Ashton Kutcher, Mila Kunis Wedding: Jon Cryer Called It ‘Lovely’

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis tied the knot in an outdoor wedding ceremony over the 4th of July weekend, and one of their guests was Kutcher’s Two and A Half Men costar Jon Cryer.

This past weekend Jon Cryer spoke to Us Weekly, and in the interview he detailed some of the long-awaited wedding.

“It was a lovely and intimate evening and there was no need for me to get emotional,” he said.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis had tents set up at a ranch in Oak Glen, California, so all their guests could spent the night.

Daughter Wyatt was part of the fun, too.

Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis met years ago when they both starred on That 70s Show. Following Ashton Kutcher’s divorce from Demi Moore, the two began dating. They got engaged several months before their daughter was born.

Jon Cryer joked that even though the wedding was lovely, he truly didn’t make a scene by becoming too emotional.

Cryer also said the wedding vows Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis recited to one another were well-suited to their personalities.

It sounds like Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis’s wedding was a long, very carefully thought out event. Kudos to the two of them–not just for finally tying the knot–but for keeping the date and place of their wedding from the media for that length of time.

  • Demi Moore: Ashton Kutcher Cheated on Her With Scott Eastwood’s Girlfriend

Demi Moore has learned of yet another Ashton Kutcher cheating scandal–unless she knew of it before. Scott Eastwood brought the subject up on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live.

Jon Cryer and The Longest Ride actor were guests on the show when a woman called in to ask the Two and a Half Men star what it was like working with Ashton Kutcher after having dated Demi Moore. Cryer and Moore dated back in the 1980s.

Jon Cryer insisted that their romance was a brief one and that it never posed a problem on set with Ashton Kutcher.

That’s when Scott Eastwood dropped his bombshell.

“If it makes you feel any better, he did sleep with one of my ex-girlfriends,” Eastwood said of Ashton Kutcher.

“Great!” Cryer said–thinking Eastwood was joking.

    He wasn’t.

“But she was my current girlfriend at the time, so yeah,” the Longest Ride star shared.

“Oh! Ouch!” Cryer said, finally realizing that Scott Eastwood was completely serious.

That’s when Andy Cohen had to jump in.

“Wait!” Cohen said. “He slept with her while you were together?”

“Yeah,” he said. “It was, I think, the catalyst that broke—”

“That broke you up?” Cohen interrupted.

“No, that broke up him and Demi up,” Scott Eastwood said of Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore.

Andy Cohen looked shocked, as did Jon Cryer.

“Oh, jeez! This is way…OK, I need a drink!” Cryer exclaimed.

Do you think Demi Moore knew about this cheating scandal prior to the Watch What Happens Live episode with both Jon Cryer and Scott Eastwood? Hopefully it doesn’t send her spiraling downward, the way she did shortly after her initial separation from the former That 70s Show star.

Scott Eastwood did make sure to mention that Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher’s relationship was already in bad shape when his girlfriend had the dalliance with Kutcher–meaning it didn’t cause the split.

Might it have been the straw that broke that proverbial camel’s back, however?

Demi Moore was spotted recently in a family photo featuring her first ex-husband Bruce Willis, along with their daughters, Rumer, Scout, and Tallulah Willis. The gang had gathered together to watch Rumer Willis compete on Dancing With the Stars.

  • Demi Moore’s Ex, Ashton Kutcher, Cheated With Scott Eastwood’s Girlfriend?

Scott Eastwood tried to make the atmosphere lighter for Jon Cryer but ended up exposing the reason behind Demi Moore’s divorce from Ashton Kutcher.

The Clint Eastwood doppelganger and Jon Cryer were guests on Andy Cohen’s Watch What Happens Live when the shocking revelation happened.

One caller wanted to know if Cryer felt awkward working with Kutcher on Two and a Half Men since the two both dated Demi Moore. Cryer was romantically involved with her during their Brat Pack days in the 80’s while Kutcher was married to Moore from 2005 to 2013.

Cryer acknowledged that it was awkward and that he felt uncomfortable during his first time filming with Kutcher for the show. While Cryer was describing that weird beginning, Eastwood stepped in to help him out.

“If it makes you feel any better, he did sleep with one of my ex-girlfriends. But she was my current girlfriend at the time, so…” Eastwood deadpanned.

Cohen was quick to capitalize on the tidbit and quickly asked “Was it the girl in San Diego?”

“Yeah, it was her and her friends,” the Fury star acknowledged.

Eastwood was referencing to the 2011 scandal where two girls claimed they had sex with Moore’s ex-husband during a wild party at the San Diego Hard Rock Hotel. The scandal rocked Kutcher and Moore’s marriage. Kutcher denied allegations that he cheated on Moore but their marriage still ended in divorce.

And as if the revelation wasn’t shocking enough, Eastwood added that he thinks “it was the catalyst that broke him and Demi up.”

The younger Eastwood claims that he’s not harboring any resentment towards Kutcher over the incident. After all, it happened years ago and the hunky star has clearly moved on and is enjoying better things.

Eastwood’s latest movie The Longest Ride is already out and he’s also slated to appear in Suicide Squad next.

