  • Elizabeth Olsen Talks About Those “Fuller House” Rumors

Elizabeth Olsen opened up recently about the rumor that she’ll appear on Fuller House, saying she has no idea where it got started and that it’s not something in development.

The Avengers star says she hasn’t been contacted about coming onto the show, which her famous older sisters eschewed in favor of keeping away from the cameras.

“If I did get an offer, I’m pretty sure no one on my team heard it and neither did I. I don’t know where that started,” Elizabeth said.

It may have come about because series creator Jeff Franklin said months ago that when they found out Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen weren’t interested in returning to the series that made them famous, they considered asking Elizabeth if she would come in and take over the role of Michelle but ultimately decided it wasn’t the right fit.

“I am still hopeful that Mary-Kate or Ashley or both of them will come back and be a part of it, even if it’s just for an hour. We miss that. Everybody does feel that hole in the family … But hopefully next time around, we’ll have them back.”

The show’s entire first season has already premiered on Netflix and has been renewed for a second season, and while it doesn’t look like Elizabeth will be making an appearance, some say there still could be a chance that the Olsen twins will show up at some point, even if it’s just for a small cameo.

“The girls are going to wait and see it and see how it is accepted before they move forward with it. They both understand that there is a lot of excitement surrounding it but they keep asking the question, ‘What if it is bad?’ They are in a wait and see mode right now but there is certainly a chance they may show up in the future based on its success,” a source said earlier this year.

Fuller House has already been on the receiving end of praise and criticism, scandals and rumors. With most of the original cast returning to the reboot, it was bound to happen, but the stars are dealing with it the best they can. Jodie Sweetin has already found what she’ll do during her downtime between seasons; she’s currently starring on Dancing With The Stars. Candace Cameron Bure has had a bit of trouble, however, as some of her Christian fans are upset over her wardrobe on the show (among other things). The actress took to Instagram earlier this month to ask her fans to take their religious arguments somewhere else after they were clogging up her comment feed.

  • Elizabeth Olsen Dumped Fiance Boyd Holbrook the Day His Best Friend Died

Elizabeth Olsen reportedly dumped former fiance Boyd Holbrook on the day his best friend died. Holbrook is now speaking out about the incident, and it isn’t shedding a very favorable light upon the Avengers: Age of Ultron star.

It was in the most recent issue of Man of the World magazine that Holbrook opened up about the devastating event.

“On the same day that my best friend died, I got a call from my girl to tell me it was over,” he said.

Boyd Holbroook is still mourning the passing of his photographer friend David Armstrong. Certainly Elizabeth Olsen knew how important his friendship with Armstrong was. Wasn’t it terribly insensitive of her not to have walked with him through such a loss–if even for just a few extra days–instead of calling him that same day and dumping him over the phone?

Elizabeth Olsen has since moved on with actor Tom Hiddleston, although some suspect she may have been already seeing him when she broke things off with Boyd Holbrook.

It was this past January that Holbrook lost his best friend and that Elizabeth Olsen broke his heart. The two were together for three years, having met on the set of Very Good Girls.

Does this situation change your perspective about Elizabeth Olsen? She sounds about as warm and fuzzy as big sisters, twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen. Since growing up, the former Full House stars have had nothing to do with their former costars, and they wouldn’t sign on to do appearances on the show’s reboot, Fuller House, either.

Perhaps compassion simply doesn’t rate high in the Olsen family?

  • Elizabeth Olsen Responds To Rumors About Tom Hiddleston

Elizabeth Olsen responded to rumors that she and Tom Hiddleston are an item recently, saying that while the two of them are good friends, there’s nothing romantic between them.

“I mean, we definitely are friends and we’ve known each other for about four years. And we happened to be at a restaurant at a wrong time having dinner. We all go out to dinner,” Olsen said.

If the rumor mill is to be believed, Olsen is also dating Chris Evans and Jeremy Renner, her Avengers: Age Of Ultron cast mates. The actress told Refinery 29 that the speculation doesn’t bother her anymore, in part because people will believe what they want anyway.

Apparently, I’m dating Chris Evans, and apparently, I’ve dated Jeremy Renner, so I guess that…I don’t react to it…I mean, people can think what they want to think.”

