    Blue Ivy was obviously born to Beyonce and Jay-Z. I mean, the world fawned over Beyonce’s baby bump for months as we awaited the new heir to the royal throne of Carter.

    While there was a minute of conspiracy theory when Beyonce appeared to have a collapsible belly in one video, that didn’t last long since Beyonce quickly began to post bare-belly pics.

    Blue Ivy will, of course, always be the daughter of Beyonce and Jay-Z, but there is a woman out there who has been making claims that she carried and gave birth to Blue Ivy.

    Now the woman, Tina Seals, says in a suit she filed against Beyonce, that she wants Blue Ivy back.

    What’s even weirder is the fact that Tina Seals has a history of making bogus surrogate mom claims in court against celebrities. In fact, Seals has little North West and Prince George on the list of babies she has tried to claim, but of course Kim, Kanye, and the Duke and Duchess have nothing to worry about. Just like Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Blue Ivy have nothing to worry about.

    However, Matrimonial Family Expert Leslie Barbara says that there is a way in which a surrogate could come back and sue for rights to the baby she carried for someone else.

    In New York, paid surrogacy is illegal, but unpaid surrogacy is legal. So, if Tina Seals could prove that Beyonce and Jay-Z paid her for her services (which they didn’t, of course, it’s just an example), thereby breaking the law, she could actually gain visitation rights.

    Blue Ivy is safe, though. There are plenty of medical documents proving that Blue Ivy is made of Beyonce and Jay-Z, besides the fact that the resemblance is super-strong!

    I hope Tina Seals can get the help she needs and will leave Blue Ivy alone.

    With the American leg of the On The Run tour wrapping up, it’s widely speculated that the couple have come to the end of their hugely profitable relationship.

    US Weekly claims in an alleged exclusive that they know for certain that the next step is a breakup.

    The magazine claims that a source informed them that the 32-year-old singer is already inching towards the exit. The insider said that “she is done” once the tour wraps up in France.

    After this, the source claims Beyonce will leave her 44-year-old husband. Of course the question now, if this is true, is what becomes of their two-year-old daughter?

    Celebrity splits tend to be hard enough when it’s just a matter of money and property. Beyonce claimed close to a billion dollars in her recent “**Flawless” remix.

    That’s a lot of cash to divide, but it’s far less problematic than the matter of what happens to young Blue.

    If the couple are really headed towards a divorce, one can only hope what’s best for their very young daughter is taken into consideration.

    Still, this remains heavy speculation. For all the claims of an “imminent” divorce, we’ve yet to see any definite proof a divorce is on the way.

    It’s not all that unusual for someone to question the paternity of a child. People like Jerry Springer have built a long career off of paternity tests and battles. But questioning who the mother is seems like a much tougher fight.

    But that is exactly what a woman named Tina Seals is doing. Ms. Seals claims she is the real mother of Jay-Z and Beyonce’s baby, Blue Ivy. She says the star pair engaged her services as a surrogate mother.

    Now Tina Seals has filed a suit against Jay-Z and Beyonce in an effort to prove maternity. The lawsuit allegedly says that Seals seeks “to verify whether she is the biological mother” of Blue Ivy, and that she was “previously associated” in some way with the couple.

    Jay-Z and Beyonce have been the target of loads of divorce rumors lately, joining Portia de Rossi and Ellen DeGeneres in the ranks of celebs who are being hounded apart by gossip columnists eager to find any tidbit of dirt that might sell.

    But as to the notion of Tina Seals’ alleged maternity, a surprising bit of information has come to light. This same woman has made claims and filed lawsuits to “prove” her maternity in cases involving Kim Kardashian and Kanye West, claiming she was North West’s real mother.

    But it doesn’t stop there.

    She also claims to be the mother of Michael Jackson’s kids, Prince, Paris, and Blanket.

    Apparently, this woman is after some spotlight time, and maybe more if she can get it. Her lawsuit against Kim and Kanye was tossed out of court by Judge Loretta A. Preska who noted that this “is one of the more than a dozen cases that Plaintiff has filed in this Court in the past month.”

    Seals was suing these celebs for a variety of compensation schemes. She wanted cash, vocal lessons, albums featuring herself and Mariah Carey, and just plain attention.