  • Demi Moore: Scott Eastwood Drops Bombshell About Ashton Kutcher on ‘Watch What Happens Live’

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher haven’t been officially divorced for as long as they were separated following his cheating scandal with a young woman named Sara Leal. It was a very painful time in Demi Moore’s life. This past week, that painful time may have been rehashed for the Ghost actress, as The Longest Ride actor Scott Eastwood dropped a bombshell about Ashton Kutcher.

It was while he was a guest on Watch What Happens Live that he dropped that proverbial bomb. Someone called into the show to ask guest Jon Cryer about his time dating Demi Moore, and if it was uncomfortable working with Ashton Kutcher on Two and a Half Men because of it. Cryer and Moore dated for a short time back in the 1980s.

After Jon Cryer answered the caller’s question, Scott Eastwood added his two cents worth.

“If it makes you feel any better, he did sleep with one of my ex-girlfriends,” Eastwood said of Ashton Kutcher.

“Great!” Cryer said–thinking Scott Eastwood was joking.

“No, that broke up him and Demi up,” Scott Eastwood clarified.

Andy Cohen looked shocked, as did Jon Cryer.

“Oh, jeez! This is way…OK, I need a drink!” Cryer exclaimed.

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher apparently were already on the rocks when this alleged cheating incident occurred, but it–according to Scott Eastwood–was the beginning of the official end.

Scott Eastwood never said the name of his girlfriend–the one Ashton Kutcher reportedly cheated on Demi Moore with. Do you suppose he could have been dating Sara Leal?

Or did Ashton Kutcher cheat on Demi Moore with more than one woman?

Either way one can only hope this bombshell dropped by Scott Eastwood doesn’t send Demi Moore into yet another downward spiral.

  • Jon Cryer New Book Gives Bizarre Recipe for Fake Bird Sh*t

Jon Cryer has stories to tell that might sound unbelievable. While his tales of Charlie Sheen’s excesses and bizarre behavior might sound outlandish — yet believable — Jon Cryer has had other experiences that rank right up there.

His new memoir is titled So That Happened, and is full of just those kinds of stories. In one segment, Jon Cryer recalls being on set for a Robert Altman film in which the actors are supposed to be pelted with bird feces.

Things did not go exactly as planned, and Robert Altman was forced to take matters into his own hands to make sure the well-dressed party-goers represented in his film got shit on properly.

What got even weirder was that a bevy of A-list actors repositioned themselves in the scene to make sure they got bird crap on them.

As Jon Cryer observes, after years working with Charlie Sheen, “this wouldn’t even be the weirdest day of my career.”

The director yanks off his headphones and wearily barks, “I’m pretty sure doves don’t s— sideways! Am I right? Anybody?!” …

The scene we are shooting is Randall’s sister Lenore’s wedding. Pretty much the entire cast is in it. So on my first day I get to work with both a director I revere, as well as performers I’ve admired for ages. I’m in the big leagues. I’m getting my chance to find out how the actors who’ve made it ply their trade. To discover exactly how one of the all-time great directors makes his genius manifest. It’s going to be amazing. If only they can figure out how to get this bird-s— thing to work.

The crux of the scene, as Bob imagines it, is that the Schwab family emerges from the chapel, followed by the auspicious release of a flock of doves, signifying to all that our clan is the gauchest of the gauche in terms of egregious displays of suburban American wealth, at which point — big joke! — the doves would poop on us. Take that, richies!

But as I said, this guano business is easier said than done. So after Bob’s minor outburst, he emerges from his trailer, where he’s been watching us on video monitors, with a certain if-you-want-something-done-right-you-have-to-do-it-yourself determination. He confers with his special-effects guy (it’s possible it’s Steve), who runs off and hurriedly gathers a large yellow mixing bowl and several ingredients easily found in a refrigerator or pantry. He throws the assortment into the bowl and mixes fiercely. Meanwhile Bob motions to one of the grips, who grabs a ladder and rushes in. The special-effects guy (thanks, IMDb, definitely Allen) hands Bob the bowl and Bob sighs.

Imagine, if you will, this master American filmmaker — the man behind “The Player,” “Short Cuts,” and “Gosford Park” — climbing a rickety aluminum ladder, perching his shall we say portly frame on the top while a crew member nervously holds the ladder in place, and, as his actors step out from flung-open chapel doors, hurling down on us healthy dollops of very realistic-looking ersatz bird feces (see below for the recipe!) with steady, consistent authority.

As cameras roll, Bob lobs bogus excreta with the artistry of Jackson Pollock. … But I start to notice a curious phenomenon. I haven’t been hit and, for lack of a better description, I’m feeling left out. My gut tells me the audience will really enjoy seeing my character get nailed. So I begin jockeying into position to put myself in the line of poop fire, much the same way an outfielder adjusts to get under a fly ball. I look around and realize that all of the actors I was looking forward to working with, the ones I truly respected, are doing it too! There’s Jane Curtin gliding sideways to snag a faceful of avian dookie, Paul Dooley expertly catching some on the shoulder, and future “Sex and the City” star Cynthia Nixon animatedly yakking with a background performer as she stealthily positions herself to receive an admirably viscous splotch in her hair.