Elizabeth told Business Insider that while she loves her Avengers character–Scarlet Witch–she doesn’t know if she’d be down with a spinoff movie of her own. While most actors would probably jump at the chance to have a starring role in a Marvel film, Olsen says she wouldn’t do it if it wasn’t necessary.

“I’m not sure, honestly. I love my character, I just don’t know how that would fit in the whole Marvel universe or if it would even be necessary,” Elizabeth Olsen said.

For now, Olsen is focusing on her latest film, I Saw The Light, a Hank Williams biopic in which she stars opposite Hiddleston.

“The good thing about Marvel is they have so many other things going on that they have to plan their year so specifically. I already know my block of time for them for the next year, and I have a lot of time until then, so I’m in a position right now where I’m trying to find another film like ‘I Saw The Light.’”

  • Elizabeth Olsen On Tom Hiddleston and the Chemistry They Share

Elizabeth Olsen and Tom Hiddleston make an adorable couple. The two only recently went public with their dating life–and even that isn’t really official. During a recent interview with MTV, Olsen–who is the younger sister of former Full House stars Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen–talked of the chemistry she and Tom Hiddleston had from the moment they met.

It was at an audition four years ago that Elizabeth Olsen met her man.

“Tom and I have been wanting to work with each other for a while,” she said. “We’ve known each other for about four years, and we met doing a chemistry read for an audition and we were like, ’oh my God, this would be so much fun if we worked with each other.’”

The two star in the upcoming film I Saw the Light, which premiered at the Toronto Film Festival this past week. The film is about country legend Hank Williams.

Elizabeth Olsen shared what a chemistry read entails, and how that led to the two starring in a film together.

“What happens is either people are so nervous that all they’re thinking about is what they’re doing in order to get the job, or two people are just like, ’I did the work and I guess we’re trying to figure out if we have chemistry, so I’m going to put all my focus on you and listen and play.’ We both, doing that to each other within the scene, the intention is always to check in on each other and measure them in a way and we were like ’oh, we’ll work really well together.’”

“That’s fun as an actor to find someone who you have very similar language with,” she added.

Fans can check out Elizabeth Olsen and Tom Hiddleston starring in I Saw the Light when it opens in theaters in November.

  • Elizabeth Olsen, Tom Hiddleston: ‘Avengers’ Co-Stars Go Public With Romance

Elizabeth Olsen and Tom Hiddleston are no longer hiding their romance from the paparazzi. The Avengers co-stars were spotted out and about, attending theater productions and looking very comfortable with one another.

It was just this past January that Elizabeth Olsen called off her engagement to Boyd Holbrook. She and Tom Hiddleston have been a rumored couple for about two months.

The younger sister of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who recently made news for not signing on to the upcoming Netflix Full House reboot–Fuller House–Elizabeth Olsen has made quite a name for herself in the acting world. She has portrayed Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Avengers: Age of Ultron (2015), and 2016’s upcoming Captain America: Civil War.

Elizabeth Olsen and her beau recently wrapped filming a movie together. They play country legend Hank Williams and his wife, Audrey Mae Williams in I Saw the Light. Tom Hiddleston recently played Loki in The Avengers (2012), Thor: The Dark World (2013), and will reprise his role in 2017’s Thor: Ragnarok.

It seems Olsen and Hiddleston aren’t completely committed to one another, but have definitely grown closer over the past couple of months.

A source says things are progressing nicely for the pair.

“They’ve been talking constantly. It’s been good for the both of them, they really care for each other,” the source explains. “Neither of them are looking to jump into a large commitment, but it’s getting more serious.”

Elizabeth Olsen and Tom Hiddleston definitely make a nice looking couple. Do you expect there is a future for these two?

  • Elizabeth Olsen Channels Marilyn Monroe, Flashes Passersby in Paris

Elizabeth Olsen had no idea she’d channel her inner Marilyn Monroe when she stepped out onto the streets of Paris on Saturday. The wind took hold of her black and white mini-dress and raised it high enough to show off her nude-colored undies to passersby, however. Rather than reveling in the moment–a la Marilyn Monroe–the Avengers: Age of Ultron star made faces at the cameras intent on capturing the situation, adding humor to what might have felt humiliating to some. She quickly smoothed her dress back into place and proceeded toward her destination.

The younger sister of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen was in Paris attending a Miu Miu event that kicked off Paris Haute Couture Fashion Week. Despite her oops with the wind, Elizabeth Olsen was stunning. Her black and white mini-dress, paired with extra high heeled silver and white sandals accentuated her long and lovely legs. She carried a small color blocked clutch for the perfect pop of color.

