    Jada Pinkett Smith has a hot public announcement for America: 40-somethings can rock thongs! (But women only please!) Pinkett vacationed in the beautiful Hawaii for Thanksgiving with her two children Willow and Jaden. Although this was a family vacation, Pinkett made it quite clear that there is no need for moms to be G-rated as she sported a zebra-print thong on the beach.

    Pinkett shamelessly splashed around in the water and frolicked in the sand. But of course with a body like that, who could be shameful? Pinkett strolled in the sun with braids down to her waist and buns unconcealed. Pinkett paired the sexy bikini bottoms with a skimpy black top exposing her killer abdominals.

    But according to E! News, this isn’t the first time this goddess of the sea has left everyone drooling. A year ago, Pinkett also tweeted some photos of herself emerging from the sparkling water in a hot pink bikini with her hair pulled regally back, and of course, a sculpted tummy to match the rest of her perfect physique.

    Along with this stunningly sexy tweet, Pinkett had a kick-ass message to tweet about age and beauty:

    But 40-years pride may not be the only reason that Ms. Pinkett Smith is deciding to bare it all on the beach. After the swirling rumors that her husband Will Smith might be cheating on her with his Focus co-star Margot Robbie, Jada might just being trying to let the public know that her husband has absolutely no reason to cheat. When Will has a woman with tight buns and abs of steel, what other temptation is left in the world?

  • Will Smith and Margot Robbie Together Again

    Will Smith and Margot Robbie were spotted together in public once again, however this time the Focus costars kept their clothes on and their hands to themselves. This is the first time the two have been seen together since rumors of his cheating on wife Jada Pinkett Smith with Robbie surfaced weeks ago.

    Appearing in Argentina for a photo call for Focus, Smith and Robbie seemed happy and completely comfortable in one another’s presence, despite the rumors that ran rampant of a split between Will Smith and his wife of 16 years. The rumors stemmed from some rather loose behavior inside a photo booth between the two, with Smith nuzzling his costar as she exposed her bra. And while that isn’t the kind of behavior that many husbands and wives would approve of between a spouse and a coworker, it certainly has the potential to be that proverbial mountain from a molehill, too.

    Will Smith tweeted about the cheating rumors and the photos that appeared in Star magazine. He stated his dismay over how much his and Margot Robbie’s behavior was taken out of context.

    The actor certainly appeared in typical form on the set of Focus earlier in November–rapping for the crowd in true WIll Smith style–like he hadn’t a care in the world. Does this mean things are really okay at home?

    Hopefully both Will Smith and Margot Robbie have learned a serious lesson from their recent behavior–whether or not it constituted cheating on Will’s behalf. They should know that the cameras are always watching them and are in fact hoping to find them in some compromising position. Why even give them the fodder they so desperately seek–unless, of course, there’s more going on here than they are admitting?   • Jada Pinkett Smith: Is Will Cheating On Her?

    Rumors have been swirling more strongly than ever the past few months that Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith are having trouble in paradise. First there were divorce rumors in April 2012. Then rumors began again when it was thought that Will and Jada had an open marriage. This was followed by rumors in September that Jada was moving out of the family home. She added more fuel to the fire when she posted a “letter to a friend” on her Facebook concerning divorce.

    Through all these rumors, both Smith camps have denied the couple are on the rocks. One insider recently told US Weekly, “Everything with them is great.”

    Rumors of a trial separation have started again after Jada was seen sporting a new ‘do – sans wedding ring – at the Make Equality Reality event in Hollywood.

    And something else making people believe there is an end in sight for the couple – cheating rumors. Star magazine (insanely credible, I know) are reporting that Will took some compromising photos with his current Focus co-star, 23-year-old Margot Robbie.

    Apparently, on October 25, while in New Orleans, Will and Margot hopped into a photo booth at a party – Will was shirtless and Margot lifted up her shirt to show off her lingerie.

    An “eyewitness” told the rag, “Once they pulled the curtain back to take the pictures, they let their inhibitions run wild, laughing, hugging and muzzling each other in the dark.”

