  • ‘John Stamos: A Human, Being’ Netflix Original ‘Announced’

‘John Stamos: A Human, Being’ Netflix Original ‘Announced’

Netflix “announced” a new original program coming on April 31, which obviously means it’s an April Fools’ joke since that day doesn’t exist.

The project is called “John Stamos: A Human, Being” and stars John Stamos as John Stamos. The description is as follows:

Few make it to the elite rank of Hollywood icon. His influence echoes across modern entertainment, but his greatest masterpiece may be…himself.

Who doesn’t love John Stamos humor?

Netflix is promoting the new “Netflix Original Documentary” on its homepage to logged in users, and released this trailer:

“I guess it was the fall of 2015 when things looked to be going a little south for those guys at Netflix,” Stamos recalls in the video. “My friend, fellow Greek-American Ted Sarandos, the head of content there, he came to me and said…he said, ‘John,’ he said, ‘You my friend have built more than a life for yourself. You have build a brand.’ He said, ‘Please let us use your beloved brand to help take Netflix to that next level. You know, that next place.’”

“‘As part of that, we want you to play the role of a lifetime. We want John Stamos to play John Stamos,’” Stamos’ account of Sarandos’ words continues.

Stamos is of course a part of the Netflix event of the year so far in Fuller House.

  • Elizabeth Olsen Talks About Those “Fuller House” Rumors

Elizabeth Olsen opened up recently about the rumor that she’ll appear on Fuller House, saying she has no idea where it got started and that it’s not something in development.

The Avengers star says she hasn’t been contacted about coming onto the show, which her famous older sisters eschewed in favor of keeping away from the cameras.

“If I did get an offer, I’m pretty sure no one on my team heard it and neither did I. I don’t know where that started,” Elizabeth said.

It may have come about because series creator Jeff Franklin said months ago that when they found out Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen weren’t interested in returning to the series that made them famous, they considered asking Elizabeth if she would come in and take over the role of Michelle but ultimately decided it wasn’t the right fit.

“I am still hopeful that Mary-Kate or Ashley or both of them will come back and be a part of it, even if it’s just for an hour. We miss that. Everybody does feel that hole in the family … But hopefully next time around, we’ll have them back.”

The show’s entire first season has already premiered on Netflix and has been renewed for a second season, and while it doesn’t look like Elizabeth will be making an appearance, some say there still could be a chance that the Olsen twins will show up at some point, even if it’s just for a small cameo.

“The girls are going to wait and see it and see how it is accepted before they move forward with it. They both understand that there is a lot of excitement surrounding it but they keep asking the question, ‘What if it is bad?’ They are in a wait and see mode right now but there is certainly a chance they may show up in the future based on its success,” a source said earlier this year.

Fuller House has already been on the receiving end of praise and criticism, scandals and rumors. With most of the original cast returning to the reboot, it was bound to happen, but the stars are dealing with it the best they can. Jodie Sweetin has already found what she’ll do during her downtime between seasons; she’s currently starring on Dancing With The Stars. Candace Cameron Bure has had a bit of trouble, however, as some of her Christian fans are upset over her wardrobe on the show (among other things). The actress took to Instagram earlier this month to ask her fans to take their religious arguments somewhere else after they were clogging up her comment feed.

Jodie Sweetin Parodies “Full House” Introduction on First Night of “Dancing With the Stars”

Jodie Sweetin, with the help of her pro partner Keo Motsepe, parodied the introduction of Full House on her first night of Dancing With the Stars competition. She got plenty of support from her Fuller House costars, too.

Andrea Barber tweeted her excitement over the incredible job Jodie Sweetin did at the season 22 premiere.

Candace Cameron Bure watched Jodie Sweetin perform three times.

John Stamos asked fans to vote for Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe.

Did you see Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe perform on Dancing With the Stars Monday night?

Based on Monday’s performance, might Jodie Sweetin be in line for the season 22 mirror ball trophy?

