Meghan Trainor’s statement that, “boys like a little more booty to hold at night” has inspired normal-looking girls across the nation.
In the song, “All About That Bass”, of course, Meghan Trainor attributes the advice to her mother.
However, on Sunday’s Grammys red carpet, Meghan Trainor admitted that that piece of advice, in particular, actually came from her dad.
“My mom told me to always not worry about your size and be very confident,” Meghan Trainor explained. “But I think that [my dad] was the one who really said, ‘Don’t worry, baby — boys like booty to hold at night.’ My mom’s too sweet, she’s too innocent.”
That is hilarious! What a cool dad.

There’s that, and Meghan Trainor seems to be having a hard time figuring out romance.
When she was recently asked about dating, the lovable Meghan Trainor admitted that she had no clue.
She said, “I mean, hey, if someone could tell me how to do this, that would be awesome. A lot of the time I can’t figure it out!”
Poor thing! I would think her confidence and attitude would make her a great catch for some lucky guy, but the problem lies in finding those guys.
However, Meghan Trainor had some advice for herself and fans that may be facing the same problem.
She said, ”Go out with your mates when they ask you too. I stay home a lot, but if I went out, I’d meet more boys.”
She also added, ”Love yourself more. Be positive. Take risks.”
I don’t think Meghan Trainor is as clueless as she thinks she is.
She’s only 21. She has plenty of time, anyway.
