  • Lindsay Lohan: Another Arrest in the Family

Lindsay Lohan is no stranger to being arrested, nor are many of her family members. Brother Michael C. Lohan is the latest member of Lindsay Lohan’s family to have a brush with the law.

E! News reports that Lindsay Lohan’s brother, who is 27, was arrested on Thursday in Manhattan, following an investigation by New York State Police. It seems Michael C. Lohan had a parking placard on his card that featured a forged New York State government seal.

Attorney Mark Heller, who has represented both Lindsay Lohan and mom Dina Lohan in the past, spoke with Page Six about his new client, saying the police “just summarily arrested” his client, “put him in handcuffs and put him in a car,” without issuing him a ticket.

Heller added that his client didn’t mean to break the law. Didn’t Lindsay Lohan say that sometime in the past?

Michael C. Lohan was arrested for “criminal possession of a forged Instrument in the third Degree and criminal impersonation in the second degree, both misdemeanors, New York State Police said. He was arraigned in at criminal court and was released on his own recognizance with a future court appearance scheduled for December 14th.”

Her brother’s recent brush with the law might make Lindsay Lohan feel better about the numerous times she has been arrested. Misery loves company, and Lindsay now has even more relatives with whom she can strongly sympathize.

  • Lindsay Lohan: Defamation Case Against Fox News Thrown Out

Lindsay Lohan filed a defamation case against Fox News, claiming the news network had tarnished her reputation. On Friday, a judge threw the case out.

It was back in February when Lindsay Lohan and mom Dina Lohan filed the suit, alleging that Sean Hannity and guest Michelle Fields made comments about the mother-daughter duo doing drugs together.

At that time, Lindsay Lohan’s attorney said that Fields “falsely, inappropriately, and shockingly stated, unequivocally and as a ‘matter of fact’ that ‘Lindsay Lohan’s mother is doing cocaine with her.’”

When the judge threw the case out on Friday, he slammed Lindsay Lohan and her mom saying, “truth is a defense.”

In the network’s defense were audio tapes of Lindsay Lohan calling her dad, Michael Lohan, saying “Mom’s on cocaine.”

Fox News issued a formal apology to both Dina and Lindsay Lohan following the broadcast in question, saying, Fields’ comment was a “claim they couldn’t verify.”

“The remark about which Lindsay and Dina Lohan complained was made on live television by a guest nearly a year ago,” a rep for Fox News told Us Weekly . “We removed the segment from our archives altogether last February and also apologized on-air. At that time, the Lohans did not make any demands for money, and we are surprised they are doing so now.”

Were Lindsay Lohan and her mom truly defamed by Fox News? Or are they simply using their money to sue their way out of another uncomfortable situation?

Are you surprised the judge threw out this case?

Wouldn’t it be nice to see Lindsay Lohan in the news for something positive, like a possible revamping of her career?

What’s the chance that fans (does she have any left?) will one day see that day?

  • Kate Major: Michael Lohan’s Wife Concentrating on Sobriety Following Arrest

Kate Major, the wife of Michael Lohan and stepmother of Lindsay Lohan, was arrested on Thursday evening in Boca Raton, Florida, after she allegedly became involved in an altercation with her husband. Since her arrest, she claims to be focused on her sobriety.

“My main concern is the welfare of my children who are MY life and I am refocusing on my sobriety,” Kate Major said in an interview with Us Weekly. “Please respect our family’s privacy at this time.”

Major was a reporter when she married Michael Lohan in October of 2013. The couple has two children together– Landon, who is two, and Logan, who is just three months old.

A TV station in Florida released the 911 call in the Kate Major Lohan battery investigation earlier on Saturday.

A source close to Kate Major told Us Weekly that she is concentrating on her family and on her sobriety in the aftermath of this latest incident.

“Kate is just so heartbroken and embarrassed and she really just wants to keep their family issues private,” the source says. “She won’t say anything badly about anyone in the family and she’s really working hard to get better.”

Do you think this marriage between Michael Lohan and Kate Major stands a chance of surviving? Michael Lohan has his own set of issues he’s been dealing with for years.