  • Jodie Sweetin: “Fuller House” Wants Everyone to Vote for Her on “Dancing With the Stars”

Jodie Sweetin: “Fuller House” Wants Everyone to Vote for Her on “Dancing With the Stars”

Jodie Sweetin has danced since she was a little girl. She occasionally showed off her skills as Stephanie Tanner on Full House. With tonight’s premiere of season 22 of Dancing With the Stars, the cast and crew of Fuller House wants to be sure everyone is well-prepared to support and vote for Jodie Sweetin.

Earlier this evening, the Fuller House Twitter account posted great shots of Jodie Sweetin with her pro partner Keo Motsepe.

Keo Motsepe’s post was retweeted, too.

Just a few minutes ago, Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe performed. Fuller House wants to make sure everyone knows how to vote for their girl.

It’s plain to see that Jodie Sweetin and Keo Motsepe will be known throughout this 22nd season of Dancing With the Stars as Team MoSweet.

How do you think they did? Don’t you love how Fuller House is standing by Jodie Sweeting through every step she dances on the ballroom floor–and behind the scenes, too?

  • Candace Cameron Bure Tells Fans To Stop Having Religious Debates Over “Fuller House”

Candace Cameron Bure Tells Fans To Stop Having Religious Debates Over “Fuller House”

Candace Cameron Bure took to Instagram last week to tell her fans they were getting “ridiculous” with the religious debates on her social media pages, asking them to take it elsewhere.

The Fuller House star has been the target of quite a bit of backlash recently from Christian groups and fans, who say they don’t like the direction the Netflix show takes in regards to DJ’s wardrobe and behavior. Followers on both sides of the debate have gotten heated, and Bure says she’s tired of all the negativity, especially when it’s in the comment section of a photo that has nothing to do with the show.

“This is getting ridiculous!! STOP having religious debates about me and my family on my comments thread after EVERY single photo I post when they have nothing to do with the picture! If someone makes a rude or negative comment, ignore it! You’re feeding and driving the negativity. This is NOT productive or respectful conversation. And I’m talking to BOTH sides! It’s getting old and downright ugly. This does not represent Jesus well. Let’s encourage one another as well as take the debates to a private page. Please and thank you,” Candace wrote.

Some Christian fans are upset over the fact that DJ kisses a man who is not her husband (the character is widowed), goes out dancing in clubs, and wears revealing clothing, and some are saying they don’t think the show is appropriate for kids, unlike the original series.

“I quit watching the show after the fourth one. There is too much crude humor and half nakedness and body flinging. For somebody who’s supposed to be a Christian is trying to please both worlds—it’s sad it had to come to this. It’s not something today’s kids should watch either,” one commenter wrote.

Candace Cameron Bure doesn’t appear to be letting the negativity affect what she posts, however; the actress recently shared a photo of the kissing scene on Instagram, asking fans to vote whether DJ should end up with Steve or Matt.

  • Jodie Sweetin To Star In New Docu-Comedy ‘Hollywood Darlings’ With Childhood Friends

American actress Jodie Sweetin will reunite with her Hollywood childhood friends, Beverley Mitchell and Christine Lakin in a new TV series entitled Hollywood Darlings, which is expected to premiere in 2017.

Sweetin, 34, whose Fuller House from Netflix has been approved for a second season, will star in the docu-comedy, which aims to showcase the real-life fun that the three friends go through every day.

According to a report, a docu-comedy is a series wherein scenes are edited to make them funny rather than dramatic.

Starting their careers at an early age, Sweetin was popular in the TV series Full House, while Mitchell, 35, gained fame for playing Lucy Camden in 7th Heaven. Lakin, 37, on the other hand, was notable for her role as Alicia Lambert in Step by Step.

Hollywood Darlings is a half-hour pop show that will follow the real-life roles of the three friends as they take on the challenges of becoming “moms, wives, and businesswomen.”

