  • Teresa Giudice Released from Prison, Daughter Gia’s Reaction

Teresa Giudice of The Real Housewives of New Jersey fame was released from prison earlier on Wednesday after completing her 11-month sentence for bankruptcy fraud.

Daughter Gia Giudice Tweeted about her mom’s release.

Teresa Giudice had been in prison since January. She and her husband pleaded guilty in March 2014 to federal fraud charges. They admitted to hiding assets from bankruptcy creditors and submitting phony loan applications to get approximately $5 million in mortgages and construction loans.

On her way home, Teresa Giudice got a cappuccino–something she’d been craving while in prison.

When she arrived at her home in New Jersey, she found a $90,000 Lexus adorned with a big red bow–her Christmas present from Joe Giudice. Do you think Joe committed any crimes in acquiring the funds for that car?

Shortly after Christmas, Teresa Giudice’s husband will begin serving his prison sentence, which will last 41 months.

Gia Giuduce and her younger sisters will just get their mother back when their father will leave for over three years. This will no doubt have some kind of impact down the road on Joe and Teresa Giudice’s daughters.

Bravo will likely feature Teresa Giudice in a Real Housewives of New Jersey special in the near future. How long do you suppose it will be before Teresa is making money off having been in prison?

She no doubt was paid for some segments that were filmed while she was still behind bars.

  • Teresa Giudice Tells Husband Joe How to Survive in Prison

Teresa Giudice will soon wrap up her 15-month prison sentence for bank, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. Shortly after she gets out, hubby Joe Giudice will begin serving a 41-month sentence.

“She keeps a positive attitude and that’s how you gotta be,” Joe tells E! News about Teresa’s attitude. “New people coming in, people leaving, so you’re always meeting people. Just because they’re in there doesn’t mean they’re bad people.”

He adds that Teresa insists not everyone in prison is bad.

On a recent episode of Bravo’s The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In, Teresa Giudice shared with Joe some ways to survive once he takes up life behind bars.

“They trade what they get in the commissary. So, let’s say somebody does your hair, you give them a pretzel,” Joe said. “Or nail polish remover, whatever you order from the commissary. But that’s how they do things in there. There’s no money exchange in there.”

Are these Real Housewives of New Jersey people for real? In addition to joking about the ins and outs of surviving prison, Joe even had the nerve to say Teresa Giudice is doing a great job parenting from prison.

    Yes, you read that correctly.

Teresa Giudice spoke numerous times to her cousin Teresa while planning for a party for after daughter Gia Giudice’s eighth grade formal. In doing so, she insisted on minute details like which table cloths should be used for the event.

    They call this parenting?

Joe and Teresa Giudice have fooled themselves–and as a result of doing so, fooled others, too–into believing the crimes they committed are no big deal. She’s supposedly “parenting” from prison and he’ll have all his needs met by trading a pretzel from his jail cell.

Can you even begin to imagine what these two will one day pay in therapist’s bills to help their four daughters work through this desperate time in their lives?

Joe and Teresa Giudice shouldn’t be allowed on TV. They’re making a mockery of the legal system and doing far worse to their children.

  • Gia Giudice: Teen Shares Thoughts on Parents Joe and Teresa Giudice’s Jail Sentences

Gia Giudice is the 14-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey stars Joe and Teresa Giudice, who were sentenced to jail for bank, mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud. Teresa is presently serving her term. When she is released in December, Joe will go to jail for 48 months.

As a teenager, it has to be especially difficult having a parent in jail. Teen culture is abusive enough with bullying, cliques, and the constant gossip lines afforded by social media. The notion that both parents have been convicted of serious crimes no doubt makes life even harder.

Gia Giudice recently spoke with Entertainment Tonight, sharing some of her feelings on this very trying time in her life.

“Anything can happen to any family, and it could be worse,” Gia Giudice says. “At least no one’s sick–that’s honestly how I think of it. They’re coming home. My mom’s coming home. My dad’s going to come home. Knock on wood, no one’s sick, no one’s dying.”