It’s rather sad that Kate Major and Michael Lohan’s children are being raised in this kind of chaos. It’s plain to see what being raised by Michael Lohan and Dina Lohan did for Lindsay Lohan.

Are Kate Major’s kids destined to travel down some of those same roads?

  • Lindsay Lohan: Mom Is Reportedly Selling Her Belongings

Lindsay Lohan has reportedly accused her mother, Dina, of selling off her belongings after she left clothing and artwork at Dina’s home.

According to TMZ, fans of Lohan can buy up her personal items online or directly from Dina, and the actress is asking her friends to step up and try to grab what they can for her. If they aren’t successful, the site says, she may get police involved.

Lohan has spent a lot of time abroad in the last year after making her West End debut in Speed The Plow, and rumors flew around the web that she would be moving there permanently. However, the Mean Girls actress might be looking for new digs after Dina reportedly signed up for UK’s Big Brother.

“Lindsay doesn’t want Dina in England, partly because she feels her mom is a bad influence and partly because she’s just bad luck. Lindsay says she’s doing well and doesn’t want it screwed up,” TMZ reports.

Lohan got up close and personal with her docuseries–which she teamed up with Oprah to film–last year, revealing that she’d had a miscarriage in the midst of her very public battle with legal drama and substance abuse. The star said the loss affected her deeply both mentally and emotionally. She also spoke at length about her fear that she would return to her old self-destructive ways, something Oprah called her out on when she began having issues with the star during filming.

“I really do want you to win. You need to cut the bullsh*t, you really do,” Oprah said.

  • Lindsay Lohan Sues Fox News Over Comments That She and Mother Dina Lohan Snorted Cocaine Together

Lindsay Lohan and her mother, Dina Lohan, have sued Fox News Channel and Sean Hannity for defamation.

The mother-daughter duo claim they were smeared on the network when Michelle Fields accused Lindsay Lohan and her mother of snorting cocaine together on Hannity’s show.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the Lohans note a discussion during Hannity’s show about celebrity drug use and recently deceased celebs, including Philip Seymour Hoffman, just days after his death in February 2013. The panel was contemplating which celebrity might die next.

“Lindsay Lohan’s mom is doing cocaine with her,” said Fields, insinuating that Lindsay Lohan would be the next celebrity to succumb to a drug overdose.

Lindsay Lohan says Fields’ comments are “malicious innuendo.”

According to TMZ, Lohan has admitted to doing cocaine and also claimed her mom was on coke in a hysterical call she made to her dad in 2012.

Attorneys claim the comments are “a direct smear on the character/reputation of Lindsay and Dina.”

Meanwhile, Fox News has issued a statement in response.

“We will defend this case to the fullest,” the network said. “The remark about which Lindsay and Dina Lohan complain was made on live television by a guest nearly a year ago. We removed the segment from our archives altogether last February and also apologized on-air. At that time, the Lohans did not make any demands for money, and we are surprised they are doing so now.”

  • Dina Lohan Rushes to Lindsay Lohan in London Following Illness Scare

Dina Lohan reportedly rushed to daughter Lindsay Lohan’s side in London on Wednesday on the heels of her serious illness. The Mean Girls actress was recently diagnosed with Chikungunya, a mosquito-transmitted virus that made her so ill she couldn’t walk.

TMZ reports that Lindsay Lohan was admitted to a London hospital with a rare, incurable virus she apparently picked up while vacationing in Bora Bora.

The actress contracted the disease over the holidays and then returned to Los Angeles to shoot a Super Bowl ad for Esurance. She wasn’t feeling well the entire time. Upon arriving in London, she was so ill she couldn’t walk, and was admitted to King Edward VII’s Hospital–the same place Queen Elizabeth and the royal family are treated when they are ill.

Lindsay Lohan shared a photo of a meeting she attended while in L.A. via Instragram.

A photo posted by Lindsay Lohan (@lindsaylohan) on

Of course now everyone is likely wondering why Dina Lohan is rushing to Lindsay’s side. Lindsay is out of the hospital and it sounds like the lingering effects of the disease include joint pain and weakness. What will Dina Lohan do to alleviate any of that? She isn’t exactly the best influence on her daughter.