Elizabeth Olsen made news a while back for purportedly being involved with her Avengers costar Tom Hiddleston. Sources said the two had been “hooking up.”

“It’s casual,” a source shared of the longtime friends, explaining that the two make sure to “text when they’re apart.”

It wasn’t so long ago that Elizabeth Olsen was engaged to Boyd Holbroook.

“I’m relaxed about it, but I am excited and planning ideas because it’s fun–it’s just like throwing a party to celebrate life,” she told Marie Claire UK at the time. “I love being in a relationship a lot.”

Elizabeth Olsen called off her engagement to Boyd Holbrook this past January.

Tom Hiddleston was nowhere to be seen while Elizabeth Olsen channeled Marilyn Monroe in Paris. Perhaps she texted him about the entire ordeal at the end of her busy high fashion day?

  • Elizebeth Olsen Gets Starstruck Over Taylor Swift

Elizabeth Olsen is experiencing a rise in stock. Her role as Scarlet Witch in the Avengers: Age of Ultron movie is already making her a household word.

We already know that she is an old soul who prefers to not get on social media and values her privacy.

“I don’t [use] social media, and I feel like that’s how people control their image,” she said recently. “My image, in my mind, is just to disappear. I just want people to see the work that I’m proud of. I feel like you let people touch you when you have Instagram or Twitter, and I don’t want to be touched all the time. I’m not going to do it—ever.”

But even Elizabeth Olsen gets starstruck. In fact, she gets gushy over Taylor Swift.

On The Late, Late Show with James Corden recently, she shared a sitdown with Dana Carvey and related to Corden and Carvey how she recently met Taylor Swift.

She was at a birthday party for a mutual friend when the meeting occurred.

“I really love her, and earlier in my ballet class, I was doing a dance sequence to her music,” Elizabeth Olsen explained. “I only listen to her music when I’m working out, which is a little too often because of Avengers. And I just talked at her for like a long time. I think I blew it because we didn’t exchange phone numbers or anything.”

Corden pressed for more details about the conversation.

“I was really close to showing her my dance. She was asking me which song it was, and I couldn’t remember the song title, and I wasn’t going to sing it for her! I didn’t to sound like I was mocking her.” she recalled. “I’m still nervous thinking about it right now. So she named one and I was like, “Yeah. It was that one!”

  • Elizabeth Olsen Opens Up About That Awkward Encounter With Taylor Swift, ‘I Think I Blew It’

Elizabeth Olsen has long admired Taylor Swift. Unfortunately, a recent awkward encounter between the two left Elizabeth Olsen feeling like she may have blown her chances to be one of Taylor Swift’s BFFs.

Elizabeth Olsen, who is the younger sister of Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, opened up about the encounter during an appearance on The Late Late Show With James Corden.

“I really love her, and earlier in my ballet class, I was doing a dance sequence to her music,” Elizabeth Olsen said of her idol. “I only listen to her music when I’m working out, which is a little too often because of Avengers. And I just talked at her for like a long time. I think I blew it because we didn’t exchange phone numbers or anything.”

Elizabeth Olsen, 26, said she blew her chances when she accidentally dissed Taylor Swift’s music.

“She was asking me which song it was, and I couldn’t remember the song title, and I wasn’t going to sing it for her!” she exclaimed. “I’m still nervous thinking about it right now.”

Elizabeth Olsen was on hand to promote Avengers: Age of Ultron and Corden asked her who the biggest diva on the set is, to which Olsen replied, “No one’s a diva, but…”

“Who takes the most time in the makeup chair?” Corden asked.

“Thor,” she said of Chris Hemsworth’s hammer-slinging god character. “He’s got a lot of hair, and he’s got a lot of body to put makeup on. He’s got a far larger canvas than most people, I’d say.”

Us Weekly reported that Elizabeth Olsen has been spending quite a bit of quality time with another Avengers star, Tom Hiddleston, who played Thor’s evil brother Loki.

“They’ve been hooking up,” an insider told Us.

  • Elizabeth Olsen Talks Like an Old Lady at 26

Elizabeth Olsen Talks Like an Old Lady at 26

Elizabeth Olsen is an old soul. She is only 26 years old, two years younger than her famous twin sisters, but she has this stay-off-my-lawn sensibility that sets her apart.