“Anyone who was a TV fan in the ‘90s grew up with Jodie, Christine and Beverley –aspiring to be their best friends, wanting to dress like them and using their popular catchphrases,” said Paul Adler, Pop’s senior vice president of original programing and development.

In addition, Adler said that the show will allow the viewers and fans to get a glimpse of the lives of the three former child stars and find out how entertaining and relatable their routines are.

“Yay! I love these ladies, and we’re going to have so much fun!” said Jodie Sweetin in an Instagram post.

According to another report by E! Online, viewers of the upcoming TV show should expect some celebrity cameos by virtue of their close friendships with the main characters of the show

The upcoming series will be produced by Objective Productions USA and All3Media America.

  • Jodie Sweetin Joins Beverley Mitchell, Christine Lakin in “Hollywood Dreams”

Jodie Sweetin is one busy lady. In addition to starring in Fuller House, the actress has signed on to Pop’s new unscripted docu-comedy, Hollywood Dreams. Fans of the 1990s will think they’ve gone back in time. In addition to Jodie Sweetin, Hollywood Dreams will also star Beverley Mitchell of 7th Heaven fame and Christine Lakin of Step by Step.

“Our childhood characters prepared us for the roles of our lives… literally. There really aren’t words to describe the way we grew up and the bond we share, so we decided that we wanted to give a glimpse into our unique sisterhood,” Jodie Sweetin, Christine Lakin and Beverley Mitchell said in a joint statement. “Our fans have always been at the heart of it all, and we love that we have found a home on Pop. We’re so excited to go on this journey and take people inside our lives post-childhood fame.”

Hollywood Dreams is about “three lifelong friends who grew up together in ‘the business,’ became household names and now take on even bigger roles as moms, wives and businesswomen.”

Paul Adler is the senior vice president of original programming and development at Pop. He issued a statement about the upcoming series, as well as about Jodie Sweetin, Christine Lakin, and Beverley Mitchell.

“Anyone who was a TV fan in the 90s grew up with Jodie, Christine and Beverley–aspiring to be their best friends, wanting to dress like them and using their popular catchphrases,” the statement reads. “Hollywood Darlings provides an amazing opportunity for viewers to reignite their fandom for this now grown-up trio whose lives are as entertaining as they are relatable.”

Jodie Sweetin recently learned that Fuller House has been renewed for a second season. She’s going to be one very busy lady when production starts for Hollywood Dreams. No premiere date for the show has yet been announced.

Were you a Full House, 7th Heaven, or Step by Step fan in the 1990s? It might be fun to watch Jodie Sweetin, Beverley Mitchell, and Christine Lakin in their new, grownup roles.

  • Lori Loughlin: “Fuller House” Star’s Teen Daughters Make “Teen Vogue” Debut, and They Look Just Like Their Gorgeous Mom

Lori Loughlin is way more than just a pretty face–and Aunt Becky on Fuller House. She’s a wife and a mom, too. Daughters Bella and Olivia Giannulli are the spitting image of their gorgeous mom, and they’re making their Teen Vogue debut in the magazine’s April issue.

Internet stars already, Lori Loughlin’s daughters have picked up many helpful tips about fashion and makeup from their mom’s lengthy career. Bella is a successful fashion blogger at just 17, and Olivia, 16, has her own YouTube channel offering beauty advice.

“What initially got me into [my YouTube channel] was watching our mom get her makeup done for events,” Olivia says inside the pages of Teen Vogue. “It’s pretty special that as a kid I got to learn proper techniques from professionals.”

Growing up with a famous mom like Lori Loughlin could have had some repercussions for Bella and Olivia, but it seems they took her career in stride.

“I sometimes forget that she’s famous,” Bella said. “It’s odd to see her on the TV screen and then turn around and see her cooking dinner.”

“I don’t think I even realized the success of the show until I clicked on the Netflix Fuller House promo recently and noticed it had more than 13 million views,” Olivia said.