“Dina wants her to come home to New York when she is released,” a source close to the Lohan family tells RadarOnline. “She is extremely worried for Lindsay and has suggested that she come back to live with her until her symptoms get better.”

Will Lindsay Lohan go home with her mom? Will Dina Lohan for once, perhaps, behave like a mom and actually care for her sick daughter?

Chikungunya can be deadly, but it sounds like doctors in England have Lindsay’s case under control. Might she be better off staying near the hospital where she received treatment–at least for now–or should she head to the states with Dina Lohan? Surely New York hospitals are equipped to care for the actress, but is she healthy enough to travel?

  • Lindsay Lohan: What We Want To Read In Her Bio

Recently details emerged that troubled starlet Lindsay Lohan may have at last found a profitable avenue for her drama-filled life.

Reports indicate that Lohan has met with several publishing houses about the possibility of putting together a “tell-all” book about her life.

If true, this could be one of the most hotly anticipated autobiographies in recent years.

The 28-year-old, who has been proudly showing off her body quite a bit this summer, seems to have packed quite a lifetime of scandal and controversy into a relatively short period of time.

Since hitting adulthood, the Mean Girls star went from being the toast of young Hollywood to becoming yet another destroyed child star.

Unlike many such stars, Lohan has yet to fade into anonymous obscurity.

In fact, Lohan’s troubles have kept her in the headlines long after her starring roles failed to provide the same service.

As such, there are certain stories that fans and non-fans alike would probably want to read more about in the autobiography.

Will She Give Rehab Another Go?

Lohan has been in and out of rehab programs over the past several years, largely as a condition related to criminal charges.

It’s no secret that Lohan’s partying lifestyle has had a negative impact on her career and even on her youthful looks.

Many onlookers wonder what would it take for Lohan to once and for all buckle down and gain control of her life and image.

Just How Long Is That List?

A list of men that Lohan bedded back in the day found its way to the media and caused a mini uproar.

While Lohan has admitted that the list is legitimate, it’s noted that not all names have been released. It could be that what we saw isn’t even half of the famous or powerful men that Lohan has hooked up with over the years!

Will Lohan spill all the juicy details?

Did Her Court Drama Help Her At All?

Lohan was very lucky to avoid jail time over her law-breaking shenanigans, although the possibility of facing serious consequences for her actions visibly shook the young star at one point.

Although questions remain about her current sobriety, it seems that Lohan is otherwise staying out of trouble.

The court nightmare might have helped Lohan get her priorities straight.

  • Dina Lohan: Lindsay Lohan’s Mom Sentenced for 2013 DWI

Dina Lohan was sentenced on Tuesday for her 2013 drunk driving charges. The mom of actress Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 100 hours of community service as well a a one-year suspension of her drivers’ license. When she does drive again she is subject to the use of an interlock device that will only allow her car to start if she is sober. In addition she must participate in drunk driving classes and serve on a victim’s impact panel.

Lohan was arrested last year in Oyster Bay, New York, for driving her car 22 miles per hour over the posted speed limit. Her blood alcohol level was 0.2 percent at the time of her arrest. Dina pleaded guilty last month and accepted a plea deal.

Mark Jay Heller is Dina Lohan’s lawyer. He sent the following statement to ABC News.

“In spite of the fact that the District Court of Nassau County dispenses the sternest DWI Sentences in America, which traditionally provides for a period of incarceration and three years of Probation, Dina Lohan’s Sentence did not provide for any period of incarceration or Probation, in light of Dina Lohan’s exemplary record with no prior arrest history and in deference to the Nassau County Screening Evaluation of Ms. Lohan which concluded that she has no alcohol or substance abuse issues,” the statement read.

He continued, “Clearly, it was recognized that Dina Lohan has been a life-long resident of Nassau County, a good and loving Parent to four children and the arrest was borne out of an isolated act of indiscretion on the occasion of her 50th Birthday. Dina Lohan is happy to put this unfortunate event behind her.”