When Elizabeth Olsen talked to Fashion Magazine recently, she revealed a bit of that curmudgeon side.

“I don’t [use] social media, and I feel like that’s how people control their image. My image, in my mind, is just to disappear. I just want people to see the work that I’m proud of. I feel like you let people touch you when you have Instagram or Twitter, and I don’t want to be touched all the time. I’m not going to do it—ever.”

At the same time, Elizabeth Olsen defends her generation and is tired of seeing people her age being lumped into wide general categories and written off en masse.

“It is annoying to me the way my generation is written about—that we are all entitled slackers and hackers,” she said.

Elizabeth Olsen is set to play The Scarlet Witch — a.k.a. Wanda Maximoff — in Avengers: Age of Ultron. She digs the characters wisdom and grounded persona.

“She’s grounded and centered because she’s always receiving information—she knows everyone’s everything because of her telekinesis. She has access to the past, the present, the future and parallel universes—she can connect with all of them.”

She agreed to do the Avengers flick, even though she does not like doing violent films. In fact, Elizabeth Olsen has turned down films for another old soul reason.

“I read this brilliant script the other day that is a thriller but I had to say no to it. There’s enough violence in the world, why add to it? Superhero movies are about destroying robots not people so that doesn’t count. Besides, all the heroes—especially in Marvel comics—are about heralding the underdog or the outsider.”

Even her wardrobe has that uniform feel to it. She likes what she likes, and isn’t afraid to buck the latest trends.

“I used to steal so many clothes from my sisters and wear them but now I buy the same thing all the time: white and black button up shirts from The Row. I’m in head to toe in The Row right now. Where the pockets are placed, where seams are stitched, it’s all so meticulous for them so I appreciate their talent. I love going to their offices to learn.”

  • Elizabeth Olsen Doesn’t Want Twitter; She Wants To Disappear

Elizabeth Olsen spoke out recently about why her fans can’t find her on social media sites, and admitted that she doesn’t really want to be found.

In an age when most celebrities are somewhat accessible to their hoards of fans through Twitter or Instagram, Olsen says she’d rather not put her life on display in such an intimate way.

“I don’t [use] social media, and I feel like that’s how people control their image. My image, in my mind, is just to disappear. I just want people to see the work that I’m proud of. I feel like you let people touch you when you have Instagram or Twitter, and I don’t want to be touched all the time. I’m not going to do it—ever,” Olsen said in Fashion Magazine.

The formidable actress–sister to those Olsens–has kept audiences and critics alike captivated since she broke onto the scene with Martha Marcy May Marlene, an indie film that garnered huge praise for her in 2011. Since then, she’s taken on roles that have a higher profile, acting opposite Josh Brolin in Old Boy and killing it as Scarlet Witch in Avengers: Age Of Ultron.

The Avengers sequel won’t hit theaters until May 1, but it’s already making headlines with several newly-released clips, including one that aired at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday night. But the big roles in super-budget action films don’t mean she’s forgotten about how she got started; last year, Olsen told Marie Claire that everything has been a learning process.

“I didn’t really have another option—those were the jobs I was getting. I feel very lucky that the reviewers have been on my side, even when it comes to a project that isn’t so great. I was seizing every opportunity. I’m not embarrassed by my work in them or anything—it’s all learning.”

  • Scarlett Johansson: See the Black Widow in Last ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Trailer

Scarlett Johansson is back in her role as the Black Widow in the final trailer for Avengers: Age of Ultron. The clip features the Black Widow holding up Captain America’s shield. It also features Thor–played by Chris Hemsworth–striking the shield with his hammer, sending it ping-ponging from one bad guy to another.

Anyone who has already checked out Scarlett Johansson and the rest of the cast in previous trailers isn’t going to recognize any new footage in this latest clip. Most, however, won’t want any spoilers between now and the time the film hits theaters.

This new trailer has received well over a million views since its release on Monday morning.

The Avengers: Age of Ultron is expected to be one of the top blockbuster hits for spring.

In addition to Scarlett Johansson and Chris Hemsworth, the film also stars Chris Evans as Captain America, Mark Ruffalo as the Hulk, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, and Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye. Newcomers to the film include Elizabeth Olsen as the Scarlett Witch and Aaron Taylor Johnson as Quicksilver.