Looking around at this surreal scene, I could not help but marvel at the caliber of performer hoping to get s— on by Bob Altman. I thought, Welcome to showbiz, Jon.

And as it turned out, this wouldn’t even be the weirdest day of my career.

    Not even close.

Add sour cream to mixing bowl. Mix in ground black pepper.

Finely mice black rubber bands until pieces are rough 1/8-inch long. Add rubber bands to mix.

  • Demi Moore: Scott Eastwood, Jon Cryer Talk Reason for Her Split from Ashton Kutcher

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher have been divorced for a short time now, but were separated for a lengthy period of time prior to it becoming final. During an episode of What What Happens Live on Thursday, Andy Cohen chatted with guests Scott Eastwood and Jon Cryer about Moore after a guest called in to ask the Two and a Half Men star what it was like having dated his costar’s ex-wife.

Yes, Jon Cryer dated Demi Moore back in the 1980s. In fact, he detailed the brief romance in his new book, So That Happened. Cryer had no problem answering the caller’s question, and was ready to move on to the next topic when Scott Eastwood dropped the ball. And it was a big ball–a very big ball.

“If it makes you feel any better, he did sleep with one of my ex-girlfriends,” Eastwood announced.

“Great!” Cryer said–thinking Scott Eastwood was joking.

    He wasn’t.

“But she was my current girlfriend at the time, so yeah,” the Longest Ride star shared.

“Oh! Ouch!” Cryer said, by now realizing that Eastwood was completely serious.

That’s when Andy Cohen had to jump in.

“Wait!” Cohen said. “He slept with her while you were together?”

“Yeah,” he said. “It was, I think, the catalyst that broke—”

“That broke you up?” Cohen interrupted.

“No, that broke up him and Demi up,” Scott Eastwood clarified.

Andy Cohen looked shocked, as did Jon Cryer.

“Oh, jeez! This is way…OK, I need a drink!” Cryer exclaimed.

Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher apparently were already on the rocks when this cheating incident occurred, but it–according to Scott Eastwood–was the beginning of the official end.

It should be noted that Scott Eastwood never mentioned the name of his former girlfriend during his disclosure on Watch What Happens Live. Could it have been Sara Leal–the young woman who made news for her affair with the That 70s Show star?

  • Scott Eastwood Claims Ashton Kutcher Slept With His Girlfriend While Still Married to Demi Moore

Scott Eastwood, the son of Clint Eastwood, claims Ashton Kutcher slept with his girlfriend while still married to his ex-wife, Demi Moore, which may have led to their split.

The shocking revelation came during an interview on Thursday’s Watch What Happens Live. A caller asked fellow guest Jon Cryer if it working with Kutcher on Two and a Half Men was awkward consider they both dated Demi Moore. Jon Cryer dated Moore in the 1980s, while Kutcher married her in 2005 and divorced from her in 2013.

“Yeah it was a little awkward I have to say,” Cryer conceded before Scott Eastwood chimed in and dropped the bomb.

“If it makes you feel any better, he did sleep with one of my ex-girlfriends – but she was my current girlfriend at the time,” Eastwood said.

“Wait, he slept with your girlfriend while you were together?” asked host Andy Cohen. “How did you find out about that?”

“Well, I think it was the catalyst that broke him and Demi up,” Eastwood said.

Andy Cohen then asked if Eastwood’s girlfriend at the time was one of the two girls that were the center of a San Diego incident that occurred in 2011. Eastwood confirmed that it was and said his buddy was dating the other girl at the time.

“Mmhmm, yeah, scandal,” Eastwood said, before saying he holds no grudges against Ashton Kutcher.

“No not at all,” he said when Cohen asked if he was still mad at Kutcher.

Scott Eastwood visited the show to promote his romantic drama The Longest Ride, which hits theaters Friday.

  • Demi Moore Secret Just the Tip of Jon Cryer’s Tell-All Iceberg

Demi Moore once dated Jon Cryer. That surprising revelation is just the tip of the iceberg of juicy bits in the new Jon Cryer tell-all memoir So That Happened.

The book, due out April 17, tells how Jon Cryer was sitting in on the auditions to find someone to replace Charlie Sheen on his show Two and a Half Men. There he met the man who was to eventually get that role: Ashton Kutcher. Cryer knew that Ashton was married to Demi Moore.

What Cryer wondered was whether Ashton knew that he had once dated Demi Moore.

“It was awkward in that I’m not sure she even told him that we dated,” Cryer says in the book. “In our first meeting, we’re trying to have that let’s-create-that-chemistry meeting and the whole time I’m looking at him, waiting for him to drop the bomb.”

In the end, things didn’t get weird.

“At the end he said, ‘She told me.’ He was cool about it.”

This must have been a welcome relief for Cryer, who by this point was used to things being very weird.

Jon Cryer relates several uncomfortable but entertaining tales about Charlie Sheen. One might wonder if Sheen would be angry about it. But Cryer says he got it cleared beforehand.

“I even asked him if I could print a bunch of his texts and he agreed. His only request was that I correct his grammar,” Cryer said.

One such story with texts is about when Charlie Sheen got arrested in late 2009.