    But the nut-jobbery keeps on going. She also sued the United States of America, specifically naming the president, Congress, “the police”, the FBI, the CIA, and “the People of the United States”. Her allegations in that suit got a bit crazy.

    I am being accused of being “Sarah,” Sari,” “Sariah” – an AWOL member of Congress. The Defendants, and their associates kick, hit, push, stalk, harass, run at, scream at, ride bikes at, cuss at me declaring “Get to Work,” “Get to Washington.” “Get on the bus.” “Youre late for work!” “You dont have CHANGE”

    Defendants, without Due PRocess of Law, Equal Protection of Law, 4th, 5th, 6th and 14th, and in violation of Election Law, are attempting to FORCE me to go to Washington, Boston, or Texas, claiming I am an AWOL Congresswoman.

    Also, certain workers of the United States Congress are telling me “face down”, “below the Mason Dixon Line,” yelling obscene things at me, harassing me, and I have no context as to why.

    It looks like Tina Seals is simply one more problem in the 99 Jay-Z has to deal with, but this one should go away quietly.

    Jay-Z and Beyoncé have been “on the run” all summer, but they haven’t been able to dodge the endless rumors about the alleged demise of the marriage.

    Now,  another rumor is adding fuel to the speculative fire. According to IB Times, Jay-Z’s alleged mistress has released a new song, and she has a lot to say about the Holy Grail rapper and his famous wife.

    The song, titled “Sorry Ms. Carter,” was reportedly released by an upcoming female emcee who raps under the stage name Liv. The “diss” record is basically an open letter in musical form.

    Liv shared some shocking details about her alleged relationship with Jay. Although the mystery woman made it clear she and the rapper-businessman did not have sex, she did reveal they shared a special “connection.”

    “I was gonna respect you,” she said during the introduction of the song.. “But since you crossed over into my lane, it’s time to check you,”Your man? He likes all natural, flawless model chicks like me.”

    She started the first verse of the song with a few details about her recent rise to tabloid fame. “I make songs about my life and style, not knowing it would end up in Life & Style.” As the song progresses, she delves into her relationship with the “Tom Ford” rapper sharing a few contradictory details about their time together. Although she insists they never had sex, she alleges they connected through emotional intimacy in a way he never has with Queen Bey.

    “Me and Jay never screwed…we connected on some hip hop s–t, he could be himself with me any day that s–t…We were attracted like magnets, us crossing paths was no accident…When I stepped out, I took a piece of his heart.”

    The release of the questionable song follows months of speculation about Jay-Z’s alleged affairs. However, their rumored marital problems began making headlines when Jay was involved in a physical altercation with his sister-in-law Solange inside of an elevator back in May. Jay-Z and Beyoncé have yet to confirm or deny any of the rumors.

    It was an apology and non-apology at the same time, as the alleged mistress said that her major goal was demonstrating that girls can get into the industry without becoming someone’s mistress.

    What others see as Liv’s desperate attempt to ride the coattails of the Carters has led to an unsurprising amount of vitriol dumped on her by Beyonce fans and others.

    Jay-Z and Beyonce look like they will be just fine. The pair, who have endured speculation on their marriage since May, seemed very lovey on their Los Angeles stopover during their On the Run tour.

    The two shared an impressive kiss on stage after performing Young Forever. They wrapped it up with dual shout-outs. Beyonce said, “Last but not least, give it up for Mr. Carter,” Then Jay-Z added: “No. Last but not least, give it up for Mrs. Carter.”

    Jay-Z and Beyonce tag-teamed each other to sing their seperate hits, coming together to sing their duets with a backdrop that seemed like a trailer for a new Bonnie and Clyde movie. The footage showed the two of them robbing banks, making getaways, and frolicking in cheap hotels with the words “This is not real” flashing across the scenes.

    It also showed footage of Jay-Z and Beyonce at their wedding, vacations, and playing with daughter Blue Ivy as the words “This is real” flashed on screen.

    Such touching sentiment for a couple whose marriage has been completely picked apart since Jay-Z’s now infamous brawl with Beyonce’s sister, Solange Knowles, in an elevator in New York.

    The Daily Mail is reporting that Beyoncé is looking for apartments in both Los Angeles and New York, that she has been “leaning” on her long-time bodyguard and friend Julius De Boer, and she has also been spotted without her wedding ring.

    However, the most newsworthy item of the day is that Jay Z is doing all that he can to save his marriage and that includes talking his wife into taking a five-week “make or break” vacation.