    The duo didn’t even take the photos, which Star magazine somehow got their hands on.

    Insiders gave a different story to US Weekly.

    “They’re not hooking up,” said the insider, adding, “That was a photo booth on set that the producers got for everyone. It was the last day of filming and everyone was taking pictures. They were just goofing around. Will is just like that. There’s nothing more to it.”

    What may seem like trouble to outsiders may not be a problem for Will and Jada. It’s their relationship, and only they can decide what is best for them.

    And even in July, when rumors were still abound, Jada told Redbook that it would take quite a lot for her to “abandon” her husband. “I have been affected by gossip and I know people who have been, too. I’ve seen marriages destroyed by gossip. It is cruel. At the end of the day, all that matters is: Do you love what you see when you look in the mirror? That is it, baby,” said Jada, adding, “What is the thing that Will could do to make me not love him? That would make me abandon him? I can’t think of one. I’m sorry. Except if he did something bad to the kids — now we’ve got a problem.”

  • Jada Pinkett Smith Mentions Addictions On Facebook

    The Smith family has not resembled The Cleaver family lately. There have been many rumors circulating concerning Will and Jada Smith selling their house, having an open-marriage, and their imminent divorce. The bad media hasn’t been limited to Will and Jada, though. Their son Jaden became the target of Twitter-ridicule last week after releasing a series of tweets in which he pontificated about issues such as intelligence, school, and rules.

    Now, the rumor mill is churning once again. This time, Jada Pinkett Smith finds herself the target of the media for recent comments posted on her Facebook account. In a status update on September 19th, Smith mentioned having past addictions:

    Since that post, the media has been ablaze concerning the addictions mentioned. Most outlets seem to agree that the addictions are of the drug or eating disorder variety.

    Smith has previously commented on the conditions she grew up in as a child, giving credence to the beliefs that the addictions centered on drugs: “I grew up in a drug-infested neighborhood where you walk out each day and you just hope that you make it. I came from a war zone. There was a possibility that I wouldn’t make it past 21—that was the reality. When I turned 40 (last year) it was a surreal moment because I had never imagined reaching 40.”

    The drug theory also makes sense considering Smith’s mother was a drug-addict herself. In commenting about the lifestyle of luxury her children live compared to her own upbringing, Smith remarked, “What I had to think about was, ‘Oh man, I wonder what I’m going to eat tonight because there’s no food here. How am I going to get to school? And is my mom going to be okay today? Will this be one more day she survives her addiction?’ That’s the kind of stuff I had to think about at 11.”

    The buzz that has been created surrounding this Facebook status demonstrates how obsessed Americans are with celebrities. Jada Pinkett Smith hasn’t been involved in any successful projects in a long time (Her last major project was the TV series “Hawthorne”, which ended in 2011), and yet the internet still goes crazy due to a rather ambiguous and benign Facebook post. Smith did not reveal what her addictions were, yet the speculation still runs amok. Perhaps she was addicted to Cheerios, which could only result in lower cholesterol and a healthy heart? Until her next Facebook update, the world may never know…

  • Jada Pinkett-Smith Talks About Addiction, Divorce On Facebook

    Jada Pinkett-Smith opened up to her Facebook fans recently, admitting that in the past she’s had problems with learning to cope and that she battled addictions over the years.

    “Yesterday I turned one year older, and I reflected on where I have been and where I am now,” she wrote. “What I learned about myself is this, when I was younger I was not a good problem solver, meaning I had a very difficult time with dealing with my problems in life. I had many addictions, of several kinds, to deal with my life issues, but today, at 42, I have my wisdom, my heart and my conscience as the only tools to overcome life’s inevitable obstacles. I have become a good problem solver with those tools, and I am damn proud. Thank you for all the love that was given to me for my birthday this year. What I hope is that we all continue to gain healthy understanding that life is really about, solving problems, and also about us learning to become masters at solving them.”

