Erika Christensen, who plays Julia Braverman on Parenthood, is engaged to cyclist Cole Maness.
Page Six first reported the engagement, which was confirmed by a rep for the 32-year-old actress to People on Tuesday.
The love birds don’t speak much about their love life, but they share many adorable photos on social media documenting their day-to-day life together.
Earlier this month, Christensen shared a little tidbit about their relationship and their shared passion for cycling to Us Weekly.
“My bike is my main form of transportation, so I’ve got a red clip-on taillight,” she said. “Sometimes, my boyfriend and I do evening rides to the movies or grocery store.”
Christensen told GENLUX Magazine she met Maness at a bike race, although they didn’t exactly fall into each others arms.
“He knew who I was, and I knew who he was, so both of us were playing it cool and wouldn’t talk to each other,” she shared.
Their relationship developed in a very modern way, via Twitter.
She told the magazine she always carries a pocketknife Maness gave her — for a price.
“He said it’s bad luck to give a knife as a gift and wanted me to buy it for a penny. I bought it with a kiss instead,” she quipped.
According to Us Weekly, the pair is waiting to set a date once the actress wraps up her final season on the long-running NBC series.