Will you be checking out Scarlett Johansson and the rest of the cast when The Avengers: Age of Ultron hits theaters on May 1st?

  • Elizabeth Olsen in Record-Breaking ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Trailer

Elizabeth Olsen in Record-Breaking ‘Avengers: Age of Ultron’ Trailer

Elizabeth Olsen appears in a new trailer for the upcoming Avengers: Age of Ultron, and if the film goes the way of the clip–with regard to viewers–it’s destined for greatness. The trailer smashed previous numbers for those of past Avengers films–tipping the charts at more than 35 million views in the 24 hours following its release.

Deadline reports that the last trailer released for the upcoming film received 34.3 million global views in its first 24 hours.

The film is destined to receive even more hype than this, too. Set to premiere in U.S. theaters on May 1st, the live promos will soon begin. That includes the daytime talk show circuit and press junkets. Elizabeth Olsen will be a busy lady in the coming weeks.

In addition to Elizabeth Olsen, The Avengers: Age of Ultron’s star-studed cast includes Robert Downey, Jr., Scarlett Johansson, Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, and The Blacklist’s own James Spader. Add to that list Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, Mark Ruffalo, and more–and the cast alone is reason enough to visit the box office.

In The Avengers: Age of Ultron, Elizabeth Olsen plays the role of Wanda Maximoff/Scarlet Witch. She is a newly recruited Avenger who harnesses magic and engage in both hypnosis and telekinesis.

Check out the new trailer starring Elizabeth Olsen below.

Elizabeth Olsen also appears in a new poster promoting the film.

Will you be checking out The Avengers: Age of Ultron when it hits theaters in May? Do you suppose Olsen twins Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen will go see their little sister on the big screen in her latest role?

  • Elizabeth Olsen Ends Engagement After Reports Of Flirting Surface

Elizabeth Olsen has reportedly ended her engagement to Boyd Holbrook after a 3-year relationship, and the news comes after a source told Us Weekly that Holbrook was seen flirting with another woman at a pre-Golden Globes fete.

The couple announced their engagement last March and had reportedly moved in together, but Olsen was spotted recently shopping in L.A. with a bare ring finger, sparking rumors of a split.

Elizabeth Olsen told Marie Claire last spring that she was excitedly making plans for the wedding but hadn’t set a date yet, because it was a decision that her sister would factor into; Mary Kate Olsen is engaged to Olivier Sarkozy, whose brother is the former President of France.

“I just told her she gets to pick a date first. Older sisters first!” Elizabeth told the magazine.

The Avengers: Age Of Ultron actress said at the time that she was happy to plan for a wedding celebration.

“I’m relaxed about it, but I am excited and planning ideas because it’s fun. It’s just like throwing a party to celebrate life. I love being in a relationship a lot,” she said.

Elizabeth Olsen co-starred with Holbrook in the film Very Good Girls, which also starred Dakota Fanning and Demi Moore, and reportedly had chemistry with one another right off the bat.

“They met from the first read of their movie together, and there was great chemistry there. It was [filming] in New York, which is where Lizzie is from, so she was able to feel pretty at home,” a source told Us Weekly.

Ashley, Mary Kate, and Elizabeth Olsen have made headlines for years with their fashion choices and movie roles–Elizabeth earned rave reviews for her turn in Martha Marcy May Marlene, in which she played a young woman who had recently escaped a dangerous cult–but in recent years, they have also become known for their relationships. While Mary Kate is often spotted out with Sarkozy–who is much older than she is–Elizabeth reportedly had trouble meeting people outside the business but was reluctant to get into a relationship with another actor.

  • Kristen Stewart Wants Demi Moore to Play Her Mom in a Movie

Kristen Stewart allegedly wants Demi Moore to play her mom in a future movie, according to Radar Online.

A source revealed that Stewart thinks an onscreen mother-daughter pairing would “help both their careers and somewhat depressing public images.”

Both actors have went through very public breakups in the last few years. Moore’s eight-year marriage to Ashton Kutcher ended in November 2013. Stewart’s high-profile relationship with fellow Twilight actor Robert Pattinson ended soon after reports surfaced that Stewart had had an affair with her Snow White and the Huntsman director Rupert Sanders.

Stewart and Pattinson recently made headlines when it was rumored he was living with her after admitting to late night talk show host Jimmy Kimmel that he was “homeless.”