One has to question if the idea of being in the public eye has made life even harder on Gia Giudice. Her whole family is headed back to TV starting October 11 in a three-part Bravo special called The Real Housewives of New Jersey: Teresa Checks In.

An advance clip for the special shows Gia crying as she speaks to her mom on the phone while preparing to head out to an eighth grade dance.

“My mom doesn’t want me or anyone to get emotional, so I try my best just to keep it all together,” Gia Giudice says in the clip.

Gia’s life is likely an emotional roller coaster. In addition to the typical teen angst most 14-year-old girls experience, she is now dealing with the notion of Teresa Giudice coming home, and at the same time knowing her dad is headed to jail–for an even longer period of time than her mom will have served.

“When my mom comes home, it’s not even something to prepare for. I’m just so happy for that to happen,” Gia says. “It’s going to be good to have it back to normal for a couple months, but then when my dad leaves, it’s just going to be the same thing all over again.”

What must it be like to be Gia Giudice right now? What do you suppose the odds are that this young lady will need some serious counseling in the coming years as a result of Joe and Teresa Giudice’s actions?

Joe and Teresa Giudice have three more daughters in addition to Gia. Gia Giudice is the eldest of sisters Milania, Audriana, and Gabriella.

  • Gia Giudice Demonstrates Incredible Resilience As Mom Teresa Giudice Enters Prison

Gia Giudice is demonstrating incredible resilience after her mother, Teresa Giudice of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, entered prison early Monday morning.

The 13-year-old’s mom began her 15-month sentence for bankruptcy fraud after turning herself in at the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut shortly after 3 a.m. Monday.

As for Gia, she is remaining positive and sharing her thoughts — as well as the support she is receiving from friends and fans via social media — on her Twitter page.

The 3KT singer reportedly spent her last few hours with her mom on Sunday going to church with her family and celebrating her 14th birthday, which is on Jan. 8, a little early.

“They had a birthday party for Gia,” a source told Us Weekly. “They had a cake and a celebration.”

Joe Giudice will care for Gia, Gabriella, 10, Milania, eight, and Audriana, five, while Teresa completes her time behind bars. He will serve his own 41-month sentence once Teresa returns home.

Even though it must be incredibly difficult for the Giudice kids to be without their mom and with the knowledge that their dad will have to leave them sometime next year, Gia is proving to be very brave and strong.

“My family is probably one of the strongest families I know, so we’ll get through this,” Gia told Access Hollywood recently. “It’s gonna be fine. And when it’s over, we’re gonna be better than ever.”

  • Teresa Giudice Sees Daughter Follow In Reality Show Footsteps

Teresa Giudice has been busy spending quality time with her family before her jail sentence begins in a week, but she’s had to share her 13-year old daughter Gia with the cameras, as she’s currently reportedly filming a reality show about her girl group, 3KT.

Gia and her group have been grabbing headlines, first for a racy video for their cover of Britney Spears’ Circus and then for a Kickstarter campaign that was rumored to have been sabotaged. The campaign was set up to raise funds to film a video for the group’s Christmas song, and gossip sites claimed that Teresa believed certain people in the reality world were keeping people from donating. The group released the video anyway and it became a modest hit on YouTube before they were asked to play an event at iPlay America.

“The 3KT show was great for them. Teresa, Joe and all their girls were there plus Joe’s brother and his family. It gave everyone something happy and fun to focus on. It lifted their spirits. Milania already wants to follow in her sister’s footsteps and keeps asking when she can join a girl group,” a source told E! News.

While it’s not clear when the reality show focusing on 3KT will air, a source says it will be mostly about the girls and their rise to fame, although their families will appear from time to time.

“It will be all about her group, 3KT. They’ve been filming already for two months. So far, the footage is really fun. Once the pilot is completed, they’ll start shopping it to the networks. All the girls’ families are in it here and there. But it’s not a show about the grownups; it’s all about the girls. Everyone’s very excited about it,” the source said.