How nice that Dina Lohan’s lawyer is making big bucks to make excuses for his client. Is it any wonder that Lindsay Lohan turned out the way she did? Dina Lohan is a train wreck who makes excuse after excuse for both herself and her daughter and ought to be completely ashamed of her parenting skills.

The only blessing in this entire court case is that no innocent victim was injured or killed at the hands of Dina Lohan. Inevitably she would have paid her way out of that kind of situation, too.

The judge who sentenced Lohan was quick to respond to the statement her attorney made in court, noting that she created her own destiny with regard to this drunk driving case.

“The only person responsible for this onerous ordeal is Ms. Lohan herself,” the judge said. “Fortunately, you didn’t kill anybody or kill yourself. If there’s a next time, you might not be so lucky.”

“There won’t be a next time,” Lohan replied.

Might Dina Lohan one day eat those words?

  • Dina Lohan Gets a Scolding From Judge in DUI Case

Lindsay Lohan’s mom received a scolding from a judge Tuesday before being sentenced for a 2013 drunk-driving charge.

Judge Andrew Engel was quick to respond when Dina Lohan’s lawyer Mark Heller told the court that the arrest had been an “onerous ordeal” for Lindsay’s irresponsible mom.

“The only person responsible for this onerous ordeal is Ms. Lohan herself,” said the judge. “Fortunately, you didn’t kill anybody or kill yourself. If there’s a next time, you might not be so lucky.”

“There won’t be a next time,” Dina said to the judge.

Mark Jay Heller, Dina’s lawyer, sent a statement to ABC News following the verdict.

“Clearly, it was recognized that Dina Lohan has been a life-long resident of Nassau County, a good and loving Parent to four children and the arrest was borne out of an isolated act of indiscretion on the occasion of her 50th Birthday. Dina Lohan is happy to put this unfortunate event behind her,” said Heller in the statement.

The elder Lohan pleaded guilty after she was arrested in September driving 77 mph in a 55 mph zone, with a blood-alcohol level nearly three times the legal limit. Dina lost her license for a year, was ordered to pay over $3,000 in fines, complete a drunk-driving education program and do 100 hours community service.

“I just want to put this behind me,” she told reporters following the sentencing.

  • Dina Lohan Avoids Jail, Loses License

Dina Lohan Avoids Jail, Loses License

If you have ever wondered where Lindsay Lohan learned her crazy ways, look no further than her mother Dina. When Lindsay was a child star, Dina appeared to be a strict and caring mother. As Lindsay got older and the world saw more and more of her mother Dina, it was apparent that she was not the mother she had been pretending to be.

As soon as Lindsay was old enough to enter the clubs, Dina started tagging along with her and partied just as hard as her daughter. Her drinking and bad behavior was captured by paparazzi on several occasions and it’s clear that it also got in the way of her parenting.

Dina’s partying recently caught up with her when she was arrested for drinking and driving and speeding. She was pulled over for going 77 mph in a 55-mph zone and when the police officer approached her car he also decided he should test her blood-alcohol level which was 0.20, more than double the legal limit.

Dina appeared in court for the charges on Tuesday and although she managed to avoid spending any time in jail, she did lose her license for a year, and was ordered to complete 100 hours of community service work and an anti-drunken driving program. She was also ordered to install an alcohol-detecting ignition lock on her vehicle.

Dina pled guilty to the charges and her lawyer says that she is just happy to put the incident behind her and move on with her life.

“I know this has been a long process,” her lawyer, Mark Heller, said in court. “I would like to thank this court for its patience and its even-handed justice dispensed to Ms. Lohan. This has been a very onerous process for her.”

  • Dina Lohan Sentenced In 2013 DUI

It looks like Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina Lohan will have to bum a lot of rides this year.

On Tuesday, Dina was sentenced at the Nassau County District Court for her September 2013 DUI.

According to the terms of the sentence, Dina has to pay a $2,500 fine, complete 100 hours of community service, and will have her driver’s license suspended for one year. When she is able to drive again, Lohan must also install an alcohol interlock device in her car.