According to the Radar Online source, Stewart has admired Moore for many years:

“It’s been a long-held dream of Kristen’s to star in a movie with Demi. She’s been a fan of hers for a good 15 years and is on the hunt for a fun action role for her and Demi!” the source said.

Stewart doesn’t have a specific movie in mind yet. If she can track down a great one, there’s a chance her wish will come true:

“Demi’s very receptive to working with Kristen, but it will all depend on what scripts she can muster.”

Moore is no stranger to maternal film roles these days. She played Miley Cyrus’ mother in the 2012 remake of the French movie LOL and she’ll play Elizabeth Olsen’s mother in Very Good Girls which is set to release June 24.

The 51-year-old actress will also star in the western Forsaken later this year alongside father-son duo Donald and Kiefer Sutherland.

It was just announced that Moore will be replacing Sarah Jessica Parker in Wild Oats, which also stars Jessica Lange and Shirley MacLaine.

As for Stewart, she’ll be starring alongside Juliette Binoche and Chloë Grace Moretz in French director Olivier Assayas’ Clouds of Sils Maria later this year.

The 24-year-old actress will also star in Anesthesia with Glenn Close, Still Alice with Alec Baldwin, Kate Bosworth, and Julianne Moore, and American Ultra with Connie Britton and Jessie Eisenberg.

  • Elizabeth Olsen Talks Engagement, Wedding Plans

Elizabeth Olsen is talking about her engagement and wedding plans with big sister Mary-Kate Olsen. Elizabeth became engaged to boyfriend, highly anticipated Gone Girl star Boyd Holbrook, in March. Mary-Kate is engaged to Olivier Sarkozy, the half-brother of the former president of France.

The conversations Elizabeth and Mary-Kate have had recently are detailed in the June issue of Marie Claire UK.

“I’m relaxed about it, but I am excited and planning ideas because it’s fun,” she says within the magazine’s pages. “It’s just like throwing a party to celebrate life. I love being in a relationship a lot.”

Elizabeth Olsen also talked about the possibility of starting a family.

“My mother would love it if I was in L.A. with kids. I loved growing up in L.A., but I always think about places I’ve never been to before, like Oregon,” she says.

Elizabeth and Boyd dated for about two years before becoming engaged. Sister Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy haven’t set a wedding date but that hasn’t kept the famous sisters from comparing notes–including about when each will actually tie the knot.

“I just told her she gets to pick a date first,” Elizabeth said in the magazine article. “Older sisters first!”

The Godzilla actress even slipped in a compliment to both of the Olsen twins.

“Because my sisters were so grounded, it helped me to be grounded. They never got caught up in things,” she said.

How long do you think Elizabeth Olsen will wait for Mary-Kate Olsen to marry Olivier Sarkozy before she plans her own wedding? Rumor has it Mary-Kate isn’t in a rush to take that walk down the aisle. Certainly Elizabeth won’t wait forever to marry the man of her dreams.

Do you think sisters Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen will design sister Elizabeth Olsen’s wedding dress for her?

  • Elizabeth Olsen Is Engaged To Actor Boyd Holbrook

Elizabeth Olsen Is Engaged To Actor Boyd Holbrook

The young actress who continues to appear in new films at a rapid rate is now engaged. Elizabeth Olsen recently got engaged to her boyfriend Boyd Holbrook.

The youngest of the Olsen sisters has certainly had the most success in the film industry, and continues to do so. Her career is much different from her older sisters, Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen, who peaked as children, and have since become fashion designers.

Elizabeth has appeared in several films in the past few years, and she is currently 25 years old. The news of her engagement comes just weeks after the announcement that Mary Kate Olsen got engaged to her older boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy, a French Banker.

Elizabeth Olsen and her boyfriend Boyd Holbrook have been dating since 2012, and met on the set of the film Very Good Girls, which also starred Demi Moore and Dakota Fanning, and has not been given a wide release yet.

At the time that the couple met, a source told US Weekly that “There was great chemistry there. She really likes him!”

Elizabeth Olsen most recently appeared in two different films. She was the central character in the period piece In Secret, and she played the girlfriend of Jack Kerouac in Kill Your Darlings.

She emerged as an actress in 2011 with her breakout role in Martha, Marcy, May, Marlene, for which she received award nominations, and has since become a favorite. She has even been cast in the upcoming Avengers: Age Of Ultron, which is one of the most anticipated films right now, and will be released in 2015.