Teresa Giudice will begin her jail sentence for fraud on January 5; her husband, Joe, will begin his sentence when hers is completed so that one parent will always be with their four daughters. The family recently took one last vacation before Giudice surrenders, heading to the Crystal Springs Resort and Spa for a ski trip.

“I’m sure she’s very stressed, but she honestly doesn’t show it. She’s trying to put on a happy face,” a friend said.

  • Gia Giudice Releases Music Video Without Kickstarter

Gia Giudice made headlines earlier this year when her singing group, 3KT, released a music video for their cover of Britney Spears’ “Circus”, which featured the 13-year old and her friends dancing provocatively in some very grown-up outfits. But their second video made headlines before it was even released, because the group created a Kickstarter campaign to fund it and had trouble making their goal. The page was ultimately shut down on December 1.

“Teresa believes there are negative forces, including co-stars from RHONJ, that are the reason why Gia’s music video fundraising efforts have been a failure so far. Teresa says there are haters that are determined to make sure Gia’s music career goes down in flames,” a source told RadarOnline.

Whether or not there was anyone actively sabotaging the group’s success, the girls moved on and shot the video for “Season Of Joy” anyway, although it’s not clear where the funding came from.

Despite the negative press surrounding the Kickstarter campaign, 3KT has found success with their catchy pop style; “Season Of Joy” has racked up over 85,000 views, and according to the group’s YouTube page, they will be performing live on December 26 at an iPlay event.

Giudice recently spoke about her parents’ legal troubles after the reality stars were sentenced to begin separate prison sentences for fraud in January.

“Obviously, any news that is hurtful or horrible to hear is so upsetting. But my family is probably one of the strongest families I know, so we’ll get through this. It’s going to be fine and when it’s over, we’re going to be better than ever,” she told Access Hollywood.

  • Gia Giudice Talks Band And Mom’s Prison Sentence

Gia Giuduce is dealing with a lot right now. Both of her parents just received prison sentences, and she is just trying be a normal teenager.

During a recent interview with Access Hollywood, Gia opened up about the prison sentences and said that although she is upset about the news, she knows that her family will bounce back and be just fine once her parents serve their time and are released from prison.

“Honestly, obviously, any news that is hurtful or, like, horrible to hear is so upsetting,” the teenager admitted. “My family is probably one of the strongest families I know, so we’ll get through this. It’s gonna be fine. And when it’s over, we’re gonna be better than ever.”

Gia has been trying to keep her mind on other things and one of the ways she deals with the drama in her life is through music. She and her friends Alexa Maetta and Christianna Cardinale have a band called 3TK and are working hard on their music.

So far the band has met a lot of criticism. The girls proudly released a cover of Britney Spears’ Circus, that included a risqué music video. Not everyone thought the video was age appropriate, but Gia said she isn’t worried about what the haters say.

“We obviously got our parents’ approval,” Gia said. “My parents think it’s fun. Like, my mom was there every step of the way. And when my dad saw it, he was like, ‘Nice, Gia,’ like, typical laid-back. So it’s good. I just want to make them proud. That’s all that matters.”

Gia’s parents Joe and Teresa Giudice have both been sentenced to prison after being convicted of fraud. Teresa will serve her sentence first, starting in January and Joe will serve his once Teresa is released. Teresa will serve 15 months and Joe will serve 41.

Hopefully Gia can stay strong while her parents are away.

  • Gia Giudice: Are Mom’s Haters Sabotaging Her Kickstarter?

Gia Giudice, Teresa and Joe Giudice’s 13-year old daughter, is reportedly having trouble raising funds for her group’s new music video, and Teresa thinks it’s because certain people within the Real Housewives group are sabotaging things.

The group, 3KT, recently launched a Kickstarter campaign to help raise money for a Christmas video but have so far met less than $1,000 of their $7,500 goal. According to RadarOnline, Teresa thinks that negative forces are at play.

“Teresa believes there are negative forces, including co-stars from RHONJ, that are the reason why Gia’s music video fundraising efforts have been a failure so far. Teresa says there are haters that are determined to make sure Gia’s music career goes down in flames,” a source said.