“I had been enjoying Christmas Day of 2009 so much with my family around me that I somehow managed to stay away from all Internet-connected devices. It’s the holiday present that doesn’t announce itself, really. Then, of course, you give in, check a news site and read that your co-star ‘Carlos Irwin Estevez’ has been arrested in Aspen, Colo., for spousal battery [of third wife Brooke Mueller]. Alarmed and freaked out, I texted him:

Dude, my thoughts are with you. If you need to talk, give a call; if you’ve got bigger problems, call me when you get back.

    Charlie texted back:

Thanks bro. Yikes — f— me, wut a bad day … I’m flying home tonite. I’ll try to call over the weekend. Shower rape was bad but the food was okay. Hair and makeup for mug shot got there too late.

    He followed that with:

And I had same bail bondsman as Kobe. … No joke … 🙂

  • Jon Cryer Dated Demi Moore Before Ashton Kutcher

Jon Cryer reveals in his new memoir that he dated Demi Moore years before his costar Ashton Kutcher did.

In his book titled So That Happened, Jon Cryer said that things were a bit awkward when he first met Ashton Kutcher. He was auditioning actors to replace charlie Sheen on Two and a Half Men when he met Kutcher.

“It was awkward in that I’m not sure she even told him that we dated. In our first meeting, we’re trying to have that let’s-create-that-chemistry meeting and the whole time I’m looking at him, waiting for him to drop the bomb. At the end he said, ‘She told me.’ He was cool about it.”

Jon Cryer must have been relieved to have a costar that did not make things weirder than that. He went on to tell tales of time with Charlie Sheen that were downright cringeworthy.

“When Charlie’s marriage to Denise ended during the second season, both Charlie and I became single at the same time. Which was … interesting.

“We’d have conversations, and he’d mention that things were going well for him romantically. “Romantically” is my choice of words, not his.

“Then, as if to prove this, he’d show me a picture he’d taken of somebody’s vagina. It was always a perfectly nice-looking vagina, but I would invariably think, ‘Why just this, and not the rest of the person?’

“And what do you say in that moment? Thank you for that vagina picture? How long have you been seeing … it? Please tell me she was awake?

“We talked about prostitutes. He’d said publicly that you don’t pay prostitutes to come to your house; you pay them to leave. He’d thought this through, obviously.”

Jon Cryer admits that Charlie Sheen helped hook him up with a prostitute following his own divorce.

“I decided I might as well pay someone for company and certain intimate pleasures so that I could at least get my equilibrium back with the opposite sex.

“Charlie suggested a few online purveyors he occasionally used, as this was when prostitution was gaining a foothold on the Internet. He and I had different tastes, so I didn’t go with his exact recommendations, but my forays into prostitution were about as awkward as you might imagine.”

During one encounter with a call girl, the conversation got weird.

“We sat down, tried to make small talk and halfheartedly stumbled into a conversation about recent fluctuations in the stock market. Somehow I ended up spending 25 minutes of my hour helping her with financial planning.

“If Charlie’s example of his evening’s entertainment was best exemplified by a snapshot of lady parts, mine would be a picture of me hunched over a table of papers and telling a hot lady, ‘The real estate boom is building, you need to diversify.’”

  • Jon Cryer: Charlie Sheen Gave Me Porn to Hide, Sort Of

Jon Cryer has a new memoir coming out called So That Happened. Since Two and a Half Men is now done and in the books, Jon Cryer can finally start telling all the tales that he really wants to tell about the show, and especially about his experiences with Charlie Sheen.

While the memoir also covers Jon Cryer’s earlier life and career, it easy to imagine that tales about Sixteen Candles are not as hot to realte as tales about the guy who just recently got slagged by Chuck Lorre in the series finale of his old show.

One story that Jon Cryer tells comes from early on in his friendship with Charlie Sheen, back when Sheen was still married to Denise Richards.

One day during the first season of Two and a Half Men, I got a knock on my trailer door. It was Charlie — my trailer was next to his — and he seemed panicked.

“Dude! Dude! I need your help.” “Sure thing,” I said and ended the cellphone call I was on. “What’s going on?”

He handed me a heavy shopping bag. “Denise is coming over,” he said, “and I need you to hide something for me.”

At this point, Jon Cryer had some doubts about what he was being asked to get in the middle of. This is starting to sound like a scene from The Godfather 2.

Oh, boy, I thought. If this is drug paraphernalia …

“Is it legal?” I asked. “What? Yeah, oh, yeah. It’s legal. Hey, thanks.” He left, and I had to look.

By legal, he meant barely legal. The bag was filled to the brim with porn.

So what would you do if you were handed a bag full of Charlie Sheen’s porn?

Curiosity getting the best of me, I had to find out what kind of porn captivates Charlie Sheen, what decadence frightens him into having me squirrel it away for him. Clowns? Golden-shower pictorials? German scat porn starring Federal Reserve chairman Ben Bernanke? I was prepared for the weirdest, but it really was all pretty tame, some of it just topless mags. Really, if this was the worst I’d have to deal with regarding Charlie’s vices, bring on the bags of porn for me to hide.

Jon Cryer says that he was actually underwhelmed at what Charlie Sheen’s “wild life” was like. He recounts a trip to Las Vegas, where he figured he would see the real Charlie Sheen come out.