In April, Lohan pleaded guilty to driving her white BMW 22 miles over the speed limit (77 mph in a 55 mph zone) while drunk along the Northern State Parkway. At the time of her arrest, Lohan’s blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit at .2.

Lohan which concluded that she has no alcohol or substance abuse issues,” a statement from Lohan’s lawyer Mark Jay Heller read.

“Clearly, it was recognized that Dina Lohan has been a life-long resident of Nassau County, a good and loving Parent to four children and the arrest was borne out of an isolated act of indiscretion on the occasion of her 50th Birthday,” the statement continued. “Dina Lohan is happy to put this unfortunate event behind her.”

  • Dina Lohan, Mother of Actress Lindsay Lohan, Pleads Guilty To Drunk Driving, Speeding Charges

Dina Lohan has pleaded guilty to a traffic violation for speeding and a misdemeanor charge of driving while intoxicated. On Tuesday, Apr. 15 the mother of actress and pop singer Lindsay Lohan appeared in a Long Island, NY courtroom.

According to Nassau County prosecutor Paul Leonard, Lohan’s sentencing is scheduled for June 3. The former Living Lohan reality TV star will be required to “perform 100 hours of community service, attend a drunken driver program and a victim impact session, and pay $3,100 in fines and fees.”

Lohan’s license will be officially revoked at the hearing. As part of the plea agreement, she has also been ordered to have an interlock device installed on her vehicle for one full year. The device is designed to evaluate breath alcohol levels before a driver can start the car.

Following the court hearing, Lohan’s lawyer Mark Heller issued a brief statement to CNN on her behalf. Heller shared details about the drunken driver program, explaining that Lohan will have conditional driving privileges although her official license will still be revoked. Her vehicle is required to have the interlock device installed before she can drive.

“Considering this is the first day of Passover, we were very pleased to receive an offer which would resolve her criminal case in Nassau County with a commitment of no jail, no probation, and that afforded her the opportunity to resume her driving privileges shortly,” Heller said. “She felt this was a great beginning for the Holy week and she was happy with that result.”

Dina Lohan, 51, was arrested on September 12, 2013. The Oyster Bay Cove Police Department stated that Lohan was driving 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. When she was pulled over, officers discovered that she also had a blood alcohol concentration of 0.20, which equates to double the legal limit in the state of New York.

  • Dina Lohan Gets Passover Miracle

On Tuesday, Dina Lohan, mother of actress Lindsay Lohan, entered a guilty plea to drunken driving and speeding in a Long Island, New York, court.

Last September, the 51-year old television personality was arrested and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated as well as driving her white BMW 77 mph in a 55 mph zone. A breath test showed her more than twice the legal alcohol limit.

After being cleared by emergency personnel after claiming she was injured in the arrest, Lohan was released to a sober third party. She was issued traffic tickets for two DWI offenses and speeding.

Her sentencing will be on June 3, after which she will be expected to attend a drunken driver program, pay $3,000 in fines and fees, and perform 100 hours of community service. In addition, her driver’s license will be revoked and an interlock device (which tests breath alcohol level before the car can be started) will be installed in her vehicle.

Her lawyer, Mark Heller, seemed pleased with the result.

“Considering this is the first day of Passover, we were very pleased to receive an offer which would resolve her criminal case in Nassau County with a commitment of no jail, no probation, and that afforded her the opportunity to resume her driving privileges shortly,” he said. “She felt this was a great beginning for the Holy week and she was happy with that result.”

The Jewish week-long holiday of Passover began on Monday night, April 14.

In the past, there has been much controversy surrounding the elder Lohan female including scrutiny for making her youngest daughter, Ali, the star of her reality television program, Living Lohan.

In 2008, CNN’s Anderson Cooper joked about the reality show on Live with Regis and Kelly, saying that Lohan looked like a 60-year old and that he “can’t believe I’m wasting a minute of my life watching these horrific people.”

Lohan later responded, calling him “cruel” and having “bad karma.”