Bella and Olivia Giannulli better prepare themselves. Lori Loughlin is back in the limelight since the reboot of Full House hit Netflix last month. She will no doubt do plenty of promo for Fuller House, since Netflix has already ordered a second season.

Do you feel like you’re looking at two versions of a very young Lori Loughlin when you see her beautiful daughters?

It’s a testament to her and her husband’s parenting skills that Olivia and Bella have wound up as grounded as they seem.

Congratulations to Lori Loughlin for that, and to Olivia and Bella for landing their first feature in Teen Vogue.

  • John Stamos and Caitlin McHugh Spotted Out on Ice Cream Date

John Stamos and the new lady in his life, Caitlin McHugh, were spotted out on an ice cream date in recent days. The two are making headlines because Stamos has been single for a long time. He and Rebecca Romijn divorced back in 2005.

Caitlin McHugh and John Stamos appeared very much in tune with one another during their outing. The cameras captured McHugh feeding Stamos some of her ice cream.

John Stamos and Caitlin McHugh dressed casually for their date. She even brought her dog along for the fun. Caitlyn dressed in yoga gear, while John Stamos wore ripped jeans with a blue button down shirt that he wore mostly unbuttoned, showing off his very sexy chest.

John Stamos is busy these days producing and starring in the second season of Fuller House. He reprised his Uncle Jesse role from his Full House days. He also stars on the hit show Grandfathered.

Caitlin McHugh is an actress and model. She has appeared on TV shows including the Vampire Diaries, Castle, and Switched at Birth. She played a role in Will’s Smith’s film, I Am Legend.

John Stamos and Caitlin McHugh really do make an adorable couple. Do you expect this is something real for the longtime bachelor? Is John Stamos finally thinking of settling down?

  • Caitlin McHugh: Who is This Woman John Stamos is Dating?

Caitlin McHugh is dating Fuller House star and producer John Stamos. Stamos let on to the media recently that he was seeing someone. All he divulged was that she’s a Beach Boys fan.

E! News spotted the couple while they were out for ice cream recently. That doesn’t tell fans much about the new lady in John Stamos’s life, however.

So who exactly is Caitlin McHugh?

E! News reports she’s an actress. She has played roles on The Vampire Diaries, Castle, and Switched at Birth. She appeared on the big screen in Will Smith’s I Am Legend.

Caitlin McHugh plays the ukelele. Just check out her Instagram page and you can see some great shots and even enjoy some video clips of her both singing and playing.

In addition to acting, Caitlin McHugh is a model, too. She has appeared in bridal magazines and in ads for makeup.

Caitlin McHugh loves animals. Her dog, Lilo, is her main squeeze–or was, anyway, until John Stamos came along.

Hopefully Caitlin McHugh is a Fuller House fan, since John Stamos appears on the Netflix series from time to time, reprising his role as Uncle Jesse.

It will certainly be interesting to see where Caitlin McHugh’s relationship with John Stamos goes. He’s been mostly single since he and Rebecca Romijn divorced back in 2005.

  • John Stamos Slams Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen–Again

John Stamos definitely seems like he’s harboring a grudge against Olsen twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen for not reprising their role as Michelle Tanner on Fuller House.

While emceeing the Alliance for Children’s Rights 24th Annual Dinner on Thursday evening, he not only honored his Grandfathered bosses, he seemingly slammed Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen–again.

“My whole career is based on helping children. Ask the Olsen Twins, if you can find them and all their money,” John Stamos joked. “If you do find them, tell them I got a second season of Fuller House.”

    Ouch.

Even though John Stamos claims all is well between him and the Olsen twins, it certainly feels like there is some underlying animosity.

Does John Stamos believe Michelle Tanner holds that much pull on Fuller House?

Months before the Fuller House premiere, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen claimed they were never asked to appear on the show. Stamos initially called “bullsh*t.”

When John Stamos met with Mary-Kate a few days later, he claimed all was well between them, and that he hadn’t given up that the Olsen twins might one day appear on Fuller House.