We landed in Vegas, and I was ready to get the Sin City tour from my co-star. Instead, he went to his room and took a nap. We showed up at the party for the syndicated stations, and then Charlie went back to his room to sleep.

What happened in Vegas didn’t have to stay in Vegas because it was boring as shit.

  • Jon Cryer Says He Lived in Fear for Charlie Sheen

First came the news that Charlie Sheen had split with his girlfriend, after giving her an engagement ring and wearing one himself for months.

We’ve also known that Sheen has toyed around for a while with the idea of getting back on Two and a Half Men, even just for a guest appearance. Recently he visited the idea again.

That might be a tall order, since Sheen famously called Chuck Lorre, the show’s producer, a “contaminated little maggot” and an “earthworm”. Then Lorre killed off Sheen’s character and slid Ashton Kutcher right into Sheen’s old parking space.

Still, Sheen’s hope springs eternal. He has ideas for how to go about justifying his character’s reappearance, if only Lorre will accept his apology and give the word.

But how does Jon Cryer feel about all this? Cryer recently spoke to HuffPost Live about his former costar’s very bizarre and very public tailspin.

“I think for me, and for a lot of people, the first sort of crack in the facade was when Charlie started going on the Alex Jones show and talking about 9/11 — that it was a conspiracy, and that it was a controlled demolition and all this stuff,” Cryer said. “I remember driving into my parking space, and I saw him stepping out of his trailer, and I was like, ‘Uh, can we talk for a minute?’”

Sheen’s substance abuse, legal problems, outrageous antics, and embarrassing escapades kept everyone guessing about what he would do next. He thought he was indestructible. Cryer did not.

“Anybody who’s had an addict as a friend knows that you live with this fear — you know, is the next phone call gonna be the one where something horrible has happened?” Cryer said. “And I had that a lot with Charlie. And it was very, very tough to live with.

“When you’re dealing with somebody dealing with a substance abuse problem, it’s tough to get through. And clearly I didn’t at the time.”

Then came the time when, after being fired and replaced, Sheen tweeted to Kutcher to “quit barfing on my old brilliant show”.

“Dude, shut the fuck up!” Kutcher responded on Jimmy Kimmel’s show. “Seriously, like. Enough already. Like it’s like three years later and you’re still blowing me up on Twitter. Like come on dude, really?”

    Sheen responded with an apology.

“Ashton message received. So sorry. U sounded like me! Well done! My bad I was pissed at other crap & took it out on you. Hope u r good xo.”

Then, two hours later, he issued a tweeted threat to Kutcher.

“But news flash Dood, you ever tell me to shut the Fuck up, EVER again and I’ll put you on a hospital food diet for a year.”

    The whole exchange bewildered Cryer.

“I don’t know why he does that, because he does it and then the next day he apologizes,” Cryer said. “I feel for Ashton because he’s just showing up doing his job. He’s not asking for any of this stuff. It’s all unnecessary. I don’t know why Charlie feels the need to do it. But he comes out of it. And then he apologizes and he does it again. So you can’t think about it too much.”

  • Jon Cryer Responds To Charlie Sheen’s Ice Bucket Challenge

Jon Cryer was called out by both Charlie Sheen and Ashton Kutcher recently to participate in the Ice Bucket Challenge, and he responded to both in two different ways.

The Two And A Half Men star accepted Ashton’s call out while on the lot and dumped ice water over his own head, but then acknowledged that Sheen had also challenged him to throw cold cash on himself and then donate it to Project A.L.S.

Sheen changed the challenge a bit when it was his turn, making headlines when he posted the video online.

“Oh wait, that’s not ice. That’s $10,000 in cash which I am donating to the ALS foundation. Let’s face it ice is going to melt, but this money is going to actually help people. So I am here by calling out Jon Cryer, Chuck Lorre and Ashton Kutcher to identically do what I just did. Come on, it’s for a great cause. Have a great day,” he said.

Since July 29, the Ice Bucket Challenge has raised more than $15.6 million, up from $50,000 in the same period last year. The challenge has gone viral in recent weeks, with several celebrities calling each other out to help spread awareness.

  • Jon Cryer To Pen a ‘Candid’ Memoir

Jon Cryer is best known for his starring role on the popular CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men. However, now he’s looking to add another feat to his long list of accomplishments. The Primetime Emmy Award-winning actor is writing a memoir.

According to the Associated Press, the 48-year-old actor has inked a publishing deal with the Penguin Random House imprint, New American Library. An official statement was released by the publisher on Wednesday, Apr. 2 announcing that the untitled book is tentatively scheduled to be released next spring.

The publisher revealed that the book will consist of “candid” stories based on real-life experiences throughout Cryer’s 30-year career. “Jon Cryer has the fascinating stories, endearing appeal, and long-lived career that make for a warm, sharp, and funny look at life in Hollywood. His charming and hilarious personality translates perfectly to the page.”

Even though the publisher gave a brief synopsis of the book’s content, Cryer personally decided jokingly that the book would be about something else. He quipped about covering topics like ‘stamp collecting and monetary policy.’ However, he also revealed that there’s a possibility he’d touch on another topic – Charlie Sheen.