But, along with being an attention seeker, Lohan has also been accused about lying about her past career as a Radio City Rockette. After inquiry, a spokeswoman for Radio City Music Hall said that after much searching, there is no record of Dina Lohan (or Donata Sullivan, her maiden name) ever being a Rockette.

“It’s like claiming to have a degree from Harvard when you don’t. It’s a big deal to be a Rockette,” a source said.

Along with the Rockette facade, Lohan claimed to have acted in commercials and on Broadway. These claims, too, proved to be false.

“Look in SAG [the Screen Actors Guild]. Look in AFTRA [American Federation of Televison & Radio Artists]. Dina isn’t a member,” said a family source. “She never did a Broadway show. She never did ads.”

With all the other lies, perhaps the 5-foot 11-inch blonde isn’t even Jewish after all.

  • Dina Lohan Sentenced To 100 Hours Community Service

It looks like Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina Lohan is following in her daughter’s footsteps.

On Tuesday, during her court appearance in New York, Dina pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

Last September, Dina was stopped by a law enforcement officer for driving 77 miles per hour in a 55 miles per hour zone, in Oyster Bay, New York. She was then arrested after her blood alcohol level was checked by the officer, and measured .20 which is more than double the legal limit. Dina told the officer that she was speeding because she was trying to flee from the paparazzi.

Dina is scheduled to be sentenced on June 3. She is expected to receive 100 hours of community service, in replace of jail time. Dina will also have to attend drunk driving classes, and pay $3,000 in fines and fees. Her license has been revoked, and an interlock device must be placed on her vehicle before she can drive. Once the device is installed, she will be able to resume driving, even though her license will still be revoked. Rather than the original nine points, Dina will only receive three on her license.

“Considering this is the first day of Passover, we were very pleased to receive an offer which would resolve her criminal case in Nassau County with a commitment of no jail, no probation, and that afforded her the opportunity to resume her driving privileges shortly,” Dina’s lawyer Mark Heller said on Tuesday. “She felt this was a great beginning for the Holy week and she was happy with that result.”

  • Lindsay Lohan Source of Dina Lohan’s Angst

Lindsay Lohan was the source of mom Dina Lohan’s angst during her days of drug and alcohol abuse. The elder Lohan recently told Oprah Winfrey she was afraid her daughter would die as a result of abusing her body.

“Did you think there were days when she wouldn’t make it?” Winfrey asked Dina Lohan during her OWN docu-series called Lindsay.

Dina Lohan appeared visibly shaken by the question, so Oprah asked a variation of it again.

“What was the darkest for you?” she prompted Dina.

    “That. Losing her,” she replied.

“The more the press would keep staying she’s going to be [one of those tragic Hollywood stories]—they were like putting that out in the universe,” Dina Lohan added as she worked to not lose her composure during the interview. “That was scaring me the most, ’cause I knew that could happen to her.”

Oprah Winfrey made sure to mention that Lindsay Lohan is back home in New York during this, her post-rehab phase. This makes Dina Lohan happy, however she admits she is still feeling a small amount of that familiar angst.

“Uneasy, but calmer,” she said of her present demeanor.

Dina Lohan is often portrayed in a very unflattering light, but during her interview with Oprah Winfrey it became clear that she was still a mom who loved her daughter.

Lindsay Lohan admits that reliving all of her rough times for Oprah Winfrey’s docu-series wasn’t an easy thing to do.

Fortunately the young actress is still around to appear on the OWN network, and maybe her experiences will help save others from traveling down the same dismal road.

Are you surprised to see such a caring side to Dina Lohan?

  • Lindsay Lohan Once A Week in Your Living Room?

Lindsay Lohan will soon be back on your TV, but she won’t be featured in or fleeing from a courtroom. Instead she is starring in a docu-series on the OWN network, with Oprah Winfrey at the helm. The real question before the official premiere on Sunday (a special preview aired on Tuesday night) begs answering, however. What has Lindsay Lohan possibly said or done that isn’t already firmly implanted into the minds of Americans? She has appeared on the nightly news, in newspapers and on practically every website to ever grace the internet. In addition, all of the celebrity magazines share on a regular basis everything from what she wears to what her incredibly boring and dysfunctional parents–Michael and Dina Lohan–are doing.