There is a seven year difference in age between the couple, and while he is not as well known, Boyd Holbrook has been in a handful of big films that a lot of people have seen. He had his first role in Milk, and has since appeared in The Host, Out Of The Furnace, and others.

All three could be tying the knot at some point soon, since Ashley Olsen is also in a relationship, and she is dating Bennett Miller, the director of Moneyball.

Elizabeth Olsen may be the youngest of the three sisters, but she is second in line to get married, and perhaps the two sisters will opt for a double wedding, after announcing their engagements within two weeks.

  • Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy Engaged

Mary-Kate Olsen, one-half of the adorable Olsen twins known for their shared role on the hit show Full House, is engaged to her much older boyfriend Olivier Sarkozy. Mary-Kate is 27 and Sarkozy is 44 years old. Their age difference has been a hot topic of conversation since they started dating.

The engagement shouldn’t come as a complete surprise since the two were spotted checking out some very expensive Neil Lane engagement ring designs recently.

Olivier Sarkozy is the half-brother of the former French president Nicolas Sarkozy. He is a well known French banker. He has lived together with Mary-Kate Olsen in a $6.25 million townhouse in New York’s Lower East Side for at least a year. This will be the first marriage for the Olsen twin (will twin sister Ashley Olsen be her maid of honor when she ties the knot?) and the second for Sarkozy. He has two children with his ex-wife Charlotte Bernard, from whom he was divorced back in 2011.

Younger Olsen sister Elizabeth Olsen talked with Andy Cohen recently and said Mary-Kate was on a romantic vacation the week of Mary-Kate’s 27th birthday in February. Cohen asked Elizabeth which of the Olsen twins was her favorite.

“Ashley,” she answered, quickly explaining with a laugh that Mary-Kate forgot her birthday while on vacation with Sarkozy.

“But I don’t hold grudges against Mary-Kate forgetting mine. She was out of town,” Elizabeth was quick to add.

No word has escaped yet as to when Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy will take that walk down the aisle, but it will definitely be fun to learn of any wedding plans as they are shared with the media. Since Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are successful–albeit a bit odd–fashion designers, it will be interesting to see if the twins design Mary-Kate’s wedding gown, or if she chooses one created by a fellow designer.

Can you believe little Mary-Kate Olsen who played the positively adorable Michelle Tanner on Full House back in the 1980s and 1990s is even old enough to get married? And now she’s engaged to a man 17 years her senior.

  • Avengers: Age Of Ultron Casts New Villian

One of the most anticipated films of 2015, Avengers: Age Of Ultron, has just cast another villain in the film that already has a handful of stars.

The Avengers was one of the most popular and biggest box-office films of all time when it was released in 2012, and the sequel will look to be even more successful.

The anticipation continues to build for Avengers: Age Of Ultron, and while the original film had a host of stars brought in to play the avengers, the sequel continues to bring in new cast members, and build up the already star-studded cast.

The latest actor to be added to the ensemble cast is Thomas Kretschmann, who currently plays Abraham Van Helsing on NBC’s Dracula.

Kretschmann has also appeared in King Kong and Wanted, in addition to the upcoming Stalingrad, the acclaimed Russian war movie that will be released on IMAX domestically in February.

In addition to the original cast, Elizabeth Olsen has been added as the Scarlet Witch, James Spader as Ultron, Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Quicksilver, and the new addition of Thomas Kretschmann, who will be playing Baron Wolfgang von Strucker.

In the comics, Von Strucker was a Nazi officer who becomes one of the heads of HYDRA, a terrorist organization. He is also one of the main antagonists for Captain America and Nick Fury.

The Avengers: Age Of Ultron is the second in the Avengers film series, and it will be written and directed by Joss Whedon. It is based on the Marvel comics that were written by Stan Lee.

Some of the actors in the series are reprising their roles from earlier superhero films where they were the star of the film. The plot of The Avengers: Age Of Ultron will see the avengers reassemble to battle the sentient robot known as Ultron, played by James Spader.

The Avengers: Age Of Ultron is host to many big name stars including several who are returning from the first film with Scarlett Johansson as Black Widow, Chris Hemsworth as Thor, Jeremy Renner as Hawkeye, Chris Evans as Captain America, Mark Ruffalo as The Hulk, Robert Downey Jr. as Iron Man, and Samuel L. Jackson as Nick Fury.