“In these times of truly global crisis when fear is outracing hope, I think we can all be grateful that the guy who played Duckie in ‘Pretty in Pink’ is writing a book,” he joked in a statement released Wednesday. “It’ll be filled with just what you’d expect from me; juicy tidbits on international monetary policy, catty comments regarding agriculture in Central Asia and, of course, forbidden anecdotes about stamp collecting. And maybe I’ll talk about Charlie Sheen.”

Although Cryer’s memoir does not have an official release date right now, there’s one thing that is set in stone where the actor is concerned – the 12th season of Two and a Half Men. On March 13, 2014, CBS released an official statement announcing the renewal of the show.

  • Jon Cryer Writing Memoir, Promises To Be ‘Candid’

Another celebrity memoir will be hitting bookshelves soon. (Or your Kindle and iPad, if that’s what you’re into.)

Two and a Half Men star Jon Cryer has signed a deal to write a memoir that will be released in Spring 2015. The actor signed a deal with publisher New American Library, a Penguin imprint.

The book will cover everything from Cryer’s infamous role as Duckie, the best friend of Molly Ringwald’s Andie Walsh in Pretty in Pink who pined for her while she was busy falling for Andrew McCarthy’s Blane McDonnagh, all the way to Cryer’s current role as Alan Harper on the hit CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men.

Many people are most excited about the Charlie Sheen section the book will more than likely cover. Being one of the people so close to the action when Sheen left Two and a Half Men, surely Cryer could shed some light on Sheen’s alleged substance abuse problems, his constant “winning” and other erratic behavior, as well as his public fight with show creator Chuck Lorre.

In a statement announcing the book, Cryer said, “In these times of truly global crisis when fear is outracing hope, I think we can all be grateful that the guy who played Duckie in Pretty in Pink is writing a book. It’ll be filled with just what you’d expect from me; juicy tidbits on international monetary policy, catty comments regarding agriculture in Central Asia and, of course, forbidden anecdotes about stamp collecting. And maybe I’ll talk about Charlie Sheen.”

While we aren’t currently sure what all Cryer will include in his memoir, New American Library promises the actor “will open up about friendships and relationships, pay tribute to his mentors and offer readers a front-row seat as he reminisces about his life and experiences in showbiz over the last 30 years.”

Cryer took to Twitter to post a link to The Hollywood Reporter article about his upcoming memoir with the simple caption, “This.”

Fans are excited about Cryers upcoming memoir.

  • Molly Ringwald: 30 Years Post ‘Breakfast Club’

Molly Ringwald played the role of The Breakfast Club’s Claire Standish 30 years ago. Now the actress is looking back at her time in the film–the one that ultimately launched her very successful career.

Just 16 at the time, Ringwald’s role as Claire could have been so many female high school students in the 1980s–no doubt one of the reasons the film was so successful. Just a year later, Molly Ringwald went on to star in the very successful Pretty in Pink, in which she starred opposite a very young and handsome Jon Cryer. Yes, that’s the very same Jon Cryer of Two and a Half Men fame.

Molly shared a Twitter post of the school in The Breakfast Club in honor of the film that was immensely popular three decades ago.

She also shared a tweet that included a photo of her with Pretty in Pink costar Jon Cryer.

Molly Ringwald has taken to concentrating on her music during the past couple of years. Fans might be surprised to learn that she hadn’t planned on being an actress, but actually hoped to make it big in the music world instead. She released a cover album of jazz music in 2013, which includes Don’t You (Forget About Me) which, although not a jazz tune, is a familiar one to fans of The Breakfast Club. She has even gone on the road performing cuts from her album, most recently in Stowe, Vermont. Interestingly enough, she had the following to say about the song–and her films–during an interview with a Burlington, Vermont publication.

“I try to distance myself in that I don’t feel like I live in the past,” she told the Burlington (Vermont) Free Press ahead of a concert set for Saturday. “I feel like I have to have respect for the past as well. I’m cognizant of the fact that those movies meant a lot and still do mean a lot to a lot of people.”

She added, “I don’t really talk about those movies that much. It’s not really where I’m at right now.”

So why was Don’t You (Forget About Me) on the album then?

John Hughes, the beloved director of The Breakfast Club, died while Molly Ringwald was recording her album.

Do you feel old knowing that The Breakfast Club is 30 years old?

  • Jon Cryer Double Dates with Ashton and Mila

Two and a Half Men star Jon Cryer was spotted with co-star Ashton Kutcher on Wednesday on a double date with their significant others.

48-year old Cryer brought his wife, entertainment reporter Lisa Joyner, while Kutcher had his fiance, actress Mila Kunis, by his side.

Kunis sported her long legs, wearing (short!) shorts with a red belted denim shirt dress and red wedge heels. Kutcher stayed casual in a Chicago Bears t-shirt and a baseball cap.

Although Kutcher and Kunis have known each other since the late 1990s when they met on the set of That ’70s Show, they have only been dating since 2012. Previously, Kutcher was married to actress Demi Moore.

It has recently been rumored that Kunis is pregnant – and she did little on Wednesday night to squash those rumors by wearing the billowing denim top – but that has not been confirmed by Kunis or Kutcher.

