  • Princess Beatrice Makes Twitter Royal

It’s official. Twitter has verified a royal addition.

Princess Beatrice is now a Twitter member!

You can follow the Princess here @yorkiebea

Clearly stoked to be certified, she tweeted this happy message.

So what else is the royal tweeting about these days?

Well it looks like Prince William’s cousin sent her first tweet last May. She even tweeted music-guru Pharrell Williams about his very infamous Grammy hat.

Thursday, Feb. 20, Williams shared news of the hat auction (which will be going to charity) with fans via Twitter.

The hat is currently at $15,200.

At least she’s got a sense of humor!

  • Mike Ditka Wants Matthew Stafford To Wear His Hat Correctly

Mike Ditka, former coach for the Bears and Saints, is an old-fashioned coach who believes that the leader of the football team should respect their game on and off of the field.

This is why Ditka has made his frustration known about the Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford consistently wearing his hat backwards.

“I think he can make all the throws. He’s a smart kid,” Ditka said, during an interview with the Detroit Free Press. “I wish he’d put the baseball cap on frontwards instead of backwards all the time.”

Ditka explains that he is not “knocking him”, but he believes he should be a leader, and that his appearance should reflect his leadership.

“If you’re the leader of the football team, I think you’ve got to stand up and be that leader, assume that role,” Ditka said. “A lot of it is what you do on the field, certainly. But I think a little of it has to do with appearance, too. You know, respect the game, respect your team. That’s all.

I’m not knocking him. I’m just saying that’s the first thing I would tell him if I inherited him. When you’re going to go do an interview, put it on like it’s supposed to be on, not backwards, sidewards, whatever way they put them on anymore.”

Luckily for Stafford, Ditka is not his coach. Of course the Lions’ coach could set rules regarding the appearance of his players, but so far, there are none. So, Stafford can, apparently, continue wearing his hat however he wants to.

  • Pharrell Talks About His Now Famous Grammy Hat

While the Grammy’s are over, everyone is still buzzing about what went down on Sunday night at the Staple Center. But beyond Queen Bey’s saucy rendition of “Drunk in Love” Grammy viewers can’t seem to get over the hat that Pharrell sported during the award show.

The hat was front and center when he was a presenter at the Grammy’s and was also worn the very next evening as he performed at the Los Angeles Staple Center for The Night That Changed America: A Grammy’s Salute To The Beatles.

The hat looks like Pharrell borrowed it from Smokey the Bear’s closet even though it’s was actually designed by Vivienne Westwood. Gossip about the giant, brown hat has been so out-of-control, it even spilled over to Twitter.

Pharrell might’ve taken hom a whopping four Grammy’s Sunday night but the thing we love best about him is his sense of humor. The star took to Twitter, playing along with Arby’s tweets.

Pharrell’s 2014 Grammy wins includes Producer of the Year-Non Classical, along with Best Pop Duo/Group Performance, Record of the Year and Album of the Year for his work with Daft Punk on their album Random Access Memories.