    Of course if Beyoncé is already parading around without her wedding ring, she may need some serious persuading before she jets off for the rest of the summer. A source claims that the rapper is desperate to keep the marriage together. “He adores his daughter Blue Ivy and he wants a sibling for her, but Beyoncé isn’t sure what she wants to do – their marriage is in flux, that’s the truth,” the source said. “Jay just wants them to spend some time alone together to try and work it out.”

    The power couple is currently traveling the West Cost for their combined On The Run Tour. During the concert at Safeco Field in Seattle on Wednesday night, where Beyoncé was seen without her wedding ring, she reportedly changed the lyrics of the song Resentment to reflect her current situation.     Even still, Beyoncé and Jay Z were extra amorous on stage during that same show in Seattle. Some reports are claiming that the couple is only denying the breakup rumors and pretending to be in love because of their current tour which is reportedly earning the pair $120 million.

    On Wednesday night Beyonce and Jay Z took to the stage in Seattle–a stop on their On the Run tour–and appeared as though they were ‘Crazy in Love’ for one another. It was so over the top that it looked fake–and it may very well be. Blue Ivy’s parents are likely shaking in their shoes, fearing that a confirmation of a split will hurt concert ticket sales.

    Blue Ivy even appears in recent Instagram shots Beyonce posted–also likely part of the effort to convey unity.

    Recent rumors have Beyonce shopping solo for an apartment in a building not far from Katie Holmes in New York City.     “We got on the phone and [Jay Z] was like, ‘Yo, Jeezy, when I was writing the verse I had tears in my eyes, man,’ because it took him so far back to Marcy. Every bar in that song was real — I put my hand on the bible,” Jeezy said.

    Jay-Z lived in the Marcy housing project when he was younger and allegedly sold crack in those early days, which he has rapped about on his own albums.

    Jay did the lyrics, but the beat came from producer Cardo, who said it was an accident that the song even got into Jeezy’s hands in the first place.

    Jay Z and Beyonce’s six-year marriage may be coming to an end, reports say. Though the couple has recently been seen cozying up to each other, sources say that they might be splitting after their “On the Run” tour is over.

    Jay Z, who allegedly cheated on Beyonce, is said to be doing all that he can in order to save his marriage. He even hired a marriage counselor to travel with them during their tour.

    Rumors say that the couple has been having problems since 2012, even before their daughter Blue Ivy was born. “They thought a baby would make things better. They made the classic mistake of thinking a child would change everything and help to rekindle the initial fire, it didn’t,” said the source. Things got better for a moment after Blue Ivy was born and Beyonce was even thinking of adding another member to the family.

    Though there are problems from both sides, public opinion seems to mostly blame Jay Z for the couple’s fallout. After the elevator incident where Beyonce’s sister Solange attacked Jay Z in an elevator, rumors started spreading that she lashed out because Jay Z cheated on her sister.

    A source told New York Post that the couple is figuring out how they can split without getting a divorce. “This is a huge concert tour and they’ve already gotten most of the money from the promoters up front,” the source said.

    A different source said that this isn’t the first time the couple separated.

    The source also said that both Jay Z and Beyonce stopped wearing their wedding rings. In light of their ongoing marital strife, odds are that their ‘On the Run’ tour will be their last one together. When in public, the couple still tries to show that they are doing well, but all that may fizzle out once the tour ends.

  • Leah Remini and BFF Jennifer Lopez Relax at Pool

    Leah Remini and bestie Jennifer Lopez recently hit up the pool together and posted the photographic evidence on J.Lo’s Instagram.

    “Jen asked me to meet up by the pool, right,” Remini says in the video. “Here’s me – normal, look at this one. Head wrap. Jewelry. Can you be ugly once?! Can you be normal once?! You’re such a jerk off!”

    “What?” is J.Lo’s innocent response.

    She starts to laugh and then Remini launches a mock attack on her friend.

    Lopez posted the video on Instagram with the following caption:

    Remini and Lopez have been friends for a while now.

    Remini has said that Lopez supported her during her highly publicized exit from Scientology last summer.

    J.Lo confirmed it during a March 21 appearance on The Ellen Degeneres Show.

    “Yeah, it was a tough moment for her. You know what I mean? It’s all she knew her whole life,” Lopez said. “When you’re raised a certain way and around people for a long time – whatever that is – it’s going to be hard.”

