  • Chelsea Bruck: Body Identified as Michigan Woman Missing Since October

    Chelsea Bruck went missing back in October after a Halloween party. Remains found on Saturday have been positively identified as those of the 22-year-old.

    According to a report from People magazine, the Wayne County medical examiner’s office told the Associated Press that dental records confirm the skeletal remains found at a home construction site are those of Chelsea Bruck.

    Back in October, when Chelsea Bruck first went missing, her sister Kassandra talked to People magazine.

    “We’re a very close family, and we talk all the time,” she said. “She was not unhappy or wanting to walk away. I’m getting married in two months and Chelsea is in the wedding. On the morning before she disappeared, she sent me a Facebook message saying, ‘I can’t wait until you get married.’ She wouldn’t go somewhere for this long without telling us.”

    Investigators in the Chelsea Bruck disappearance interviewed 138 people at the party she attended, and received numerous tips as a result. The fact that so many at the party wore costumes made it especially difficult for those investigators, however.

    Chelsea Bruck dressed as Batman villain Poison Ivy at the Halloween party where she was last seen alive. That costume was discovered back on April 5th, and ultimately led detectives to her body.

    A Facebook page dedicated to locating Chelsea Bruck posted a statement after her body was identified.

    This is the second 22-year-old whose body has been identified this weekend. How sad that two young women have lost their lives. In Indiana, 22-year-old Hannah Wilson’s body was discovered not far from Indiana University, where she was a student.

    How devastating it must be for the families of both of these young women to have sustained such tragic losses. Unlike the Hannah Wilson case, there have been no arrests made in the Chelsea Bruck murder.

  • Audrina Patridge: Crying Over Corey Bohan?

    Audrina Patridge was spotted a few days ago–decked out in a Halloween costume and crying on a bench–after attending Matthew Morrison’s Halloween party at Hyde nightclub in West Hollywood. The former Hills star went to the party with ex-boyfriend Corey Bohan. Is he the reason she was crying?

    “Audrina and Corey were fighting outside the club while waiting for an Uber,” a source told E! News. “Their Uber took 30 minutes and Audrina cried the entire time. Corey just sat there while Audrina yelled at him. Occasionally he would say something, but it seemed as if he just wanted to get out of there.”

    “He walked away from her a couple of times. She was screaming at Corey, telling him ‘It was you!’” the source added.

    Audrina Patridge was rather scantily-clad as she sobbed on the bench. It was kind of hard to figure out exactly what or whom she was dressed as for the Halloween bash. Corey Bohan was also in costume. He looked like a law enforcement official–maybe a game warden–dressed in a khaki shirt and shorts.


    So what’s the scoop with Audrina Patridge and Corey Bohan? Are they on? Are they off? Why did they even attend the party together if there was a chance that this might happen?

    “They are always going back and forth. Audrina is still in love with him, and they still hang out, but he is a total player and messes with her mentally,” the E! source says. “She really cares about him, and it breaks her heart that he can’t commit to her the way she wants him to.”

    Maybe Audrina Patridge’s tears on the bench indicated a final goodbye? If she is being messed with mentally, one can only hope she breaks up with Corey Bohan for good before any damage he does takes an even worse toll.

  • Val Chmerkovskiy: A Romance With Janel Parrish?

    Val Chmerkovskiy is paired with Janel Parrish this season on Dancing With the Stars–and the two make an impressive dance couple. Janel, however, wants a romance with Val–at least according to a source who spoke to Hollywood Life. Do you think he’s in love with her or could fall in love with her in the near future?

    “Janel wants something to happen but it’s still for the cameras,” the source tells Hollywood Life. “Janel‘s persistence may change things though. They play as a couple in front of the cameras and art might be imitating life if Janel gets her way.”

    Janel recently addressed rumors about her and Val via her blog. You’ll notice, however, that she never denied that something was brewing between the two.

    “As far as the rumors of romance between Val and me, I just want people to focus on the dancing that we do and the hard work that we do,” she wrote. “I appreciate that people see that we have chemistry, and we absolutely do, but whatever feelings we have, those are our feelings and those are personal.”

    Janel Parrish is a free woman these days, too, so there’s no reason she and Val Chmerkovskiy couldn’t embark on that romance. Janel and Payson Lewis called it quits shortly after she began competing on Dancing With the Stars. In fact, it was only a few hours after Payson announced his split from Janel online that she and Val double dated with his brother Maksim Chmerkovskiy and his former Dancing With the Stars partner, Meryl Davis.

    Janel was spotted out on a date with Val Chmerkovskiy yet again last weekend. In fact, the two were spotted kissing at an L.A. Halloween party.
