.”

Dispatcher: “They’re doing what to your car…you said they’re doing what to your car?”

Caller: “They are running up on me. They keep coming up, they won’t let us leave. They blocking the car.”

Dispatcher: “Okay so what is the dispute about? Why are they refusing to let you leave?”

Caller: “What is the dispute about? Can you please send me some enforcement so I can leave out of here?”

What do you suppose is going on with Katt Williams? While he might be hilarious on stage, he isn’t funny in real life. These are serious crimes he is accused of committing.

Do you expect all of these recent charges might result in some serious jail time for Kat Williams?

  • Katt Williams Accused of Threatening to Kill Bodyguard

Katt Williams was released on $60,000 bond after a hearing Wednesday.

Williams, 44, is accused of threatening to kill his bodyguard during an attack inside his Georgia home.

According to ABC News, the judge reportedly told Williams to stay away from the bodyguard and his family, and to lay off drugs and alcohol.

Williams faces charges of terroristic threats, false imprisonment, aggravated assault and possession of marijuana.

A statement from the Hall County Sheriff’s Department alleges that Williams made a threat to the bodyguard on Feb. 28, while friend Tatiana Smith, 24, beat the bodyguard with a baseball bat and choked him. The altercation reportedly arose when the bodyguard refused to engage in criminal activity, although authorities didn’t say what that activity was.

A day after the alleged incident with the bodyguard, Williams was accused of attacking an employee at a swimming pool supply store during an argument.

Williams’ attorney Drew Findling said the arrest came more than a week after the alleged assault and is indicative of the uncertainty surrounding the case.

“I think when it takes nine days to make a determination, that says something about the quality of the case,” he said.

He also questioned how the bodyguard could be overpowered by a 90-pound woman swinging a souvenir baseball bat.

Williams was taken into custody Tuesday evening, after deputies searched his home about 90 miles from Atlanta and found large amounts of marijuana, along with several firearms inside the home.

Smith and another woman also face charges. Smith is charged with aggravated assault and possession of marijuana and an anti-anxiety drug.

Lena Smith, 40, is charged with marijuana possession.

  • Katt Williams Arrested Again–Second Time in Two Weeks

Katt Williams, actor and comedian, was arrested for the second time in two weeks. He was arrested and charged Tuesday with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, and false imprisonment against his bodyguard, Corey Dixon.

Deputy Nicole Bailes with the Hall County Sheriff’s Office in Georgia explained during an interview with WSBTV.com in Atlanta.

“It’s our understanding that Mr. Williams was encouraging our victim, Mr. Dixon, to engage in some criminal activity in the Atlanta area,” he said.

Corey Dixon told authorities that when he refused to commit the crimes Katt Williams insisted upon, he was taken back to Williams’ home and assaulted.

According to deputies, Katt Williams directed 24-year-old Tatiana Smith to choke Corey Dixon and beat him with a baseball bat.

“He ordered the assault and stood there while the assault was happening. It is my understanding that there were firearms present. Mr. Williams had a firearm on his person,” Deputy Bailes said.

Katt Williams is accused of threatening to kill his bodyguard as this heinous assault was taking place.

This assault allegedly took place a day before Katt Williams was arrested for punching an employee at a pool supply store. It took a week to arrest Williams on the assault and criminal threatening charges because of the investigation.

“Obviously, Mr. Williams has been in the news quite a bit, and we wanted to preserve the integrity of our investigation. When we initially received this, we wanted to follow up with this. A lot of our witnesses live out of state,” Deputy Bailes added.

Katt Williams is clearly having some issues controlling his anger. In addition to these arrests, he was involved in a brawl on stage during a Philadelphia rap concert. That took place in the past couple of weeks as well. Katt WIlliams hasn’t yet been charged with anything for that incident.

Katt Williams has a long history of violence. In 2014, he was accused of attacking members of a family who approached him on stage following one of his shows. The family believed they were going to get autographs and maybe snap a photo with the funny man. Instead they had chairs thrown at them, and when they tried to leave, Katt Williams sent his entourage after them. The family filed a lawsuit following the incident.

It’s clear that Katt Williams isn’t nearly as funny in real life as he is on stage. How many acts of violence will the actor and comedian have to be a part of before his fan base starts to dwindle?

  • Katt Williams Accused Of Attacking Family After Show

Katt Williams is a funny guy and he doesn’t seem like the type that’s quick to anger, but his rap sheet says otherwise.

According to one family, they attended the comedian’s show in Seattle and when it was over went on stage to meet Williams.