    Remini, who is best known for her work on King of Queens where she starred as Carrie Heffernan from 1998 to 2007, isn’t afraid to address her decision to leave Scientology on her new reality show Leah Remini: It’s All Relative.

    “My mother got involved when we were very young, so it’s all we really ever knew,” Remini said, echoing J.Lo’s comments to Degeneres. “But over time, my eyes opened and I could no longer be affiliated with the organization.”

    The two friends recently returned from a trip to The Hamptons. While there, it was Lopez who caught Remini on video, secretly recording her friend jamming to a Jay-Z song that was playing on the radio while they were in the car together.

    Rapper Jeezy told MTV that Jay-Z became emotional as he penned lyrics for his verse for the single “Seen It All.”

    Jeezy, 36, revealed, “We got on the phone and [Jay-Z] was like, ‘Yo, Jeezy, when I was writing the verse I had tears in my eyes, man,’ because it took him so far back to Marcy.” Jay-Z, born Shawn Corey Carter, added, “Every bar in that song was real – I put my hand on the bible.”

    In his 2010 memoir Decoded, Jay-Z related the story of how his uncle Ray was stabbed to death when the rapper was nine, which made his father, Adnis Reeves, fall into darkness.

    Jay-Z wrote, “My dad swore revenge and became obsessed with hunting down Uncle Ray’s killer. The tragedy – compounded by the injustice – drove him crazy, sent him to the bottle, and ultimately became a factor in the unraveling of my parents’ marriage.”

  • Alex Rodriguez Sued by Own Lawyer Over Alleged Unpaid Legal Fees

    Alex Rodriguez is being sued by his own attorney, David Cornwell, over $380,000 in allegedly unpaid legal fees.

    In a lawsuit filed in Manhattan on Monday, Cornwell and his firm Gordan & Rees said Rodriguez never finished paying them for work performed on his failed bid to overturn a lengthy doping suspension received in connection with the Biogenesis scandal.

    Rodriguez’ troubles started back in January 2013 when the Miami New Times published an article linking him, Ryan Braun, Melky Cabrera, Bartolo Colón, and others to the Biogenesis Clinic. Although Biogensis billed itself as an anti-aging clinic, it was actually providing the athletes with performance-enhancing drugs.

    When the MLB commenced a series of meetings and investigations, Rodriguez set about assembling what he called a “legal dream team.” He included Cornwell because the veteran sports attorney had been a key player in getting Ryan Braun’s 2012 doping suspension overturned.

    In August the MLB banned Rodriguez for 211 games. In January the suspension was reduced to 162 games, effectively keeping the New York Yankees third baseman off the field for the entire 2014 season.

    In a 12-page complaint filed by Gordon & Rees in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, the firm said that Rodriguez is acting at least partially upon the recommendation of Roc Nation Sports, a sports management company owned by Shawn “Jay Z” Carter.

    “Most recently, Mr. Rodriguez admitted that his advisers at Roc Nation, most specifically, Desiree Perez, instructed him ‘not to pay the invoices, and to make Gordon & Rees sue’ him.”

    Desiree Perez is one of Jay Z’s top advisors at Roc Nation. And she’s had her own share of trouble with the law. In 1994 she was arrested for intent to distribute cocaine and later served as a cooperating witness for the Drug Enforcement Administration.

    Back in May, when Rodriguez was set to cut a deal with the MLB and retire early, Perez allegedly convinced him to continue fighting the charges.

    What does A-Rod have to say about all of this?

    “Alex Rodriguez has already paid substantial legal fees to this firm,” said his spokesman. “There are additional fees being sought from hours that continued to be billed and are the source of the disagreement between the parties.     And Rodriguez has denied being influenced by Perez, saying he has no official ties to Roc Nation Sports:

    “I made my own decisions with my legal team over the last year, and I have accepted my penalties and am trying to serve my penalty.”

    Jay-Z and Beyonce recently made the news due to their concert screens flashing pics of Justin Bieber’s mugshot. But that bit of falderal may be small potatoes compared to the latest celeb news about the star couple. Even with Jay-Z and Beyonce touring together, the rumor mill is still grinding on about the state of their marriage.