Rest assured, Michael and Dina will appear on the show as well. And it’s likely they’re just as dull and ridiculous as they usually are. One need only spend a few minutes watching even just one of those two to understand why Lindsay turned out the way she did.

A tweet to Lindsay Lohan from Oprah Winfrey was included in Tuesday night’s preview.

And of course Lindsay Lohan tweeted Oprah back.

Even just reading about those tweets makes one wonder what on earth Oprah hopes to achieve by airing this special. Is OWN desperate for new shows? It sounds about as predictable as Christmas arriving on the 25th of December.

Lindsay was especially excited to receive all of her fan’s tweets. One of those messages, from former Jersey Shore star Nicole ‘Snooki’ Polizzi–got a Twitter reply.

Will you–or anyone else for that matter–be tuning in to watch Lindsay Lohan, along with Oprah Winfrey on OWN? It’s almost unfathomable as to why anyone would.

  • Dina Lohan Busted For Drunk Driving

Dina Lohan Busted For Drunk Driving

Dina Lohan was pulled over in Long Island on Thursday night and arrested for drunk driving, with a blood alcohol level of twice the legal limit.

Lohan was reportedly going 77mph in a 55 zone when she was pulled over and claimed she was injured during the arrest, but after being cleared by medical personnel she said she was fine. She was eventually released on bail but is due in court later this month.

Lohan’s hard-partying ways have been the talk of the gossip columns recently, even as her daughter struggles with sobriety. Lindsay Lohan was released from a 90-day stint at rehab earlier this month, on the condition that she attend therapy three times a week until next year.

“If these sessions are not required by the court and attendance verified once a month to ensure accountability, it is a setup for almost certain failure,” wrote Richard Taite, CEO of Cliffside Malibu Clinic in a letter to the judge. “Ms. Lohan has made a solid foundation from which to continue the excellent work she has begun here at Cliffside Malibu.”

Lohan has made headlines nearly every week for the past two years with arrests, hit-and-runs, lawsuits, and accusations of theft. After attending rehab, however, she appears to be doing well.

  • Lindsay Lohan: Fight With Mom Dina Gets Serious

Lindsay Lohan just can’t stay away from drama.

TMZ reported this morning that Lindsay and her mom Dina were partying at a club in New York well into the early hours this morning, and when they left in Lindsay’s limo, a fight broke out between the two of them over where they were headed: Dina’s house, or Lindsay’s hotel.

They eventually made it to Dina’s home in Long Island–where she lives with Lindsay’s siblings–and the argument escalated, even getting physical as Lindsay is reportedly sporting a scratch on her leg and a broken bracelet. Police were called to the home but no arrests were made. However, one of the 911 calls allegedly has a witness reporting that Lindsay was being held in the home against her will by her mother and driver.

In recent months, Lindsay has been arrested for a hit-and-run, linked to a jewelry heist at a house party, trashed thousands of dollars worth of Liz Taylor memorabilia on the set of her Lifetime film, and gotten into a brawl with a man she accused of choking her over photos he allegedly took of her on his phone.

  • Dina Lohan Is A Hot Mess, No One Is Surprised

Dina Lohan is one of the most famous celebrity moms, and is getting more attention by the day. She’s been accused of being a “party mom” (which she vehemently denies), a “stage mom”, and a “bad mom” (something she also denies and says stems from the fact that she let her 19-year old daughter move to L.A. unaccompanied, to make her own life choices and mistakes).

Her rocky past with ex-husband Michael Lohan has always been a source of weirdness, with accusations that he was abusive being a source of repeated contention between the two. Now, after a disastrous interview with Dr. Phil in which Dina appeared drunk and repeatedly asked if the cameras were rolling, there’s much speculation that Lindsay’s mama is an even hotter mess than was suspected; when the interviewee flips the bird, you know something’s gone wrong.

Lohan denies that she was drunk or that anything was wrong during the interview, however, saying, “All people saw was two minutes edited of an hour-long interview.