Perhaps the reason for the double date is because Kunis will soon be guest starring on Kutcher and Cryer’s sitcom, Two and a Half Men. She will be playing a character named Vivian: A young, beautiful, free-spirited world traveler.

According to the press release, Walden (played by Kutcher) feels an “instant connection with her, convinced she’s ‘the one.’ The problem is, Walden was about to propose to someone else.”

Kutcher joined Cryer on Two and a Half Men in 2011 after Charlie Sheen was fired from the show.

After spending time together in the restaurant on Wednesday, Kutcher retrieved the car from the valet as Kunis continued to chat up Cryer and his wife.

Cryer was previously married to British actress Sarah Trigger. Despite having a son together, the marriage only lasted 5 years. Then in 2007, Cryer announced on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno that he was engaged to 36-year old Joyner. They married in Mexico later that year. In 2009 they adopted a baby girl named Daisy.

As the two couples departed, hugs were exchanged. It surely won’t be the last time this quartet will be seen together.

  • Jeff Probst Naked in Two and a Half Men Cameo

Jeff Probst the popular host of Survivor as well as his own show that is appropriately named, The Jeff Probst Show, will be making an appearance on Two and a Half Men. The catch for Probst (but probably not for his fans) is that he will appear naked on the show. Ironically, Probst is a close friend to one of the show’s main stars, Jon Cryer, who had previously been interviewed about Two and a Half Men while appearing on Probst’s own show.

Probst, who is a four-time Emmy winner, recently spoke with TODAY about his upcoming cameo on the hit comedy. “I’m playing a version of me. I just jokingly mean that I’m not typically walking around naked with a plate of bacon. I don’t really eat bacon.”

When questioned about how the star ended up naked, Probst said:

“Even though it sounds weird given that I’m on CBS, it was really straightforward. I got a call from the casting director. I happen to be friends with [Jon] Cryer and I texted him and he said, ‘I just read the script. It’s really funny. You should do it.’ That was it. And then they said, ‘Oh by the way, you’ll be naked.’ I mean, how can you turn down ‘Two and a Half Men?’ — one of the greatest comedies of all time. I was really excited. I’ve done a lot of MAD TV and that kind of comedy but I’ve never done a situation comedy like this.”

In the middle of Probst’s hectic television schedule, he has also been busy working with the Red Cross as part of a fundraising initiative to help sufferers of Typhoon Haiyan.

  • Jon Cryer’s Ex: What World Is This Happening In?

It’s an embarrassing time for parents everywhere. Embarrassing as in, we’re embarrassed for you, Sarah Trigger. This woman is suggesting that the $8,000 per month in child support she gets from ex, “Two and a Half Men” star Jon Cryer, isn’t enough for their son, Charlie, to keep up with his peers’ extravagant lifestyles, and that he has been ridiculed at school, according to TMZ.

Seriously? What have we come to? I don’t even know HOW I would spend $8,000 a month. But, then again, I am not the child stuck in a divorce in Hollywood, with the pressures of keeping up with snotty teenage Joneses. Thank God.

So, to remedy this horrible, heart-wrenching situation, she has asked a judge to grant her eleven times that. After all, Jon Cryer is making $2 Million each month doing “Two and a Half Men”, it shouldn’t be too much of a stretch for him. Perhaps for $88,969 the ex-Mrs. Cryer can keep her boy at the top of the social expectancy ladder. That would sure give us all a warm and cozy feeling.

Trigger said that Charlie’s friends would go on “exotic vacations in the summer and winter like Europe and Thailand” and hosted “huge birthday parties at expensive places like Sky High Sports and they invite the entire grade,” both of which she can’t afford. Poor thing. She’s aware that there are people who can’t afford to EAT everyday, right?

“Last year there were multiple Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs all with custom invitations, a dress code and huge private receptions afterward,” she continued. Well, now, if the judge grants poor Sarah Trigger’s request, hopefully she can lift her baby up to the standards that surround them. Then they won’t have to suffer anymore…

  • Jon Cryer’s Ex-Wife, Sarah Trigger, Seeks Extra $80K in Monthly Child Support

“If it isn’t one thing, it’s another.” That’s probably what actor and director, Jon Cryer, is thinking based on his most recent stumbling block – his ex-wife. According to TMZ, Cryer’s ex-wife, British actress Sarah Trigger, has went before a judge, requesting that she be granted the right to acquire an additional $80,000 per month in child support for the couple’s 13-year-old son, Charlie Cryer. As a matter of fact, she wants a staggering total of $88,969 per month. But, it’s not as outlandish as it sounds.

While this may seem astronomical to most people, you have to look at all of the claims involved. Trigger now has custody of their son, and he is in her care more than’ 50 percent of the time’, TMZ reports. She currently receives $8,000 in monthly child support. However, she feels that the current amount is gravely unacceptable in comparison to the $2 million a month she claims that Cryer makes starring on the hit sitcom, “Two and a Half Men.” But her claim isn’t a misconception.
    (image)

If the Forbes‘ list of ‘TV’s Highest Paid Actors of 2013 proves accurate, Trigger may be right on the money, literally and figuratively. The notable American business publication reported that Cryer and his “Two and a Half Men” co-star, Ashton Kutcher topped the list in earnings this year. According to Forbes, Cryer garnered an estimated $21 million from June 2012 to June 2013, which equates to approximately $1.75 a month; close enough.