Teresa and Joe Giudice were both recently sentenced to several months in prison for fraud, which they will serve separately after the holidays in order to be with their families. The couple, who are stars of The Real Housewives of New Jersey, filed for bankruptcy and will have to pay thousands of dollars in restitution, but still paid for the music group’s first video, a cover of Britney Spears’ “Circus”.

  • Teresa Giudice, Come Get Your Daughter: 13-Year-Old Appears In Shockingly Sexy Video

Teresa Giudice has only a couple of months worth of quality time to spend with her family ahead of her prison sentence.

Perhaps some of Teresa’s time could be spent having a heart-to-heart talk with 13-year-old daughter Gia.

The eldest Giudice daughter recently appeared in a music video with other members of her very young girl group 3KT. The trio performed a cover of the Britney Spears single “Circus”.

What starts off as a group of girls in a teenage bedroom surrounded by pink walls turns into a night club scene, complete with fishnet stockings, hot pants, and flashes of red underwear.

Even the inclusion of very young children cheering for 3KT couldn’t make the pornstar camera angles and booty-shaking dance moves remotely age appropriate.

And so you can imagine, the backlash against Gia Giudice, her group, and even Teresa Giudice herself (for allowing her daughter to be in the music video) has been fast and furious.

The group’s “Circus” video has garnered nearly 300,000 views within two days. Unfortunately for 3KT, more individuals hit the thumbs down icon than the alternative.

Some viewers were less than impressed with the singing and rapping by Giudice and the other group members.

However, a number of concerned adults have left responses questioning the need for the girls to behave so sexual while being so very young.

The 3KT channel released a response in the Youtube comments of the video saying that they appreciate all the nice comments. The group also said that the “not so nice comments” don’t affect them.

Does this include concern that their performances are far too risque for girls who aren’t close to being legal adults?

In any case, many are asking what Teresa Giudice intends to do about daughter Gia Giudice’s risque performances.

The answer seems to be absolutely nothing.

According to US Weekly, Teresa Giudice is happy to have Gia caught up in a “something positive”.

Giudice acknowledges her impending jail time is hard on her family. Teresa’s admittedly relying on her 13-year-old daughter to be there for her siblings.

Teresa Giudice told Watch What Happens Live host Andy Cohen, “[Gia] was being strong for me, I could tell.”

Teresa said that her daughter promised that she would help her father and look after the younger members of their family. Gia apparently considers the experience to be practice for when she becomes a mom.

Perhaps Gia Giudice is simply growing up too fast if this music video is any indicator.

And while that may be convenient for Joe and Teresa Giudice, some would ask whether or not that’s fair to a very young girl.

One who simply has no business walking around dressed like this:

Have you seen 3KT’s “Circus” music video? Do you think the video is too sexy or is everyone overreacting?

  • Teresa Giudice: Will She Divorce Joe Giudice?

Teresa Giudice and hubby Joe Giudice will spend lots of time in prison in the coming months and years–but will they serve out all their time as a married couple? Rumor has it, the former Real Housewives of New Jersey star might divorce her husband. She even said in court, on the day they were sentenced, that he had ‘screwed her over.’

According to a report from the New York Daily News, a source claims Teresa Giudice was a puppet of sorts for Joe.

“At the hearing, Teresa said through clenched teeth that she feels like Joe had royally screwed her over,” the source said. “According to Teresa, she only went along with what Joe told her to do. She isn’t smart enough to come up with a scheme to milk hundreds of thousands of dollars from banks.”

The mother of four was said to be “stunned” that she was ordered to serve her time in prison–15 months–ahead of her husband. The judge ordered this so Joe Giudice can care for the couple’s four children. He will then serve his 41 months when Teresa is released.

The couple’s eldest daughter, Gia Giudice, is trying to maintain optimism in light of what must be an unusually difficult situation for a 13-year-old. She recently tweeted some of her feelings.

It seems as though Teresa Giudice has a lot of thinking to do if she is truly planning to divorce Joe Giudice. Should she wait until she has returned from serving her prison time so that her children can at least believe while their mother is behind bars that their family is somewhat intact?