The fans thought they were getting a treat, but instead the comedian and his entourage allegedly attacked them.

Katt committed many other crimes while in Seattle, including attacking a bar owner with a pool stick, throwing a large rock at a car and fighting the police.

He currently has several outstanding warrants.

The family claimed that they had no idea that Katt could be so mean or violent and that he grew angry with them after they asked him for a photo on stage.

Katt had been taking photos and signing autographs with fans after the show, but was getting aggravated and apparently turned his frustrations on them.

They claim that he threatened to shoot them and threw chairs at them. When they tried to leave he sent his entourage after them.

The family has filed a lawsuit but their attorney did not offer details about the extent of their injuries or the exact amount of money they are asking for in the lawsuit.

Williams has not released a statement about the lawsuit but is facing other charges as well. He has been accused of spraying a man with pepper spray and could face jail time for robbing a photographer of a photo. He and Suge Knight were both allegedly involved in the robbery, but deny the charges.

Williams may want to avoid returning to Seattle and start concentrating on cleaning up his act.

  • Katt Williams Sued for Throwing Chairs at a Family After a Show

Katt Williams is digging in pretty deep lately. Getting busted with Suge Knight was a pretty high-profile problem. But it is not the first time he’s run afoul of the law, and it is not even the most recent of his troubles.

Katt Williams is now being sued by a family in Seattle who say that he threw chairs at them and sent his entourage to run them down.

Back on December 2 of 2012, Williams ran into some problems with the Seattle police when he was accused of being involved in an altercation at a South Lake Union bar after skipping out on a show in town that evening. Williams allegedly brandished a pool cue in the incident. Bystanders also say that he flicked a lit cigarette at a woman and threw a rock at a car. Police say that he struggled with officers at the scene, as well.

The charges were misdemeanors, but an arrest warrant was issued when he failed to appear for court.

The newest lawsuit from the family stems from the same visit to Seattle, but this from the night before. Charles Adams, Domonique Adams-Swanson and her teen child went to the Katt Williams’ show on December 1. Adams is a promoter, and had a backstage pass to meet Williams before the show. After the show, he brought his family up on the stage to meet Williams.

Adams’ lawsuit says Williams posed for several photos with the family, then began swearing at them, even threatening to shoot them.

They say that Williams threw chairs at them and sent his entourage after them when they tried to leave. The family went for medical care after the altercation. The lawsuit does not specify an amount sought, but does seek compensation for injuries and an award for mental anguish.

Williams recently entered a guilty plea over an incident when he pepper-sprayed a man who tried to take his picture near LAX airport. Reportedly, Williams asked the man for his phone, on which he had taken the photo, and the man refused.

  • Suge Knight Hospitalized After Fall in Jail

What’s going on in the jail cells in Vegas? First we had Jon Koppnehaver, AKA War Machine, the man who allegedly beat Christy Mack so bad she isn’t fit for porn anymore, attempt to hang himself in his cell in Vegas. He couldn’t make it to his hearing a few days later and was put on suicide watch.

Then Suge Knight passed out in his cell in a Vegas jail twice over the weekend, falling and hitting his head one time and his spine the next. Knight ended up hospitalized. His attorney Julie Raye says that doctors found a blood clot in his stomach.

“Suge was shot six times in the stomach two months ago — the likely cause of the blood clot,” Raye said.

At the time of the shooting, Knight’s injuries had been described as not being life-threatening, and he walked out of the club where the shooting happened on his own.

Knight and Katt Williams were arrested on charges of robbery when a photographer accused them of stealing her camera. Williams told reporters it was all bull, saying that the photographer was shooting video of Knight’s five-year-old son and was asked to erase it, but she fled instead. Williams said they gave chase, but did not take her camera.

When Knight appeared in court with his lawyer on Wednesday, the judge sounded sympathetic to his plight, expressing disdain for paparazzi who aggressively go after young children of celebrities.

“What kind of lunatics do that?” the judge asked.

Still, charges against Knight have been filed by the D.A.

Because of an earlier conviction, Knight could face 30 years to life if convicted on the single count of robbery against him. Katt Williams faces up to seven years.

  • Katt Williams, Suge Knight Incident Was Caught on Video

Katt Williams and Suge Knight were arrested over allegations of robbery when a photographer said the pair took her camera from her. Williams told TMZ that the whole thing was not what it seemed and that he would fight it.