What do you suppose the real rub is between Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen and John Stamos?

Do you think Michelle Tanner’s absence from Fuller House could be the show’s downfall? Do the Olsen twins really hold that much pull?

  • Jodie Sweetin Gets Shamed By Miley Cryus With Raunchy Instagram Post

Fuller House member Jodie Sweetin has responded to the controversy caused by the racy throwback photo of herself that was recently posted by singer Miley Cyrus on her Instagram page. The actress says she has no time to focus on negative issues.

“I don’t pay attention to negative stuff,” the actress told E! “I have so much good stuff going on in my life right now that I try not to pay attention,” Sweetin said, apparently choosing not to let the controversial Instagram post affect her.

On March 4, Cyrus posted throwback photos of a young Sweetin straddling a tattooed guy whose face was photoshopped with a blurry pic of her Fuller House co-star Dave Coulier. The Instagram post captioned, “Current Mood #fullerhouse only you freaks take this as shaming! To me it looks like Stephanie is having a f—ing g– ol time!” has earned over 142,000 likes.

A source told HollywoodLife.com that the “Wrecking Ball” singer “didn’t mean to cause any harm” with her Instagram post.

“Miley didn’t mean to cause any harm with her Jodie Sweetin post, she was just having a bit of fun,” explained the source. “She sexualizes everything, and she wasn’t poking fun at Jodie’s drug use or anything like that. Miley’s actually been watching the new Fuller House, so that’s what made her think of it. She didn’t feel it was inappropriate. She actually felt that Jodie was showing off her sexier side in the pics being normally so wholesome in the show.”

Jodie Sweetin previously chronicled her struggles with drug and alcohol abuse and her journey to sobriety in her 2009 memoir, UnSweetined. She said that she considers her on-screen family from Full House a real family since she has known them for 30 years now, and they have supported her during her struggles.

  • Jodie Sweetin And Miley Cyrus Respond To That Raunchy Photo

Jodie Sweetin and Miley Cyrus have both responded to the backlash that ensued when Cyrus posted a photo of Sweetin from several years ago, which shows her partying with friends and straddling a man’s lap.

The original post was captioned “Current mood: Fuller House” and showed Jodie sitting on an unidentified man’s lap at what appears to be a party. Sweetin has been open about her past drug use during her wilder days, but is now five years sober and is married with children. After Cyrus shared the photo on Instagram, fans took to social media to condemn the post, saying it was cruel; now, Sweetin and Cyrus have both responded, with Sweetin saying she doesn’t pay attention to negative things anymore.

“I don’t pay attention to negative stuff. I have so much good stuff going on in my life right now that I try not to pay attention,” Sweetin told E! News.

The Fuller House star does have a lot of good things going on these days; not only does she have a successful reboot on Netflix (that just got picked up for a second season), she’ll also appear on the upcoming season of Dancing With The Stars.

Miley Cyrus, meanwhile, came back to Instagram to defend her post, saying she simply thought Sweetin looked like she was having a good time in the photos.

“Only you freaks take this as shaming! To me it looks like Stephanie is having a f**king gay ol time!”

Fuller House has earned quite a fanbase of loyal followers eager to feed their nostalgia, and while the show hasn’t gotten the best critical reviews, fans seem very happy with it. Most of the original cast returned for the reboot, which follows DJ (Candace Cameron Bure) as she navigates life as a single mom following the death of her husband.

  • “Fuller House” Cast Supports Jodie Sweetin’s “Dancing With the Stars” Gig

The Fuller House cast is behind Jodie Sweetin as she prepares to compete on the upcoming season of Dancing With the Stars. Sweetin recently reprised her role as Stephanie Tanner on the Full House reboot.

“I think so many people know me as Stephanie and as that character, which is amazing and there’s been incredible support for it,” Sweetin said in an interview with People magazine on Tuesday. “But now I get to show people who I am and also, I kind of get to find out stuff about myself.”