Avengers: Age Of Ultron is set to be released on May 1st, 2015.

  • Godzilla Trailer: A Godzilla Remake Is Coming Soon-See The Trailer [Video]

The official trailer for the new Godzilla film has finally arrived. It is filled with excitement and promise as an exciting remake, but do audiences really need another remake of a film like Godzilla?

The trailer was released earlier today after it was announced that it would be leaked online in anticipation of the new, big-budget film. The dangerous monster known for attacking Japan has not been seen on the big screen since 1998, when the giant monster became a craze once again.

Due to all of the technological advancements that have been made since the last production of Godzilla, this film will certainly be much different than all of those that came before it. Audiences will now be able to see a futuristic film with tons of special effects like never before, and a healthy dose of quality actors along for the ride as well.

The 1998 version was a bit of a disappointment, but perhaps the new film will be able to revive the franchise, and become a big hit at the box office. Fans of the beloved monster are fearing for the worst with the next film, but it could surprise people. While the trailer does not offer much in the way of plot, it is clear that Godzilla has had enough of Japan, and has decided to destroy San Francisco instead.

The film features a cast of some of the hottest actors around that is sure to lure some people in. It includes Bryan Cranston, who is just coming off of the end of the beloved Breaking Bad, Aaron Taylor-Johnson from Kickass, Elizabeth Olsen, who has appeared in several films over the past couple of years, and Sally Hawkins, who was just seen in Blue Jasmine.

In addition, veteran actors David Strathairn and Juliette Binoche are involved in the epic ensemble cast that should work wonders to draw in audiences.

Godzilla will be wreaking havoc on the world starting with its release date on May 16, 2014.

  • Elizabeth Olsen Confirmed For Avengers Sequel

Elizabeth Olsen has been rumored for weeks now to have landed a part in the sequel to the enormously successful “Avengers”, and she’s now confirmed it. She will be playing Wanda Maximoff, a.k.a. the Scarlet Witch.

Co-star Samuel L. Jackson leaked the news last month during an interview that Olsen would be joining the cast, although at the time he said he didn’t know what role she would be playing.

“I don’t think we begin shooting before March of next year, I know we’re shooting in London, that James Spader is Ultron and going to be the bad guy, and that we added Ms. Olsen, but I don’t know what she’s doing, if she’s on the inside or the outside. I haven’t seen a script,” Jackson said.

Olsen played coy with the press earlier this year, saying she wasn’t aware of any plans by the film’s casting directors to have her try out for a role.

“I’ve been rumored about lots of things [so] I don’t know… To be part of [The Avengers]? Sure. I grew up loving comic books and sci-fi… I think those movies are great. I would love to do something like that,” she said.

Olsen says she’s excited about the chance to work with her “Godzilla” co-star Aaron Taylor-Johnson again; he’s reportedly up for the role of Quicksilver, Scarlet Witch’s twin brother.

“We get to play husband and wife, and we get to play twin brother and sister,” Olsen said. “It’s also fun because even though in Godzilla we play husband and wife, we don’t have a lot of scenes together. I just love him. I love his family. I love his kids. I’m so excited we get to work with each other more and to actually work with each other. I think it’s going to be fun.”

“Avengers: Age of Ultron” is scheduled to premiere on May 1, 2015.

“Avengers: Age Of Ultron” Cast Member Leaked

Elizabeth Olsen–the younger sister of those Olsens–may not seem like the first choice for an action role after her critically-acclaimed turn in the quiet little movie that took audiences by storm, “Martha Marcy May Marlene”, but her acting range has continued to surprise us in the past year or so, and now it looks like she’ll be branching out into the world of superhero/action flicks.

Olsen was accidentally confirmed as a character in “Avengers: Age Of Ultron” by none other than Samuel L. Jackson, who plays Nick Fury in the Marvel universe.

Jackson didn’t reveal who Olsen would be playing, but she’s being rumored for the role of Scarlet Witch. As for Olsen herself, she hasn’t confirmed anything (and likely won’t until Marvel makes an official announcement on their site) but has said in the past that she’d love to be in an Avengers film.

“I’ve been rumored about lots of things [so] I don’t know… To be part of [The Avengers]? Sure. I grew up loving comic books and sci-fi… I think those movies are great. I would love to do something like that,” she said.