According to Williams, a celebrity photographer was video taping one of Knight’s children, a five-year-old boy. Williams said no adult was standing with him. When Knight saw this, he demanded that the photog erase the footage. She said she would, then fled.

Williams implied that he and Knight chased her and demanded that she erase the footage. She said they stole her camera.

Williams further said that police arrested him and Knight, though they also said they knew someone else did it. The whole incident seemed very confusing, with Williams talking about it in half-statements, unwilling to say much.

“I didn’t take her camera,” he said. “So, the fact that I didn’t take her camera—But I’m saying don’t say you’re gonna erase something and then take off running and think somebody’s not gonna chase you. So, they do chase you. Then they do get the camera back. You’re supposed to erase it. Now you wanna fight now. So, now it’s insult to injury. And then to top things off, you’re gonna be the victim? I don’t know how you’re gonna pull all three things off.”

Now footage has surfaced that appears to be of Knight in the moments leading up to the now-infamous chase that got them arrested. In that video, Knight can be heard:

“Get that bitch over there,” Knight says to someone, possibly a security team member. “Get her shit. Who she with?”

Approaching the photographer, Knight asks, “Why you come over here and take a picture of my motherfucking son? I tell you what, I got a bitch to come beat your motherfuckin’ ass.”

Saturday Night Live made hay over the incident on their Weekend Update segment, with Jay Pharoah doing an excellent Katt Williams impersonation and Kenan Thompson channeling Knight.

  • The Katt Williams Downward Spiral Continues: Comedian Claims He Was Set Up

Katt Williams and friend Suge Knight were arrested last week for allegedly stealing a photographer’s camera. Each man was charged with robbery.

The incident occurred outside of a studio in Beverly Hills, California on September 5th. As of now, there seem to be conflicting stories as to exactly what happened.

Williams himself is working to clear the air, and the troubled 43-year-old has a rather interesting story to tell.

According to the comedian, Knight and himself were virtually set up after gallantly standing up for a small child.

Williams said that the female victim was filming a small child (allegedly Knight’s offspring) without permission and that they confronted her about her behaviors.

Female paparazzo had, according to Williams, said that she would erase the content from her camera.

However, he said that she was chased down when she fled, rather than delete the footage.

“Don’t say you’re going to erase something, then take off running and think somebody is not going to chase you,” said Williams.

Despite this statement, Katt Williams said that he was not involved in the actual conflict, which would have been between Suge Knight and the photographer in question.

But it’s clear that Williams was at least privy to the situation.

In addition to the comedian’s claims that he experienced a “false arrest”, Katt Williams said that he was taken into custody with the expectation that he would turn on Suge Knight.

“So when they took me into the precinct, step one: get me to blame it on Suge,” said Williams. “That’s not gonna happen, I’d rather take it than that. Don’t be silly.”

Katt Williams could find himself coping with serious jail time if the version of events put forth the two men fails to convince the court.

TMZ reported that Katt Williams and Suge Knight, both of whom are also facing charges in unrelated criminal cases, could wind up doing serious jail time.

Comedian Katt Williams may end up in jail for seven years for his part in this conflict.

Meanwhile, Suge Knight’s legal drama could land him behind bars for the rest of his life.

Even if Williams is unwilling to turn on Knight, he may have to do what he can to separate himself from a man with a terrible criminal reputation.

Do you think Katt Williams and Suge Knight are telling the truth or are they trying to lie their way out of jail time?

  • Katt Williams Talks Suge Knight Shooting

Katt Williams Talks Suge Knight Shooting

Katt Williams recently spoke with a TMZ reporter about the Suge Knight shooting at Chris Brown’s pre-VMAs party during the wee hours on Sunday morning. Williams further speculated what the media has been saying all along–that Suge Knight wasn’t the intended target of the shooting at the 1OAK nightclub in L.A.

“Now if you’re an idiot you can believe this was about Suge Knight … Suge Knight has been accessible every day of his life for 20 years. We know who it was aimed at. We know whose life he saved. And we know why they won’t talk about it,” Katt Williams said.

Williams doesn’t believe the Suge Knight shooting was gang related either, as many outlets reported

“If it was gang-related then why didn’t it happen thoroughly? You see there’s parts of this story that just don’t seem to make sense. You’re saying it was gang-related. So, that means somebody’s gang was shooting at somebody’s gang and somebody’s gang didn’t shoot back. That’s your story? That’s not really how gang stuff works, is it?”

Suge Knight’s family released a statement about the shooting. Knight is reportedly still in the hospital recovering from surgery as a result of his wounds.