Jodie Sweetin isn’t the first of her Fuller House cast mates to compete on Dancing With the Stars. Candace Cameron Bure, who plays DJ Tanner, competed on season 18 of Dancing With the Stars, alongside Mark Ballas. She can’t wait to see her Fuller House co-star compete.

“I am so ready; I am more than ready,” she told E! News when Sweetin confirmed she was competing. “I am just there. I will try not to take over for her because I might nudge myself back onto that dance floor.”

Jodie Sweetin has met her dance partner, Keo Motsepe, and thinks they are a good match. The Fuller House star will compete against Good Morning America’s Ginger Zee, The O.C.’s Mischa Barton, Denver Broncos linebacker (and recent Super Bowl MVP) Von Miller, TV news personality Geraldo Rivera, The Facts of Life and The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Fields, UFC Fighter Paige VanZant, Boyz II Men’s Wanya Morris, former NFL quarterback Doug Flutie, America’s Next Top Model winner Nyle DiMarco, Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown and actress (and ex-wife of current GOP hopeful Donald Trump) Marla Maples.

It will be fun to watch Jodie Sweetin compete on season 22 of Dancing With the Stars. It will be fun to see if her Fuller House cast mates show up in the audience from time to time, too.

The new season of DWTS premieres on March 21.

  • “Fuller House” Star Candace Cameron Bure Gets Into The Wrestling Ring

Fuller House has kept fans entertained over the past couple of weeks since it debuted on Netflix, and its stars are having a field day with everything that’s being thrown at them, including having to learn wrestling moves.

Candace Cameron Bure, who plays DJ on the reboot of the classic show, spoke in an interview recently about what it was like to get into the wrestling ring for an episode, where she refused to let a stunt woman step in and have all the fun. Fans in the live studio audience were shocked that she was doing all the moves, but Bure says it wasn’t that big a deal.

“I’m not an athlete and I’m not a gymnast, but I’ve always loved any type of sport and fitness and I love running Tough Mudder or Spartan races and anything that’s strength…They were all nervous that I wouldn’t do it and they didn’t want me to get hurt. I’m like, “Listen, I know I can do it.” All the producers watched the first cut and they couldn’t believe that I was doing it. It was so much fun; I had a blast,” Bure said.

Candace says she had a couple of days to practice, then filmed the scene on the third day, so there wasn’t a lot of time to prepare. She still nailed the moves, however, and shared photos of the day with her Instagram fans.

Fuller House was recently picked up for a second season, much to the delight of fans, but it’s still unclear whether the Olsen twins will make an appearance. There have been several rumors floating around regarding their absence from the first season–John Stamos says they declined to come back with all the other original actors because they haven’t been on camera in a long time–but a new rumor has started online about Bob Saget talking up Ashley Olsen at a recent movie premiere.

The stars are already getting their first taste of what it’s like to star on a hit show in the age of digital and social media; both Bure and co-star Jodie Sweetin have been in the headlines quite a bit in recent weeks after Christian groups went after them for their wardrobe and non-family friendly behavior on the show, and Miley Cyrus decided to share old photos of Sweetin over the weekend which show her in her party days, straddling a man’s lap in revealing clothing.

  • Jodie Sweetin: Miley Cyrus Posts Raunchy Photos of “Fuller House’s” Stephanie Tanner

Jodie Sweetin appears online in a rather compromising position, thanks to “Wrecking Ball” singer Miley Cyrus. The former Hannah Montana star posted the pic in recent days of Fuller House’s Stephanie Tanner straddling a man, during her drinking and drugging days.

The raunchy picture of Jodie Sweetin has caused a bit of an upset among Miley Cyrus fans, who firmly believe she shouldn’t have posted the shot.

Cyrus posted the pictures on her Instagram account, and captioned them as follows.

    “Current Mood #fullerhouse,” she wrote.