The current $8,000 monthly sum was established back in 2010 when Trigger only had custody of the child for just ‘four percent of the time.’ So, when you do the math, her claim and request may be legitimate, based on Cryer’s income.

But, here’s where things get tricky. Trigger also claims that their son has become a victim of scrutiny in school as a result of the ‘meager’ child support she receives. In other words, she claims he’s being bullied because their lifestyle isn’t up-to-par with that of his peers, since they only receive $8,000 a month. Now, for those who do not know, Cryer’s son attends the prestigious Buckley School in Sherman Oaks, CA, which costs $33,775 annually. In a nutshell, most of their son’s peers come from wealthy families. So, $8,000 a month may seem like a far cry from financial distress, but it could actually be considered embarrassing.

She stated that her son’s friends have opportunities she can’t afford, such as ‘exotic summer vacations’ and winter trips overseas to places like ‘Europe and Thailand.’ She also stated that some of their son’s friends have hosted, “huge birthday parties at expensive places like Sky High Sports and they invite the entire grade.”

Trigger admitted that these type of luxurious are definitely out of her current budget. “Last year there were multiple Bar Mitzvahs and Bat Mitzvahs all with custom invitations, a dress code and huge private receptions afterward,” she explained. Trigger specified that the increase in child support would be solely for purpose of bettering the child’s quality of life.

Cryer has not responded to Trigger’s claims or demands.

  • Jon Cryer, Ashton Kutcher: Highest Paid TV Actors

Jon Cryer, while just the side-kick to Ashton Kutcher’s character on Two and A Half Men, has ranked at number two on Forbes‘ list of highest paid actors in television. Ashton Kutcher, while entering the series late after Charlie Sheen had his dramatic exit, is listed as the highest paid actor on television.

Kutcher was brought in to replace Sheen, who was fired from the show, and was introduced in the season nine premiere.

Two and A Half Men has been running since 2003, and while currently in its 11th season, has changed a lot over the years, particularly with adding Ashton Kutcher to the cast.

Apparently, it pays to be funny on television these days. One would think that a list of the highest paid actors would include someone from one of those popular shows that everyone is always talking about such as Breaking Bad or Mad Men, but part of the problem with those shows is that they do not get enough viewers to qualify when compared with shows on CBS.

Jon Cryer brought in an impressive $21 million, while his co-star Kutcher made $24 million. Next on the list was Ray Romano, who continues to make millions from the popular sitcom Everybody Loves Raymond, even years after ending, due to being in syndication. Following them are Neil Patrick Harris and Mark Harmon, who are tied for fourth with $15 million, and Patrick Dempsey coming in fifth with $13 million.

Last month, the list of the highest paid TV actresses was released, with Modern Family‘s Sofia Vergara being named the highest. Forbes magazine noted that the numbers dont include just the TV paychecks, but also any other “entertainment-related endeavors.”

During the first week of the new television season, 11.6 million people tuned in for two and a half men, and producer Chuck Lorre likely has no regrets on casting Kutcher in the supporting role, since he has made roughly $24 million in just over a year, making the show a huge success. His huge paycheck has given the opportunity to venture into even more investing, according to Forbes, where the full list of actors can also be seen.

Before his role on Two And A Half Men, Jon Cryer appeared in the John Hughes classic Pretty In Pink, as well as Hot Shots and other small roles. Cryer also won an Emmy for his role on the show in 2012.

  • Amber Tamblyn Joins Cast of ‘Two and a Half Men’

Despite major character and plot changes —most notably the loss of Charlie Harper, formerly played by oft-troubled actor Charlie Sheen— Two and a Half Men has managed to become one of the most successful sitcoms of the last decade. In 2011, the character of Walden Schmidt, starring actor actor Ashton Kutcher was introduced as a replace for Sheen.

Less than five months ago, CBS announced that another series regular, Angus T. Jones, who plays the son of Jon Cryer’s character Alan, would also be phased out of the series. Enter Amber Tamblyn. Cast as the late Charlie’s long-lost lesbian daughter, Tamblyn is slated to appear in five episodes, with the possibility of becoming a lead character.

The addition of a female character to the testosterone-filled sitcom is sure to create some interesting dialogue between the cast. Producer Chuck Lorre told reports at last year’s Television Critics Association’s summer press tour: “The show has had enough testosterone to last a lifetime…it would be great to have a voice on the show from a different perspective.”

Tamblyn, best known for playing sassy and quick-witted characters like Tibby in The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants, is a natural choice for this role.  Her character Jenny is also likely to get into some interesting situations as she struggles to make it as an actress in L.A. while trying to connect with a family she has only just met.

Fans of the beloved hit TV show House may remember Amber as the brilliant but socially awkward Martha Masters. Tamblyn took on the role during the last two seasons of the show and became a surprising favorite among the show’s cult following.

While Tamblyn is well-known for her acting chops, many fans would be surprised to know that she is also a poet with several critically acclaimed published works.

The 11th season of Two and a Half Men premiers September 26th at 9:30/8:30 CST.