“The family of Suge Knight ask that you keep Suge in your prayers and to stray away from the negativity portrayed by the media. Suge is currently resting and has lost a lot of blood, he’s human. He’s done a lot of things for the community and the culture as a whole so we ask that you respect that,” the statement read.

If Katt Williams is so sure about what the Suge Knight shooting wasn’t about, does he know what it was about? Even more importantly, does he know who the shooter was?

That’s debatable. The comedian went on a rant, saying that ‘nobody’ shot Suge Knight. He went on about Tupac Shakur, Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X’s killers, too. It didn’t make a whole lot of sense.

If Suge Knight talks when he comes out of sedation, as Katt Williams says he might, then everyone will know who shot him–right?

Would you bank on anything Katt Williams said in this video clip?

  • Katt Williams Says “Nobody” Shot Suge Knight [VIDEO]

In an interview with TMZ on the street, comedian Katt Williams appears sober and solemn. He claims that Suge Knight was not the intended target of the shooting that happened at Chris Brown’s pre-VMAs bash at 1OAK nightclub in Los Angeles last Sunday. Williams claimed that he was with Knight at the party when the Death Row Records founder was reportedly shot six times.

Williams was asked by TMZ if he knew who shot Knight, and he replied, “I’m pretty sure Suge knows who shot Suge.” He said that Knight had taken the bullet for the real target of the shooting, although he stopped short of identifying the intended target for reporters.

“Now if you’re an idiot you can believe this was about Suge Knight … Suge Knight has been accessible every day of his life for 20 years. We know who it was aimed at. We know whose life he saved. And we know why they won’t talk about it,” Williams said.

He also maintained that the shooting was not gang-related, citing the fact that no shots were fired back at the perpetrators by supposed gang members.

He also expressed skepticism for the police’s ability to find the shooters in a long rant about “nobody” having shot Martin Luther King, Jr. and Malcolm X, likening this to “nobody” shooting Knight.

Knight recently underwent surgery at Cedars-Sinai Hospital for his injuries and is currently recovering. His family released a statement asking for privacy, saying, “Suge is currently resting and has lost a lot of blood, he’s human. He’s done a lot of things for the community and the culture as a whole so we ask that you respect that.”

  • Katt Williams Gives $1000 to Fan in Wheelchair

We all know Katt Williams as being a comedian. He is also a well known actor and rapper. You probably remember him starring in Friday After Next as Money Mike.

In the past few years he has been in the news due to child endangerment allegations and having a stolen gun found in his house in Los Angeles. He has been arrested more than four times in the past year.

On Sunday, Williams performed at a show in Boston, Massachusetts. According to TMZ, when the show was over, a security guard noticed a woman crying in the audience. She was sitting in a wheelchair. When he approached and asked her what was wrong, she replied, with a laugh, saying that she was crying “tears of joy.”

The woman said she was in desperate need of a new kidney and this was the first time she was able to smile since hearing the devastating news. After hearing about her health issue, the security guard took her backstage to meet Katt Williams.

When Katt met her and heard her story, he was so torn up that he had to excuse himself and leave the room. He was very touched by what she had to say.

A few minutes later, he returned to the room where the woman was. He handed her a package.TMZ reports that the woman thought the package probably contained marijuana, since after all, it was a gift coming from Katt Williams.

Turns out, the gift was not drug paraphernalia. It was actually $1000 in cash. There was also a handwritten note on a piece of paper saying, “God never leaves.”

The woman was overwhelmed when realizing she had received such a large amount of money as gift from Katt Williams. She cried even more tears of joy as she thanked him profusely.

  • Katt Williams: Slap Came After The “N-Word”

Katt Williams has been involved in a string of bizarre incidents in the past few months, including allegedly throwing a lit cigarette at a woman, starting a brawl with fans in a comedy club, assaulting his former assistant (and subsequently being sued by her for it), and beating an audience member in the head with his microphone. While he hasn’t given much explanation for those things, he’s now spoken out about an altercation at a Target store in which he allegedly slapped an employee.

“This is what the dude at Target said, “‘Your assistant is already suing you, you p**sy ass [N-word],” he said, to which he says he responded, “Did you just say the N-word in front of Katt Williams?”

The employee, identified as Forrest Liebenberg, then allegedly said, “You say it all the time.”

Williams says he warned the man about speaking to him like that, and when the warning wasn’t heeded he slapped him. Since then, Liebenberg has been fired from Target.

The incident was captured on surveillance cameras.