A photo posted by Miley Cyrus (@mileycyrus) on

A source tells HollywoodLife.com that Miley Cyrus didn’t mean to cause Jodie Sweetin any harm.

Really? She certainly didn’t post the pic because she believed it was flattering to Jodie Sweetin.

“Miley didn’t mean to cause any harm with her Jodie Sweetin post, she was just having a bit of fun,” the source explains.

The source also adds that Miley Cyrus didn’t expect the backlash she has received since posting the Jodie Sweetin shots on Thursday.

Is Miley Cyrus completely stupid? What actress would want a photo from her days battling substance abuse posted on the internet–especially at the same time her new TV show premieres?

It definitely sounds like Miley was up to no good when she shared these pictures of Jodie Sweetin. How do you suppose Liam Hemsworth feels about his alleged fiancee’s complete lack of empathy?

  • Olsen Twins: John Stamos Has “Good Feeling” Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen Might Appear in Season Two of “Fuller House”

The Olsen twins might show up in season two of Fuller House, if John Stamos’s begging got to them. The actor and producer explained as a guest on the Today Show Friday that he did exactly that.

Matt Lauer asked Stamos if there was any chance the Olsen twins–who played the role of Michelle Tanner in Full House–might show up in a subsequent season.

“They’re totally welcome. I was going to see Ashley last night and beg her to be on the show,” John Stamos replied. “We would love to have them. I know everybody would love to see them. I have a good feeling about it.”

A source tells E! News, however, that nothing has changed with regard to the Olsen twins and Fuller House, despite John Stamos’s claims.

Series creator Jeff Franklin still hopes something can eventually be worked out to bring the Olsen twins on to the show–if only on an occasional basis.

“I am still hopeful that Mary-Kate or Ashley or both of them will come back and be a part of it, even if it’s just for an hour. We miss that. Everybody does feel that hole in the family,” he said before the first season premiered. “But it’s like, all family reunions, there’s always somebody that doesn’t show up. But hopefully next time around, we’ll have them back.”

What’s your take on John Stamos’s comment about having begged Ashley Olsen to appear on Fuller House?

Do you expect the Olsen twins will ever make an appearance on the Full House reboot?

Neither Mary-Kate nor Ashley Olsen has acted in a very long time. The Olsen twins are successful New York fashion designers. It appears as though they’ve completely left their acting background in the dust.

What might it take to convince John Stamos the Olsen twins probably aren’t going to appear on Fuller House–ever?

  • Stephanie Tanner: Jodie Sweetin’s Character Shares Intimate Emotional Turmoil in Episode Five of “Fuller House”

Stephanie Tanner, the character played by actress Jodie Sweetin in the Netflix reboot Fuller House, shares a very profound disappointment with her sister in the fifth episode of the new show.

TVLine.com shared the spoiler in recent days.

Stephanie Tanner is the only one of Fuller House’s three leading ladies without children. Both DJ Tanner (played by Candace Cameron Bure) and Kimmy Gibbler (played by Andrea Barber) are moms.

Stephanie Tanner is more of a free spirit. She sings, goes on dates, and lives a less settled life than her roommates.

Fuller House series creator Jeff Franklin and executive producer Robert Boyett explain the story behind Stephanie Tanner’s turmoil.

“First of all, I didn’t want Stephanie to have children,” Franklin tells TVLine.com. “I wanted one of the three to not have kids. The backstory I created for her was that she’s a free spirit, traveling the world. She’s into her career and into having fun, and I thought this would be a really interesting aspect to that character–and touching. I love the way that scene played between the two girls. I thought they knocked it out of the park.”

The scene Franklin is referring to is the one in season five when Stephanie Tanner tells sister DJ she can’t have kids. She and DJ Tanner share an intimate conversation that packs an emotional punch. Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin are exceptional in this poignant moment on screen.

The notion of Stephanie Tanner pursuing motherhood via other options hasn’t yet been ruled out.

“That may be something that’s referenced again in the series,” Robert Boyett tells TVLine.