    The 42-year old entertainer also posted a “letter to a friend” concerning divorce, something her fans are curious about considering the rumors that have been floating around for months that her marriage to Will Smith is over.

    “A letter to a dear friend: You came to see me last night to tell me that you have decided to get a divorce,” she wrote. “Last night I only listened, but this morning I woke up with a hope for you. For the past five years, I have been meeting with elders who have been married for 25+ years to get understanding from many perspectives as to what marriage and love is all about. Almost all the couples have said that at some point in their marriage they have stumbled upon inevitably difficult moments that called for a break. I spoke to one couple who had a few years apart only to re-discover their desire to grow old together and to do what was necessary to continue to deepen their love for one another. My hope for you is this, that you consider taking the route that some of our elders have taken in giving your marriage some space and time before the drastic decision of divorce. Answers to big questions need time to find lasting truth vs the truth of the moment. After this process the answer may be the same, but at least you will have the clarity to go about it all with certainty and integrity, but you may also find that spark that could save and rekindle your marriage.”

    Pinkett-Smith signed the letter, “My humble thoughts.”

  • Jada Pinkett Smith Isn’t Moving Out, Rep Says

    Rumors have been flying lately that Will and Jada Smith’s marriage is on the rocks, and when word got around the web that the couple put their Malibu mansion up for sale just two years after moving in, it seemed like confirmation that the two were headed for divorce. However, a rep for Pinkett-Smith says they’re not going anywhere, and that the rumors are just that.

    “This is false. Their home is not on the market,” publicist Karynne Tencer told New York Daily News.

    The home, which boasts 25,000 square feet on seven acres of land, is an open, circular floor plan which Smith said the couple wanted to be indicative of the “infinite cycle that represented what Jada and I hoped for our love”. Included in the home are a recording studio, a screening room and spectacular views of a lake.

    Pinkett-Smith had to clarify her words on Facebook recently after she said in an interview that the key to a happy marriage was letting Will do what he wanted, something that fans took to mean an open relationship.

    “Will and I BOTH can do WHATEVER we want because we TRUST each other to do so. This does NOT mean we have an open relationship…this means we have a GROWN one, (sic)” she wrote.

    Despite the rumors, the family seems to be as close as ever, showing up together at the MTV VMAs earlier this month and making headlines during Lady Gaga’s performance, when Jaden and Jada were snapped mid-shocked face.

    Rumors have been swirling about Jada Pinkett Smith’s marriage to Will Smith since the actress made cryptic comments in a recent interview. More specifically, fans and gawkers wondered whether the couple have an open marriage.

    Now, Jada has directly responded to the rumors, in a way. The actress may actually have complicated the rumors a bit, since she has still not directly stated that her marriage isn’t open. That was her point, though, as she mused about what a marriage should be, and how trust and knowledge of a person are better than threats and controlling behavior.

    Open marriage?

    Let me first say this, there are far more important things to talk about in regards to what is happening in the world than whether I have an open marriage or not. I am addressing this issue because a very important subject has been born from discussions about my statement that may be worthy of addressing.

    The statement I made in regard to, “Will can do whatever he wants,” has illuminated the need to discuss the relationship between trust and love and how they co-exist.

    Do we believe loving someone means owning them? Do we believe that ownership is the reason someone should “behave”? Do we believe that all the expectations, conditions, and underlying threats of “you better act right or else” keep one honest and true? Do we believe that we can have meaningful relationships with people who have not defined nor live by the integrity of his or her higher self? What of unconditional love? Or does love look like, feel like, and operate as enslavement? Do we believe that the more control we put on someone the safer we are? What of TRUST and LOVE?

    Should we be married to individuals who can not be responsible for themselves and their families within their freedom? Should we be in relationships with individuals who we can not entrust to their own values, integrity, and LOVE…for us???

    Here is how I will change my statement…Will and I BOTH can do WHATEVER we want, because we TRUST each other to do so. This does NOT mean we have an open relationship…this means we have a GROWN one.

