    Jessica Alba is super sexy in a recent cover shot for Shape magazine–she graces that cover in a bikini–but within its pages she talks about how she hates working out.

    So how does the mom of two manage to look so fantastic–with barely anything on?

    It seems Jessica Alba does work out–she simply doesn’t do it in a traditional manner.

    The actress credits the “martial arts, gymnastics, dance, and strength training” she did while filming Dark Angel for her taut and toned body.

    “That’s made me strong,” she told Shape. “And really set the bar.”

    Often left with only 30 minutes in her busy day to work out, Jessica Alba manages to get it done with a “series of burpees, mountain climbers, squat jumps, planks, and a few sun salutations.”

    “But I’m not going to lie. Working out sucks. Which is why I love taking classes, because I’m surrounded by other people and that keeps me motivated and accountable,” the Sin City star adds. “These days, I do power yoga with light weights in a 105-degree room, so it’s a mix of hot yoga and strength training. I also spin. The key for me is good music, like 2 Chainz, Lil Wayne, Rihanna, Jay Z, Beyoncé.”

    Jessica Alba, who also co-founded The Honest Company–claims she is far more comfortable in a bikini since she gave birth to her two daughters than she ever was before.

    “I wasn’t truly confident about my body until I had my daughters, Honor, seven, and Haven, three,” she said. “I felt more comfortable in my own skin after they were born. Plus, if I want them to be happy with their bodies, I need to walk the walk.”

    At one point during their getaway, Jessica Alba and hubby Cash Warren were joined by friends Chrissy Teigen and John Legend for some fun in the sun and surf. The whole gang enjoyed some beers together, as well as some swimming with Jessica and Cash’s two daughters.

    In addition to working out at the gym while on vacation, it’s plain to see how Jessica Alba achieves her amazing bikini body. She never stops. Even while away with her hubby and the kids, she seems to keep up a full-speed-ahead itinerary of friends and fun that no doubt help burn the calories away. She’s always been known as a supermom, and that likely helps keep her in bikini shape, too.

    Jessica Alba still looks amazing despite having two young children, and she’s not afraid to flaunt her body.

    The 31-year old was snapped while vacationing in Cabo San Lucas over the holidays wearing a teeny bikini; she was accompanied by her husband, Cash Warren, and their two girls. Alba gave out her secrets to slim success earlier this year when she was photographed by the pool in Italy, saying she drinks plenty of water and eats organic as much as possible.

    “I don’t eat a lot of processed foods. I never eat fast food and I don’t eat or drink high-sugar, processed anything,” she said. “I stick to mostly organic foods — lots of vegetables and fruit.”

    Of course, a busy schedule juggling motherhood and filming “Sin City: A Dame To Kill For” probably helps her stay in shape. The highly-anticipated sequel is due out this October.

    If you’re a mom, you’re probably aware of just how hard it is to lose that baby weight. Every woman struggles with post-baby diets, clothes not fitting properly, and trying to get back into an exercise routine while taking care of an infant. But according to Jessica Alba, it could be as easy as sleeping and not eating fast food.

    Alba, who has been on vacation in Italy with her two young daughters and her mom, was spotted looking rather fit and trim in her two-pieces, making women everywhere jealous; her youngest is just 11 months old! But she says she doesn’t do anything radical to keep her body in shape; rather, she makes sure she gets enough rest, never eats fast food, and eats organic when she can.

    As far as advice to new moms on how to maintain a healthy weight, Alba says:

    “Try to take advantage of naps as much as you can and drink lots of water,” she advised. “And eat as organic and fresh as possible because you want to put stuff in your body that’s going to help it run.”

    Of course, exercise plays a part, too, and the easiest way to do that when you have a young child is to strap the baby in the stroller and go for a walk. Even a brief burst of activity every day will help boost your metabolism. If that sounds too difficult, tape this picture up on the refrigerator. Sometimes a little encouragement goes a long way.