Does this turmoil Stephanie Tanner faces in episode five of Fuller House come as a shock to you? Did you expect she, like DJ Tanner and Kimmy Gibbler, would one day bring her kids to Fuller House as well?

  • Neve Campbell: No “Party of Five” Reboot

Neve Campbell says fans of Party of Five shouldn’t expect a reboot a la Fuller House. In fact, she doesn’t think the notion makes any sense at all.

“I don’t think that would make any sense,” she said in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, which posted her quote online Thursday. “We’re all way older! That was a long time ago. We’ve all moved on, we all adore each other, and we’re still friends, but no, I don’t think that would make sense to do a reboot.”

Party of Five, which starred Neve Campbell, Lacey Chabert, Jennifer Love Hewitt, and more, had a huge following in the mid-1990s. It won a Golden Globe for Best TV Drama in 1996.

Even though she’s not in favor of a Party of Five reboot, Neve Campbell says she’s definitely up for another installment in the Scream film franchise. It’s uncertain where she’d find the time, however.

Neve Campbell is a busy mom to son Caspian, who was born in 2012, and she plays the role of political fundraiser Leann Harvey on House of Cards.

Are you a Neve Campbell fan? Do you agree with her that a Party of Five reboot makes no sense?

  • John Stamos: Who is This Mystery Woman in the “Fuller House” Star’s Life?

John Stamos has a new woman in his life. He shared this news on Friday while a guest on The View.

Stamos appears in and serves as one of the producers of the new Netflix series Fuller House. He reprised his Full House role as Uncle Jesse.

Before sharing his exciting news, John Stamos mentioned his love of the Beach Boys.

“Of all the things I get to do in my life, that is my all-time favorite thing. They’re really cool, they’re older gentlemen but they’re super hip to social media,” he said, before mentioning the new mystery woman.

“The other night [during a concert], I grabbed my phone ’cause this girl I’m dating…she loves this song, ‘Disney Girls,’” John Stamos said. “So I put on FaceTime. I thought I could get away with it, but people were tweeting, ‘Who are you FaceTiming?!’”

The View’s co-host Joy Behar quickly asked Stamos if the mystery woman is “submissive or dominant” in the bedroom. The ladies on the show were discussing this topic prior to John Stamos’s stint on the show.

“I just like my women, either way,” he answered.

John Stamos was married to actress Rebecca Romijn from 1998 to 2005. While he doesn’t share the name of his new mystery woman, fans no doubt hope they two are a good match.

As for making her a permanent part of his life, that remains to be seen, too. Between Fuller House and Grandfathered, John Stamos is one very busy man.

  • Andrea Barber: “Fuller House” Star Talks “Gibbler Gallop”

Andrea Barber reprises her role as Kimmy Gibbler in the Netflix reboot of the 1990s hit show Full HouseFuller House. She and her cast mates are no doubt thrilled to learn–only days after the season one premiere–that Fuller House has already been renewed for a second season.

In a recent interview with TV Guide, Andrea Barber and two of her Fuller House cast mates–Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin–were asked what is the strangest thing they’ve ever had to do when filming Fuller House.

All eyes turned to Andrea Barber, who no doubt did the most embarrassing thing on screen–so embarrassing, in fact, that Candace Cameron Bure and Jodie Sweetin didn’t even relive what they may or may not have done.

Andrea Barber–in her role as Kimmy Gibbler–performed a dance move called the “Gibbler Gallop.”

As you can well imagine, it doesn’t get much more embarrassing than that.

The “Gibbler Gallop” is all over Twitter, with some people making fun of it and others wanting a tutorial.

While Andrea Barber’s “Gibbler Gallop” might be embarrassing, there are indeed other moments in Fuller House that will leave viewers asking, “What?”

Have you tuned in to Fuller House on Netflix? What might you deem the most embarrassing moment?

Not everyone is convinced this reboot should have happened. Some, in fact, find the entire show embarrassing.