    Now the latest dope is that the pair are engaging the services of a marriage counseling professional to try to save their marriage. And the pro they are using is the same one who helped Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin. So they’ve got that going for them. In fact, Paltrow herself introduced the couple to her counselor.

    And why might marriage counseling be the path the couple needs? Rumors have long abounded about Jay-Z’s penchant for fooling around. Regardless of any basis to those, that is what is being floated as the reason for the marital disharmony.

    Perhaps it is simpler than all that. Maybe it’s just tough for a celebrity couple to do what any couple would need to do to keep a marriage strong. There are unique challenges, such a paparazzi and raving fans, that most people don’t have to deal with. Sure, they have money and can insulate themselves to a certain degree. But it can be easy to see that rich celebs may have challenges that most people don’t even stop to think about.

    Marriage counseling is not just about saving a “failing” marriage. It can be about giving a marriage a “tune-up” to help during stressful time, such as after a new addition to the family, loss or gain of a job, and even when things are suddenly going well money-wise.

    Counsellor Donna White says that there are lots of reasons for couples to seek counseling, including, “When the partners do not know how to resolve their differences.” That can be a situation where a couple knows what is going on, and wants to fix it, but don’t know how to approach fixing it.

    Rumors about trouble for Beyonce and Jay-Z have gone on for a while now. Maybe the best thing to do is leave them alone and let them work.

    Marriage counseling is reportedly the last hope for Jay-Z and Beyonce’s faltering marriage. After months of marital imbalance and rumored controversies, the rapper is giving it his all to save his relationship.

    The therapist who is conducting their marriage counseling was reportedly recommended by the couple’s friend, Gwyneth Paltrow. If that therapist had a hand in saving her marriage to Chris Martin and causing the headline-exhausting “recoupling” efforts of the two, then perhaps there is hope for Jay-Z and Beyonce after all.

    Marriage counseling will hopefully heal some of the wounds that have been opened in the extended family. The fight with Beyonce’s sister, Solange Knowles, last month at the Met Gala was rumored to be over Jay-Z’s flirting with Rachel Roy, whom he has been linked to for some time. However, there are suspicions floating around that Jay-Z has had numerous affairs during his marriage to Beyonce.

    For several months, Mr. Carter has been awash in rumored hook-ups with the likes of Rihanna and Rita Ora. Rita Ora, however, vehemently denied such tabloid fodder.

    If I were facing the nasty, ugly side of Beyonce, I would deny as well.

    The most disturbing of all the rumors came out last month when a source said, “When people talk about Jay-Z and his mistresses, they often forget about a mainstay who has been there forever. She is the person he calls when he needs to be discreet and thinking about old times. She is that very short named R&B singer who hasn’t had a hit in awhile and doesn’t really even act or record any longer. She basically lives off the generosity of Jay-Z and a couple of other guys. She peaked at A-.”

    The “source” was insinuating that Jay-Z has had a long time behind the scenes relationship with hip-hop singer Mya. Whether that is true or not, the fact remains that Jay-Z is allegedly ready to part with his wandering ways and repair his marriage with Beyonce. Hopefully, marriage counseling will be the fix they need.

    Controversy sells. Jay-Z is a tycoon because he knows what sells. He can brag about “the intelligence that Jay-Z has” because he has the numbers to back it up.

    So now Hova and his lady are stirring the pot again, riling people up and selling tickets in the process.

    At the opening night of the joint Jay-Z and Beyonce tour called “On the Run”, the Jumbotron screens flashed images of stars and legends of the past who had been printed and mugshot by police. These included Sean “Diddy” Combs, Jim Morrison, Robert Downey Jr., Jane Fonda, David Bowie, Bill Gates, Tupac, and .., Justin Bieber?

    Beyonce talked over the photo montage about how “Even the greatest can fall.”

    Jay-Z, whose own arrest was chronicled in his hit “99 Problems”, included the Bieber mugshot after the singer was investigated for throwing eggs, as well as other run-ins with the law.

    The question is whether including Bieber as among “the greatest” was done as a joke, a diss, or in earnest. As this video shows, Bieber’s image was flashed in a band-tacit moment when the line “Poof … vamoose son of a bitch” happened. (Note the 0:59 mark)

    Fans up and down both sides are already supplying their opinions.

    The concert was also noted for showing heretofore unseen video footage of Jay-Z and Beyonce’s wedding, much to the delight of fans.