  • Willow Smith Tongue Ring: Twitter Shakes Its Head

    Willow Smith and her tongue ring has certainly caused a stir as of late. The 11 year-old, whose parts are Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith, instantly sent several outraged parents to various social media outlets when she posted a picture via Instagram featuring what appeared to be a metallic ball in the center of her tongue. How could her parents be so irresponsible? Why would anyone let a tween pierce her body? Insert Kyle’s mom here.

    Not surprisingly, the piercing is fake, which means that you probably got all worked up over nothing. According to Gossip Cop, the ball is held in place with magnets, which means that nothing was punctured in order to adhere the decoration to the young girl’s tongue. In other words, don’t write any angry letters to the Smith family saying how irresponsible they are for letting their daughter get her body pierced. You’re just going to look silly.

    Willow does, however, have a penchant for dying her hair outrageous colors, which her father doesn’t seem to have a problem with. “When you have a little girl, it’s like how can you teach her that you’re in control of her body?” Smith explained to Parade magazine. “If I teach her that I’m in charge of whether or not she can touch her hair, she’s going to replace me with some other man when she goes out in the world.”

    Despite the fact that Willow’s tongue piercing is nothing to get worked up about, some folks on Twitter have weighed in on the issue. Their outrage is palpable. You can find an amusing assortment of their 140-character opinions below. If nothing else, this has been an excellent example of gross misinformation in the age of social media.

    Jada Pinkett-Smith–actress, mother, musician, and wife to action-film star Will Smith–can now add another item to her resume: human trafficking activist.

    The Smiths met with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton recently to talk about the absurdly high number of people affected by what they call “modern slavery”, and the talk was actually brought about because of a younger member of the family–Willow Smith.

    “I will join Lou [CdeBaca, Ambassador-at-Large, Office To Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons] in thanking Jada Pinkett Smith and Will for being here,” Clinton said, “and through you, your daughter because, as Lou said, it was their daughter who brought this issue to Jada’s attention, and I am so pleased that she has taken on this cause. And we look forward to working with you.”

    Clinton went on to address the fact that over 27 million people around the world are engaged in human trafficking, which includes being traded as sex slaves. The business mostly affects women, and Clinton says she is pleased that President Obama and his administration are taking the problem seriously.

    “Traffickers prey on the hopes and dreams of those seeking a better life and our goal should be to put those hopes and dreams back within reach, whether it’s getting a good job to send money home to support a family, trying to get an education for oneself or one’s children, or simply pursuing new opportunities that might lead to a better life,” she said. “We need to ensure that all survivors have that opportunity to move past what they endured and to make the most of their potential.”

    Pinkett-Smith has appeared in a video to raise awareness of how urgent and widespread the problem of modern slavery is; she sings entirely in Spanish to illustrate her point, as the sex slave issue is rampant in the Latino community.

  • Jada Pinkett Smith Speaks Out Against Divorce Rumors

    Actress Jada Pinkett-Smith is the matriarch of a very talented family; her husband Will is the rapper-actor formerly known as the Fresh Prince, her daughter Willow is a tween sensation in the music world, and her son Jaden is making a name for himself in the movies since his debut with his dad in “The Pursuit Of Happyness“.

    It’s for this reason, she claims, that rumors are abounding about her split–and impending divorce–from Will.

    “These rumors are completely untrue,” she told Gala Magazine. “We’re waiting peacefully for the storm to blow over … Will and I know the truth.”

    When a tabloid reported that she had moved out of their home, Pinkett-Smith said her family is split apart most of the time lately due to the fact that they are all working; Will with Jaden on the set of an M. Night Shayamalan film, and Mom with Willow, who goes on tour this summer.

    Pinkett-Smith is also involved with a school project in Costa Rica, which she tweeted about recently.

    Whatever the reason for the separation, Smith wants it known that her family is as solid as ever and says she’s sure the rumors simply come from being a celebrity couple.

    “Every year, one celebrity couple is under the microscope. This year, unluckily, it’s us,” she said.
